"I suppose that's true," muttered the black-faced and hair-burnt Braeden as Ellie pointed out that it was easier to carry all books when her common room was all the way up here. He couldn't argue with that; the Gryffindor tower was up in the seventh floor too and the boy knew how just annoying walking up and down the stairs all day could be.

Unaware of Ellie's silent laugh and of how far behind he had fallen, Braeden continued taking each step down the stairs slowly and carefully, finally landing on the next floor a couple minutes later, catching up with his Ravenclaw friend. His dark eyebrows (which were invisible behind the ash) raised as the girl informed him she had already started on his drawing. Ooooh, was that so? "But I haven't even posed! And you've only seen me once!" protested Braeden, flabbergasted. Then he narrowed his brown eyes suspiciously, though Ellie couldn't see this behind the pile of books. "Unless… are you stalking me, Ellie? Is that it?" he asked, the hint of a smirk on his blackened lips. "Because if that's not the case, then I don't understand how you could remember what I look like enough to draw me a portrait…" he trailed off for a moment, then his brows furrowed. "Unless you're drawing me cartoon-style and exaggerating all my features so I look like a monkey," he added with a bit of worry. He didn't want to look like a monkey! He wanted to look pretty. With his lashes and all.

Raven amused at the troll, awkwardly dancing ballet. he knew portrait at Hogwarts can travel, talk, and guard. but he didn't resisted the funniest troll, even they are subject in an art. "Ha ha ha! Funny troll, dance, dance, dance" Raven cheers.

What an entertainment made of arts. "Hey, Mr. Barnabas" Raven called for the Human in portrait. "Teach them some contemporary move" Raven say. "ha ha ha"

Fallon stood in front of the tapestry. She was hoping to run into someone, but it probably would've been better to talk to him and tell him to meet her here. Then again, she hadn't really wanted to find Finn. She didn't want to risk running into that Ara girl again. Fallon just didn't get the best vibe off of her.

Fallon sighed and stared at the tapestry. It was pretty funny. Trolls just weren't meant to dance...

Hmm. Finn wandered along the corridor, yawning a little as he continued away from the ravenclaw common room. He still thought that it was far too early, even though it was like at least 11am. But then Finlay could never get used to waking up at a reasonable time, he loved his sleep. Maybe he did need to stop getting up early to go on those jogs, he was sure quidditch would be enough exercise for this year at least. But right now he was heading down to the great hall to get some brunch, because he was really hungry.

But a blonde slytherin distracted him from his belly, as he walked past the tapestry. "Fallon?" She seemed to be along way up from the slytherin common room.

Fallon looked away from the funny dancing trolls at the sound of the voice she was looking for. She turned around and smiled at Finn, even though it kind of hurt her to. "Hey Finn." Now how did she cut to the point...

As Fallon thought, she couldn't help but notice that he looked like he just rolled out of bed. It wasn't really that early in the morning. It was like 11. Fallon herself had been up since about 8. She couldn't really sleep in much anymore. This was just eating away at her and she didn't know why it had hit her so hard.

Finn really hadn't seen Fallon for a while, not since that day in the dungeons. He really hadn't thought about it until now. Maybe something was wrong? Finlay didn't ask though, because he knew that girls really didn't like boys poking their noses in. So. Yeah. He left it.

What he did do though, was lean against the wall next to the tapestry, because he had to make sure he had that cool persona all the time, so that little young people who think that he was so good. "What brings you up here?" Because well it was a rather lot of stairs for her to climb. Maybe she had come to meet a friend or something. That would explain it.

Fallon watched as he leaned up against the wall. Why does he have to look so good?! It was really hard not to notice things like this and it was making it harder for Fallon to stand being here. She was thinking about just leaving and dealing with this later. Then again, she had a feeling he wouldn't let her just leave without explanation.

Fallon let out a sigh, preparing herself for the explanation that was surely coming. "I came up her hoping to run into you." She had whispered it so softly that she didn't even know if he'd heard her. Fallon could fell the need to either cry or just walk away, but she resisted both. She needed to get this over with. Now.

Finlay smiled at her, as he pulled at his tie a bit, loosening it. He really did hate wearing ties, maybe he could just take it off for now, because well there wasn't any teachers around, and it wasn't like he was in a lesson now. But then he would probably forget to put it back on and get in trouble. Although...a detention could be pretty cool, maybe he'd see what Jimmy thought.

