Rene walked calmly up to the door and knocked slowly. Hopefully the professor was in she was really intrested in getting to know the professors who would teach her in her last year. As the feast had shown there were several new faces and she was very intrested to meet them and reacquant herself with the old ones. She took a seat on the lovely chaise and waited to be invited in.

Sylvie slowly made her way toward her office. She had taken a slight detour through the kitchen. It was rather strange for her to do so, but she did need to get a small snack before tending to some things in her office. As she approached the corridor, she noticed someone was awaiting her.

Putting on a smile, she nodded to the young girl. "Good day, Miss Cullen," she voiced as she stood before her office door. Reaching for the handle, she opened the door and returned her attention to the student before her. "To what do I owe this visit?"

Destiny was a man on a mission..

No.

Destiny was a WOMAN on a mission. She needed to go and visit all the Professor's and since she was already on the first floor, she decided to stop by the awesome History of Magic Professor's office first. Sure, the woman was not as awesome as Lainey, but still, she was awesome. She gave them FOOD last term!

Awesome.

Humming to a random song only she knew, Destiny skipped her way down the hall, not really expecting the Professor to be outside already. Oh. Well, there goes her epic, urgent knocking she was planning on doing to the door. Sigh.

"Professor Welton!" she called as she slowed to a walk and made her way closer. "I need to talk to you, it's important!"

Still awaiting a reply from Miss Cullen, Sylvie turned at the sound of her name. Looking down the corridor, she saw one of her more entertaining students. There was always a group of students that never failed to amuse her and she knew after just one term, just who was included in that group.

"Hello Destiny," she smiled as she moved to face the young She-Snake. "Important? Well, then let's head into my office."

Looking back to the Hufflepuff standing before her and then back to Destiny, she moved through her door and motioned for them to follow.

It was a good thing Destiny didn't do what she was planning on doing. Running up to the door while flailing her arms in a crazy manner would not have been good since the Professor was standing right there.

Welton might have gotten the wrong idea and thought she was crazy or something! Destiny Shepard is NOT crazy.

Or..she thought she wasn't at least.

Grinning as the woman turned and greeted her, she gave a small shrug of her shoulders. What she had come to talk about might not be important to the Professor, but to Destiny it was. She nodded when she was told to follow and giving the Hufflepuff girl a thumbs up, she followed the Professor into the office.

Did she have chocolate? Destiny hoped so.

Simon knocked on the Professor's door, he had no idea if JP had followed him, he really needed to talk to the Professor about something, hopefully she wouldn't be to busy but he had this nasty feeling she would be, Simon knocked on the door and waited for a reply he was sad but was hopeful this Professor would help him if she wasn't to busy.

"Hey." JP wasn't too far behind Simon.
"Any luck?"

Hearing the faint sound of a knock, Sylvie made her way toward the door and opened it with a smile. She did enjoy having visitors to her office.

"Why, hello Simon." she smiled as she looked at the young Hufflepuff before her. "What brings you to these parts today?"

"Hi Professor Welton." Simon sighed, he had no idea what he was doing here, well he did but he could't remember why. "I was hoping that I could talk to you Professor." Simon hoped that Professor Welton wouldn't mind him coming to chat with her, he really was upset and wanted to ask her something but it wasn't like he was going to say anything where everyone could hear.

Sylvie nodded as she motioned for Simon to join her in her office. "Of course you can talk to me, Simon. That's what I'm here for. Just come in and take a seat in here or would you like to talk out here or somewhere else?" she wasn't all to sure what the nature of the talk was to be, but she would give him the opportunity to choose the setting of their talk.

Fee walked to Professor Welton's office.Last year she hadnt introduced herself to any of the professors.Quite rude but her first year had been soo exciting and she just hadnt thought of it. Well now she was here.Second year.Second chance.Knocking on the door the blonde waited for the door to be opened.Hopefully she wouldnt interrupt something...

Just as Sylvie managed to close the door, she heard another knock. She appeared to a very busy professor today, with two visitors in such a short time. Motioning for Simon to take a seat, she reopened her office door and smiled.

"Oh, hello Fee." she greeted her student. There were a lot of students that she had met and she did remember most of them. Fee was one of the ones she did remember from her first term.

Simon looked at the Professor. "Well it's something private." Simon said truthfully. "So somewhere private." Simon was hoping her office was empty then he saw Fee, his EX friend, she was a Slytherin and after what the Slytherin did at the start of term feast, he was avoiding his Slytherin friends, well if he saw Fallon he wouldn't ignore her.

Simon looked as Fee and then turned back to the Professor. "Never mind it seems like you have another pupil that wants to talk to you." Simon sighed, he wouldn't say anything whilest the Slytherin was there.

Fee smiled at the professor and stepped in. Ohh it was pretty nice, she should have visited earlier.Hehe."I hope i dont interrupt anything?",the blonde said lookimng around to find Simon there too.Oh how sweet.They hadnt met for sooo long.

"Heey Simon",the Slytherin waved at her friend,"fancy meeting you here."It really was, Fee hadnt expected to see him here. But a little meating wouldmdo their friendship good.The boy seemed to have disappeared the last time.

Sylvie looked back to Simon and frowned. She could understand if what he wanted to say to her was a private matter and she would respect that he wanted to do it in private. "Well, if you want to just take a seat I'm sure I can still talk to you, Simon." she smiled. "I have some peppermint toads on my desk. You can help yourself to them whilst I talk to Fee."

