Could pumpkins hold peoples weight ? Obviously not small baby pumpkins because that would be like sitting ontop of a baby and that would just be cruel cause you could like squish them. She looked at one of the bigger pumpkins, an adult pumpkin, that would be just like sitting ontop of her brother which wouldn't be much of a problem. Meh. She couldn't just walk away from Jack. She indicated for him to sit on the floor next to her. Then she could sit on his lap and not get her trousers dirty, right ? Because boys didn't really seem to care about whether their trousers were dirty or not. It was like when they played soccor or Football whatever the English called it they would just skid across the floor and got mud all over their trousers and stuffs.

Callie faced dropped, not literally but theoretically, as Jack said it was gonna get colder. She blinked a few times and sighed. "What ? Colder? Im already freezing my BUT off!" she said rolling her eyes. She like refused to let it get any colder that was sorta impossible but still. "Um Jaaaaack." she said swaying slightly. "Got anymore Jackets I can borrow ?" She said biting her lip. She hadn't really thought about the whether she'd bought one of those push up muggle thingys that protected her from the rain. But yeah she was so used to roming the streets in shorts and all stuff. So she had her uniform, because obvs she needed that and she had some shorts and a few pair of trackies. That was about itt. She pushed her self up and hugged Jack because he looked sorta cold.

"Who's winning the staring contest?" Pumpkins obviously. Because they'd never blink cos they didn't have EYES. HA.

Mmh. What was she doing here? She crossed over a vine and sat down next to ginormous pumpkin. "No idea.. I wanted to go for a walk and I just sort of ended up here.." Yeah. In the Pumpkin Patch. heh.

Jack was sure if he were to steal just one small pumpkin, Professor Masterson would have a field day, considering that these pumpkins were probably his babies. But they did look delicious, all smelling good and being the brightest of orange. He licked his lips slightly, planning the burglary of the baby pumpkins, if he were to steal a large one, he'd need the help of others, but he wasn't sure if others were as interested in pumpkins like he was. It was going to have to be a one man job. Jack smirked. "You need to buy some coats then, don't you love?" Or just wear Jack's, but she couldn't do that ALL the time. Ok, maybe all the time.

N'aww. Callie was being so cute at the moment, even if she was shivering and he wouldn't be surprised if she turned blue, but still cute. "Sorry, I don't have any more with me." Though she was being greedy at the same time. He'd just given her his coat and it was freezing! She should have been atleast saying thankyou by giving him a kiss. Hehe. "Come 'ere." Hes smiled, reaching his arms out to her and gave her a cuddle. Not like he was warm or anything, but he knew his jacket was, so she was going to have to share it.

Callie eyed Jack as he seemed to be watching the pumpkins. As if he expected 'em to like move or something. Wait. No. She'd seen as moving tree today and she didn't just mean moving with the wind it was furociously moving like it was out to kill someone or something. *lip quiver* So the pumpkins could've well moved and maybe Jack knew that. He seemed cleverer than her so he could very well know more than her. She eyed him some more as he licked his lips. Maybe he was like super obsessive with pumpkins or something. She shrugged and blinked as he told her she'd need to buy a coat. "Where from ? And y'know im just fine with wearing your jacket." It smelt nicee and it was warmmmm.

She clung onto him, feeling sorta bad because he was suuuuper cold. He didn't have anymore jackets with him and he was telling her to buy coats ? "Aw. Im just gonna have to go find some other incredibly cute boy to borrow a Jacket off and cuddle them then aren't I ?" she said smirking. "Maybe one of those Durmy dudes." They were very shmexeh. Not quite as shmexeh as Jack buuuut he'd never need to know that. Tehee. "Coming." she giggled. Smiling as he hugged her. "Want your Jacket back ?" He was sooo cooold.

Jake gigglesnorted softly. Being called Professor... now THAT was something that would never happen.

"Right," he started, checking his own wand for any kinks or breaks from the fall.

Nope. All clear.

