Oh it would! Just would. "I used to carry Beans around with me everywhere. Autographed boxes." She didn't anymore though. Bit tragic, but maybe Duncan wanted one? GIGGLE.

"Oh. That." Neptune stopped walked, pulling Duncan to a halt, too. "Is he getting me flowers now?" Probably, right? Hopefully? Why was NO ONE ever giving her FLOWERS?

A wedding? Ehhhhh Fletcher didn't... really do weddings. But if this one was out in Antartica!.... that might be worth going to. He considered the idea of visiting Neptune out there and silently weighed the pros and cons in his pretty head for a moment.

"All right," he agreed. "I've never really been to a wedding or Antarctica! so.... why not?" He shrugged and continued on down the corridor. Mmm beans. Fletcher could go for some beans right now. That boy was always hungry.

"Did you autograph the boxes yourself?" he grinned mischievously. "Why did you stop carrying them? I could think of a few people who would want one...."

Kellen Stern though was probably not one of them though.

Uh.... flowers? Had Fletcher forgotten to mention that part of the message? "I um.... no I don't think he is...." He rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. "Did you want flowers? I'm not sure how Stern will... uh.... react the next time he sees you... if he can see you....."

Oh had Neptune said the wedding was in Antarctica? Hmm. Noooo. Hehehehe Duncan Fletcher still wouldn't be attending a wedding in Antarctica, but either way, he'd agreed to come visit.

So it was done.


"I grew out of that stage, I guess," Neptune shrugged, still a bit melancholy. People wanting her autograph helped a bit. Particularly if it was certain people. "But they do? You think? Or is it just YOU?" WAS he FLIRTING? A bit? GIGGLE.


...? "Of COURSE I want flowers," Neptune's foot ALMOST stomped at the idiocy of such a question. DUHHHH. "You didn't tell him what I said....?" WHY? Neptune POKED Duncan for answers. POKE.

"Oh I'm sure they do. Really. I know I do," Fletcher nodded as a naughty little smile danced on his lips. "I could take a few, really. I love those beans. LOVE 'em."

And they would probably be worth something decent on the street. Heh.

But whoa whoa there, miss priss. Fletcher put his wand hand behind his back and looked sad for a moment. "Well... good thing I brought you FLOWERS then," he announced, whooshing the flowers out from behind his back. Thank Merlin for nonverbal orchideous, eh? He presented the bundle of pink puffapods with a little bow. It took talent to conjure magical flowers such as those, let me tell ya.

"No no, I did tell him," Fletcher quickly amended. "I told him in..... my uh..... own little way though....."

Neptune Bott would definitely be sending Duncan Fletcher III some signed goodies. GIGGLE. Ohhhh boy would she.

Neptune dropped his arm and covered her mouth with her hands, all the while doing little JUMPS. FLOWERS! PINK! And alllllllllllllll for her??? Just like that?? She made needless grabby hands for them before snatching them and burying her little nose in their PINK goodness.

"Oh Duncan," Oh REALLY. GIGGLE!!!!!!!!!! "Oh oh OH!" The little jumps started again. How WONDERFUL!

"Did you tell him that you were bringing me flowers instead?" EEEEK!

Well. Whew. That went over well. Positively delighted with himself at the sight of Neptune Bott practically throwing herself at him (or at least at the flowers), Fletcher grinned and let her little slip-up of his first name slide. He rocked to and fro on his heels with both of his hands clasped behind his back.

"Oooh ooh I didn't, but I should have," Fletcher agreed. "We didn't say much after I..... er.... told him off for you." Yeahhhh. Heheh. "I could always go back and add on to my message, you know...."

He could, for example, give Kellen a brilliantly bloody nose to go along with his shiner or a busted lip or a sore knee or so..... just a few ideas.....

Neptune danced the flowers around in a circle, completely and obviously overjoyed by the gift. GIIIIIIIIIIIGGLE. "I'll put them by my bed and every girl in the dorm will ask and be jealous," Neptune stated, simply fact.


She came back down to earth, or like, hovering there over it a bit closer at least, when Fletcher began talking of delivering more messages. The Sorting Hat didn't put her in the smart house for nothing... something... something was amiss.

"Told him off?" Neptune bit at her lip, "Is that what ..." Frown. FROWNING. "Maybe you should tell exactly what you told him." Neptune buried her nose back into her flowers, but.... her eyes were set and searching one Duncan Fletcher.

"Of course they will be," Fletcher drawled proudly. Neptune sure had a thing about making people jealous, didn't she? "Especially when you mention that they're from a Champion."

As pleased with himself as he was, Fletcher certainly did not notice Neptune's sudden change in tone. "Oh yeah," he told her quite pleasantly, still rocking on his heels. "We had a little run-in on the seventh floor and I told him what you told me to tell him. Mostly. I don't remember it exactly....."

He trailed off and his grin slightly faded as he caught that Weird Woman Vibe emanating from Neptune now. "You know... it was just that stuff about paying more attention to you and not be such a dumbclaw and jerk....."