But now Fallon was talking. But he didn't quite catch what she was saying. Hmm. "Erm...." Finn frowned, feeling tempted to pull away from the wall, so that he could hear her better. "I didn't quite catch that Fallon."

Fallon watched as Finn tugged at his tie. She could tell he didn't like wearing the uniform. Fallon looked down at her Slythie skirt. She was really growing to like it.

She frowned slightly as he pushed off the wall and came closer to her. She had really hoped that he'd managed to hear her. "I said, I came up here hoping to run into you." Fallon leaned up against the wall. She wanted to do this, but she didn't. It was really hard for her to just stand here with him and not do something.

Mmm. Yes. The tie was definitely coming off. Finn pulled the tie off, before stuffing it into his pocket. He'd put that on later, because well he looked perfectly fine without his tie on, especially considering that he didn't have to have his top button done up. It was much more comfortable.

Wait. Fallon had come up here to see him? Finn couldn't help but smile a little, because well it did feed his ego just a little bit. But...Fallon had really come up all the way up here to see him. Finn couldn't help but wonder why? Because it was quite a way up. "Really?" He leant back up against the wall still looking at her. "Why?"

Finn took his tie off and Fallon had to look away. Why did he have to take the tie off? Why? She couldn't resist the fact that he was really good looking, even though she would never really say that out loud.

Fallon resisted the urge to roll her eyes when he grinned after her statement. She knew he was full of himself, but she kind of didn't want to deal with that right now. "Yes really." Fallon took a deep breath before she answered his next question. This could come out one of two ways: sad or angry. She hoped for neither but didn't know what would happen.

"I wanted to know how long you have had a girlfriend. And why you kissed me in the first place." There was a little edge in her voice. Fallon had pretty much realized that she needed to stop beating herself up and just get on with it.

Oh. That was what She had come up here for. It did surprise Finn a little. No girl had ever questioned his kissing before, so it was a bit of a shock for Fallon to be doing it. Most girls just liked him kissing them, because well Finlay Carmicheal had epic kissing skills. And now he would need to think of a good way of explaining this to Fallon, without her deciding to slap him or something. He really didn't need to be hit anymore.

"Me and Ara got together in October..." So...2 months. It had been fun, really fun. He liked Ara a lot. But he got what Fallon was saying. But he hadn't had a girlfriend when he had kissed Fallon. He was not that kind of guy. "I wasn't with her when I kissed you." He didn't do that. Sure he kissed tons of girls when he was single, but he at least stuck to one when he was actually with her.

But why had he kissed her? Well the easy answer to that was because he wanted to. But he did remember her kissing him back the second time. So really....she was kind of at fault too right? The thing was, he was sure if he told her that he kissed her because he wanted too then he would definitely get a kiss. "Well...." That was the only reason though, so he'd have to take his chance. "You're pretty....and I wanted too." That was okay right?

Fallon listened as Finn talked. She was really relieved to find out that he hadn't been dating Ara when they'd kissed. It didn't make it too much better though. She'd sort of liked him, well she did. And probably a little more than sort of liked. She wasn't really too sure herself on that one. "That's what I was wondering about." She figured he at least deserved some sort of reason as to why she was asking about that.

Fallon couldn't help but blush a little. Yes, she was sort of mad at him for what he'd done, but she couldn't get past him calling her pretty. Finn was still the only guy that really had that effect on her. "I'm not going to lie to you, after the first kiss, I wanted to kiss you again. Didn't mean I didn't wonder why you kissed me in the first place."

This was kind of a weird conversation, one that Finlay really didn't want to have again, because it was weird, and kind of made him not really want to kiss any more girls, if they were going to react this way anyway. "Oh..." She had been wondering about it. He had wondered why she kind of looked a little awkward whenever they spoke. This was obviously why. He didn't really get why she hadn't asked him before though. He really wouldn't have minded.

She had wanted to kiss him again? Finn had to practically bite the inside of his cheek to stop himself from smirking. It was totally another ego boost when she said that. These girls really did not learn, his egow as going to be so huge. It was not good. "The kisses were nice." Although this conversation was still a little weird seeing as he was with Ara now. He really shouldn't have been thinking about kissing Fallon.

