After a nice apparation trip, and another crack!fartingsound! and pop!, the class found themselves in an alleyway, not far from their destination. Making sure every student that signed their name was still with the class, Maya slowly let go of the hands she was holding and called for everyone's attention.

"We're here." Not that she had said where they were going...because, they'd find out soon enough. "Remember, act appropriately and stick together." She did not want to have to come back for someone after returning to Hogwarts.

"Follow me please." Oh they'd better follow her...
A quick walk around the corner and finally, they arrived inside at the main entrance of this magnificent museum - go ahead, you have a moment to take in your bearings. Maybe you already noticed the larger than life skeleton of a Diplodocus nearby, one of many dinosaurs that roamed this earth many years ago. Or perhaps the grandness of the inside architecture has your attention.

There are quite alot of people in here today, tourists from other countries and the United Kingdom aswell. Curious people, perhaps just like all of you.
Having made sure that all the students were still here, Professor Saylen then proceeded to reach into her bag and take out a bundle of museum pamphlets with a map. She'd taken the liberty to mark where they should meet, incase anyone got lost. Also, she'd written her name, incase anyone still didn't know who she was...or simply forgot. Heh.

"Everyone, take one of these," she had to raise her voice a little to be heard over the other buzzing visitors, "Open them and look at the map. See the encircled figure in the middle? That is where we are now. If anyone gets lost, you come back here and wait." Don't go off buying an icecream at the cafe. "...and I will come get you." Allright?

She let them take another moment to gather themselves, study the map a little, and just... maybe stare at the dinosaur bones.

K-Lee's eyes widened. "More dinosaurs!" She said, almsot too loudly. Taking a deep breath she decided she was going to try and get over her irrelevant fear of dinosaurs. But they're were so big!

Following the teachers, K-Lee anxiously made her way into the dinosaur gallery. She supposed that as long as they were dead, and not alive as Professor Saylen seemed to be saying, that she'd be alright.

They'd just better not have any models or she might faint.

Then she tilted her head to the side as he continued to talk in some strange language. She felt like she needed one of those translating dictionaries. Marche? It was still February!

"Correct, dinosaur bones." She nodded with a small smile.

Oh...dear.
"How do you know it's dead?" Hmmm? A Thestral could look dead to anyone who didn't know what they were.

Hehe.

Ah! "A grass eating dinosaur, good answer." Totally.

Again. "How do you know it's dead?"

"Yes, this is a dinosaur!" Excitiiing!

Dragon wannabe? Oh...

He didn't.
But he did! "A dragon-wannabe, huh? Maybe this is the super-great grandfather of a dragon." Yeah, think about that. "Good wording, Mister Lockhart."

"Good guess, Miss Maloney. But this is actually a...relative to the Diplodocus." Hm, made sense?

"Yes, it is!" Getting excited there... "Good answer, Miss Black."

Well...stomp, yes. "Yes, that is all true." Heh. "Laying eggs, that is a good point. Very good, Mister Blunt."

Oh, they were all getting good with words! "Fossils, that is correct. Good answer, Miss Erised."

Bones, fossils. Nice. "Yes, yes it is, Miss Gibbins." Nod nod.

"Yes indeed. This dinosaur is a type of Sauropod. Good answer."

"Yes, indeed it is, Miss Frost." the Mexicana nodded.

Okay, so far everything was going allright, but she could feel the immense rise in excitement in this great room and Maya's curiosity was itching to run around and absorb the information... EVERYWHERE.
So, hopefully she wouldn't tell them to stay here while she went on a happy trip around the museum.

Oh dear Merlin. He was here, and he brought...coffe. She saw Chad come closer and tried her best not to snatch that delicious drink out of his hand. Ahem. She was really going to be needing this. "Gracias, Mister Stryker." She gave him a smile and gratefully accepted the coffee.

