Courtney looked at the floor. Ok. Was she seriously going to ask this? "Would you be able to owl Justin for me asking him to get in touch? I have something I really want to tell him but I don't know how. Or you can tell him for me? Please" said Courtney. Yep. She was going to ask it. She really had to tell Justin how she really felt and was really bad at that whole concept. Maybe Ginny could tell him for her. "Guess so and he never stopped loving you, Ginny. He was just mad for Enya too. They were soul mates" she told Ginny. Probably a bad idea to say that.

Whuuut?! A wide grin suddenly broke out upon Aiden's face. "He did? Sweet! I'm really happy for you, Rhea." Hah. He could only imagine just how excited she was about this. Well... her expression was evidence enough. "When did he ask you? And I'm sure he's a good guy if you like him," he nodded. The girl had been going on about this Jack guy for ages now, so hearing that they were finally together was great news.

When she directed the question at him, he smile waned slightly. "I'm all right." Hah. Yeah. Riiight. "Ella and I broke up," he admitted, glumly. Though he couldn't ask for sympathy from anyone. It was his fault. Entirely. "But let's not linger on that.. so, it's about time you get a new boyfriend, other than the Snake Man." Hehhh.

Rhea was excited yes, but she wasn't so caught u in herself that she hadn't noticed Aiden's subdued demeanour. Aiden had always been so tight lipped about all the stuff going on with him that she was feeling the need to press him more about it but for now she would let him go.

Danerooo

No, she wasn't excited about this anymore.

She was almost .. unaware of the fact she had once enjoyed the idea.

Bloody badge.

It was almost as if, she felt, that when she would have to talk to a student or whatever, that she'd sound like a bossy cow, and then she'd be hated forever. It wasn't her forte. And she wasn't intending for it to ever be. She wasn't cut out for this sort of thing, nope. Not cut out for it.

Why would she be? It wasn't like she'd ever had to be 'spoken' to in that way before.

Hands shoved, uncharacteristically, into her robe pockets, the brunette sighed as she headed down the grounds. Maybe the Whomping Willow could Whomp some Willow-ing sense into her.

Possible.

The Whomping Willow.

It was weird, Ty had to admit. Hogwarts was a REALLY cool place and it had AMAZING wicked stuffs but a tree that was made to hit - er, WHOMP - people? It was weird. Walking around the huge willow, the thirteen year old kept jumping in and out of the tree's reach, laughing as it leaned dangerously towards him, then leaned away as he moved.

Just as he dodged a particularly good aimed branch, Ty suddenly noticed that he wasn't alone next to the tree. With his back to him was a girl, with kind of familiar looking hair and sho- LOOOOOO!!!! Beaming as he realised his best friend slash adoptive sister slash AWESOMEST PERSON ALIVE was here, he formed a plan. Edging quickly and quietly towards Lo, he made sure they were out of the tree's reach before beginning his run.

One... Two... Three... POUNCE!!! "BOOOOOOOO!!!!!"

If she well planned this, she could get hit by a lighter branch, and not be harmed [permenantly]. How much she loved this idea, could be questioned, because that light branch could hit her in the face, and damage it. Which wasn't good, because she was pretty, and un-pretty faces on a should-be pretty person, was NOT GOOD! It was AGAINST the facts of life! AND THE LAWS OF LORILAND.

End. Of.

So, that idea was out of the window. How could she knock some sense into herself, without it hurting all too much?

Think. Think. Thiiii--"WHAT THE HIGH HEELS?!" The seventeen year old squealed, as something shouted, and quite possibly gave her heart attack. "Why you little--" By this time, she had span round only to find her bff/brother/kiddddooooooo! "YOU?! Kidddoooooo! I'VE MISSED YOU! Ansd you just scared the living daylights out of me, and it wasn't fair. I think my HEART stopped."

Oh. HUGS!

She was sure Ginny would have something to say about that. She'd just admitted to being crazy in love with her 14 year old cousin. Confusing or what. "That's not what I mean. They had something major in common with the curse and that connected them together instantly. With you it went deeper" she explained. The relationship between Ginny and Bradin was unbreakable but his personality changed and that effected the relationship too much.

HEHE. That was FUN. FUN FUN FUN. "LOOOO!!! I've missed you too!" Ty said, grinning up at her with a rather mischievous yet delighted look on his face. "Your HEART stopped? But you're good now so it's aaaaaallll good. Right? right."

Reaching out, he wrapped his arms around Lo and SQUISHED. Tightly. So that she FELT how much he had missed her. Because he had. SOOOO much. He had tonnes of new things to tell her and what she thought of the TOURNAMENT and all sorts of cool Hogwarts things like that.

