After a nice apparation trip, and another crack!fartingsound! and pop!, the class found themselves in an alleyway, not far from their destination. Making sure every student that signed their name was still with the class, Maya slowly let go of the hands she was holding and called for everyone's attention.
"We're here." Not that she had said where they were going...because, they'd find out soon enough. "Remember, act appropriately and stick together." She did not want to have to come back for someone after returning to Hogwarts.
"Follow me please." Oh they'd better follow her...
A quick walk around the corner and finally, they arrived inside at the main entrance of this magnificent museum - go ahead, you have a moment to take in your bearings. Maybe you already noticed the larger than life skeleton of a Diplodocus nearby, one of many dinosaurs that roamed this earth many years ago. Or perhaps the grandness of the inside architecture has your attention.
There are quite alot of people in here today, tourists from other countries and the United Kingdom aswell. Curious people, perhaps just like all of you.
Having made sure that all the students were still here, Professor Saylen then proceeded to reach into her bag and take out a bundle of museum pamphlets with a map. She'd taken the liberty to mark where they should meet, incase anyone got lost. Also, she'd written her name, incase anyone still didn't know who she was...or simply forgot. Heh.
"Everyone, take one of these," she had to raise her voice a little to be heard over the other buzzing visitors, "Open them and look at the map. See the encircled figure in the middle? That is where we are now. If anyone gets lost, you come back here and wait." Don't go off buying an icecream at the cafe. "...and I will come get you." Allright?
She let them take another moment to gather themselves, study the map a little, and just... maybe stare at the dinosaur bones.

Selina felt dizzy from the apparation. She stayed close behind the Professor and tried her hardest to stay with Kurumi. The last thing she wanted was to get separated. Once the reached their destination Selina stopped and looked in awe. The building was amazing. She had grown up in beautiful places, but the size of this place had wiped away every thought of those houses.
"Wow," she muttered.
Once they were inside she grabbed a pamphlet and looked through it. They had the whole day to walk around and just learn. This was the coolest field trip... ever.
The students began to scatter and Selina approached Kurumi, "Anywhere in particular you want to go?" She thought it best to stick with her. Selina's Muggles knowledge was not the best.

When Emily opened her eyes, she was awestruck.... did they just apparate!? out of Hogwarts grounds?... Brilliant! Field trip! After following Professor Saylen into the entrance of a museum Emily took in her surroundings, magnificent displays of various objects, bones, armour and many other thing.
Emily let go of Vashti's and Jacobs hands and stepped forward to get a pamphlet. "That wasn't so bad now was it Jacob?" she asked smugly. After all who would want to miss out on this!

Nika felt a sudden pull and before she knew it they were in a museum. Magic always had a way of surprising her. Nika took a pamphlet and took a good look at it before she felt she could safely wonder around. She saw some students scrambling into their little groups getting ready to head off. Nika wasn't sure where to go so she just stood in place watching everyone as they passed. Maybe someone would want to look around with her.

trying to keep down the lunch that he felt like was try to get back out he looks around and see he is at a museum he had never been too looking over to the CoMC teacher " proffesor you ROCK" and moves to the outer circle of the group to get a better look at the displays, but out of the corner of his eye he keeps Sierria in sight just in case she goes in to muggle over load
Nooooo. Joint Apparition was the worst, even if this wasn't his first time. He was actually kind of dizzy, and it seemed that everything was spinning. Awful, pretty awful. And it was all the Professor's fault.
As soon as Saylen let go of everyone's hands, he let go of Arya too. But did he have to let go of Ellie? Wouldn't it be safer if he kept her hold, like, so she wouldn't get lost, or he wouldn't get lost? Er, yeah, if Ellie said something, then he'd have no choice and probably blame the forgetfulness on Apparition.
It was rather obvious that he wasn't paying attention to the museum itself, not to the huge skeleton of whatever dragon-like creature it belonged to. Yet the boy took the pamphlet, opened it with his free hand, and then nodded at the woman before pocketing the paper thing. He wasn't planning on running away, so, really, he didn't need to see the map if he was following the group, no?
Following the group...where? And where was the sinister creature that was supposed to eat him?
"Actually, Professor, I do have a question...," silly boy, asking questions was FORBIDDEN, remember? FORBIDDEN! "Why are we here?" and where exactly was 'here'?