"Everyone, you all know Mister Stryker, the Groundskeeper." She adressed the class again, though the man didn't need an introduction. "He will be joining us today." So you can't escape. "I'm glad you could be here. This might get a little too exciting." If he knew what she meant. Another smile his way.

Everyone ready to move on?"Allright, let's head on over to the Dinosaur Gallery, shall we?" And then she very much turned serious, "Follow me." Practically glared at them all as if she could read their little 'Run-off-and-play' plans in their minds. She started making her way to the Dinosaur Gallery on their left, keeping close to the Groundskeeper.

"Proffessor the remains that hang in Profassor Tates class do we know how old they are " he had signed the paper no way was he saying dragon

Cedric silently followed the Professor as she instructed them to head to the Dinosaur Gallery. He knew Dinosaurs. Oh, yes, he was very much cognizant, erudite about Muggle stuffs. Poor people... didn't even know where they were, eh? And he even heard a certain someone say DINORAWR. Quite close but not quite. Try again, Destiny.

He hoped he had brought his camera along with him; not to take shots of what this museum had to offer but of his classmates and peers' awe-struck faces, some jaws ungraciously dropping at the seemingly unbelievable sight of huge skeletal creatures, others jamming 'wow' and 'fantastic' into one sentence at the mere sight of the same thing.

What a difference would that make if his camera was with him. Perhaps he could conjure it, no? But Professor Saylen's voice soon mocked him in his mind, making him feel irked, idiotic and helpless at the same time. No magic allowed, be it accidental or purposely. Oh, well.

"I'm from Japan, sir," Kurumi said unable to shake her slightly overly polite speech. The Groundskeeper was a bit intimidating - but not in a way like ~~Professor Lafay~~ Dragon Lady was. She wasn't really sure what the Lover...erm...Louse...whatever he had said was, but she had heard that France was a lovely place.

Caroline's eyes kept moving around everywhere. This place was truely amazing says the Pureblood witch. Who's mother would not let her learn anything about muggles. Once Caroline did try to sneek off one summer holiday to the Museum but her mother caught her and was forbidden to ever go into a place where muggles went. Haha Mummy dearest would have her pulled out of Hogwarts for this. She followed the professors. awww That was so Cute...ewww Professors in love. Barf. She giggled. She really enjoyed the Dinosaur Gallery and wondered what Gallery was next?

Hey lookit! The nice new Groundskeeper was with them. That was awesome. She nodded her head in agreement. Her answer was good cause they did in fact eat grass, her mind was clear now that everything had stopped spinning. She smiled at Stryker when the professor addressed and introduced him, rocking back on her heels a bit in the process.

That glare the woman gave them didn't effect her as much as it had before, if at all. She was too excited about being in the museum to pay it any mind. Besides the glare wasn't for her, it was for the ones that planned on running off, and she didn't. Not since she realized she didn't have any muggle money for the gift shop had she not planned on running off.

With a light skip she followed, finally sparing her map a glance.

He had no idea what the dragon-wannabe was. Well, what its name was, for he knew it to be a dinosaur back in its day, but what kind? He was lost there.

And so the boy nodded at her response and winked back. Yes, he knew she knew, but still.

Certainly. She was fine. He dared to think that maybe Ellie was better than Arya from the whole Apparition thing, but the victim in it all had been the pretty Ravenclaw, since she had suffered a hit to the head.

Awww, poor Ellie.

And then he frowned, "I was being serious," so, yes, please, don't laugh at him? Chances were she was laughing at the 'dragon-wannabe' thing, but he was the one who said that. Both Arya and Ellie seemed to gave found that rather funny.

OH, MY GILDEROY! Was he here to take Saylen's place?! Because the boy would be grinning if that was the case.

Treyen smiled and nodded at the man. Until...why was he bringing Saylen coffee? And why was Saylen not leaving?! Sigh. He didn't notice but his hold on Ellie's hand started to loose a bit.

Ack. Saylen was staying.

