Kurumi blushed realizing that she had read the answer from the older book she had picked up from he back of the room. But, a right answer was a right answer. You say potAto, I say potatO type of thing.

Kurumi glanced around the room at the third years. Someone better answer before she exploded.

Jake had to actually push his fist into his mouth to stop himself from answering that question. GAHHHH. It wasn't that he was twitching for another question... like some. But... he just... wanted to answer. D:

Nika bobbed up and down. Aww, it was a third year question. Hopefully he would ask another first year one. She squirmed in her seat, why isn't anyone answering?!?!

Simon looked at the Professor. "I think that it was Odin." Simon had no idea if he was right or not it was a total guess.

"Yggdrasil" he mumbled to himself, looking to his fellow gryffindor giving the same

"for fifth year only"

Simon turned to the Professor, he wasn't sure now if his first answer was right and had heard Heimdall mention somewhere else. Simon put up his hand and looked at the Professor. "Professor was it Heimdall."

Selena's hand shot in the air and replied to the question. Last she checked, she was a third year after all. "Was it Heimdall who taught it?" she said, a bit unsure. She was kinda sure... not definitely but still, somewhat...

JP's face got red.
"AH! I knew that! I answered the wrong question!"
JP was so embarrassed. His strongest subject and he had gotten a question wrong.
"Fantastic."

"No."

"Uruz is a rune, not a person or a god. The question was 'Who taught mankind the runes?'

"Right its Heimdall. Now, because you already answered, Simon, and you were wrong, I am also going to give a point to Selena and Slytherin. So thats a point each for that question for Hufflepuff and Slytherin."

"For fourth years only, the next question for a point, How many worlds exist around Yggdrasil?"

Legs swinging idly, Arya raised her hand when the fourth years were asked a question. "There are nine worlds." Maybe.

"There are 9 worlds that exist around Yggdrasil, sir." Matt responded after raising his hand, he knew that every point for Slytherin counted and if he was going to help; now would be the time actually.

"Thats right, a point for Hufflepuff. Next question is for Slytherins and Hufflepuffs only and is worth two points." He paused and watched the board update itself.

"Who or what is Heidrun?"

So, the Professor was giving questions to only certain student years? A rather interesting quiz in her opinion. Teehee. Though she didn't mind it. As long as she didn't have to have some parchment with a million questions in front of her, she was good!

..."Heidrun is a goat...that eats from the world tree and produces mead for the einherjar." she said after raising her hand. Right? Eh.

Marie's hand shot up in the air and was about to answer when she heard Evelyn tell it. Eh, she might as well answer too. Maybe they would both get a point. "Sir, Heidrun would be a goat that bites the buds off the branches of the world tree while standing on its hind legs." Yeah, that sounded like it was worth them getting two points. Maybe.

"Exactly right. Two points for Slytherin. Next question goes to.... Gryffindor and Ravenclaw."

Truebridge paused and then asked the question. "For two points, Who calls Asgard home?"

“Well that’s the Æsir. Not all the gods live in Asgard. Bit of a trick question really.” Jim answered with his hand up, not even bothering to open his text book. Ravenclaw was behind, he noticed. It was a good thing he didn't much care about things like that.

Luin quickly raised her hand, "The Æsir call Asgard home."

"Ing and Frey are associated with the rune Ingwaz which reprsents groundness, Professor Truebridge" Rex said.

"Absolutely right." Truebridge answered and the board marked another two points for Ravenclaw.

"Partly right, but not all the Norse Gods live there. That is like saying all Hogwarts students sleep in the towers. James is right. It is a bit of a trick question. There... may be a few of those, so look lively."

"For 5th through 7th years, and worth two points, Who was killed by an arrow made of mistletoe?"

Hand up.

"It was Baldr. Some accounts say it was a spear instead of an arrow." Jimmy answered, hand up again.

Taking a quick glance to Marie, the Slytherin smiled before listening in for the next question. Which...was...here! "Balder, the god of Peace." she said, raising her hand once more. Peace?

Well there was no point in Marie answering this question... Not when she had to answer against Jimmy. It seemed even Evelyn wasn't fast enough here. Looking over at Jimmy she smiled. If anyone had to beat them she would rather it be him.