Next thing Kurumi knew, she was spinning around and around and around...the thought she was standing still...so why was the room spinning so much.
Wait...room? Wasn't she still in the Care of Magical Creatures area?
Eyes still rolling around in her head, Kurumi looked at the ground to see that she was standing are marble floor and that there was no Walnut in sight.
"Selina...wh--what just happened?" she asked turning to her friend. Was this some sort of spell? She had never felt so dizzy in her entire life and she was thanking Walnut for chasing Momotaro around that morning and making her miss breakfast.
When her eyes finally became uncrossed, Kurumi realized that she no longer at Hogwarts but in a grand museum. Kurumi felt as though her eyes were going to popped right out of her head. She had been to museums back in Japan, the largest of them being in Ueno, but nothing compared to what she was seeing now.
"WOOOOOOOOOOW!" she squeaked grabbing the pamphlet Selina was holding and looking through it. "Let's go to the Wildlife garden first," Kurumi suggested pointing to the spot on the map. "We can pick a place you want to go to next, to be fair."

Selina looked at Kurumi as they first arrived. All of the students were gathered around the dumpster and Selina answered Kurumi, "We apparated, my Dad used to take me to all of his matches through it. It is not very pleasant."
Her nose went back down in the pamphlet as Kurumi re-oriented herself once they arrived in the museum. Selina knew her friend was ready once she addressed the redhead again. It was something about the Wildlife garden. She pulled her nose out of the pamphlet to say, "Sure thing, I mean it all sounds fun."
Kurumi suggested that the pair go back and forth picking exhibits. "Maybe after we could go to the Dinosaur gallery. It works our way back to the meeting spot and I really have no idea what they are. So it would be fun to learn about these magical creatures." Selina was certain that all of these animals were just creatures. Why they had them on display she had no idea.

K-Lee followed the professor, entering the large building she gasped at the sight of it all.
Looking around for a moment, she grinned. This place was awesome!
Or not. Dinosaur bones... Dinosaur bones... "Merlin!" She said, shrinking back slightly. Dinosaurs were her weakness, her Kryptonite.
Eyes wide, K-Lee bit her lip from screaming. Hugging heself slightly, she tried to ignore the large, scary, dinosaur fossils that if they were alive right now they'd eat her.

Salander felt himself being squeezed from all sides and being sucked in, spinning out of control before landing squarely on his feet. For a second he thought they had portkeyed somewhere except that he doesnt recall ever touching an object neither did it feel like the usual sensation of traveling by portkey, which he knew well. Then he felt something, first a flip flop in his stomach, followed by a distasteful, sour something riding up his gullet Oh no! Oh no!...
His breakfast was trying to make a reappearance.
Being FULLY AWARE that Lexi was right beside him he let her hand go and clapped his over his mouth and went running for-- anywhere really.
Yeah the corner dumpster just got to see what he had for breakfast.
Breathing heavily he trodden back to his spot, just as the Professor was telling them to follow her. He grabbed the end of his tie and pressed it against his mouth, trying to get his stomach to settle down.
As they rounded the corner he looked up at the impressive structure, and would let his mouth gape open if not for trying to make sure nothing else comes out of it. They entered the museum and his eyes settles on the giant skeletal creature.
Huh...."Hey its a dino.... unless we're looking at an example of a breach of a certain statute."

With her hand still clutched around the hand of one of her fellow students (she never did figure out just which one it was), Sierra felt herself being apparated away to Merlin only knew where. When they finally came to a stop, she just blinked a few times and tried to shake the feeling of wanting to puke all over someone. She hadn't exactly side-along apparated too many times before.
...alright, so why were they here again? ...and, where was 'here'?
She hurried along and followed the professor around the corner. Whoa. This building actually looked really, really cool! Sierra tried to contain her excitement (she'd never been a very overly-emotional person), but she just couldn't help the smile that spread across her face.
"Cool," she mumbled.
Well, the building itself looked cool, at least. Exactly what were they supposed to be doing in here, though? Hopefully there was more to it than just dinosaur bones...

