"Well you seem like you care, Callie. Drop it" said Bradin. He narrowed his eyes at what she said next.

"This is private, will you shut your trap" he said.

"Don't be sorry you silly thing." Finn grinned at her, feeling a little guilty that she had actually believed that he liked the Pygmy Puff. Or maybe she was just pretending and knew that he didn't like the thing.

"I'm not upset...." He did have like enough money to buy them another pygmy puff. Not that he was intending to anyway, because well he wanted to spend his money on manly stuff like fireworks, and on presents for girls.

She sat down next to the boy and then said to the young girl "Normally we wait for the headmaster to say that we can leave"

"Believe me. I dont. If I wouldve wanted to I wouldve kissed you. But yeahh..I didnt wanna." That sounded sorta rude but oh wells. She was rude.

"Well I do believe im a part of it cus yano its me you lot are arguing over." tehee that made her feel special. "And No I wont."

Grayson returned Aleksandra's tiny nod with another smile, She'd been being oddly good, not letting her mischievousness out while she'd been talking to the visitors. Well, beyond telling Aleksandra about the 'rumor', but she didn't think of that as mischievousness exactly. It was just her showing she knew the stories about the castle. No different from her conversations about Hagrid last term with Torin. And she figured it was better to just be poilte and friendly with the visitors. She could be mischievous with Finn. Or Demarcus. Or any other Hogwarts students. She already figured Professor Vindictus might be watching her, so she'd show him she could be good. "You're welcome," she replied to the older girl's gratitude, even though she wondered a bit if it had been entirely sincere. She'd pretend it was, either way. "Sure. I mean, I'll be around." And then she finally left, leaving the Durmstrang girl to her boys and managing to get back to her original seat shortly before Headmaster Tate finished his speech and the food arrived. At least she'd have something to occupy herself, and maybe she could sneak some food to Draco.

She turned to another boy who might be in her year "No, I was talking to this first year, so what year are you in? I am Victoria Jaimeson, I am a fifth year!"

"Good 'cause I don't ever wanna kiss you. Nor be close to that ever happening" said Bradin.

"Callie, just shut up" he told her.

"I swear, there's nothingto my conversation with Callie" said Bradin. And there never would be.

Lilli-Rose waved at Isla then made her way over to the Gryffindor table. There was too much happening at the Ravenclaw table, nobody was chatting to her.

Nia had been people watching. Watching the sorting. Watching the other 'Claws. And watching the members of the other schools enter and interact with the Hogwarts students.

It was all very interestinggggg.

And then the Headmaster's speech hit a chord. No Quidditch? At all? Full stop? Well, that explained her new badge. She'd been wondering all summer why she might have been replaced, so at least that explained something. But still. NO Quidditch?!

She looked along the line of 'Claws, trying to see if she could spot any of the team. After last term, they were gonna be gutted. Properly gutted. She felt for them, she really did. It had been a bit of a knot in her stomach all summer, the not know why she'd been moved to Prefect. Sure, she was proud of her position. But she was more cut out for Captain.

Deciding she couldn't see Ellie or JD, Nia looked up at the Staff table. She was very tempted to go see Prof V now. But that was wrong as a Prefect and role model, and so she decided to go talk to him the following morning. Why had the whole season been cancelled for the tournament? Not even a single match. She'd get out of practice, and she was meant to be trying out for some Pro teams over the following summer!

Bradin looked at Callie, anger in his hazel eyes, and shook his head. He narrowed them slightly at her. He was glad Enya had disturbed them. "No 'cause you're right. If this relationship is gonna work you need to be able to trust me and I'm not making that easy for you"

He looked at Callie and rolled his eyes. "Some how I doubt that very highly little miss high and mighty" he said, sarcasm clear in his voice on the last bit. Callie was really annoying him right now.

"When are you gonna get it through your head that not one of those Durmstrang guys are gonna look once at you? Get over yourself sweetie" he said and flipped her hair slightly as if to say she wasn't perfect.

"No, I don't know anyone here. Although I just met Rex on the train. He seems very nice," Rowan replied.

Callie shifted sidewards as Enya sat on the seat inbetween them. Frowning at Bradin at his comment shes rolled his eyes. "Yeah ? Whatever. I wouldn't waste my time on someone like you anyways." Pshtttt. He was sooo Urrrrggghhh. Mental!Flail.

