Although it was getting a little chilly it didn't seem to bother Violet at all. Her cheering had came to a halt when she heard someone address her. Violet turned her head to see Selina by her and she smiled brightly waving,"Hello Selina Skylar!" She giggled and blinked her eyes a few times before saying sweetly,"Quite the interesting match right?!" Violet looked back at the match and clapped again for Hufflepuff giving another cheer, then she turned her head back Selina asking sweetly,"How are you on this slightly chilly day?" She smiled again. Selina took a closer look and Violet and saw the toy in her possession, "Only you would have a Badger toy, Violet." It was true, however if it was anyone else but Violet it would seem awful fake. Violet was on the cusp of being outright obnoxious with her manners. But the difference between Violet and everyone who attempted to act in a similar way was that Violet pulled it off. She was so genuine and sweet that anything she said people had the pull to listen to her. Anything she wore people admired her. Anything she said people were charmed with. Maybe it was her smile or maybe it was her sweet attitude that was so magical about her. Whatever it was Violet La Veela was the sweetest person she knew.
At the mention of the match Selina grew a little tense. She was competitive, always was. In Quidditch, in school, even in life. But Violet had asked her so typically Violet that she could not even move herself to be competitive. "Yeah, Gryffindor is down and out, but your team is playing really well."
"I'm fine. Just a little cold. And can I just say that you are perhaps the smartest person I know? You wanted to wear a skirt in cold weather and found a way to do it with still being warm. I'm impressed with the leg warmers."