Kurumi took a closer look at the map and realized that she hadn't even noticed the Dinosaur gallery. "Oh! I used to love dinosaurs when I was younger," Kurumi chirped. "You don't know what a dinosaur is?" Kurumi looked at Selina with an expression of utter shock. Then, she realized that Selina probably wouldn't considering her upbringing. "Sorry, forgot about the whole pureblood thing," she whispered looking back down at the pamphlet. "My elementary school went on a field trip like this once to a smaller museum where there was a Triceratops skeleton on display. It was amazing!"
Kurumi was definately going to have several geeking out moments on this trip. Selina better be ready for them.

Selina and Kurumi were talking as the other students made conversation. She was about to answer Kurumi when the Professor shot her the eyes. Her skin stood up, not the hair the skin. Those eyes pierced through her soul when the Professor threatened to send them back to school.
"No, ma'am. I'm sorry I just misunderstood your comment earlier. When you said we had the maps and meeting place I interpreted that as a sign that we were going off to study on our own. Like an independent study. Don't blame Kurumi. It was my fault. She was disoriented from our... travel and just jumped on my band wagon. I hope that you won't send us back. We promise to behave, honest." Selina was not one for trouble. She was the good student who partook in homework and every class.
When the Professor moved on with the question Selina had no idea. Growing up in the magical world left her lacking.

Emily looked up at the large display of bones.... it was quite clearly a dinosaur.
Emily raised her hand... "Is is an Apatosaurus, also known as the Brontosaurus?" she asked.... That was the scientific name was it not?

Huh...."Hey its a dino.... unless we're looking at an example of a breach of a certain statute."
Ewww. EWWW EWWWW EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! Lexi hated travelling like that! HATED it. As soon as she got her bearings about herself she was SO going to glare at a certain professor. GLARE I SAY.
Leaning over as Salander went to toss his cookies in a dumpster or somefink she began to breathe in slowly through her nose and out her mouth. Grrrrr. Blinking several times she finally stood upright to see Salander with his tie shoved in his mouth or something like that. Hehe. Funny stuff.
Smirking slightly she looked around... and then up... and then WHOA. Her mouth fell agape and she tilted her head to one side. WHAT WAS THAT THING? I mean... there was a skeleton of a thestral... somewhere, but this thing was HUGE.
"Uh... it's a bunch of bones?" Lexi asked!said with her hand slightly raised. Wait... what was Sal on about? Leaning over she whispered in his ear, "What's a dino? What... I am SO confused." She grabbed for his tie free hand a bit frantically. What if she said or did something... witchish? EEP! Muggle places frightened Lexi.
Oh, good telepathic point there. The kiddies might not actually know where they were. Heh. "Everyone, welcome to the National History Museum. In London." She added that last part in a lower voice, to let them know they were still in the same continent. Hehehe.

Luin looked around the museum and then up at the dinosaur bones the teacher pointed out, she wasn't sure of the scientific name at this point, she had never really looked into it, but she did have a general idea. She raised her hand, "They are dinosaur bones but I am uncertain as to which kind, Professor." she looked around a bit more, noticing lots of Muggles, this was going to be an interesting class.

Okaaaaay. Evelyn wasn't feeling all that great at the moment.
Flinching away from everyoooone after their little traveling adventure, the Slytherin girl held her stomach, bending over slightly to catch her breath. No matter how many times she'd traveled like that, she would never get used to it, she just KNEW it. Ugh.
Blinking and following the others, she stayed close to the group after a few moments, already feeling out of place. Mostly because...she felt rather small compared to that huge bone display thing, and the building. The building was pretty big. And...and...
WHAT!?!
What if...what if they didn't get lost? What if a muggle kidnapped them!? Pffft! Crossing her arms, Evelyn stared at the bones, glancing over at Cookie Girl for a moment when she answered the question. Diplodoofus? Wha? Cookie girl made no sense! "It's...a dead creature." Obviously. A BIG creature that is. Or was it fake?

There was no worse feeling than side-along apparition. Well, that wasn't necessarily true, but it certainly felt like there was no worse feeling as the professor apparated the entire class. This wasn't her first side-along, but she still wasn't used to the sensation, and was a bit unsteady on her feet when they reached their destination.
All the spinning had her wishing that Treyen hadn't let go of her hand, and wishing that Sabel was there for support. Leaning on Treyen wasn't an option. He was sorter than her and they'd both end up falling, which would create a domino effect. Not something they wanted right now. So she just wobbled a bit until she got her footing and the world stopped spinning.
She didn't realize where the woman had taken them until they'd entered the museum. This wasn't what she was expecting, and even though it seemed they would be talking about ancient muggle creatures, it was still cool that they were at the museum. "That's a dinosaur." Yes, she was stating the obvious. The world was still a bit spinny and she was too distracted by the fact that they were AT A MUSEUM to give much more than that. "A grass eating one I think." Ah, there, more information.
She'd only barely glanced at the map in her hand before going back to the museum.