... *cough* What the "high heels"? Ty chuckled. That was his Lo.

Lorelai just shook her head.

This was why she loved him. Because he was so... so hyperactive, and loud, and she loved him. Like she loved Donovan, actually. Donovan needed to meet Ty, actually. She'd drag him along next summer, drag kiddo along, that was. Hehe.

"I'm all good, now, yes. The prefect is perfectly fine, no thanks to you." She laughed lightly and ruffled his hair.

.. O_Oh. Well this was nice. Hehe. Grinning, she wrapped her own arms around him, tightly. "You give the best hugs, kiddo. Better than my brother, and Adam...." Even better. How good.

Hehe. The prefect is perfectly fine - that was a COOL sentence, that was. Beaming up at Lo as she ruffled his hair, he shrugged and patted the brown locks down - his hair had a weird ability to stand and keep standing unless it was smoothed back down. It was weird.

But aaaaanyways, his hair did not matter now. "I do? YAY. I could teach Ad how to give 'em, you know - that way you'll get awesome hugs from both me and him. I could also teach your brother!" Ty nodded, more than enthusiastic about the whole prospect. Plus, he REALLY wanted to meet Donovan - he sounded like a cool kid.

Plus, he was Lo's brother - that HAD to mean he was awesome too. Maybe he could ask Lo to visit him sometime. It could be SO MUCH FUN. Lo's real brother with HIM -Lo's adoptive brother- they could be FRIENDS. It would be cool. They'd give each other names and laugh about Lo behind her ba-

Yes. Well. It would be WICKED FUN.

Viky stood still, a safe distance away from the crazed tree - or so she hoped, anyway. She didn't want to be hit by one of the giant tree limbs that were flailing around everywhere. No sireee. She knew she was a klutz and all, but the hospital wing? No thanks. Hospitals scared her. So she just stood, admiring the Willow from afar. Better safe than sorry, wasn't that the saying?

She sort of hoped someone she knew would turn up, though. It was rather lonely here all by herself. Well, her and the tree. And a couple people she didn't know... perhaps she'd introduce herself to them? Eh. Maybe. Twirling a small lock of chocolate hair around her finger, she looked around for a likely suspect. Perferably, a boy.

GIGGLE.

He had heard about this tree that apparently whomped people? Probably why it was called the Whomping Willow tree, oui? Trying to find the place where this tree was though was the hard part. He hadn't done all that much exploring of the grounds as of yet, mostly sticking close to the lovely pathway and lake for fear of getting lost, but today he was just in the exploring mood.

And, he had been walking for quite sometime, looking for this tree. Perhaps he should just go back inside? The cold had been bothering him as well during the time, and the thought of going back into the warmer castle was definitely inviting. At least he had brought a jacket this time. However from afar, his eyes suddenly spotted a rather strange looking tree. Was this it?

Making his way up the smallish hill towards it, he paused for a moment, just staring at the swaying branches. It looked, unnatural almost since there was no breeze or wind that he could feel. Frowning, Noel glanced around, only to notice a girl not so far away from him. Maybe she knew?

"Excuse moi, mademoiselle." he said, walking up to her. "I must ask, iz zis ze whomping willow tree I have heard so much about?"

Ah, see. Her wish had come TRUE... in the form of a pretty Beauxbatons boy with a smexeh accent. Wonderful! 'It is, actually' Viky said with a smile, twisting her hair even more. 'Are you the Beauxbatons champion I have heard so much about?' she asked, with a slightly flirtacious smile. Well, she hadn't flirted with anyone yet. Well, except Josh. A tiny bit. But hey, what did she care. This guy's accent was smexeh. Just in case she hadn't mentioned that yet.

She turned back to the tree, pulling her thin cardigan closer around her, in an effort to keep out the cold. It didn't really work, though. 'Don't you find it a little... creepy?' she asked the boy quietly. SHE did. It was a scary, scary tree. And it was going to smoosh someone someday, she was sure.

Oh, good he had the right tree then. Now that he was here though, and his little adventure was over, he was going to just go head back into the castle. However it seemed the girl wanted to talk. Which was no big deal of course.

Smiling, he nodded and glanced around to see where everything was at before giving a little shrug of his shoulders. "Zat depends I suppoze. What have you heard?" There were four Beauxbatons champions, and he supposed she had heard about a guy, so that only left him and Jermaine. Seeing her smile, paired with her twisting her hair slightly like girls usually did, he was beginning to guess that whatever news it was...definitely was not bad.

