Maya was sitting on one of those log-benches, her lips pursed and arms as crossed as her legs. She almost looked angry, but fear not, she is merely scrutinizing all of the students who pass by the desk she put up in the middle of the Care of Magical Creatures area.
On this table, there was a piece of parchment, a quill in ink ready to be used right by its side. This said parchment is magical ofcourse, and whenever the ink touches the surface it dissapears. But, again, not to worry, whatever you wrote will be recorded for all time... *insert smirky smiley here*
Sign your info on the parchment, when you've read the rules and understood them, and wait for your classmates to do the same. After that, the class will begin.
So what does this parchment say, ey?

I, the undersigned, hereby vow to follow the rules set up by Professor Maya Saylen for this Care of Magical Creatures lesson. Any breaking of said rules on my part could lead to detention, all my points being taken, and whatever other punishment Professor Saylen deems appropriate.
I understand that these rules are not set by Professor Saylen because she likes to repeatedly see her own handwriting on a piece of parchment, but presented for my own safety and concern. Not only do I have to act appropriate in this lesson, but also act appropriate to those around me, and respect them.

OOC: By having your character sign this, You also agree Out of Character that you will not let your character do any of these things;
Reveal him/herself as a wizard to anyone outside class
Practice any spells whatsoever
Play out that anything no longer living has come back to life
In actions, behave in any way different than a muggle – alot of talking about Magic is okay, writing spells on the wall and other magical actions is not okay.
Please respect eachother.
Having your character accidentally transform his/her self into his/her animagi form infront of a muggle is not only breaking every magical rule, but disrespectful as you are restricting your fellow student Role Play freely without any trouble. This would no doubt force everyone to return to school, to avoid finding themselves the main attraction in a Witchhunt.
IF I see any of this, or anything alike, happening during this lesson, I will either delete your post, or edit out your disrespectfulness – to avoid anyone feeling forced to play out on the actions. And believe me you will be recieving a Private Message from me too.
Other than that, I do hope you enjoy this class!
Have your character sing the parchment, and then wait. Class will begin soon.
That pause... it made Maya wonder if that girl was going to give her the stink eye or something. Well she could stink eye it bett-errr. Hehe. "Hello Miss Greingoth"
Ah.
And ah.
Kurumi and the kitty. "Good day, Miss Kurumi." Hello kitty. "You will have to leave Walnut here, for this lesson, Miss Kurumi. Unfortunately he cannot come along."
The odd movements caught Maya's attention. What was he doing? And since when was Treyen so excited about following one of her 'orders'? I'm watching you, flyboy.
What was that sound? And that face. Maya retracted her hand away, slowly. Right. No costumes, that was good. "That is good to hear, Mister Salander." Goood. That grin was making her nervous. He looked too...happy. What was he up to?
Yes, move along. Hold hands.
"Good day, Miss Seawinds." Maya nodded, all ready to oogle at the parchment when she'd begin writing. But, it never came. And the girl actually turned around and left.
Uh... Excuse you? She should take points for such...such...flerherperpe! (Eh?) Fine, she couldn't sign the contract. Allright. Hmph.
WHAT. IS. IT. WITH. THE. SHOUTING? "Mr Blunt! Why are you so loud?" Dude. What is it? He didn't want to touch people?
Of for the love of...
Ah, see, gloves "That isn't a bad idea."
And with a thwirrrl and a swhoosh, Maya pointed her wand at the boy's hands and he now appeared to have a couple of black gloves. "Now. You are in no danger of touching anyone's cooties or micro-bugs. Hold hands." Or stay here. Alone. While your friends are having fun. Hehe.
Hm? Why? "I didn't actually ask you to sign it." She didn't actually. The students just approached the parchment, no questions asked, and signed it themselves. Hehe.
"You will see. Any minute now." Or two.
"Good day to you, Miss Soler." Siiiiiign it!
"Are you afraid of cooties too?" Maya could easily procure gloves for her too.
Good healer, yes. "Ah, good, good." Yes yes. "The circle is so that I have you all connected, in one place."
It would do them no good being scattered all over the world. Missing one eyebrow. Or an ear. Or a zit.
"Allright everyone. It's time to start." Maya clasped her hands together and walked into the somewhat cirlce the students had made. Sloppy. "If you want to be left here, then by all means, don't hold anyone's hand. But as I clearly put in that parchment, you need to follow my requests or I have the power to take points from all of you." Oh, she really liked contracts.

