"Yeah. It is." Cass said as she glanced at the expanse of land outside the gate for a moment before returning her eyes up to the girl she was talking to "Its gonna be really weird, coming back home...waking up without my friends, Fee and Freya dragging me out of bed...but at least its only for the summer."

Marie had just started to walk over to where the toy spider was so she could flip it over and mess with it again when she seen a rock go flying past her. "Hey, who threw that?" she yelled as she looked around seeing no one. Well that was strange. How cold there be a flying rock if no one was around to throw it?

Picking up her spider she set it on the huge boulder then looked around some more. "I know someone's there so you might as well show your face." Unless... were there real acromantuals around kicking rocks at her... you know like a warning that she better get out of there?

Well, she wasn't about to run from them if there was. No, she had her wand and she knew how to use it. She would just flip those crazy things on their backs, then go and kick them. Okay maybe more like RUN once they were flipped over but she would think about kicking them.

Maybe she better practice a little more before those real ones show their beady little huge eyes.

Stepping away from the boulder she pointed her wand at the toy spider, moved it in the form of a figure eight and shouted "Arania Exumai!".

HEHE!

The spider once again flipped over and landed on its back on the ground. Oh yeah, she was so ready for the real thing.

She looked around again. "Come out, come out, wherever you are." she said. Yeah, she may be full of confidence now but if one of those creatures really did come out... who knew what would really happen.

O__O The spiders were throwing things at someone! Omg..

No, wait. They were throwing things AND being all sneaky like about it. SEE!? The eight legged monsters were incredibly smart and evil! They were going to take over the world and use all the humans as little snacks and foot rests.

Gripping her wand even tighter, if that was possible since her knuckles were already turning white, Evelyn peaked around the tree and saw something flip over. OMG SPIDER! MEEP!

And…and was that Marie!? She was being attacked! NUUU!

"Marie." She whispered, trying to be loud enough for her friend to hear her but quiet enough where she wouldn’t really give up her hiding spot behind the tree to any unwanted ears. Did spiders have ears? Would be kinda weird if they didn’t, but still able to hear at the same time. "Marie. Over here."

PSSSTTTT!!

Salander headed down towards the gated fence, and rests a fuzzy spider on the iron work. He wanted to see just how far he can get these toys to roll away from the gate

He drew out his wand and trained it at a spider "Arania Exumai!" It struck the spider squarely between the eyes and sends it out....

...or rather back into the grounds.

The Slytherin lad tilted his head dumbfounded. It looked like the toy was pushed back but just as it was about to fall out of the ironwork it hit something invisible and bounced back in. He picked it up, rest it on the gate and cast it again "Arania Exumai!"

And the spider slid slightly backwards but bounced back into the gate.

"Something is blocking the gate?" he wondered aloud as he held his hand out and could feel something that made the hair on his arm stand up.

Sighing, he picked up the fuzzy toy, and proceeded elsewhere in the grounds.

Savannah nodded as the younger girl spoke, not really paying much attention until she heard her mention another girl's name. "Fee?"Pause."Feenella?"Savannah said while raising an eyebrow at the younger girl. Sav had her nose crinkled up again, eying the girl. Of course, it wasn't a BAD eying...she was just eying, a habit Miss Conrad had ALWAYS had. Could it be taken as bad? Certainly, it wasn't MEANT to be bad though.

Shrugging Savannah looked away from the girl again, "Well, your coming back to the school at least. I'm graduating."There was a bit of sadness in the 17 year old's voice. Did she want to leave the school? Meh, kind of. She wanted to grow up. Did she want to leave the people here though? Of course not.Savannah then realizedshe didn't know the younger girl's name, so she raised a brow and then spoke, "What did you say your name was again?"

"Yes, Feenella Schwarzberg. Do you know her?" Cass asked as she watched the older girl eye her, most people would be insulted by the action, but she remained unperturbed as it was a typical Slytherin trait, and she was sure that the girl was a Slytherin. Then she looked towards the castle that she had grown to know as home before looking at the girl again "Oh, that's too bad. Congratulations on graduating though." Cass said. She couldn't imagine leaving Hogwarts, even after 7 years of magical education, she could bear and leave her friends, but now was not the time to contemplate that thought. Then she realized that the girl was asking for her name, so she shook herself out of the reverie that she was commonly in these days and answered "Cass Prewett. You?"

Rex walked around in a daze at the Feont Gate. Hopefully a friend or a new friend will talk to him here.

Those cats.

Why did they have to chase each other outside? Wasn't there enough room in the common room to run around? Of course, Destiny had a feeling she knew why Poof was chasing Sly and she knew why Sly was running in the first place. It all had to do with grass. Poof must not like Sly eating that stuff and she was out to stop him.

Well. Good luck to you, Poof. He will never stop eating grass.

Or maybe he would. Reaching the front gate, Destiny's eyes might have widened just a little bit at what those cats were doing. Running around Rex, like he was a tree or something. She knew what Sly liked to do to trees, she just wasn't so sure about Poof.

"Hey Evelyn. Think we should stop them?"

Meep! Could those darn creatures wait until she had her shoes on? Really now, she hated dirty socks. Which was what was happening to hers right now.

Holding one shoe in her hand, and trying not to step on the untied laces of the other on her foot as she ran, the Slytherin followed after Destiny and the cats, her not so dark eyes on the puffs of white at all times. She didn't even know what the heck they were running around for anyways. One minute they were having fun in the girl's dormitory, and the next, they were shooting out the door! WHY!?

However, as Destiny slowed down to a stop, Evelyn sighed and stopped next to her. Wha? Frowning at her, the fourth year let her gaze wander over to where their cats had gone. Meh? She didn't even notice the Gryffindork standing there. Better not kick her cat!! "Hold on..."

Plopping down on the ground, she quickly tied her shoe before putting the other one on. Gross! Her white socks were all...ewwww. Brown. Not cool!

Rex left the front gate. He headed elsewhere.