However, once her gaze went back over to the tree, so did Noel's. Not before seeing her try to keep herself warm. It was nearing winter and she was wearing that kind of jacket? "Oui, it iz. I have never seen a tree move like zat before." He said, matching her quiet tone as he stuck his hands in his pockets, thankful that he had changed into something warmer besides his school uniform before going outside.

Viky smiled again 'Oh, nothing bad, I promise. But, what I've been told is confidential' she joked, giving him a little wink. It really was nothing bad, though. Mostly just gossip from girls who had crushes on the two French boys - how cute they were, how awesome their accents were, etcetera.

'Me either. I suppose it's unique and all, but still. Creepy. I wonder why it can move, anyway'
she mused quietly, trying to figure out the answer to her own question. Of course, she couldn't, and now she really wanted to know. But most of all, she wanted to get just a little further away from the tree. It was scaring her. So she took a couple steps back, and looked back up at it from her safe distance. There, now she wouldn't get squished.

That was sort of sweet what Courtney had said about Bradin but was it the truth?

Confidential. That word being said from a girl should be alarming enough. And the fact that this confidential information was about him?

Yea. He didn't like that.

Nodding anyways, he chuckled and switched to lean on his other leg, he moved his gaze back over the tree, taking in all it's features. Must it really move like that? Or was there some kind of spell to make it stop swaying and just sit naturally like any other tree? Or was there anyway to make it actually sit like a normal willow tree? Why was it here in the first place? "I was zinking ze same zing." he muttered, not aware that she had taken a couple steps back until he went to glance at her out of the corner of his blue eyes.

Oh. Taking one large step back, he grinned before realizing one important thing. "Oh, forgive me. I'm Noel Laurent." Like, she probably already knew, but introductions were always well liked. He would have taken his hand out of his pocket to shake hers, which he had gotten used to greeting people in such a way, although they were already frozen. It was cold! "And, you are...?"

Heheh. Aiden liked seeing Rhea HAPPY again. That whole phase with her being bummed out was not good. This was good, though. He knew she'd have a new boyfriend, the Huffie was just so darn impatient to find a lovey dove! "Sweet. I'll have to thank him; now I won't have to put up with you so much." Mwahahh. He was kidding, of course. Rhea was lovely company and he'd have to have a word with this Jack dude if he intended to steal her away from her friends. But... that was doubtful. From what Rhea said, the guy didn't sound very clingy.

He ignored her apology because she had nothing to apologize for, but smiled when she admonished him. "What? I think I'll forever remember him like that - that huge snake wrapped around his body, scaring that crap out of you." Hahhh. That had been a sight.

The world was still spinning for him, as he could still feel the after effects of Willow Riding and careening through the air like a paper airplane. He could barely make out what Jimbo was telling him and was somewhat pulled back to his senses with the clap on his back. Did Jimbo just call him a lunatic? "AWESOME!!!" he replied grinning. Yup happy juice still making things blurry uh-huh.

Salander looked on as Jimbo walked up to the Whomping Willow-- or rather danced towards it, at least thats how Salander was seeing it. Jimbo is dancing at the Willow.... and was he rapping? chanting? Salander shook his head to try to get some of his senses back-- which messed it up even worse. Now Jimbo looked like he was was doing a musical, and the angry Willow looked like it wanted to take up Jimbo as a dance partner. Salander continued to watch on through his faulty senses until he could unmistakably see that the Willow wanted to give Jimbo a dance dip but instead sent the boy flying right over Salander's head.

And kept flying... and flying... and flying.

And landed.... almost on the other side of the school.

Salander wobbled his way towards Jimbo. He was laughing like a hyena as he came up to his friend and pulled him by his shoulder "Dude, song and dance number with the Willow? That was some sick move!...."

.... and sick Jimbo was-- all over Salander's shirt.

Huh.

Wiping his mouth with the sleeve of his robes, Jimbo looked up at Salander through squinted eyes. "Dance number? What're you-" He got a wave of nausea again and was getting ready to puke before the feeling passed. "Oh my god, I need to lay down." Leaning back onto the ground, Jimbo ended up looking at the sky.

"You know what, dude. I don't think any of that was a good idea...and I'm sorry for puking on you." But he was NOT cleaning that up. Puke is gross.

So maybe he should stop messing with things that he ought not to mess with? It never ended well. Like with the bird incident...but we do not speak of the bird incident. No birds, no thank you. "I need a drink. And maybe some food." One thing is for sure, he did NOT want to stay here any longer. For all he knew, the Willow's branches could reach this far. Okay, well that was practically impossible but maybe the willow could do something else to hurt him. And Jimbo didn't want that, of course. Anymore of a pummeling and he'd have to go to the hospital wing yet again. And that would be a bit embarrassing with the nurse. She'd probably give him a bad look or something. Or maybe not. But still. He didn't want to go to the hospital wing again.

