Pulling a slight face, Jake turned back to Lexi and beamed. "Nope. Nnnno Healer!" Yeah and she wouldn't trick him this time. "Hhhow you doing, babe?" |
Quote:
"If you say so. And I was doing very well until you nearly broke your face coming in here. You gave me a fright. Between you and my brother I might have to go back to Mungo's before the term is done. You guys are killing my nerves," she said like a very OLD woman. She felt old sometimes thanks to the events in her life. Sigh. But she put on a smile for her BF and put her hand on his face and chuckled. "What am I going to do with you?" |

:3 When Lexi spoke again, Jake giggled slightly and looked like he was actually thinking about it. The boy lifted his hand and lay it over Lexi's. "Didja sssee the Goblet of Fire?" he asked her curiously. He didn't know whether to be bummed that he was only a couple of months shy of being old enough for the tournament or glad that he couldn't POSSIBLY get into any drama. |
My Holliee <3 Pumpkins ? They grew pumpkins here. Okay. This place just got randomer. First they had the bowls refilling themselves, then they had singing portraits, then a moving vicious tree and now pumpkins. Of all the fruits to grow they grew pumpkins. Why not something simpler and smaller like apples ? What was wrong with apples ? Meh. Callie wasn't even that bothered she didn't care what fruits they grew and what fruits they didn't grow. She walked along, shivering. Yes Callie was the smartest person ever and hadn't bothered to bring a Jacket with her when she'd left the common room so now she was walking around in a vest top with a giraffe on. Cus Giraffes were cool. She sat down on the floor and shivered some more. Meh. She was boreeed. |
Shannnnnn<33 Aiden was ambling all over the Hogwarts grounds for no apparent reason at all. Maybe it was because he wanted to take advantage of it while it was still warmer and no snow was crowding the ground; that'd be here sooner than one thought. Eventually he stumbled upon.. ohhh, the pumpkin patch. This would come in handy in October. heh. He walked through, in and out and around the pumpkins like it was some mini maze or something. He stopped, and gave a quick glance around to make sure no one was laughing at him and the ways he was currently curing his bout of boredom. Nope, no one. He continued on. |

Her back stiffened and she scowled a little bit. "No I have not and I have no intention of going anywhere near it! Dylan entered his name into that ruddy thing and it scares me! I think Sabel did as well. If I lose my brother or one of my friends because they wanted eternal glory I will never... I just don't know," she said and gave a little pout. She was NOT happy about the TriWizard Tourney anymore. She would probably avoid the events altogether. |
Quote:
Uh oh. He'd said the wrong thing. "Well... I'm nnnot entering," Jake smiled sheepishly. He left out the fact that half of the reason was that he was too young. But only half! "Dddon't worry... I thhhhink they wouldn't let anything like thhhat happen... again." Hmm... and there was him thinking Sabel was like, younger than he was. Jake reached up his arms even as he lay with his head in Lexi's lap and stretched them out, trying to give her a kind of hug... similar to the upside down spiderman kiss... but hug-like. Awkward... but that fall had hurt Jake more than he was willing to admit. "It'll bbbe okay, Lex." |

Lexi hugged Jake back and then started to run her hands through his hair again. Sighing loudly she said, "I don't think there is much they CAN do to prevent things like that from happening. The tasks are supposed to test the entrants in every aspect of the word. They will have to face some pretty scary stuff." She bit down on her bottom lip and looked out toward the castle. She really hoped Dylan wasn't chosen. "I hope you're right, Jake," she said before looking down and giving him a bright crooked smile before leaning down and kissing him lightly on the forehead. He was really a great guy. She loved Jakers to pieces and she was VERY glad he wasn't entering the tournament as well. |
Quote:
That... Jake was unsure about it. HE'D pick the boy to be a champion. But then he wasn't an oversized beverage holder brimming with flames (aka... the GoF). "I'm rrright. I'm always right... that's wwwhy they cccall me... well... Jake." ... Yeah... "Llllet's have some fun!" |

ORANGE?! Torin had mentioned a Pumpkin Patch being here a few terms ago, but you know... Lori hadn't been here then, but it was pretty. Calming, easing and pretty. Or so, it was until she saw Aiden there. "Attempting to find a new girlfriend? I know pumpkins are a step up from... thing." Oh, she wasn't going to be nice. |
Quote:
Yes... he was sticking with ONE potion for now. "I ccccould serenade you fffrom the top of the hhhighest tower in the cccastle?" he asked, a sneaky look on his face. Mwahahaha. "Or we could sssslide around the entrance hall? I knnnow how to use the guhh-glisseo spell now." Hehe. |
Quote:
"The treehouse, but I am not that fond of it... Ummm... I don't really know, honestly," she said. Hehehehehe! Sliding through the Entrance Hall sounded like fun. "How much trouble would we get into for that? Jakers, I have NEVER been in trouble since I came here... I am afraid tyo get in trouble, but I would love to do something like that," she said with a giggle!snort. |

