Ellie quickly walked into the office. Her eyes scanned the small room at all the other people in there. They were going to steal her time! She was here on IMPORTANT business. IMPORTANT. Hmph.

Alice started laughing as Professor Reynolds told her what fortunes he has received. "A rabid squirrel?" Alice said, trying not to let her chuckles seep through as she spoke. "I suppose the squirrel you could have protected yourself with magic, but thank heavens you didn't actually end up falling off of a balcony! That would be frightening." Alice felt a shiver go down her spine. Boy how she hated heights and falling off a balcony was definitely up there on her list of things she would be happy to go through life without experiencing. "I suppose they are just trying to live, and sometimes I think it gives people a new perspective on their life, even if it doesn't end up coming true," Alice added thoughtfully once she was done laughing.

Alice was quiet for a moment. She wondered if Professor Reynolds would know. She opened her mouth slightly before closing it, then opening it again, then finally closed it. How would he know about her hallucinations? I mean, that's what they technically are right. Alice had been to several muggle doctors and none of them could explain why or what caused them. Perhaps if she just asked rhetorically? "Um..Professor Reynolds? I was wondering. Do you think hallucinations are just hallucinations, or do you think they could mean something?"

It took Emily quite some time to remove her eyes from the paintings on the wall before she got up and went into the office as she had been instructed.

"good day proffessor" she said and smiled.

"Hello Miss Stone, good to see you again," Nolan said with a grin as the Ravenclaw entered the room. Hmmm, he wondered why she was here. If he remembered correctly, she wasn't all that fond of Divination. "What can I help you with?" he asked her.


"Hmmm, that's a tricky question," Nolan said, tapping his chin as his blue eyes stared off in thought. "I think I honestly think hallucinations are just hallucinations...that means something is off in the brain, and really has nothing much to do with Divination or your inner eye. It's usually a chemical thing," he explained, reciting the little information he knew about psychology to the girl.

"Good day," Nolan greeted the Ravenclaw who walked in. "How can I help you, Miss...?" he asked, since he wasn't sure he ever got the girl's name.

"Heyyy!" Yeah, she was gonna greet him as a friend. Cuz...hah. Yeah.

Ellie's face was very serious- as this was URGENT businees- but, her voice had a veryyy happy tone. "I have IMPORTANT matters to speak to you about. Possibly life or death."

Possibly. Though, not likely.

Alice nodded. "I was just wondering," Alice said with a small shrug of the shoulders. Hopefully the nurse would be able to offer a solution then. She would hate to think she was going crazy or something. "Do you see the future often?" Alice asked, hoping she wasn't asking too personal of a question. "I think it would be quite fascinating to be able to see the future."

Well that was certainly a boost to her ego. A Professor thinking she was right. But of course she had called him young, so he was definitely going to agree with her on that.

Not exactly the norm. That would be Mia. "My mum says that it's a gift and not something that you can study. But she's a muggle so I just had to check and see if it was common in the magical world. Apparently not though." She supposed there wasn't really much else that she can learn about auras. She knew what the colors meant so she guessed that's all she needed to know.

Mia couldn't help but smile because she had been waiting for him to ask. "Oh I can see it." She leaned forward a little and pointed her finger to just above his head. "It took a while for it to come through but it's there now. I see yellow and..." she pointed at three different spots..."here I see a few spots of indigo." She reeled back from him and grinned, "Interesting combination."

"Moonfield sir" emily said, "Emily Moonfield." Emily smiled

"Well sir, I just thought I would let you know that I have been studying many many different forms of divination over summer, including tea leaves, crystal ball, tarot cards, and runes for divination purposes. I will also be learning these every summer until I graduate hogwarts. There is a long winded explanation behind all of this and I can explain should you find it neccessary. But the whole reason I have come is for me to ask how this will affect my divination studies here at hogwarts?" Emily finished and breathed heavily, all in one breath, she was getting better at her long winded explanations on long winded explanations.

"Oh wow, life or death...please, continue," Nolan said, giving her a kind smile because...he didn't know whether she was happy about this or not. She wasn't smiling, but she SOUNDED happy.

Nolan shrugged. "Not so often...mostly I just get little hints of things, like whether or not it's going to rain or what my fiancée is currently cooking at home. For the record, there's no rain in the forecast today," he added with a grin. "Most of the bigger things I get from doing actual readings, like consulting my tarot cards about whether or not I'm going to fight with Ginger via owl, or if my sister is going to go into labor anytime soon," he explained.

"Yellow and indigo...that does sound interesting. Perhaps the yellow is for Hufflepuff?" he wondered aloud with a grin. He wasn't sure what the colors REALLY meant...after all, he didn't study that stuff and wasn't sure if the colors had the same meaning when it came to Divination practices.

"Very nice to meet you, Miss Moonfield," Nolan replied with a smile. "As for this extra training effecting your lessons, I think you should be fine. It certainly won't put you BACK at all. If I happen to hold a lesson on things you've already covered, most of it will probably be review for you, I'd just advise you to make sure when you're studying for exams and such, you're studying what I'VE taught you as that is what will be covered. Also, even if you've already encountered a form in your studies, I still expect you to give it your best effort," he informed her.

Alice nodded. Tarot cards were also interesting to look at. She had meddled around with them before, but she didn't like to after her first time. "I used Tarot cards before with one of my muggle friends. She was worried about her cat that had gone missing and well...the cards read that she was going to find something she had lost and would not be happy with what she found. She didn't believe me, and I didn't hold much store to it, but three days later she found her cat and well...it was dead. She hasn't talked to me since." Alice paused for a moment. Yeah, she wasn't sure she wanted to do a Tarot card reading again...although perhaps that was just a bad circumstance.

"How exciting that your sister is pregnant!" Alice said with a big smile. "Are you excited to become an uncle?" Alice hoped she wasn't prodding too much into his personal life.

"Yes!" Ellie said. "Life. Or. Death. And you're the only one that can tell me which."

She gave the others in the room a shifty glance. Well....if they really wanted to know about how she was going to die.... they could stay. She grabbed a chair and sat down and took a biiiiiig breath.

"It all started with a dream I had this summer."The second year started. A dream of life or death.

Mia tilted her head back and laughed. Oh yes she could see why he had a yellow aura. "Not exactly. People with yellow auras are sensitive, wonderful and optimistic beings. Whose life purpose is too apparently bring joy, to have fun and help heal the planet. They can either be shy and sensitive or the life of the party. Yellows believe life is to be enjoyed. A person who has an indigo aura is a person who is honest, highly intuitive, psychic, fearless and sensitive."

She tilted her head to the side as she watched the two colors for a moment and then looked at the Professor and smiled. "Sound like you?"

Emily smiled, "Thanks so very much proffessor. I feel better now, I will most deffinitely do my best in both your class and my summer studies in divination. What I was learning over the summer, and will be learning, was passed through my family for years and years. I come from a Gypsy family you see, both sides have it in the past and my mothers side still live in a gypsy village, but it's more of a permanent home." Emily smiled, then pulled out her satchel from around her waist. She reached in to about her elbow shuffled around then pulled out a tarot bag.

"These are my tarot cards... they're a family heirloom... very very old. I think... 150 years old?"