"Well... whuhh-when I do it... I kkkinda do a sssquiggly line going fffrom down here... to up here," he showed her, and it looked like he was writing an S backwards in front of him. "And then I dddo a line straight down," he made like doing a vertical line through the S and stopped. "Until you point at whhhat you're casting at."

It wasn't all that hard and Jake wasn't sure it was right... but it was the way he did it.

Ella? That was a nice name, actually. Not worthy of thing, no way. Maybe with her prefect powers, Lori could strip the name from her? Maybe she could rope Camelot into helping with that one. Hehe. "Yeah, don't care really. It's not very interesting, all this you and her stuff.... Like super boring. Aren't you booooored of her? She's so... plain." And unglittery, and trashy, and horrible, and a load of other things.

Pulling a face at Aiden, Lori placed a hand protectively over her badge. "Aaaaactually, I do NOT have a big head, and I'm a good prefect, I was picked for a reason, so you can shut up." And go away. And Lori was SO going to hit him with a shoe.

Callie thought he had pumpkins for eyes, he was staring at them that much. So, as to not look like an absolute idiot, he turned to face Callie properly, trying to ignore the scent and the deliciousness that was the pumpkins that were only a few metres away. Just one, just a little bite of one ... WOAH. Snap out of it. He thought to himself, feeling starving all of a sudden. Jack now wanted Pumpkin pasties, with pumpkin juice on the side. Omnomnom. "Well, I know you can go to Hogsmede, but I don't think we're allowed to go just yet." But still, she could buy as many jackets as she wanted there, he was sure. "I bet you are, it is my jacket after all."

He smiled down at Callie as she clung to him, feeling the warmth of his jacket again, so he warmed up a little bit now. "No no no..." Jack started, not liking the idea of another incredibly cute boy. How could she find on anyway? He was the only cute guy in Hogwarts! Hehe. "... it's fine, you can have it for today. But after then, dress appropriately for the weather." Jack felt a growl coming on when she mentioned 'Durmy dudes', but he didn't, thankgoodness. "I'm fine." Jack smiled again, noticing that her shivering was starting to calm down now.

Callie smiled as Jack stop staring at the totally unimportant pumpkins and turned his full attention to her. Looked like he was moving onto more important things, i.e her. She looked down at the pumpkin, no, the huge overgrown oranges, thats what she would referr to them as now because she was just awesomely cool like that. She shook her head at Jack's comment about her being able to get a new jacket from Hogsmeade. "Jack Jack Jack. Sweet, nieve Jack." So he wasn't nieve but yeah it just made her start sound better. "I don't buy my clothes from just aaanywhere. Im picky and have very selective tastes." 'cus she was cool like that. "So hows about for now we both share your jacket, then you buy a new jacket at Hogsmeade ? I'll pay ?" she personally thought her plan was pretteh good.

Callie let go of Jack, taking his Jacket off she passed it too him. He'd said no but yeah if she didn't have a jacket then she had an excuse to hug him no ? She giggled, jumping to conclusions that he was jealous of the thought of her borrowing another hot guys Jacket. "Now Jack, don't get jealous." she said raising her eyebrow at him before reattaching herself to him and his warmishness. Dress appropriatley ? "Umm. Dressing appropriatley could be a problem after about a week or two. My trunk consists. Of a toooon of tops, 4 pairs of shorts, a pair of half length shorts and 2 pairs of jeans. And a pair of trackies" She'd be warm wearing her jeans and her trackies possibly not the rest. "No your not. Now put your jacket on."

Pffft. Now that Savannah knew not to speak badly of Ella around him, it was as if she was having Lori just do it all for her. The girl certainly knew how to push his buttons, he'd credit her that. "She's neither plain nor boring; she just simply doesn't feel the need to go around and meddle with other relationships or cause drama everywhere." Thank Merlin.