"That. Was. Mean and uncalled for. I just stuck up for you and you insult me. Get over myself. Why dont you try getting over yourself ?" Psht. Stupid hair flipping, pretty girl insulting, alter-ego'd annoying personnnn.

"Honestly?" she said, "I couldn't eat a thing. I'm too nervous. As for school, things are starting to look up." Rowan thought to herself that it was terrific that Rex, being an older student, was so nice.


"Thank you so much," replied Rowan. "This is all very overwhelming, isn't it?"

Oui, Beauxbatons. Perhaps the color of his robes gave him away? Or his magnifique entrance may have tipped him off? No matter though! He wasn't about to say any of that to the young boy. Would be rude! And Noel, was never rude unless the person deserved it.

His eyebrows raised in surprise at the saying Daniel had said, and after a moment, he laughed. "Zere iz nothing more true zan zat." Well surely there were a few things, but the saying was intriguing! It should be placed on a banner so he could put it in his dorm. Perhaps it was already?

No time to think about it though. Daniel had asked another question. "Flying in...a razer large carriage." Enhanced on the inside of course. "How do you Hogwarts students get to ze school?"

With his gaze focusing down the table, he quickly looked at everyone and had all intentions of turning his attention back to Daniel before he missed anything, but...

Well there was one person that may have caught his attention. A girl of course, but she looked familiar. Had they spoken before? He didn't remember, but than again, he had met a lot of people today. Even so, he would've remembered the girl, being one to never forget names.

Hmm, until either of them spoke to the other, he'd just smile.

*queue the charming smile*

Once it seemed that Aleksandra was done with taking what food she wanted, Noel helped himself to a few dishes, starting with his favorite of course. If they had food from his home here, perhaps they would have dessert from there as well?! What he wouldn't give to have some clafouti.

Glancing to the mademoiselle next to him, he paused in setting up his dish and drink when she said he could call her Sandra. A gentlemen he was, and if she preferred Sandra, then best call her so. "Az you wish...Sandra." he smiled, before turning his attention back to his plate. It was kinda hard though, as it seemed the table he sat at was the noisiest of them all. What was going on? Glancing down to the other side of the table, there had been enough ruckus as it seemed to have caused the presence of a Professor to be there. A display that apparently did not go unnoticed by Sandra as well. "I see what you mean. Perhaps, ze excitement of ze tournament and our arrival iz too much?"

It was a thought of course.

Slytherin? That was the green table, oui? Turning his head to look over at the table, he frowned when he noticed Jermaine was over there. No doubt seeing what Monique was up to.

"It iz nice you have friends in ozer houses." he said, for a moment not even trying to keep the french accent from overtaking his words too much. He had no trouble understanding himself because he was the one talking, but he had heard that maybe others wouldn't understand with the heavy accent. Turning back to the Slytherin, Noel renewed his smile once more. "Zen perhaps we can be friends too? What iz your name if I may ask."

This was slightly strange. The giggly one seemed to be looking at him but, hugging the boy next to her like her life depended on it?

Perhaps she was saying she was taken. Did his smile come off as wanting more than friendship? He hardly knew the girl, but if that was the case, perhaps he should stay away in case the boy that held her heart was the jealous type. She looked very much attached to the young man anyhow.

Smiling hesitantly once more, Noel turned back to his meal, happily eating the food and listening to the conversations around him.

Bradin rolled his eyes. "You're seriously saying that. You're just as stuck up as me and don't try denying it" he said. Was she still there? He rolled his eyes at her.

"How did you stick up for me? All you're doing is making things worse by sticking around to annoy me" said Bradin. "I am over myself. I wasn't the one admiring myself and hoping that one of those guys would come and talk to you. You do realise when you sat staring at them you looked desperate for a boyfriend"

"Nice to meet you too. And yep, I'm also a first year!" Jenny smiled. She made another friend in Ravenclaw, how awesome is that? Maybe she'll be able to make more after the feast is over! "Speaking of hungry...what is your favorite food?" Maybe she should greet people like this from now on -- by talking about FOOD!

This Bradin was really starting to get on her last nerve and if he didn't shut up she was gonna go over to him and slap him. "Im stuck up and what ? Its better than sitting in a corner and hiding my prettiness from the whole world isnt it ?"

"I told Enya that nothing happened." UGHHH. "Yeah. I wasn't the only one staring at them over there. You see those girls there. Im pretty sure I saw you staring at them like a lost little puppy." she pretended to choke. "Me ? Desperate for a boyfriend ? Haha. Never in a billion years, Luv.."
