Could BAD GREEN not read? Pick me up.... meant pick me up. The tree twitched at all sorts of odd angles, as it hoooooped the boy would pick the box up and just.... go away. But noooOOoo. The boy had other things in mind, he did. So, since the tree was getting tired of hoping the boy would do something right, one of the branches reached out, grabbed him (not monstrously or anything, the branch was pretty gentle to ensure it didn't hurt the boy.... though of course, that didn't mean the tree didn't like the thought that the sudden movement might give BAD GREEN a scaaaaaare. BAD GREEN hadn't been too good to it, no he hadn't.) and rose into the air. It set him down outside the maze, in a classroom-of-sorts - one that now contained quite a number of students. Cushions, a desk and a chalkboard had been placed here. The desk bore several boxes of chocolate. The chalkboard read: Congratulations! You are now outside the maze! Please make yourself comfortable as you wait for your classmates to join you. You may help yourself to some chocolate. The branch disappeared after gently setting the boy down, only to return a moment later. This time, it set the box the boy hadn't picked up, next to him before disappearing for good. No more STRANGE!BAD GREEEEEEEEEEEEN. w00tw00t! HAPPY!WILLOW! Quote:
Letters began to appear on the floor... My gemstone can be golden-green. Jera or Dagaz? The tree waaaaaaaaited for YELLOW KID to choose one of the two runes. Quote:

She had to stop wandering on endlessly. She had to have a plan. So she took a galleon from her pocket and flipped it. Heads, I go left. Tails, I go right. Heads! Cass smiled as she picked the galleon off the ground and headed left. She repeated the cycle 6 more times, heading Left, right, right, left, left, and right. "I should have found a door by now." |

... Oh dear Merlin. WHY!? Frantically standing up, the Slytherin was about to follow Marie to the desk but forgot her box. HER BOX! Picking it up, Evelyn marched her way over and right before Marie could stick that piece of chocolate in her mouth... Flick! Evelyn flicked it away. "You know, chocolate can make you fat." she smirked, placing her box on the desk next to the Slytherins and sat down. "Not to mention give you cavities." Mmhmm, wouldn't Destiny be proud? Saying random facts about stuff. |
Quote:
It was GONE! Who in the world was stupid enough to slap something out of her hand? Oh, it was only Evelyn. She should have known it was the chocolate hater. "Geez Evelyn, you didn't have to slap it out of my hand." she said looking to see where it went. "One little piece isn't going to make me fat. If you're worried about anyone getting fat maybe you should take Destiny's chocolate away from her. That girl seems to always have chocolate." Like chocolate frogs that she lets escape when she sneaks in on others who may or may not be snogging. "And it will only give me cavities if I don't take care of my teeth, which I happen to do." Yes, she brushed her teeth everyday, at least two times a day. |

Dagr? Hmm... Well the first clue was that it sounded a little like Dagaz, so far that one was closest. The second clue was that it Dagaz sometimes meant day, and the word Dagr was the Old Norse for Day too. Well therefore it had to be that one right? Trixie picked up the Dagaz rune and slotted it into the keyhole waiting to see if she had the answer right. |
Quote:
"I didn't slap it out of your hand." she scoffed, stretching out her legs and crossing them by her feet, not caring if she blocked the walkway. "I flicked it out of your hand." There was a difference! Pssh, and she had to go and bring up Destiny with her chocolate addiction. Evelyn tried, so hard, to find all of Destiny's chocolate. It was IMPOSSIBLE though. The minute she thinks that she had found all of her friend's hiding stashes, Destiny walks by with chocolate frogs stuffed in her hand and mouth. It was literally...impossible to get that girl away from it. "Yea well, she spazzes out afterward. Probably burns it all off by the time she's done." Probably. Blinking a few times, Evelyn made some noise of acknowledgment at what Marie said about taking care of her teeth as she glanced around, her gaze finally landing on her box on the desk. What was in it? Could she peak inside?! Wait, Marie had one too! "What is this box for?" |
Quote:
Destiny did a little fist-pump as the door opened for her. She was a genius and she totally got that first question wrong on purpose. Totally. Flinching slightly as the tree gave her a pat on the back, she walked through doorway. Now which way to goooo... To the RIGHT! |
Quote:
"Slap, flick, whatever. It's all the same. The candy is now way over there thanks to you.? It's a good thing that boy who ate a cookie out of his hair wasn't there. He would probably pick up her chocolate off the ground and eat it too. Looking down at her box when Evelyn asked what was in them she picked hers up and put it on her desk. Not before shaking it again though. "I have no idea. Maybe it holds our next homework assignment in it." Hmmm. *Shake* *Shake* *Shake* |
Salander Post 10 Quote:
"Whoooaaaaaahhhh!" Salander gripped the Willow's branch as he soared up and out of the enclosure. Willow is gonna send me flying again... he thought until he realized that he was being deposited into a makeshift classroom. As the branches flew out of his field of vision, his eyes settled on the chalkboard. Reading the scrawling he started to grin slowly as the realization took hold-- he was done! He was done with the maze and he was out of it! Courtesy of the Willow no less. His eyes settled on the box when the Willow dropped it to his side. Blink. Pick me up.... Oh! Pick. Me. Up. Now he got it! He re-read the message of the chalkboard again, then looked at the chocolate on the desk. "What I'm really hungry for is for some Philly cheesesteak but..." he trailed off as he scrambled for the chocolate and took a handful. After all those riddle-solving and moonwalking and Travolta-grooving and branch dodging and Willow-riding it sure got him worked up on an appetite! |

