Lexi traipsed up the corridor of the train until she found the snack trolley. Score! She dug around in her pockets for her money purse. Hmmm. As she was digging she paid no attention to what was going on around her. Where was that purse? Maybe Dylan still had it. Nooo... She turned her back to the windows of the compartments and bent over reaching into her boot. THERE IT WAS! Hehehe. Silly girl.

Finlay eyed the sandwich he had in his hand. Cheese and Cucumber. How yucky was that. Stupid house elves. The Fifth year wandered along the train, hopefully coming in the way of the food trolley, because well he was not going to be eating that sandwich anytime. Although as he came to find the trolley...he nearly walked straight into someone, and said someone was bent over....well helllo.
The yucky sandwiches went into a nearby bin, as Finn leant against the wall of train. Very nice.

That would be the girl....not the sandwiches.

Lexi heard a little ruckus around her and began to blush even before she stood up straight. Yikes. Turning slowly with her purse in hand she smiled sheepishly. "Sorry if I was blocking your way through the corridor," she said with a giggle. Wow he was cute. Jake might not appreciate her looking, but you know... no harm no foul.

"My name's Lexi, what's yours?" she said as she extended her hand to the boy.

Aww. She was blushing. That was cute, and reminded him of Mia. Just like Mia though, he rather liked this one. She was definetly at least an 8, maybe higher once he got to know her. "No....you're fine." Very fine indeed, he definetly liked her. He grinned as she extended her hand, and he stepped forward, shaking hers.

"I'm Finn." Yup. No harm in not telling her his full name, he didn't do that with all the girls he knew. "So...what year are you in?"

Lexi shook his hand and for some reason blushed again. Maybe it was the way he was looking at her. She felt that she SHOULD blush. My oh my was there a sudden heat wave in the train? Anybody?

"Lovely to meet you, Finn. I am a fourth year. You?" she responded as she gave him a cursory glance over. Yes, he was VERY good looking. Cue the blush again.

Wow, it was rather odd that Jimbo wasn't the first one to the trolley. Ah, well. He's third, and that's still pretty early.

He was glad to be able to buy candy from the trolley, as always. He asked for just enough to last him the whole train ride, plus some to share and maybe some extra. Jimbo really did like his candy. It was probably his number one expense.

No, no, there was also dungbombs and other pranking tools. He wasn't sure which he spent more on though. Together, he must spend a fortune on these things. No wonder his parents are trying to limit him.

She was blushing quite a lot, and it was making Finlay's ego get a huge boost. He liked knowing that he could still make girls blush. Taking his hand out of her's, he let his fingers brush over her red cheeks a moment, and he grinned. "Hot?" He asked, although he was totally aware that he was the reason she was blushing. Yeah...he was vain.

Ahh. So she was a 4th year. Not that it mattered to him, because he didn't care for age really. "I'll be going into the 5th year."

Lexi saw yet another boy approach and smiled apologetically to him for blocking the entire corridor and the food trolley. Hehe.

Lexi's breath caught in her throat a little as Finn touched her cheek. Oh my. He touched her and she felt like melting. But she was a DENVER so yeah, she couldn't go getting all weak kneed in front of a boy. Teehee. "I think I am a little hot," she retorted after she regained her composure. She gave the boy a little smirk and batted her eyes a bit.

"Oh, that means you have OWLs this term, too bad for that," she said trying to make small talk and calm her heart beat at the same time. Boys... they made her go all wonky.

Her skin felt soft. It was nice. Reluctantly he returned his hand to his side, stuffing it into his pocket. Mainly so that he wouldn't feel tempted to feel her cheek again. That wasn't what you did to random people that you had just met did you? He was pretty sure of that. He grinned at her. "Maybe I agree...but not in the temperature way." He smirked, because well it was true.

"Yup...unfortunately." Not that he really cared for exams, but it didn't really matter. He'd get through them, hopefully.

Lexi pushed her blonde hair from her eyes and smiled at the boy. He was really something. Hehe. "Well you are too kind, Finn," she giggle!said. He was pretty hot too, so yeah... it was true.

"You poor thing, I bet you will be all kinds of exhausted during the term. You have a girlfriend to take care of you?" she asked with a BIG smirk. She was asking if he was single... she shouldn't have been.

Mmm. He was too kind? Well, he did like compliments. hehe. "Why thank you." He pretended to tip his invisble hat, before laughing. Yeah. That kind of sucked, but he was cute, so She'd let him get away with it?

Waiit. Did he have a girlfriend? Well...yes sort of. But he was going to break up with her, so it wouldn't mind if he lied slightly. "No....unfortunately not." He pretented to sigh, but then shrugged. He didn't really care.

Lexi let out a cute little laugh as Finn tipped his invisible hat. My oh my he WAS cute. AS cheesy as that was he made it HAWT. "You are very welcome," she replied with a grin as she flipped her long hair over her shoulder.