She wasn't about to turn either of her students away, that would not be very nice of her.

"Now, Fee. What brings you to my neck of the castle today?" she asked. It was after all a nice day and most of the students were off on the grounds taking advantage of the beautiful weather.

Simon looked at Fee, she was still being nice to him, why? hadn't she be told that Slytherin where better that Hufflepuff and that Hufflepuff where dimwits? "Hi Fee." Simon said bitterly, he wondered why she was there, when he needed to talk to the Professor.

Turning to the Professor. "I don't want to be in the same room as this person." he pointed to Fee. "So whilest you are talking can I go and sit in your office?" Simon asked, "Or if she wants to speak to you in there I'll wait here." Simon like Professor Welton.

He then turned back to Fee. "That's if I ain't too dumb to find the Professor office from here." Simon looked straight at her, wondering what she would say back to him.

Professor Welton was areally nice professor and that was probably because she liked her and History of Magic."Well i actually came here to say that i am really glad you will still be the teacher for History of Magic",the blonde nodded a little shyly,"i am sure it wouldnt be this fun if theere would be a new one."Not that she had experienced that with one of the new teachers but still could always happen.

Did Fee imagine things or was Simon being mean to her?What did she do?Helloooo, they were friends there was no need to glare the blonde like that.Pff.

Walking down the familiar corridor with a tune on his lips, Evan made his way to one of his favourite professors--Professor Welton, to talk about, well, his problems. Nothing major, really, only his prefect duties and some fellow prefects. Yeah.

As he approached, he saw the woman outside talking to... Fee. Why not inside? He eyed the scene for a second, and even almost turned back. He couldn't discuss his personal life in front of her! Well, in front of anyone, but particulary her! Biting his lips in indecision, he walked over the professor nevertheless. If LaFay could cast a muffliating charm--or whatever that was--so could Professor Welton. Yay!

Simon looked at Fee, she had no clue what she had done. "Haven't you been speaking to anyone in Slytherin?" Simon realised that the Slytherin Prefect was there. "It seems that Slytherins think that they are too good for us." Simon looked straight into her eyes. "Apparently Hufflepuffs are dimwits with rubbish voices." Simon sighed, hoping the Professor wasn't going to tell him off, he was just being truthful.

Sylvie frowned as she witnessed the exchange between the two students before her. She couldn't annoy the tension that was ever present in front of her. Shaking her head, she looked to both of them and cleared her throat.

"Simon I don't think that was called for. I will not have you, or anyone for that matter, disrepect another student before me. If you would just go into my office, we will talk but I would like the continue to talk to Fee first." she voiced as she shooed him into her office more. She would talk to him about his outburst, but first back to Fee.

Looking back to the Slytherin, she offered her a smile. "Well, I'm happy to hear the I have students happy to see my return. I'm sure if I was to be replace, the next professor would make the class fun in their own way." It really wasn't rare for the tenure of a professor to be short, but she was happy to be back all the same.

As she glance back into her office, she caught sight of another student approaching. Yes, she was rather the popular one today. Nodding to the approaching Slytherin prefect, she smiled and turned her attention back to Fee. "Change is good, but I do understand the need for things to be the same as before as well," she voiced. "Was there anything else, I could help you with Fee? I do need to talk to Simon and I believe that Prefect Cartwright also wants to speak with me."

Fee just shook her head.She didnt do anything to him and he just insulted her.Perfect. One friendship destroyed.Waaaiiitm it was because of the houses? Not really?!gooosh this was sooo stupid."I am really shocked you think about me that way",the blonde said almost tearing up,"if you suppose me to be like any other mean Slytherin student then you never knew me at all."Okay it really hurt her.


The professor seemed to be a little taken back by their sudden conversation but then again Fee was also.Why did Simon do that to her? there was no reason... Meeehhh."I know a new professor would have buuuut i just like your way to teach",the girl nodded,"i am looking forward to the first lesson."Hopefully it wouldnt give her the wrong picture of Fee seeing her with Simon like that...

Again Sylvie frowned and shook her head. Maybe house rivalry really never died down. It really was a shame that people still couldn't see past what houses there were in and the sometimes negative stigma that was attached.

Offering another smile, she nodded. "Thank you for saying that Fee. That does mean a lot to me." Her first term as a professor was a bit nerve-racking for her, but she had made it though and this term didn't worry her all that much. "I do hope you enjoy the first lesson, it would be interesting." she replied as she gave a glance behind her and then back. "You know you should always take what boys say to you with a grain of salt. They something don't know what they are saying," she added. Boys were always a difficult thing to understand, but she would get whatever was bothering Simon out and then maybe get him to see how mean his outburst was.

Fee smiled widely at the professor.It was nice to know she she knew her way to teach was appreciated. And the blonde was sure she wasnt the only one that thought so."I am sure i will",the Slytherin nodded.But Simon's outburst got her sad and the usual wide smile on her face had vanished."I know guys can be stupid but i still dont get what i did",Fee shook her head,"we were friends and that he thinks i would ever think less of people from other houses is terrible."

Sylvie again offered the young Slytherin a kind smile and patted her shoulder lightly. "Boy can be rather confusing and just like us, girls, they sometimes can blow things out of proportion." she offered. Whatever it was, it was probably not as serious and didn't needed to be handled as it was. "Whatever is bothering Simon, he needs to talk it out and he was very in the wrong to talk to you as so. I shall talk to him about that." If it was the last thing she did, she would get him to at least apologize for what he had said. "I really don't think he meant what he said."