A smirk graced his lips. Oh, looked like he hit a nerve this time. "Uh huh. Right. I'm sure they just settled on you because Sarah can't be Head Girl and Prefect." Schwinggg. He actually thought she was probably a rather good choice for Hufflepuff, but there was no way in hell he was saying that. No. Way.

Oh, he really WAS kidding himself here wasn't he? "Look, Aiden. She's... plain, she's boring.. she's... LAME. Face it, we all know you know it deep down, so how about you just admit it? I won't tell no one, promise. Besides, why would anyone care. It's not like many people would mind if she disappeared." Not near as many people who would mind if Lorelai herself disappeared. Oh, how the world would be in turmoil if that happened. "Besides, honey, drama is what keeps this world living. And I don't meddle. I just fix the appropriate."

Scowling at him, Lori sat down onto one of the larger pumpkins in the patch, and rolled her eyes. "Oh, Aiden, I was chosen because I'm a good student, and I'm a nice person, and you know that. I actually have a heart, unlike other people. And it's not like I'd dare try and be a better prefect than Sarah, anyway. That girl is just... amazing." On her last sentence, Lori trailed off slowly and looked at her feet.

Amazing wasn't the only word for Sarah. Amazing was an understatement.

Well that didn't last very long now did it?

Well guess she just lost that one didn't she? Anyway she wasn't having a staring competition, the orange...was it a fruit or a vegetable?.....Orange thing was just, well it drew her attention in for some reason.

"It just did......" she replied before drawing her attention away from the Pumpkin and back to Cameron.

She watched as the prefect sat down and so decided to sit down too, leaning her back against a very large pumpkin opposite her. It was strange that they were having a fairly normal conversation. No arguing and no offending each other. "Getting away from the Firsties?" she giggled. They were swarming her. Kinda made the blonde want to smirk.

Hearing the word prefect,and seeing the Huff badge Michael motions for the her to come over.

Iris wandered down to the grounds on her own, with her hands in her pockets.

This year was crazy. Classes haven't even started and SO much had happened. It was starting to hurt Iris's head. She just walked aimlessly until she spotted something near Mr. Masterson's hut, that hadn't been there since her Second Year.

Increasing her pace a little, Iris made her way towards the Pumpkin Patch. Even though it was obviously different pumpkins to the ones that were here that time when they had the tickle war and on her birthday. But that didn't matter that the actual pumpkins were different. It was still a pumpkin patch... And Aaron was still in New York, the idiot. Leaving her like that.

The prefect found the largest pumpkin in the patch and sat down in front of it, and hugged herself even though it wasn't cold.

Gah. She really missed Aaron ... And Jimbo wasn't helping. With his .. differentness.

She kinda hoped that this Twiward thing would help a bit, but so far, it had only made things worse. Jimbo probably wouldn't so weird if there weren't all of the Foreign guys here.

Hayley was exploring the outside of Hogwarts, because secretly when she's alone she likes to act like an explorer. Sure that's really childish for her, but no one ever sees. Hehe. She wouldn't act like an explorer just yet because right ahead of her she saw something that made her eyes widen. PUMPKINS! She gasped and ran toward the pumpkin patch. She loved loved loved pumpkins, liakkkkk pumpkin pie and........oh......uhmmm......pumpkins!

Sadie skipped down to the pumpkin patch wondering when these big orange things would be ready. It was only September and next month was Halloween! One of her favorite holidays. It allowed her to dress up as the princess she was. Actually, every year since she was 7 she had been some sort of princess. Muggle or not. It was too tempting not to be one!

She took a seat on one of the big things and that's when she noticed....

Where the heck had she been this past week?

"HAYLEY!!!" she yelled, flailing her arms a bit. So much to tell. SO MUCH! By this point Sadie was going to explode from news.

Anna ran down to the patch. These pumpkins were huge. She had passed the Durmstrang's ship and the huge carriage of the Beuxbaton's. She realized that the famous Harry Potter had gone here at least once. She wondered where he was now and what he'd say if he were there now. Her friends would be close behind. Rex and Daisy that is. She couldn't wait to see the rest of the grounds.

