Gryffindor Common Room
The official home of the Lions, the Gryffindor common room, is found on the seventh floor of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Because the entrance to the common room is the portrait of the Fat Lady, Lions must know the password and speak it to the Fat Lady in order to get through. "Flibbertigibbet!"
Remember that word...and keep it a close secret, for it's the current password you'll need to speak in order for the Fat Lady to swing away from the hole and allow you entrance to Gryffindor Tower. Once you're lucky enough to crawl through, you'll find that the common room is a circular area full of squashy armchairs, tables, and a bulletin board. A window looks out onto the grounds of the school, and a large fireplace takes up one entire wall. It's the perfect place to relax and hang out after a long day of classes!
That is, unless you're in need of a nap or ready for a good night's rest. In that case, there are two doors leading off from the common room that open to spiral staircases. Boys dormitories are upstairs and to the right, while girls dormitories are upstairs and to the left.
For whatever reason you're here, make sure you take good care of your home away from home! There's bound to be a perfect, your Head of House, or maybe even a house elf lurking nearby! | |

Of course, Rafe was smart enough to fall into the trap, but the thought was in the back of him mind. Rafe didn't like this brother binding time, but Derian had every right to question him. All Rafe wanted was to have a little fun before the seriousness kicked in, and that seemed to be cut short. Rafe could feel like ful moon approaching. He was hoping it would happen later rather than sooner.
Next thing he knew Derian rose from his seat and was ready to go...somewhere? "Um...okay?" Rafe was completely flabbergasted. "I guess play time is over." Rafe sighed with disappointment. "You lead the way, Mr. Lycaon." He stepped aside from the portrait hole to let his brother go ahead of him. He wasn't about to get stabbed in the back literally.

Calling after Derian she said, "I'll talk to you later, yeah? And we can talk."

He pushed the portrait open and glanced at his brother before walking through. On his earlier exploration of the castle, he had found a secluded looking room that would serve their purpose wonderfully. And, as far as the conversation went, he only wanted to figure out where Rafe was coming from. Since they had gotten to Hogwarts it had felt like Rafe launched a full-scale war on Derian, and he was unaccustomed to such constant antagonistic behavior.
He still held out hope that it was all Rafe's idea of a joke... granted a joke that had long since lost all trace of its humor.

Heather walked into the Gryffindor common room and collapsed on a nearby couch. She waited for her new friend to come in. All this drama and all the emotions going through her head were enough to kill someone right now. She wished Derian wasn't mad at her so she would have someone to talk to.

Demitri had similar issues and she never once saw him act the way Rafe did, and Demitri was a full werewolf.
Looking over at Derian she smiled lightly. She did feel bad that he was going to be stuck with Rafe who seemed to constantly do nasty things to his brother.
At Rafe's comment Selina sat on her hip and replied, "More girls than you have, Rafe. Your the older brother right?" Selina Skylar would not be mocked.

She looked beside her and saw another girl trying to help comfort Heather as well. Her face looked familiar and Nika could swear she saw her in the Great Hall during the start of the term feast.

She knew Derian was a werewolf, but she respected him enough to throw suspicion off of him so Selina wouldn't find out.
"Yeah I hope so." Heather told Nika, not fully believing it herself. Selina could not believe that Heather had just said that. The irony in that one comment was fully loaded. But smiling back at the girl she replied, "I could see that. So listen, do you think maybe you can move on now? I know that Elektra would appreciate it and so would he. I don't think Derian wants to lose a friend."

Nika said, "Well I think I am going to head up to the girls Dormitories and go to bed. I am getting extremely tired. Good Night." Nika once again looked over to the other girl, she could not go to bed without at least knowing her name, "Hi, I'm Nika Adler. I think I saw you in the Great Hall during the feast, but we didn't really talk."