Fallon could tell that Finn was a little shocked to here about her wondering if he'd been dating Ara before. She didn't want to get in the middle of a relationship. That would cause a lot of trouble for Fallon that she really didn't want. She could also feel the awkwardness in the air. She was going to leave soon. She'd learned what she wanted to learn, but she really didn't want to leave. Stupid emotions.

Fallon grinned a little flirty grin. Yes he had a girlfriend, but flirting was harmless and there was no one around. Plus, Satine was all right after she flirted with someone else's boyfriend. In theory, Fallon would be all right too. "Definitely some of the best I've ever had." Even if she'd only kissed two guys before him, they were the best. And the best was still the best.

Mmm. This was flirting, after talking to Lexi a lot aobut it over the summer, he could kind of tell when he was flirting. Which was probably a bad thing, considering where flirting had got him with Fallon during the summer. Finn knew that he could not kiss Fallon at all now, because well it would be pretty bad, seeing as he was taken by a girl that he really liked. Maybe he should kind of keep his distance from Fallon a little bit now, just so that he would not be tempted to kiss her.

"Mmm..." The best kisses that she had had? Well. That really did feed his ego. "Me too." He didn't really lie that much, so may as well tell her the truth.

Fallon knew that now was probably the time to leave Finn and go somewhere else. They were starting to flirt and that just might not end to well for Fallon if Ara ever was to find out. She didn't feel bad for flirting with him because she still thought flirting was somewhat harmless. It didn't even cross her mind that she was going against everything that she'd talked about with Satine.

Fallon shockling was able to control her blush after this comment. She thought he might be lying, after all he did have a girlfriend. "Well, then I must be a better kisser than I thought I was." She wanted to kiss him, but was going to control herself. She did not want to deal with an angry girlfriend.

Nika decided to do some more exploring of the castle. She wondered around the castle looking for some interesting things. She found herself at a painting. A very peculiar painting. "Woah! The picture moves!" Nika was surprised, but half expected something like this from the wizarding world.

As Samira walked through the seventh floor corridor, she caught sight of many Gryffindors. This wasn't uncommon, it was the floor of Gryffindor Tower. However, Gryffindors still made her feel uneasy. As she was walking, she accidentally bumped into a girl who seemed amazed that the paintings actually moved. They both stumbled. Not wanting to be made a fool of, Samira quickly said, "Congratulations, you have eyes," she spoke, referring to the paintings. "Watch where you're going next time." sneered Samira, turning to walk away.

Nika stumbled, but quickly regained her balance. As she turned to see who had bumped into her the person started to speak. She didn't look any older than Nika. Nika was shocked by the girls rude behavior. "Excuse me?" Nika looked taken aback. "I believe you bumped into me" Nika reminded the girl exactly why she was put into Gryffindor. "It's alright though. No need to apologize. I understand that you might be a bit clumsy. I am too so it's fine." Nika smiled sweetly at the girl. That's it she got her point across loud and clear.

Samira felt indignation rise inside her. "Excuse me, but i am NOT clumsy. You were simply in my way because you were boggling at a stupid painting. Oh, and i didn't apologize. Now, if you'll excuse me." Samira strode on her heel and prepared to walk away.

"Well I just found this painting very humorous that's all. I mean really look he is trying to teach trolls ballet!!!" Nika burst out into fits of laughter. She forgot for a minute how rude this girl was being. "Well goodbye then." Nika smiled angelically at the girl and waved.

Samira gazed at the painting for a moment. "Ya know, i always thought it looked like a drunk Hypogriff dancing to some Wizard Rock music..." As if snapping back to reality, she forgot who she was speaking with. "Well, if that's all." Then she turned back to look at the peculiar painting.

"Yeah I guess that is all then." Nika turned back towards the painting. All of the sudden things seemed a bit awkward. Nika decided it was best to know the mystery girls name. "So what's your name? Not like I want to get to know you or anything... Just you know for future preference that's all."

Samira almost snorted, but then remembered how un-ladylike that would be. This...Gryffindor had a lot of nerve. Deciding to be a bit daring, Samira said, What's your name? You know, for future preferences only.
