"Yeah sure, I can wait." Nika backed away from the door.

The discussion was so faint and there was a slight buzzing sound. She couldn't anything of what was being said. "Alright." She said turning back to her friend. "Where do you want to go next?"

"Well I don't really care. We could go to the common room and meet some other Gryffindors or anything really I honestly don't care." Nika said she didn't really know to much about the castle yet and she has only been to the lake, Great Hall, the common room, and this corridor so she had know idea what other things Hogwarts had. "Do you have any place in particular that you would like to go to?"

"I haven't been to the courtyard yet. Interested?" She asked raising an eyebrow.

The courtyard, eh? "Sounds like fun to me! Let's go!"

Katelynn walked through the corridor, looking around; Hogwarts was really amazing! She didn't really know what to do right now, so she decided just to walk around the corridors..

Luna walked down the corridor. Her second year at Hogwarts was starting off well. Charms was good, Runes was boring but hopefully she'd make more friends.

"Miss Luna Star. I do believe we have met before if i am not mistaken. I am JP."

Luna smiled as she saw JP. "You aren't mistaken," she said. "How are you? I hope school isn't that boring for you," she smiled at the fellow Ravenclaw.

Brittany stood outside of the Runes Classroom door after telling em she would meet up with her in the common room She decided in class she would corner him and talk to him because she still hadnt talk to him since last night. She watched as her classmates filed out of the room reconigising a few faces from last year.

Seeing Brit he looks down and away to cover his eye

She caught him looking away from him just as he walked out the door. Maybe he was mad at her. "Mikey." she said softly. "Can we talk?" she was going to give him the option to carry on with the conversation or not

Hmm it seems as if he was trying to deter their conversation from last night and thats exactly what Brittany wanted to talk about. That just wouldnt do. "Ummm dorms.... She gasped not really listening or caring what he said after he turned around. "Mikey!!! What happened to you?" she said walking over to him and pulling his face towards her to get a better look at his eye. She hadnt remembered that dumb book hitting him in his face and em went straight to the Kitchens last night. So she was really lost as to how his face gotten like this

Brittany held on tight to her bestfriend because she knew if she him go she might not ever get the chance to really hear what he was telling her again. She felt awlful at that moment because she nevered wanted to see any of her friends this hurt. She would ask about the passing out later when things calmed down but right now what was important was what mike was say and how he felt now. She pulled him into a hug after he was done talking and just hug him for a few seconds before talking. She couldnt stand seeing him cry. "Mikey, we need you as mmuch as you need us so please dont talk about leaving us... leaving me." she said pulling away and looking at him seriously. "And we're just as proud to have you as a friend i assure you." she said trying for a small smile but not quite making one. "And as for Em the only thing you can do is see what she has to say, and if its something you think you cant handle im always here to help you. Always." she said with a tear running down her own cheek

wipeing the tear awayfrom her cheek "thanks Brit ..I dont like any of this,,,,.Are you ok ,,, I know your stuck in the middle but you look after EM first ,,,Ok ,, wipe his sleeve over his eyes to clear the tears that have stop flowing, and looking around to see if any one had seen him crying again, he had been caught crying last night and didnt want to get a rep for crying." you know that untill yesterday I had not cried in 10 years ?"

Despite herself she cracked a grin at his last statement. "I believe you too. You boys never show any emotion." she said shaking her head. "But Im okay. Dont worry about me i'll be fine." she said managing a real smile this time. "And im here for you and Em EQUALLY." she said with emphasizes one the word equally. "Now is the anything I can help you with?" she asked him. She thought she had an idea what it was that he was suppose to be looking for in the book because she had seen a couple of things mentioned and she knew em's fears from last year when the triwizard competition was going on. taking her hands " Brit I know your here for me ,,,,,as for the passing out thing well lets see 1 Em was yelling at me ,2 I didnt know if she would ever talk to me again , 3 I think my dad has gone to be a Merc,4 I burst in to or head of house office with out premission 5 I miss my mom........" having blurted out every thing to her.The look of shock washes over his face cuz he had let out sooo much more that he had wanted too ..

Brittany's smile slid easily off of her face as Mikey mentioned all of his worries. Heck she didnt even know boys could be that complex. Not at there age anyway. But his last worry was the most troubling because she had never really heard him talk about his mother before. Not to her at least. And she was stumped at what to say. She decided to save that for last so she could have time to work out something in her head to say. "Okay forgive me for going out of order because that was a lot to take in but for one Im sure the nice lady Understood she works in a school... she has saw many things." she said nodding her head. "two and three, I KNOW Em is sorry for yelling at you and she WILL talk to you again." she said with another nod. But now was the hard part because they were back to his parents. She shifted her weight uncomfortably. "Now four, I have to admit is a little scary." she said trying to be comforting. "But your dads a big oy and he can take care of his self. Besides he has something worth fighting for to make sure he makes his way back home." she said poking a finger in his shoulder. Then she sighed. shaking his head " Brit untill last year if you asked me what I want to do with my life I would have said Paramedic,," slowing his breathing down so he didnt get panicked again " but now I want to be a healer and she thinks i am rudecounting the list off his fingers "weak willed ,,,, lacking in self control ,,,,and probley a big cry baby. and the only way she would ever recomend me to go to Healers advanced courses is if I was going to be the pratice dummy......" thinking to himself stop it Bubba dont unload on her like this... pulling out the muggle envelope "my dad said to give this to Em's dad told me or Em not to open it that it was legal stuff and that her dad would know when to open it "tapping the letter on his hand " so what do i do with in now "

Im sure you can show her that you would make and excellent healer by that time." she said giving her a small smile "I dont think she would hold a grudge for five years. do you?" she asked. Besides teachers or staff didnt seem to last long at hogwarts anyway... or so it seemed. Brittany looked at the envelope oddly. She wondered what as in it because she didnt think that it would be somthing like him staying with them if something happen because that was something to give to his grandma or something. Gosh now she really wanted to know what it contained. "well i dont think you should do anything rash. Just see how things goes with Em and if you two get back on terms give it to her dad like you dad said. But if not just seen an owl to your dad explaining what happened." she told him

thinking bout what his friend had said bout having 5 more yr did take the sting out abit " I dont know the women in my life can be real stbborn some times "flashing a faint smile at her ,and tucking the letter back in to his robes" ok then what is my next move "
