Marie got a grin on her face as Evan stared at her. Yeah she knew she looked good tonight but it was nice to have others notice too. Especially those of the opposite sex. It was rather amusing watching him stumble over his words as he tried to answer her question. A simple question at that even. "An elf. Yeah, she had never heard of the movie or the characters until Jimmy suggested they dress like them. Now she was glad she had agreed to this costume... it was definitely getting her lots of looks.

"Iris, as in Prefect Iris?" As in the same Iris that hated him? Wow, things had changed and she hadn't even noticed he had new friends. She had been so wrapped up in her problems this term she really hadn't spent as much time with Evan as she would have liked to.

Oh, so Evan didn't know James. "Well he's off talking to some friends right now but maybe I can introduce you to him later." Let him see that she really had moved on with her life without Carter in it. "Yeah, he makes me really happy." she said with a huge smile on her face. She hadn't felt this happy in well over a year, since before Carter told her Kay was going out of the country with him. She only hoped this happiness lasted. After all, summer was just around the corner and she didn't have the greatest track record for having fun or happy summers.

Selena blushed a bit, feeling quite satisfied as he said that. And that fluttery feeling in her stomach too. But it wasn't bad, on the contrary, she quite liked it. "Well..." she said smiling, "I quite like the way you are around me," she said. Selena blushed a bit more when he said that he would go back to this night if he had a time turner. "I would too..." she mused quietly. Or back to the first time they danced, that had been quite nice.

Diggy wasn't sure why he asked her that, but he did have a slight fear that Selena thought he was immature. Everyone else seemed to think so. "I guess I'm just scared that you might agree with some of the things people are saying about me," he admitted. He nodded his eyes fluttering open, "Of course you will be with me. But I just wanted to know what you wanted to do with your your life." He said. "I think I'm going to work with my sister Paris. She opened up a potion making factory. Finally really develop my candy maybe do some work with dragon venom," he shrugged. He was better with animals than Paris was anyways.

She would agree if they said that he was sweet... cute... funny... amazing... and all that, but immaturity was not one of them. She nodded at what he said, at the moment it was a bit to early. She wanted to travel, that was for sure, but did she want to travel if Diggy was working? "That sounds like fun... but you be careful, alright?" Selena said, she definitely didn't want Diggy getting hurt. At all.

That sort of scared him, it was a big deal to sign the Trust. Sure it came with a pile of money but it also came with a lot of responsibilities.

They were only trying to ride it and Lucas had to get scared at the worst moment and the pool house suffered. Their mom was not happy about that. Though Diggy's dad could barely keep a straight face when he was punishing them. He smiled. "Naw I won't get eaten by a dragon. I'm too fast." He told her. Besides he planned on the dragon being asleep when he took its venom. Trying that while the dragon was awake was just suicide. "Plus it would really suck to sign the Trust and then die like the next week. I wouldn't get to enjoy all the Riddle benefits." he giggled.
