"Oh thats cool. I'm the same way with Muggles, they don't bother me and I'm a pureblood too!" Morgana thought it was silly and uncalled for that some wizards (especially purebloods) thought that Muggles weren't worth dirt. Those guys end up in Slytherin... She thought to herself.

Morgana noticed a boy who looked about her age sit by himself. She decided to approach him. Maybe he needed a friend? She sat down on a chair next to him. "Hi, I'm Morgana. What's your name?" Couldn't hurt to be friendly. She smiled.

Daniel had been about to close his eyes and maybe go to sleep there when a girl approached. She looked about his age and obviously a Ravenclaw. He couldn't tell her to go away so he put on a little smile "Hi" he said sitting up. "I'm Daniel." he introduced " Did you enjoy the feast?" he asked politely

Morgana noticed he looked like he was about to go to sleep. Oops. Yes, it was delicious... Sorry, did I disturb you? I didn't mean to, you just looked bored so I thought I'd introduce myself..." She hoped he didn't want to be alone, because she just ruined his peaceful moment. Oh well. If he wants me to leave, he can just ask.

Morgan? That wasn't her name... but at least it was close. And was that a dismissal..? The way he said it made it seem like he wanted the conversation to end. But Morgana wasn't sure. So she replied, "Er, you too, Daniel..." And she akwardly shifted in her chair so her side was facing him, but didn't leave; just incase she took the hint wrong. She was sure getting into a lot of awkward situations lately...

As Louisa was staring at that familiar guy, a black cat ran into the room that caught her eyes. She glanced down at her own sleeping cat in the basket. A girl ran after the cat and held it tightly. Louisa smiled as she recognized Carin, it was nice seeing her there un-furred and quiet.

Maybe she could go and talk to her, she hasn't talked to her since yesterday. She could be feeling bad about the points loss she caused. Louisa could ask about Enya too.

She got up leaving her cat's basket on the chair and walked towards Carin, "Hey there." She said calmly smiling at her.

Heh. 'S ok. He's too old, and besides, I have a boyfriend' Maddie said easily. Though she hadn't seen Timothy since DA... oh well, he had to be here somewhere! She'd just have to hunt him down... hehe. 'Thanks. Morgana is a bit of a mouthful sometimes.... like Madeleine. I swear, I don't know what my parents were thinking. You know what my cousin is called? Wilhelmina. I have such a WEIRD familiy' eh, she was rambling again. She was probably scaring poor old Morgan... eek. 'Same! Hogwarts really feels like home now...' she said with a smile, looking around the Common Room fondly

As she stood near Carin, a girl came closer. "Hi August! I'm Louisa." She answered smiling back at the girl. "Well, I don't know for sure yet. What classes are you taking?" She asked.

Morgana sighed. Man, did ever girl in this school have a boyfriend except for her? But nonetheless she was excited for Maddie. "Oohh you do?! Who is he?" She asked excitedly. "Wilhemina?! That's insane! She smiled at Maddie while she rambled. It was fun to have someone to listen to. "Yeah, I think Hogwarts will always be my home." She smiled happily.

Vashti was feeling a little better by now. She still wasn't happy about the lack of Quidditch this year, but at least she wasn't moping any longer, so she was feeling a little more sociable now. So when she spotted a girl she'd met in Diagon Alley with another girl she didn't recognize, she decided to go over and say hi. And that was what she did.

"Hey!" she said, smiling. "Carin, wasn't it?" She hoped that was her name. Merlin, would she look foolish if she'd forgotten the girl's name, particularly since it really hadn't been that long ago that they'd run into each other (literally). Turning to the other girl, she asked, "Are you new here at Hogwarts?"

Maddie grinned slightly at Morgan's enthusiasm 'He's a year older, a Third year. Ravenclaw, like us. His name's Timothy, Timothy Danford. You should meet him sometime, I'll introduce you' she said, blushing a little. 'And I knoww, right? It's my crazy aunt... she wanted my father to name me something really random like Clementine or something. He went with Madeleine though, not sure why... Anyway, what are your parents like?' she wanted to know alll about her clone new friend. Hehe. 'Definitely. It's so nice here'

Wow! This room sure was getting more and more crowded. Louisa looked at the girl who's just came and saluted Carin. She hasn't seen her before. Not weird for a first year student, right?

Louisa smiled at the girl and nodded, "Yeah. I'm a first year." Obviously, she added in her head. "And Louisa you can call me." She introduced herself. She looked at the girl carefully and assumed her to be around her age. Cool. No more older friends who could lecture her about that furry incident.

Aww! Morgana thought was adorable that Maddie blushed while talking about her boyfriend. "Yeah I'd love to meet him sometime!" She smiled. She loved talking to her clone new friend! "My parents... Well my da is kind of an old brute. He went to Durmstrang as a teen, so I guess it kind of makes sense, heh. My mam went to Hogwarts. She was a Hufflepuff and she's really nice. I sometimes wonder how they ended up together; such a strange combination. I always wonder where I got my genes, though. Both my mam and da have blond hair and green eyes, but I have brown hair and blue eyes. Must of been gram, I suppose." She laughed.

Yay! Morgan wanted to meet Timothy! Maddie was pretty sure they'd get along well. Heh. 'Awesome. Soon as I find him I'll let you know' Maddie said with a grin. 'Durmstrang, eh? I know a few Durmstrang people... there's fifth year girl in Gryffindor who went to Durmstrang, actually' she mused quietly. 'And your mum went to Hogwarts? You're right, bit of a strange combination. But they sound really nice!' Maddie said with a smile 'Eh. That is weird... suppose it was some other relative. Did you ever meet your gran?'

Ickle firstie! Aww, Vashti loved them. And this girl - Louisa apparently - seemed nice. Yay for nice firsties! "Welcome to Hogwarts then!" she said, grinning. "I'm Vashti. And congrats on getting Sorted into the greatest house of them all!" Which was Ravenclaw of course. Hehe.

Sandra spotted the young boy from the feast giving her a small smile and she returned one of her own. She would have said more, out of politeness, but didn't feel the need since he already had company. Not to mention she had good company of her own.

The small boy Daniel had said that at the feast? She must have missed that. Which was highly possible since she didn't pay much attention to the younger students. Once she passed the greetings, she didn't care for much other conversation with the children.

The corners of her lips tugged into upwards, and a small smile appeared on her face when he chuckled. "Really soon I hope, vill give me something to do besides study." Though she could think of a few things she could do that had nothing to do with academics. That was one of the many things they seemed to agree on; a nice castle but different from their own schools.

Sandra glanced around the common room before looking back at Noel, shrugging her shoulders gently. "Its a little more lighting than vhat ve have at Durmstrang." Settling back in her chair, she gave him a curious look. "Vhat is Beauxbatons like, Noel?" In atempting to get to know Hogwarts better for the tournament, she had almost forgotten about his school. He was the only student she had met from Beauxbatons.

"Nah, she died when I was real young so I really don't remember her. All I know is that she was uptight and not very nice." She said with a laugh. "What about your parents?" She inquired. "Did they go to Hogwarts?"

'Oh, I'm sorry' said Maddie quietly, unsure of whether she should actually say that, since it seemed Morgan didn't really like her gran very much. 'My father went to Beauxbatons, mother's a muggle' she said with a shrug 'But my new stepmother's a witch, and she went to Hogwarts. She was a Gryffie'

"Oh it's totally fine." Morgana sensed Maddie didn't know what to say to that. "Oh that's cool. Do you like your new stepmother?"