"Awww you poor thing," she said and made a sad face. He hadn't asked whether she had a boyfriend yet... so yeah she was safe. She took a few steps closer and placed her hand on his arm confortingly.

Finlay grinned at her, as he put his other hand into his pocket, leaning against the wall again. He knew he was kind, so it didn't really matter to him that well Lexi thought he was kind too. He'd still like to snog her really, so maybe she would let him. Although it wasn't really a Finlay thing to ask a girl if he could snog her.

He smirked at what she said, and he sighed again. "I know...it's such a shame." Not really. He didn't want a girlfriend. He grinned though, as she placed her hand on his arm. Why hello Lexi. "So I'm assuming a pretty girl like you is taken?"

Lexi made a little sad face and nodded her head in agreement. It was sad that such a hottie didn't have a girlfriend to look after him. Sad indeed. She was tempted to run her hand through his gorgeous hair but stopped herself. Heh.

"Ohh... ummm... yeah very recently taken. But yeah, taken nonetheless," she said rather reluctantly. She was having fun flirting with the boy. Sigh. She removed her hand from his arm but didn't step back. Heh.

Awww. She had a boyfriend, which was very sad. But usually Finlay didn't care, because he didn't really care about boyfriends. He still smiled at her though, because well he did rather like her.

"Thats a shame." He smiled, as he absentmindedly put his arm around her shoulders. Flirting caused no harm right? It wasn't like he was actually going to steal her from her boyfriend....not yet anyway.

Lexi gave another little Lexi giggle as the boy put his arm around her. "He doesn't think it's much of a shame," she said as she looked him in the eyes. Oh pretty eyes. Well... he was pretty altogether. Hmmm... wasn't this the time that her brother burst into the corridor and threw a fit?

Lexi cast a glance over her shoulder, no Dylan. Back the other way, no Dylan. WOW! It was a first. She kind of snuggled the boy for a moment and then giggled as she stepped out from under his arm.

"Well. I'd hope your boyfriend wouldn't find it a shame." He grinned as she snuggled into him. That was cute. She was cute too. He was speaking the truth though. She was little and cute, he'd definetly not be ashamed to have her as his girlfriend. He had watched her look around though, and that was a little odd. OH well.

"So...who's your boyfriend then?" Because he would really like to meet this fellow

Lexi was pretty sure that no one was going to run up on them and start throwing them or anything so she giggled at the boy a little more. He was so cuuuute. "Who would?" she said in response to his first comment. Heh. She was a little full of herself, it was true.

She smiled wider still when he asked who her boyfriend was and answered, "Jake Upstead." Oh yeah, she was proud of it. Who wouldn't be? Jake was brave and awesome and great at Quidditch. Mhm. She smiled wider still at the boy.

Finn laughed at what she said. She was true, and she seemed to be like her, hehe. "You seem very vain Lexi." But he didn't care, cause she was very hot. "But vanity is good on you." He grinned, as he smiled at her. It was only good on people that were confident though....so she was lucky.

"I don't know him." He mused with a shrug. "You should introduce us."

"Not vain, Fin, just sure of myself, I reckon," she said with a laugh. She was a little vain, but it came with the fact that she WAS hot. So, it all owrked itself out. Right? Right. "Anything is good on me, really," she said with a little smirk.

Lexi looked at Fin closely and said, "I'm sure you'll meet him on your own eventually." She was SURE of it. Heh. She was sure that Fin was the type of guy that liked to check out his "competition". Heh.

The trolley crossed by joe he wanted a choclate frog and he reached for his pocket and then got the money and paid for it.

Cosette headed down the corridor towards what seemed to be a line for the Food Trolley. Reall, a line? The train had barely even took off and already she had to deal with a line. Rolling her gray eyes, she leaned on the wall, propping a foot on the wall. She saw two girls conversing lightly, and made sure she wasn't particularly in distance for them to include her. Ugh. She despised girls and their way of pleasantries.

Biting the corner of a pink lip, she put her hands in her black leather jacket. Yes, she had donned on a rather.. odd outfit for the train. Black leather jacket, white cotton dress and her black combat boots. She had a feeling when she got to school, they would make her not wear her boots. So might as well wear them as much as she could right now, right? Smirking to herself, she looked down the corridor. She wondered if she would see either of her handsome suitors on the train.

Jack was ready to pitch up a tent and live in the queue it was taking so freakin' long. His stomach had already made one or two hunger noises and all he wanted was a chocolate frog. Yes, his parents had told him no chocolate at Hogwarts because it made him go awkwardly hyper. But he was so hungry! And he knew chocolate filled him the most.

"You hungry for chocolate too?" Jack raised an eyebrow and smirked as he noticed Cosette a few people a long the line, though, he wasn't quite sure if she was actually IN the queue, or just near it.

Adam thought his first present to Katie should be candy. Something sweet , you know? So, he excused himself from the compartment and went to go find the Trolly. He soon saw the lady in her robes,looking at the candy. Adam stood in line and waited his turn.