It tasted so deliciously, when there was no pips in it of course. Pumpkin pasties were awesome, just because they had pumpkins in them, he loved them even though his favourite snack were chocolate frogs, or anything with chocolate in them for that matter, but pumpkin was not far behind. So, when Jack heard that there was a place at Hogwarts where they grew fresh pumpkin, he jumped at the chance to go visit it Luckily, it didn't look stalkerish, as she was indeed going to the pumpkin patch also. When jack got close enough he realised it was a shivering Callie, and he grinned to himself, before taking his jacket off. Stepping beside her, Jack pushed his jacket towards her. "You know, it is September, love." He said matter-of-factly. Maybe because she was American she was used to it being hot all the time. "Nice ... giraffe." Does the 'not good at compliments' thing need to be explained again? |
just occurred to me that this is like the moving staircase thing from before i joined Quote:
Cue innocent face. "Wuhh-we should do it, and we can guhh-glisseo our sssocks if you dddon't wanna be in more tuhh-trouble, rather than the actual fffloor. But the floor would buhh-be soooo much more fun." If Jake had been told about the whole moving staircase fiasco terms and terms ago, he had forgotten. He just thought this sounded, well... awesome. "If we ggget in trouble, I'll tuh-take the blame." |

Lexi bit her lower lip and thought for a long minute or so about the possiblity of fun versus the idea of her getting into trouble... Hmmm... she really needed to live a little. "Let's charm our socks! I want to start small, Jake. You can teach me the ways of the troublemaker, but let's take it slowly," she said with a wicked little grin. SHe was going to get into so much this term! "Oh I would never let you take the blame for something I did as well. Never. Can you teach me the Glisseo charm?" she said as she waited for him to vacate her lap so she could get up as well. |

Granted the soul-sucking Dementors would be something that might cause a little worry... "Okay, sssocks... and we cuhh-can practice here first," he nodded, pushing himself up properly and belatedly checking his limbs for any breaks. No... fine. "Right... I suppose you know the incuhh-cantation," he started, putting on his stuffy teacher voice, BLATANTLY making fun of the way a certain Professor Kingsley. And he'd nearly done a whooooole sentence without a stutter. |

Scratch that. His head lifted at the sound of Lori's voice. Thing? Were they seriously still using that one? Talk about exhaustion. He wasn't in the greatest mood and her little remark wasn't exactly helping. "Ella. Her name's Ella." He frowned and kicked over one of the pumpkins. "And we're still together, by the way." Not for long, though.. He looked her way and then nodded towards her robes. "I see your prefect badge hasn't changed much about you. Except maybe your head's a tad bigger." Hehh. Maybe like the size of one of these lovely pumpkins. Mmmhm, yes. |
Lexyyyyy <33 Well this place was new. Did Trixie even LIKE pumpkins? Not particularly. Well actually she had never tried one so she wouldn't really know but she might as well be here anyway. Even if it wasn't the sort of place she liked to chill. Or rather explore. So as she strolled through the rows of pumpkins in varying sizes, the 16 year old reflected back on what she had just done. Yes, enter the Triwizard tournament. She wasn't sure whether she was nervous or excited. She might not even get picked but still, just the thrill and yet fear of putting your name into the Goblet, it was enough to put chills up anyones spine. The Blonde looked out across the grounds of Hogwarts, waiting for at least something to happen before she got bored out of her mind. |

Lexi looked a bit skeptical but got up and dusted off her bottom and unholstered her wand. "Yeah, Professor, I know the incantation. Show me the wand movement though, I am not clear on it," she said with a giggle. |
Lottttiiiie<3 Quote:
She wandered down through the obnoxious, large, orange things and stared. Was that.. wait a minute.. it WAS! "Trixie?" The red head exclaimed. Odd. She didn't think the blonde went outside - just in case she broke a nail or something. But it seemed Trix was wordly. Willing to discover.. pumpkins. Erk. HUH? "What're you up to?" Yeah. What was she doing? |

There was a patch with lots of random pumpkins but why ? Why couldn't they grow other things. Sure pumpkins were big and round and orange and alll that cool stuff but really they were just like overgrown oranges with pips in. They could've just grow tons of oranges, 'sept it was too cold here and the oranges might run away or something cool like that. Shockingly the pumpkins hadn't run away. Psht. If she were in a cold place like this outside all the time, she would've run away. But then again all their pumpkin friends were here and it would look awfully suspicious if they all ran away. Still seemed like a fun enough plan. Callie gripped onto her arms. Okay she needed more winter jumpers. But but it wasn't her fault. She'd like never wore jumpers while in America well 'sept in the Winter but it was never this cold. She looked up as someone came up beside her and shoved a jacket at her. She smiled noticing it was Jack. Taking his jacket she put it on and stood up next to him. "I know. But its never this cold in America. Not even in Winter." she shrugged. "Aren't you gonna be cold now ?" meh. He shouldn't've give her his jacket silleh Jack. "Thanks." she giggled at his lame compliment but still it was nice of him. |

Her attention was drawn away as someone called her name. Wha? The blonde turned to see that the source of the exclamation was from Cammy. What was she doing here? Apparently the prefect was asking the same thing... "Um....Staring at pumpkins?" she almost questioned. To be honest she didn't know what she was doing. Exploring she supposed. Taking in anything new that happened to be around the grounds. Heck there were probably places in the school she was yet to discover. "You?" she asked back. She wasn't the only one randomly walking through here. |
Quote:
Jack thought it maybe that. America was always hot and Callie wasn't used to the sudden change in weather. He was used to it completely and utterly. "Well you better get used to it love. It's going to get even colder." Not that Jack enjoyed it at all, he preferred Autumn; the crisp brown leaves that fell from the trees, to make way for new ones. Jack smirked. "Nahhh. I'll be fine, you're the one who looks a lot more cold, with a vest top." Jack stuffed his hands in his pockets though, because it was still a little nippy, and he didn't want his hands to turn blue. He also didn't think he'd need a long sleeve shirt because he had a jacket, but now that it was warming up someone else, he kind of regretted wearing short sleeves. But Callie was wearing no sleeves, so she was worst off. |
