Serena thought it was good that a witch of Pam's age already had inspirations especially one that meant helping others.

"Potions is good to learn if you want to be a Healer but don't forget to study up on Charms and Defence Against the Dark Arts. Potions can only do so much at times." Serena informed Pam.

At Pam's question, Serena bit her lip in thought because in all honesty she really hadn't thought about it much. "I think I'd like to be a Charms teacher but not right after I leave school".

"Ah, thanks for the advice." She made a mental note. "That's cool. Charms is fun. Defence against the dark class was alot of fun aswell. I'm really liking Hogwarts."

Mathieu, looking a mess (in his standards, which meant nothing more than a few wrinkles on his uniform and a few hairs sticking out of order), plopped down at the Ravenclaw table as if he was just another member of that House. But, having known Deus since their first year at the school and always sitting at each other's tables... well, he didn't feel out of place at all.

The hungry boy pulled out an apple from a basket filled with fruit and took a large, greedy bite. Merlin, he was starving.

Amadeus strode into the Great Hall, finding his partner in crime, Mathieu Moreau, at their usual spot of leisure at his very own table. Math wanted to sit amongst the intelligent today, now did he? Smirking slightly, he quickly made his way to take a seat across from the prim and proper Gryffindor, wiping a few crumbs off of the table from where, most likely, an unruly peasant had just had their meal.

Swiping up a muffin, he began to nibble on it before beginning, "Long time no see." His voice was laced with playful sarcasm.

Eben Wallace had been sitting at the Ravenclaw table sipping on his coffee and reading the newest edition to the Daily Prophet when he looked up to see two boys about his age sitting and chatting not too far away from him.

The boy looked back down at his paper, not wanting to feel awkward and be all stare-y and what have you. He sipped his coffee and continued on reading, looking up at the pair every once in awhile.

Mathieu looked up as the all too familiar sound of Deus's voice filled the air. He raised an eyebrow at the boy as he took a seat opposite to him. "I know, it's been years. How are the kids doing?" he asked, his expression serious as always before he laughed lightly. "I'm beat," he admitted more honestly, shaking his head slightly. His careless attire and messy hair proved this, though, as it wasn't like Math to let himself look this "messy" for too long.

Math was just finishing off his apple when he caught sight of another Ravenclaw boy, apparently the same age as Deus and himself, glancing up at them every now and then. Hmm. Mathieu furrowed his brows slightly, studying the boy for a moment before finally asking, "Anything we can help you with?"

Eben felt the edges of his ears heat up and he sucked in his cheeks making the bone structure more pronounced, if that was even possible. Turning to looking at the boy who had addressed him, Eben replied, "Are all students generally as messy looking as you, or are you trying to set a new trend?"

It seemed that Hogwarts was more lax about the appearance of their students than some Muggle schools he had seen around the world. In Eben's mind, proper attire and proper wearing of that attire set an example for everyone and it was even more vital now that they had guests at the school participating in some sort of tournament.

Amadeus laughed at Mathieu's comment. They behaved like wise, old men all too often; it was their way of playing around, rather than chasing around each other like many of the younger, peasant-like students did. Taking a large bite out of his blueberry muffin, he chewed slowly and contemplatively, dusting a few crumbs off of the front of his button-down dress shirt before turning to notice a boy about the same age down the ways from them.

Mathieu addressed him first but, Deus being Deus, he simply had to put in his two pence worth. "I think he's in awe." He snigged, throwing a roguish wink at Math before turning back to the mystery boy.

Mathieu had to chuckle softly with amusement at Deus's comment - always count on that boy to add in his extra commentary - before turning back to the new kid.

He rose his dark eyebrows slightly as the newbie asked if all students were generally as messy-looking as him, or if he was starting a new trend. Math let it slide. Could it be possible? There were actually other Ravenclaws out there besides Deus who were more than just bookworms and nerds?
By his words, he sounded like a new student, but that was a Ravenclaw uniform he was wearing, not the uniform of one of those foreign kids who were roaming around the castle. "What, are you new?" he asked.

Eben glared at the less untidy boy. 'Yeah like I would ever be in awe of you two cheeky gits.' he thought to himself, clenching his fists under the table. That was something that really annoyed Eben; when people assumed things of him when they didn't know anything about him in the first place.

That's what had happened with Esme, and it seemed like it was going in the same direction with these boys.

"Yes I am." Eben replied when asked a question of if he was new. The boy was new to anything that had to do with a proper school. Being homeschooled made him incredibly socially awkward around people his age.

Amadeus placed his blueberry muffin on gilded plate that was placed on the table in front of him, wiping his mouth with a linen napkin before turning to face the stranger. This would be interesting. Would this be another play toy, one of many that Deus and Math encountered daily, or possibly a minion? Maybe even one who could grow to be as close as Mathieu? He was a Ravenclaw; that was a start.

"Not too talkative, are you?" He asked, his eyebrows rising slightly in an inquisitive manner. "Tell me, my good man, what year are you in?"

Mathieu merely stared at Eben expectantly. What, was that all he was going to say?