And then she replied to his non-answer. "Doubt it." He said, eyes on Saylen while he crossed both his arms across his chest and smirked. She'd better give him proofs of that. Now...the dragon being the great-grandfather to that, well, he didn't mind that thought...but the other way around...well..NO..simply NO. Unless the dinosaur was a carnivore.

It wasn't until this moment that he realized what the crossing-arms movement had caused. He was no longer holding Ellie's hand and Treyen blushed. There was noooo way he could get away with taking her hand back unless there was some reason other than 'Saylen said'...so, yeah...whatever.

He'll follow behind Mr. Stryker.

THEY WERE GOING TO SEE MORE DINORAWRS!

If Destiny wasn't being extra careful so she wouldn't accidentally set off magic, she would have ran up ahead of everyone so she could be the first person to see the dinorawrs. But then, that would have surely set Professor Saylen off and then she would be walking around on a leash like she saw all those muggle mothers put on their naughty children.

Ehh, wouldn't be the first time she was on a leash.

Opening her snazzy map up, like she actually knew how to read one, Destiny sloooooowly followed behind the Professor and the Groundskeeper dude.

Alice smiled warmly at the boy. "Nice to meet you Mikey." Alice extended her hand for him to shake, stepping up so that she was next to him so he didn't have to reach behind him awkwardly to shake it. "I guess I am thinking a bit too recent in time for all of this, but hopefully they'll have some exhibits from that as well." Alice was wondering where Professor Saylen was taking them, and found it interesting that the Groundskeeper Mr. Stryker was here, but it was cool nevertheless. "So, are you really interested in this kind of thing?" she asked Mikey, personally finding muggle history during the early 1900s to be more her cup of tea, but this was cool to examine nevertheless.

Um....No. No way was this lizard related to a DRAGON. Just no. Dragons were fierce and awesome. This was...not. And according to Arya, it ate plants. Scary? NOT.

Ellie was fully aware he'd been serious. "That's why it was funny." Mhm. Because the dinosaur totally was a dragon wannabe.

His hand! Was still in hers! She.....how long had that been there? Since school? She just noticed when he'd slackened. Well....she couldn't pull away. Even if she wanted to, that would only call MORE attention to it. And, she wasn't sure whether she did want to or not... Uhm...uhm...

But he had removed it to cross his arms at Saylen. Okay. So, she needn't worry anymore.

She followed Stryker behind Treyen, and juuuuust when she was about to leave the room, she turned and SNAPPED a picture of the dinosaur skeleton. It WAS kinda cool...

Selina looked toward Kurumi as they were reprimanded. She would not be assuming anything from now on and that she was sure of. The wrath of this one Professor was enough to scare the out-going and often out-spoken little redhead back into her shell.

"I understand ma'am. It won't happen again."

When she explained about the die-no-sore Selina listened intently. She wished that she could pull out a pen and paper to write down all of the information students were spewing out. But to be the only one would make her stand out, today Selina was trying to stay in the crowd. Fate was already tempted.

Then she gestured for them to follow her into the gallery. Selina stood close behind the Professor and stood near Kurumi. The pair of them would be sure not to upset this teacher again, hopefully for the rest of the year.

Dinorawr?? What in Merlin's beard was Destiny talking about. "It's called a Dinoswore." Duh. That's what the professor said. LISTEN! She just said it again right then. Pffft, her friend needed her ears checked.

Wait, the Professor said it again. They were going to look at more of these big secretly alive creatures!? JEEZ they could step on them and they'd all die, they were that big! What if one got so tired of standing like a statue, that they fell over and crushed them all? Did the muggles know what type of danger they were in? Because she sure didn't until now.

But she supposed with the ~~meany 'I'll make you cut my grass with safety scissors~~ French Man here, everything would be decently alright, right? Meaning, he'd push them out of the way and take the crash? Yush, that seemed like something he could do.

Onward to the Dinoswores then!

Maya finally sipped on her coffee, the many spices and ingredients making her close her eyes for a second. It. Had. Chocolate.