I KNOW THIS ONE I KNOW THIS ONE! Fletcher quickly searched through his bag, found the Jera rune, and inserted it into the correct spot. BOOMshackalackalackaboomboom! That had to be right. |

Lila knew this one right off. She took Jera out of the bag. "Jera," she said firmly putting the rune into the keyhole. |
Freya walked and walked to find another door. It's looks like everyone else already finished the game. She looked around hoping to find another door. "Ooooohhhh..Doooooooorrrrrr..Where are you?" She saw another door in front of her. "Yeeeeessssss..!!!Finally..!!" she walked toward the door |

As the branches rose into the air Fee could see a lit tunnel behind the now open door. Fee walked down the tunnel way and saw a little box. "Pick me up" She kneed down and picked the box up. What was in it?! |

"EYAAAAK!" He squeaked, jumping what seemed to be a feet from where he was. He grasped his shirt tightly, breathing deeply as he stared at the branches. WHAT WAS THAT TREE THINKING?! "OIIIIIII!" Willie snapped, pointing his finger with his free hand at the branches. "Duntchu ya be messin' with me, ye bludy tree! I'll 'ave you CHOPPED DOWN as soon as I get meself outta this maze here! OHYEAH. Ya just wait, ye bludy tree!" He was going to have his revenge. HE WAS. After he declared his soon to be revenge on the tree, he looked up at the clue it gave him and thought for a few moments. No harm in guessing again, right? Pulling out Jera, he annoyingly pushed it into the keyhole. Grumble. Grumble. Grumble. |

*WHOMP* *WHOMP* Both whomps were the result of a branch or two striking the wall faaaaaarthest awaaaaaay from BAD YELLOW. The branches rose into the air then, disappearing out of sight. The door swung open so that BAD YELLOW could go throuuuugh, and light began to stream freely into the roofless enclosure once more. Only one more doooOOor to go. The tree staaaaaaaaaared at BAD YELLOW as it thought of this. |

How many doors did she have to get past? Oh no! What if this was a maze of never-ending doors!? That was the reason the Professor gave her a cookie, so she wouldn't starve to DEATH! Making sure she still had the cookie, Destiny continued through the maze, trying desperately not to just shave the thing in her mouth. Knowing that she could, at any moment starve, she wanted to eat and she felt hungrier with each passing second! The thoughts of food, though, were gone as soon as she came across another door and more words on the floor. Reading the words, then re-reading them again, Destiny stuck her hand in the rune bag and held the Jera up towards the keyhole. |

Here she had thought she was horrible at Runes, yet she was getting them all right, except for the first one, but she had done that on purpose. She didn't want to show the tree up and all. Not that she could show the tree up. It was faaaar to smart. [/suck-up] Another flinch as the tree gave her a pat on the back, she waited for the door to swing open before continuing on her journey through the never-ending maze of doors. This time, she'd go to the LEFT! |
Quote:
Branches began to loooower themselves in front of her again, a keyhole visible through them. The letters that appeared on the floor, this time round, read... A major change of direction. Jera or Dagaz? The tree waaaiited! |

But, she couldn't, so it was alllll good! And that tree..just popping out of nowhere! She was tempted to throw the cookie at it, but she wanted to eat it still, and she had no idea how many more doors she had to pass through. She could just take a little bite.. ..or not. More words appeared, making Destiny, once again, forget about the cookie. Easy stuff! Placing the cookie in her mouth, she stuck her hand in the rune bag and pulled out the Dagaz rune. The tree was so patient. |