Right.....?

HUFF.

She had made quite a lot of people mad the past few days, did she really care though? Nope, cause Savannah Conrad got what she wanted. She had Aiden and she had her bestie back so nothing really mattered to her. It's not the people that WERE mad at her were important. And anyway, they would get over it soon. She WAS Savannah Conrad and you just couldn't stay mad at her for like. It was just like...inhumanly possible which explained why Ella Ainsworth was considered a thing.

Where was Aiden at?

Savannah wanted her boyfriend, mehh pout. The blonde stood in the corridor,eyes wandering around the corridor. She was waiting for Aiden to maybe show up? Or Kody, Savannah wasn't too picky. She just wanted someone to talk to.

Everything had really been sorted now. He and Lexi were very good, but there was one thing he couldn't really move on from. Savannah had made him really angry, and so he was stalking around the castle, trying to find her. He wanted her to know exactly how much she had upset Lexi. It wasn't on. She was 3 years older than Lexi, she should have known how to treat people that were younger than her.

He came onto the sixth floor and smirked to himself. There she was. "Savannah." He crossed his arms as he looked at her. He knew that she would probably defend himself, but he didn't care. He felt like punching her. She was such a cow. He actually rather hated her right now. "You know you were a right cow to Lexi."

"Savannah."

Aha, someone wanted to talk to her, someone she REALLY didn't want to talk to. Savannah winced for a second, shortly before turning around to Finn. Savvy sighed as he spoke, she wasn't surprised.That Lexi chick was really upset and she was after all his girlfriend. Savvy was sure Aiden would react the same way to someone if they upset her that bad?

Whatever though, that Lexi girl deserved it.

Savannah crossed her arms over her chest, sighing.

"I didn't even do anything wrong, she just over reacted to one thing I said."Savannah shrugged.

Wait. Lexi had overreacted? Finn rolled his eyes, taking a few steps closer to her. He knew that Lexi hadn't overreacted, she was allowed to react like that. "She wouldn't have reacted like that if you hadn't butted in." He didn't really know what Savannah really cared about what was going on with him. He didn't cared about her anymore. He really had meant she he said to her. She was such a mistake.

"I don't even know why you wanted to involve yourself in that conversation Savannah. You should have minded your own business." He glared at her. Why he did he feel like he wanting to punch her? He couldn't punch her. She was a girl. "You're a seventh year! You're meant to look after the younger students." Yeah. He knew that. He wasn't stupid. "But instead you made her CRY Savannah!"

Savvy put her hands behind her back, biting her lip as he spoke. He WAS mad.All Finn could do was yell at her right? She was a girl and it wasn't cool for guys to hex or hurt girls in anyway shape or form.not matter how annoying they were being

Savannah rolled her big eyes, shaking her head. Strands of blonde hair fell in her face, "I didn't even butt in! She was talking about she called me like a toy or something..."Yeah, Savannah had a terrible memory. She could remember bits of what happened though. "I said it wasn't like that and she got his hysteric and freaked out."Savannah said, her voice oh so serious. She wasn't looking like the bad guy, she WASN'T the bad guy. She was just telling the truth.

Ohmygosh, Savannah let out another sigh. She looked up at the ceiling."how am I supposed to look after someone when they are calling me names and have no respect for me?"She shrugged. Lexi was a typical over dramatic fourteen year old, Savannah had went through that stage, ever girl had."Merlin, you act like I'm this terrible monster which...I'm NOT."Eye roll.

"Maybe you should tell your little girlfriend to stop being over protective over you?"

Snort.

"No! You did butt in Savannah!" Finn wasn't stupid. He didn't even recall Savannah being present until after Lexi had tried to walk away. "You decided to join the conversation after you saw me. You could've walked away, but no you had to stay and stick you're nose in something that had nothing to do with you!" She was such a stupid girl. He couldn't stand to look at her.

He laughed at what she said. "To be honest. I don't respect you right now." He couldn't respect her. Yes. She was a nice enough girl, but what he had done to Lexi, he couldn't forgive that.
Waiit. Lexi should stop being overprotective. "You want to know why she's being overprotective?" He asked, sighing. "She think's that she can't compete against you. That I'm going to leave her for someone else!" That made him feel bad, he didn't want Lexi thinking that. "I really like her Savannah. She shouldn't have to worry about you of all people. She has you beat."

He liked to flirt with girls, he rated them, at least that is what Cam and Lori said. "and I don't see why she's worried, we are done. I've moved on and you have obviously moved on too even she finds that hard to believe."

Neptune Bott raised an eyebrow, then TWO, at Duncan. "Are you suggesting you have a better one, Duncan Fletcher? I believe I'll have to see this."


Doubtful. Neptune was SOooo doubtful. But, he hadn't even BLINKED at the hand holding... Hmmm. Tricky! GIGGLE! Neptune swung his hand and twisted away slightly. GIGGLEGIGGLEGIGGLE.

SNORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRT.

Sorry for spoiling your fairytale moment, Neptune Bott, but Fletcher had to stifle a serious nasal sound into a mere snort at that comparison right here. He also had to simultaneous suppress a chuckle and a flat out 'HEE HAW' at her describing of Kellen Stern as a (and I quote),

"Teddy bear." Fletcher repeated the phrase most sarcastically. "Are you for serious? Are we talking about the same cuddly grizzly that left you sobbing on my shoulder in the greenhouse?!"

Let's not forget the GOLDEN GLITTERPUFF CHAMPION who had rescued her, now. Ahem.

"Of COURSE I have a better cure than that doofus," he growled. His brows furrowed together as his imagination created a scene of a hiccuping!Bott and a grinning!Stern, complete with him in a lab coat and goggles handing her a frothing green test tube of Magic!Hiccup!Cure. "For you to see it I need to hear your hiccups. And uh, uh," he wondered if this one would fly, "I would also need to hear what Stern does so I can obviously do it better."

Cheya. He was so absorbed in both coming up with a cure on the spot and imagining however stupid Kellen solved all of Neptune's problems that he really didn't heed the hand swinging until Neptune tried to turn away.

"Going someplace, Princess?" he said softly, blinking down at their hands and then up to Neptune. "We aren't at the staircase to the seventh floor yet," he reminded her, just in case she was still all lost and confused.

Neptune's eyes slanted back at the - noise - ... thing... that came from Duncan Fletcher. How very... animalistic of him? Perhaps he was catching cold? Oh DEAR. Would he want his handkerchief back?

That was absolutely out of the question.


"Unfortunately, we are." The very same KellyBear. WHY hadn't KellyBear come looking for her? It was very tragic.

Hmmm. Neptune raised their hands above her head, then spun herself, as if they were dancing. "That sounds like cheating. Your way has to be better than his without prior knowledge. Being better and one-upping aren't not the same, Mr. Fletcher." Surely he knew. But then he called her Princess and Neptune Bott was hardly more than a puddle. PRINCESS. She was gushing.

"I'm not." GIGGLE. She was'nt going ANYWHERE. "I'm ... wondering if you'd like to try and give me hiccups?" PRINCESS Bott demands it! She spun herself again, this time giggling the entire circle around. gigglegigglegiggle

"Hmmmmmph," Fletcher grunted and a slightly more dignified sound came out of his mouth this time. Kellen the grizzly bear. Neptune Bott was kind of... spacey sometimes, Fletcher decided. Cute and adorable when she was happy but spacey otherwise.

He let her twirl his hand around and smiled slightly. What was wrong with cheating? He opened his mouth to say just that but thought better of it. She was a Ravenclaw after all. They seemed to be sticklers for the rules, as far as Fletcher had observed.

Wincing slightly at the sound of all her giggling (though it looked more like Fletcher was winking), the boy made an "ah haaaaa," sound. "You're right, Awesome Bott, of course." He nodded and took her other hand to hold her out at a distance, as if they were about to ballroom dance. "Not only am I better at curing the hiccups, but I am also better at giving them to people."

He paused and spun her closer, face to face. "Now how would you suggest I do that?" He had an idea.... but just an idea....

Neptune shrugged her dainty little shoulder at him, trying for modesty but failing fantastically. Of course Awesome Bott was right. If only everyone would jump on THAT ship.


"Oh! Mr. Fletcher!" Neptune was veeeeeeery close to him now! Was that appropriate? It didn't feel quite appropriate, but she didn't quite manage to pull away from him either. It was possible that he got prettier with proximity.

Neptune lowered her chin, flushing pink. Oh deary! "Not to be technical or anything, but if you're better, shouldn't you already have a way, Duncan?" GIGGLE. Just saying.

... maybe he wanted to dance. Neptune put her other hand on top of his shoulder, assuming the position, either way.

Fletcher just raised his brows slightly, as if to challenge Awesome Bott's little exclamation, and started to smirk. Typical. He did tend to inspire this reaction in the ladies.

"Whatever is the matter, Princess?" She seemed to like that name. "I just thought we might.... dance."

And it seemed she had the same idea, as she took the stance and put her hand on his shoulder. He lightly placed his other hand on her waist in the appropriate position, and then bounced slightly on his toes. "Shall we?"

He started humming to himself and moving them in a circle (and he was NOT a bad hummer, despite what others would have you believe). Fletcher had been practicing his moves, see, just in the horrid event that Hogwarts would host a Yule Ball along with the Triwizard Tournament.

"Well I DO already have a way, Neptune," he muttered through gritted teeth. "This is all part of the plan, you see. Step one..... I need to get you talking. So you should tell me a story, about something... exciting. Tell me about.... your happiest, happiest memory, maybe...."

Or else something equally long-winded which would get her all excited and gasping for air and HICCUPING. This should work. He hoped.