But before Math could ask him to elaborate, Deus was already pointing out the new fellow's lack of detail in his responses. "And what school do you come from, exactly?" he added. He seemed like an odd fellow, but it never crossed his mind that he might be homeschooled.

"Not to people I don't know." Eben replied looking to the more polite of the two boys. "I'm a fifth year, what about yourselves?" he asked looking to each boy.

"I've never been to a school before. My parents travelled around looking for exotic magical creatures and taught me on their own accord." the boy explained. That's why he loved magical creatures so much; that was their main focus in his schooling.

Hugo omnomnommed on his sandwhich. Yay! He looked around. Not many people he knew.

Mathieu nodded his head slightly. "We're fifth years as well," he said, listening as the boy then went on to add he'd never been to a school before. At this, Math's dark eyebrows rose slightly - wait, what? He'd never been to a school before?! Then how…

But his question was answered before he could even ask it as the boy shared his parents taught him on their own accord. Wow. That's pretty… interesting.
Hmm. Maybe this kid wasn't so bad after all. He seemed a little odd, but whatever.

"I'm Mathieu Moreau," he introduced himself after a moment's pause. "And this is Amadeus Kipling," he added, gesturing toward his best friend with his head before raising an eyebrow slightly at the new boy. "And you are?"

Daniel walked into the hall not like the zombie he had been last year but the happiness that had filled him since the start of the term a bit less. The year had started off great but slowly Daniel had found himself falling back into the pattern of last year. Maybe breakfast would cheer him up a bit.

Daniel walked over to the ravenclaw table and took a seat. He wasn't that hungry but he needed something to eat otherwise he was going to get hungry during CoMC and that would be bad. But still Daniel needed to do something different. Maybe at lunch he go and see Nekoda to see if she'd bought him a shirt

Fee walked to the Ravie table. She was searching for Hugo.
Looking out for him she slowy got frustrated as she couldnt find him.
Where was that guy?!
To lazy to walk further around and sat down.
Looking to her left she nothiced a familiar boy sitting there.
" Daaaaniel", she smiled,"havent seen you in ages."
Last time was.... to long ago.
"How've you been?"

Someone was calling his name? Really. He hadn't had a proper conversation with anyone for two days. Who could it be? Daniel looked around for the source of the voice. "Oh. Fee. Nice to see you" It really was. It gave him someone to talk to.

"So how are things? Are you liking hogwarts so far?" Daniel asked. He hoped she was but on the other hand Daniel hadn't liked hogwarts much last year.

"Nice to see you,too", she smiled," i was wondering where you had disappeared."
Daniel seemed to be a bit surprised that she down next to him. Why was that?"
"I loooove Hogwarts", Fee smiled," already feel at him."
Especially around Edmond and her besties.
"What about you?"


Fee sat next to Daniel looking around at the Ravies table.
On the other and of the table she found a boy sitting there eating his sandwich all alone.
She observed him a little more.
Oh. It was Hugo!Yay!
Fee git up from her place and approached him.
"Hugoo", she smiled.

"My name is Eben Wallace." the boy replied, looking to both boys and then holding out his hand. "It's a pleasure to meet you both." He waited for the pair to shake his hand before placing back on the table.

"So we're all fifth years eh? Found any nice lasses to chase after?" Eben asked with a wicked smile. He had Callie that he really liked but they weren't exactly an item just yet.

Amadeus nodded curtly as Mathieu introduced him. Today was turning out to be quite an interesting one; Deus wasn't used to meeting people that he was actually able to stand for more than a moment. This new person seemed satisfactory so far. They'd better not mess it up. Shaking Eben's hand, he pulled back to straighten the collar of his shirt before resting his forearm on the table.

He chuckled at the mention of the females that inhabited the school. "Well," He began, a smirk on his lips as he glanced at Math and winked, "not for me, at least. There's not many people, much less ladies, of culture here. It's quite a shame. If only I were to take a time turner and go back a few centuries, then I might be able to find a proper woman worthy of my love." He spoke in his usual pompous drone, holding nothing back in his words. The unfortunate thing was that narcissistic Deus spoke the truth; really, the perfect girl for him would be a female version of himself.

Hugo looked around. Did someone just yell his name? Hmmm... That was weird. He returned to his sandwich when Fee came sitting next to him, not noticing him.

"Wow, it took a little while to notice me," Hugo laughed while finishing the last of his sandwich.
He looked at Fee. "How are you today?"

Eben smirked at Amadeus he seemed to be of a different breed of male, one that was even more self loving than himself. In all honesty, Eben knew how to act in order to get a girl to like him, and keep up the charade when inwardly, he was different, a darker soul than anyone perceived him to be.

"It's too bad that you can't conform, mate. There's a few lovely birds here." he replied with a broad smile. He was thinking of Callie who he had met not too long ago outside near the courtyard. They had hit it off right away and she had even had the cheek to kiss him good and proper.

Much better than those silly little birds who just waited until the boy made the first move.

Fee laughed slightly.
"I am sorry", she said,"but i sat on the completely different end of the table."
But now she was here, and happy about it.
"I am fine",Fee smiled widely at him,"did you hear about hogsmead being open?"

He laughed. "I thought it was only open for third years and older?"
