Except, that question the professor gave, almost tricked her. First years only? Pfft. "Ash, Professor." she said after raising her hand. Now that was a fifth year question. Mwah!

With a semi-shocked look on her face, Sierra turned toward the Gryffindor who'd beaten her by a split second. She gave the girl a Puffer-worthy glare. Getting beat by a lion didn't sit well with Sierra, and so she turned away with a silent promise to get her next time.

Kurumi's hand once again shot up, and then immediately went back down. Fifth years?! Kurumi began biting her bottom lip in slight agitation. Come on Professor...ask a question to second years!

Its an Ash tree Professor? he guessed raising his hand

A slight grin went over to Kurumi as they seemed to mirror one another in their responses. "I think we're going to have quite the case of twitchy-hand-syndrome after this."

Marie raised her hand. "That would be Ash Sir."

Wow, she liked this feeling! Then she caught a glance at the slytherin girl who had spoke after her. She didn't look happy. Emily tried to give her an apologetic look but she turned away.

Slytherins

"Thats right. A point for Slytherin." Truebridge nodded at Rose, noted Kurumi and Sabel squirming around and decided to ask the next question for.... sixth years.

"For a point, Sixth years may answer, How long did Odin hang from the world tree?"

Jimmy who had found a seat near the back of the room raised his hand right away. Sixth year. That was him.

“Odin hung from the world tree for nine days and nights, sir. Upside down even. ” Pretty sure that’d kill a human.

Nika turned and saw the slytherin girl give her friend a dirty look. And then she noticed that this was the same girl who had smirked at her in potions. Nika stuck out her tongue before anyone else could notice. If she wanted to be mean Nika would have no problem returning the favor.

Jake was pretty chill as he watched everyone answer, waiting for a 7th year question whilst he tried to THINK about the answers, flipping silently through his text book.

"For one point, Which rune symbolises an Auroch?" They were still on the easy ones after all.

Kurumi's hand shot up. "That would be Ur, sir."

It would be good, Jimmy thought idly, when some more, you know, interesting slash difficult questions started coming up. He looked at the points board and shruuuuugged. Basically, meh.

"Right. More commonly known as Uruz, but yes. You are right Kurumi. A point for Gryffindor." Truebridge glanced around.

"Seventh Years next, for one point, Which god is associated with the rune that symbolises groundedness?"

Jake raised his hand. "Inguz?"

Another point for Gryffindor! Nika beamed at Kurumi. "Good job Kurumi!"

OHWAIT! Jake misread. He raised his hand again. "Ing, even?"

Satine glanced up at the board and the point count...not a bad start and she liked the way this class was going....she hoped for a Ravvie second year to pop out of the shadows and get some more points for them.

"You're right." Truebridge assured Jake. "Ing, Inguz and Ingwaz are the name for the rune, and Ing is the associated god. A point for Hufflepuff."

He winked at Sabel. Relax, Gryffindor.