Kurumi had to admit, Professor Saylen did have a point. She had not told any of them that they had to sign the paper. Frowning, she grabbed hold of Selina's hand and glanced back at the red-head.
Just what had they gotten themselves into?!
"He saved my life last term," she blushed nodding towards Salander. Even she was a bit confused about her feelings for him, but she knew that he was more than just some guy from class.
Caroline took Kurumi other hand that was no way she was getting left behind in the lesson. She listened to Kurumi and the other girls, Caroline didnt know her name talking about Salander, Caroline didn't know him either but she had only seen him in the common room and heard his name there. Awww that was sweet. For some reason Gryffindors and slytherins getting together/liking each other or whatever lovely dovely stuff was sweet to her. She looked around to see if it looks like they were going to be leaving soon. Caroline suddenly got a burst of excitement. "This is going to be fun" she smiled at Kurumi

Ellie had totally thought that the Niffler thing would spark Treyen's interest. Apparently, she was wrong, though. HMPH.
And about the camera? "I..I don't really want to..." No. Saylen was getting the silent treatment. Though she should get Azkaban or something for cutting off a poor cruppie's tail.
Wow. That was the most brilliant logic ever. Seriously. Ellie let the camera drop. "You're right." Maybe she just won't take pictures. Which kinda defeated the purpose of bringing it, to the normal eye, but then again, Ellie wasn't carrying it around for the purpose of pictures.
....
What was that, Saylen? Left behind? Were they, like, going on some 'field trip'. Like the ones that had gotten you excited, but turned out to be a walk around the school? Well boo, Saylen, boo.

It was possible that they were thinking the same thing, her and Treyen. Were was Sabel? He could help her figure out what this lesson was going to be about, or at least ask Saylen what it would be about.
And to hold her hand, of course.
"Good," her eyes were back to him. "And even if you wanted to, I won't let you do so, and neither will Ellie." Hopefully the younger girl wouldn't be walking out either. Couldn't keep Treyen in the class is she wasn't there.
Her attention went back to Saylen, and she rocked back on her heels. Was the lesson starting???
Don't want to...what? Ask Saylen? Oh, then, never mind, if the woman didn't mention the camera then he assumed it was all okay. Surely Ellie could see that, yes?
He was.
Very right.
And a very smiling Lockhart he was, too. Something Saylen didn't see much, right?
The one time he took his eyes from Ellie was when Arya spoke up. She wasn't going to let him? Like she'd done the last time? Of courseeee, yeah, Arya. And he was about to respond, but she did something wrong...she mentioned someone else's name. Bad call Arya, because Treyen forgot whatever it was he was going to respond, "Right," and that was all he said before turning back to Ellie, and then to Saylen.
Go on, woman, bring whatever sinister creature will be the death of him.
"Allright." Maya actually shifted where she stood. If this didn't turn out like it was supposed to, then... Well, back to Mexico it was. Heh. "Just relax and keep still. Close your eyes if you want. This wont take long." She took a moment to look at everyone, hoping they'd be in the same position when she looked again.
A deep breath, and then the Mexicana turned on her spot.
With a swoosh and a swish and any other awesome soundeffects you want, the group vanished in a whirl. A loud crack! was heard, along with a fart!ing sound, and then a pop!

Destiny had been taking her time filling out the parchment. There were so many words, so many. And the more she read, the more jumbled the parchment became and she had to start all the way at the beginning because she forgot what she had read!
Merlin.
Couldn't the Professor just read the thing out loud and then make them raise there left hand or something. It would have been much easier on Destiny and she wouldn't have ALMOST missed the hand holding thing going on.
She should have started singing 'Kumbaya'.

Her eyes alight with excitement, Ivory let her eyes skim over the parchment before rereading everything more slowly. It would seem they were going someplace. Someplace they had to behave. Behave very carefully. Which would mean she'd have to put on her prefect face and try to be assertive if anyone began to even start to disobey one of these rules.
Picking up the provided quill, she quickly and efficiently filled out the blanks.

Ending the 'w' with a flourish, she set it down only to look up in time to catch the last instructions. Hold hands?
Nodding, she stepped forward to the circle of students and squeezed herself in between some firsties she didn't know by name. Smiling apologetically, she grabbed hands and kept her eyes on the Professor. At least she did until everything went black.
"Allright." Maya actually shifted where she stood. If this didn't turn out like it was supposed to, then... Well, back to Mexico it was. Heh. "Just relax and keep still. Close your eyes if you want. Emily stood, holding hands with her fellow students, and re-read the rules she had just signed.
Mabye she shoudn't be here. They were going to be with muggles.
...
Mabye... She had signed it now, but... No, she coudn't.
She was about to tell the professor this when she felt her self getting dizzy then POP. She was gone.
Mia had no problems with signing the parchment. It could only mean that they were going to do something exciting. She picked up the quill and signed her name with a flourish.

Bouncing on the balls of his feet, unable to contain his joy, Patroclus took the hand of the Random beside him, and felt the crushing sqeeeeeeeeeeeeeeuzing sensation that was side along aparation.

- Absolutely No magic will be allowed
- Absolutely no accidental magic will be allowed
- Do not, for a second, think that you can walk off by yourself unless permitted to
- No loud talking about Magic infront of others than the class
- Listen to Professor Saylen at all times
- Do not ruin your fellow classmates' experience in this lesson by behaving like a turtle on wheels.

Maddie wondered what they could possibly be doing that would need such a form, but she was sure it was going to be something interesting. Well, she hoped it would be, anyway.

Christopher signed the paper and shrugged. Many of the students around him acted as if this were a big deal, but he didn't see anything wrong with the rules. Heck, he honestly thought this was a smart idea. He handed it in and looked around for some friends. He didn't have too many, but he didn't mind. The people he didn't know where just friends he hadn't met yet.