Yes, she liked Mister Stryker even more now.

Oh, she was? Was it noticeable? "Well, this is a wonderful place." Like, all this stuff! "I hope you will enjoy it too?" She smiled at him, all caffeinated and chocolate-happy.

Though the way the young girl was looking made Maya nervous.

The walk had finally gotten them to the Dinosaur Gallery

Maya slowed down and stood infront of one of the many exhibited dinosaurs, sadly only their bones are left to see. But, it did provide an image for everyone on how they could've looked.

Selina walked into the hall and stopped in awe. The room was so large and filled to the brim with the remains of creatures that, from what she had just heard earlier, roamed the earth before the dawn of man. They were all so massive and amazing. Every bone and every curve in their figures was like a work of art. Selina could feel her bag burning. Her sketch pad was aching for her to take it out and explore history with her pencil. But she could not ask the Professor if she could draw some of the die-no-sores. She was already on thin ground.

Then again her drawing pad was crying out to her and why deprive it? Poor dears. "Um excuse me, ma'am? I don't have an answer to your question, but would you mind if I drew some of these creatures? They are amazing."

Jacob shook his head at Patroclus' 'I know everything about old stuffs' attitude. But started to walked closer to the lion... he made Jacob feel less weird and out of place.

As they got to the Dino gallery, Jacob immidietly raised his hand. "OOOH! There were those big, flying, scary ones, that went all like this..." Jacob started flapping his arms frantically.

Nika jumped up and down and without missing a beat she gave her answer. "Triceratops! That's a type of dinosaur!" Nika's smile was stretched from ear-to-ear now. She really did like learning about dinosaurs. They are so interesting!

Giving Evelyn a quick 'I told you so' glare as the Professaur clearly said dinorawr, Destiny folded the map up and continued her very slow trek towards the dinorawr gallery. She expected pictures of the creatures, not more big bones.

And what in the name of Merlin's untied shoes was that thing coming out of the egg? It was just..gross looking! It was going to give her nightmares! Turning away from the thing, because she couldn't bear to look at it anymore, she inched her way closer to the Professaur as she spoke.

230 MILLION years ago!?

Sweet Merlin! She should have asked Professor Welton what it was like when the dinorawrs roamed the world. Making a mental note to ask the woman next History of Magic lesson, Destiny raised her hand at the question asked. Name a type of dinorawr? She could do that! "There were Lapparentosaurus'. They were awesome."

Just ask Welton. She'd agree.

Seriously? That's why it was funny? He shook his head at the thought, entirely disagreeing with her, but he made no further comment about it.

The boy was almost going to walk into Mr. Stryker but his eyes managed to focus away from Ellie and to whatever it was they were looking at now.

Dinosaur gallery. Got it. Why were they studying dinosaurs, now?

Still, the boy raised his hand and looked at Saylen, "There are the ones called Velociraptors," he said, tilting his head towards one of the little skeletons (well, little compared to the ones of a T-Rex) and gesturing towards it...because, yes, Saylen, that was a Velociraptor. "Which belonged with the Theropods, most particularly the Dromaeosaurids, but, yes, it was a really fast little dinosaur, and a carnivore too," he nodded, nodded, nodded, "Fierce, it was, proof that power doesn't come with size," oh, yeah, and it had feathers too, something dragons didn't.

Arya had noooo idea her friend was being serious. It didn't seem like a serious answer, and she'd never known anyone to not know what a dinosaur was, so she'd just assumed he was being silly.

When they reached their destination, she did a small slow spin to look at all the dinosaurs as the woman spoke, not paying her words much mind cause she knew what they were. She'd learned a lot of something in that school of hers before Hogwarts.

She did hear the question, and paused in her spinning to glance at the woman when giving her respons. "A Velociraptor is one. There faaaaast." Her eyes went wide as she looked from the woman to the dinosaur hanging over their heads.

Her dinosaur wasn't that big.