"Well, I am here Anna" Rex told her. " You run very fast' Rex said to Anna. " Well, are they differet from your pumpkins?" Rex asked Anna. "Have you tallked to anyone from BeauBatons?" Rex asked Anna. Daisy should be here in a quick minute.

Hayley was starting to act like an explorer, with her austrailian accent. "Oh! Look at that! It's orange skin, it preys on me with it's eyes! It's about to strike-" She said getting cut off and turning, seeing Sadie, stumbling a little to try to act normal, but tripping back onto a pumpkin.

OUCH.

--Well that hurt. Luckily it didn't bust open and I got pumpkin guts all over me. Yucky, but then again that's only fun when it's halloween. Hehe.

She stood up, hoping Sadie didn't see her acting like her explorer self and waved. "Sadie! I've missed you so much! How are you?" She asked smiling at her friend.

Err....what exactly was Hayley doing? Why was she speaking in some sort of Australian accent or something? Maybe this is why people needed to talk to each other. So that they didn't start talking to themselves about pumpkin's being like animals.

Shaking off the sudden weirdness, she smiled at her. "Oh my gosh I have SO much to tell you!" the girl emphasized. "It seems like it's been forever. But first you must tell me everything that's happened to you since Diagon Alley. Especially the boy part." She could not have been the only one love struck now could she?

Anna smiled at him. "Thank you! My pumpkins are like atoms to these giants." She walked up to one and ran her hand over its think orange waxy shell. It was amazing to her. She had pumpkins sprout even when she didn't want them too but nothing like this these were awe inspiring. "Havent talked so someone from that school yet but I do figure it'd be interesting to say the least. I love accents! Whats it live where you come from. "

So much to tell you? Yeah right! She had so much to tell Sadie! There was so much! Okay maybe not soooooo much, but a few things that are really important to tell one of her best friends of course! "Especially the boy part? Oh gosh, this is the Sadie that I've missed." Hayley said hugging her friend and laughing. So she would have to tell her about Gaspar, hmm?

"How about you start first? I mean I bet yours is more interesting than mine." She said hoping that Sadie would go first, seeming as when she told stories about boys it would usually take long and she would forget to ask Hayley. Then again she did have those times where she wouldn't forget to ask and it just made it awkward because Hayley never really opened up, and awkward moments were.....SCARY.

Sadie laughed and hugged her back. "I've missed you too Hayley! A ton of hot guys will never compare to a female actually understanding my every word," she explained with a laugh. They weren't as compassionate and understanding. She could cry all she wanted in front of a guy but they didn't know how to show they cared and most boys got freaked out whens she started crying.

"Fine," Sadie agreed. Except once you got her started on a story there ain't no stopping her. So where to begin? Diagon Alley. Yes. She'd have to just go really fast on the parts with boys because there were too many to count. She she began with, "In Diagon Alley I met a ton of hot guys! A few that I kissed, some I snogged, and others I just slapped..." but also kissed, "...Anyway firstly there's Finlay Carmichael. He's a 5th year Ravenclaw and well we chatted and ended up kissing at the ice cream shop. He's like a total flirt and kisses every girl he see's but he's also like completely yummy, so it's really hard not to want to kiss him...." she explained getting really into her story. Hopefully Hayley wouldn't mind listening for a while. The important part's would come next.

Hayley laughed. "True that!" She said agreeing with Sadie. It was soooo much easier to talk to her friends that are girls instead of guys. Then again if she had a boyfriend who she could trust it would be easy too, she hoped.

Wait she kissed/snogged/and met tons of guys? :O She had only met two guys and only one she had kissed, well he kissed her really. Aww man, she was really behind the whole guy thing and it bothered her that her best friend was meeting all of these hot guys. Ehhhhh.

So she might as well make a list, mentally of course, that way Sadie wouldn't think that she was weird or something. Then again, they were both weird, but still.....