"Do you want to head to the kitchens? Er...after you get cleaned up." Walking around with puke on your shirt wasn't exactly attractive.

This was hard for her to get through her mind. a cousin madly in love with another cousin. "You think mine was a lot deeper than Enya's?", she asked to Courtney. That was sort of sweet what Courtney had said about Bradin but was it the truth?

Courtney looked at the floor. "I know it's wrong for me to be in love with my cousin but we're only related through marriage and it's not against England's laws to date someone who isn't blood related" she said. She knew that for a fact. She knew and abided by the law. She looked up at Ginny again. "A lot deeper. He probably never told you, mainly 'cause he never had the chance, but he never stopped loving you and I'm not a liar. This isn't me trying to comfort you over his death this is me telling you what he wanted me to say" she said.

Lori smiled, satisfied with her ruffle, but frowned immediately as he patted it back down. So when his hands had left his hair, well she ruffled it again. Hehe. "Leave it, I prefer it messy." It wasn't an order, of course, more a request, of her best friend.

Grinning at him, Lorelai took his hand in hers quickly, and tugged him away from the tree. A good few metres away. That tree was SO going to hit them, from where they were standing. It was like.. A STRETCHY MAN! GAAAASP! How, depressing.

"Yeah, I'm sure Ad would appreciate getting hug advice, from a little kid, more than a little kid.. his GIRLFRIEND'S best friend." Oh, poor Adam. The more she thought about it, the more she was actually willing kiddo to do it. Hehe. Wasn't she a bad girlfriend? "Donnie'd like that... Yeah, he would. You could come meet him next summer? Come round to our house or something? We're getting a house over christmas. You could come stay or something..." She wasn't sure his parents would allow it, actually. How unfair.

They could like... eat CHOCOLATE at 4am. Hehe.

Whut? WHHYYY? "You do? But it looks all spastic and weird," Ty pointed out, making a face as he rolled his eyes upwards, as if attempting to see his hair. Which, in actual fact, he kind of was even if he knew that the chances of that were slim. EH. Still. It DID look weird when not patted down.

At thirteen, Ty failed to see what was wrong with that equation which was why he went off nodding his head and grinning at the prospect. Teaching Ad to hug Lo could be FUUNNN. Well, not so much for Lo 'cause she might feel like a squeeze toy afterwards... Oh well. Still fun!

"REALLY? Aww, Lo, that'd be PERFECT! I'll try get Uncle James to get mother to persuade father to let me go. Mother likes Uncle James more than Father does even though they are brothers so it might work... CAN I REALLY COME?!!" Ty gazed up at Lo, a fantastic smile on his lips. If she said yes. . . He wouldn't have to go home! He could stay with his friends!! FOREVER AND EVER.

Well, until spring. But EH. STILL AGES. Cue GIGANTIC HAPPY EXCITED grin.

Ginny half smiled at Courtney. It was kind of odd for her to understand. "I guess it's alright, your not like brother and sister or first cousins. You know each other well", she repiled to her. Then the topic was back on Bradin, again. "That does sound true but I still loved him as well and I thought he didn't. I can tell you aren't a liar. Your telling the honest truth", she told Courtney.

Giant tree.

Giant person-swatting tree.

That sounded like a DELIGHTFUL place to have a picnic, in Cam's opinnion. Yush. A massive angry tree, several choc-peanut cookies annnnnnnnnnd her Runes homework. Yes, yes. Very nice place.

Now all she needed was company. If her boyfriend decided that he wanted to clear his busy, busy schedule to see HER for ten minutes.

Scowl.

And he was late. Which was BAD because usually it was she was that late.

DIE TREEE DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Oliver raised his wand and prepared himself to go in for the..er.. kill. That branch would be his before he graduated! Mwahahaha!

--oh.

And there was Cam. Dammit her timing was horrible! But wait, she hadn't seen him. At least, she wasn't looking at him anyway. He lowered his wand and pocketed it and picked up the white box and his school bag which he had left out of the tree's reach. He sauntered over to the little redhead, whistling innocently himself. He hadn't been up to ANYTHING! Hehe. The tree killing would have to wait until another time.

With a smile he plonked himself on the grassy ground next to her, leaning over to kiss her on the cheek. “What's with the scowl, babes?” He asked her casually, smirk, of course, in place.