Finn was used to apparition. He had passed his test, so he probably should've been used to it. And...woah. wherever they had landed had a big thing of bones. That was....pretty cool? Maybe. Although Finn didn't have no idea where they were. Expect for the fact that there was like lots of people around, and they didn't really look like they were all English. Yes. This was definitely going to be interesting.
Oh. But what the thing was? To be quite honest Finlay had no idea, but then again he was rather bad at this subject, so it totally wasn't his fault at all. "Well actually Evelyn..." He pondered, coming up behind his snake friend. "I think it's actually the remains of a dead creature." He grinned at her, before looking at the professor properly. "I mean...Only the bones are there, none of the skin or anything."

Meep?
Turning only slightly to see who said her name, she smiled slightly when she noticed Finn but...that didn't last long. He was correcting her? He WAS! GASP! Clearing her throat quietly, she ignored the grin and turned back to looking at the giant bones. Pffft.
"But it was a creature at one point in time and these are the bones from that creature..." Diplodoofus or whatever it was called. "And it is anything but alive at the moment so obviously, it's a dead creature." Hmph. Ravenclaws. He was lucky she didn't mind his presence.
"I'm good," she responded to Ellie with a small nod. "Wondering what this lesson will be about..." Wasn't she? Weren't they ALL?? Maybe she should have read that paper better before signing it for hints.
It was possible that they were thinking the same thing, her and Treyen. Were was Sabel? He could help her figure out what this lesson was going to be about, or at least ask Saylen what it would be about.
And to hold her hand, of course.
"Good," her eyes were back to him. "And even if you wanted to, I won't let you do so, and neither will Ellie." Hopefully the younger girl wouldn't be walking out either. Couldn't keep Treyen in the class is she wasn't there.
Her attention went back to Saylen, and she rocked back on her heels. Was the lesson starting???

This wont take long." She took a moment to look at everyone, hoping they'd be in the same position when she looked again.
A deep breath, and then the Mexicana turned on her spot.
With a swoosh and a swish and any other awesome soundeffects you want, the group vanished in a whirl. A loud crack! was heard, along with a fart!ing sound, and then a pop!

Ellie... suddenly had a feeling of what the lesson would be all about. She hadn't thought of it much until Arya said something. But once she did... Dear Merlin she hoped not.
And what? "What will Ellie do?" She wasn't paying attention. Whatever it was, surely she'd do it.
OH. MERLIN.
Yes, Saylen had said it. Ellie fought off the urge to bite her lip- she knew from experience that that would NOT be fun- and closed her eyes.
Once her feet hit solid ground again, she opened her eyes back up. Warily. "Ow." There were far too many people apparating at once. It just made everything tighter and bumpier. Gross. "Let's never do that again." Never. She used her non-Treyen hand to rub her head. That was not fun at all.
She looked over at Arya who seemed to be less stable. "Alright?" Hmm.. she got her bearings soon enough it seemed. And she certainly didn't pull away from Treyen's hand. She kinda just...didn't think about it.
Ellie walked along with the class to the museum. She'd never been here. She took a pamphlet, again with her free hand. It was HUGE. Like GIGANTIC. Woah. Just woah. And she looked at the HUGE, GIGANTIC, WOAH dinosaur skeleton.
Woah.

That was nothing!
Destiny thought, after numerous apparating trips with her grandmother, that there was always this big, black ball of smoke that came afterwards. Obviously she was wrong.
Very slowly, so she wouldn't accidentally set off magic, she followed behind the rest of the class stopping just a little away from Evelyn. Perhaps there was a bucket for her friend? She looked a little sick. Well, there was no way Destiny was going to stay near her if that happened!
Inch, inch, inch away!
Which didn't get her very far since she was distracted by the biggest set of bones ever. Merlin! She thought her cousin Albert was big boned. He had nothing compared to those things!
"Evelyn! Evelyn! Evelyn!!" And Finn.. "LOOK! It's a DINORAWR!"
Just in case they missed it and all.
