Upon stepping through the door, you are probably quite surprised (or not) to find yourself standing on a Baseball Field. Or a miniature version of it anyway. Even though, the ceiling looks like the actual sky outside it is only echanted to do so and is actually only a magically enhanced ceiling of which, say, a baseball would easily bounce off.
As you step in further, you might notice a rather bulky box which is obviously full of...something. Furthermore, a huge pile of sneakers can be seen, sneakers in all sizes and colors and variations. You wait for the rest of the class to file in.
Melanie had to play baseball in PE when she went to muggle school. She wasn't too fond of the sport, but that was mostly because she wasn't very good at it. She wasn't great at many muggle sports. However, Melanie was willing to give it a second try...
Until she watched a girl get smacked in the head during the demonstration.
Wincing, Melanie made a face as the Slytherin passed out. That never happened in PE. She just hoped whoever she got partnered up with had the skill to aim the ball awayyyy from her head.
Oh. Partners! Whoops!
"Annnnnyone still need a partner?" the girl called out, looking around hopefully. "Or want a third person in their group?" she added.
Emmaleigh heard the older Huffie ask for a partner, and not seeing anyone respond to her, she shy said, "You c-can be in our g-group if you like. If it's alright with M-michael." She was pretty sure he wouldn't mind, after all he was the kinda guy that never met a person he didn't like, and every one was his friend. Well, except maybe Sapphie, but that was kinda her fault. Note to self: Ask Mikey about Sapphinelle
While waiting for Trixie to wake - because she WAS going to, right?! - Jeremy absentmindedly glanced around at the rest of the class, forming groups and partnering up. That was, most of them were. Certain people weren't. Like Savannah, for instance. "What, Savannah?" He gave the girl a rather incredulous look as she started to...laugh. She better not be laughing at the unconscious Trixie on the floor.
To get the others' attention back, Jeremy handed the ice back to Kurumi for a moment, got up and clapped his hands loudly. "Listen, people. While we deal with this little incident here-" He nodded towards Trixie on the floor. "-I'd like for you to each take a glove out of this box over there-" Cue vague gesture towards the box from where Kurumi and Cam had got their attire from. "-and one ball per group or pair. Then spread out and just toss the ball back and forth among your group and try to catch it with your gloved hand." And try not to injure yourself or others. One was enough, thank you very much.
Where was her boyfriend and/or her boyfriend when she actually wanted him? Oh yeah, they weren't HERE. Stupid Aiden and Nekoda. Grumble.Grumble. Savannah's arms were still crossed, looking at the ground. Jeez, she looked so tough, like tough to the point where you would NOT want to mess with her.
EVEEEEEEERYOOOOOOONE RUUUUN![/just kidding]
She looked up as Zookara spoke, smiling one of those half smiles. Was it a real smile? Nope, not at all. More of an acknowledgment that Savvy knew she was being spoken to."No needs to get snappy, sir."Smiiiiiiiiiiiiirk. She blew a bubble, then quickly popped it."Can I wear my heels or not?"Savannah asked, looking straight at her professor.
She BETTER be able to wear her heels. She was going to be one MAD little slytherin if she wasn't allowed.
Oooh, the boy was excited. How cute. Jeremy had already grown a liking to Patroclus just because he seemed to be so excited about everything. Zooky-Dooks?! That certainly was a new one. Not that he minded nicknames...as long as they weren't offensive or something. Duh, obviously.
A uniform? "Err, sure thing, Patroclus. If you want to." Jeremy chuckled lightly before raising his wand. Of course he wanted to. With a quick movement of his wand he conjured up a complete Umpire Attire and handed it to the boy with a huge grin. "I'll need you after the demonstration, okay?" He wouldn't have any problems knowing which part of the outfit belonged where right?
Hopefully.
Ummmmmmmmm?
Zooky-Dooks? This is not my uniform!
What the Professor had given to Patroclus was not at all the uniform he had been expecting. Where were his short-shorts? and his black and white stripped t-shirt? and white shoes?
This was soooooo totally wrong!
However Patroclus did like the look of the Robot-Man-Umpire-Man gear he had been given, so he smiled at Zooky, and Saluted! "I will be here when you need me Cap'n!"Cap'n.....how he missed Lainey, but Zooky-Dooks was sure making up for her absence......even though he had Lawso's job.....Wha'ver!
Picking up one of the pieces-the breastplate- Patroclus decided that it was meant to be worn as a backpack, so he slid his arms through the holes and selected the next piece. It was obviously the helmet, so he put it on his head.......back the front.
Finally there was the shinguard which was so totally meant to be used as a bat.
Freya took a glove from the box and a ball for her and her partner. She walked back to her place and preparing herself while waiting her partner took the glove. This is going to be sooooooooooooooooo much fun. She never played baseball before so this is gonna be her first experience in this sport. She hope that she wouldn't get hurt like the older Slytherin girl.

She wasn’t going to calm down. Not at all. Who WOULD be calm if they were hit in the head. And she wasn’t going to listen to what Oliver, or Cammy or even Prof Jeremy said.
Nuh Uh.
The Blonde was LIVID. Literally.

AN ACCIDENT! *sigh* His expression softened. It was probably the shock that had made her snappish. “Are you alright?” He asked again. “Think you need to go and see Moretti?”
Ehh.. and there was Sarah. Always so motherly. Good for her, but then Trixie wasn't snapping at her.
Errrrrrrrrrgh.
Considering he was her best friend, he didn’t help a lot of the time. And she pretty much KNEW he would bring that up. True she had done it to him, herself, but in her defence he HAD offended her and it was a complete accident. With Cameron she couldn’t be so sure. “I’m not taking this out on you” she snapped back at him. “I am FINE” which was totally untrue considering what would happen within the next few minutes. ”And even If I would go see Moretti YOU wouldn’t come with me” she replied.
HMPH!
SPOILER!!: “Rubiey number one”
Rubiey eyed her beadily. Pfft.. Rubiey may only be a first year, but she wasn't as stupid as she looked. "You don't look okay. You're really... pale." The colour had drained out of Trixie's face.
Then she ran.
Uhh, not good. Trixie + Anger + Bat = Danger. If Rubiey were Cameron, she'd be half way to London by now..
She looked pale? She was always pale. She was a Malfoy for goodness sakes. It was kinda a trait of the family, more like a curse if you asked her, but it wasn’t that bad.
“I feel…..” she couldn’t finish that sentence. Why was everyone so consistant on thinking she looked really bad. It was just a……
The floor was REALLY hard. It kinda…Hurt!

Focusing back on Trixie, the blonde did not look a happy bunny. A woman on a mission, there was no stopping her from getting to that bat. Oh Merlin... she WOULDN'T! “Just calm down, Trixie.” He said gently, hands raised in defence even if it wasn't him she was out to get this time. He did not like that look on her face. At. All.
....
And then she was down.
Ooooh dear.
Oliver swallowed, pausing for a second before rushing to his bestie's side. “Trix? Trix can you hear me?” Tap tap tappy of the cheek. "Trixie?"
Um... Where was Professor Zooky?
Why was someone hitting her cheek?
Like….Ow!
If she was conscious right now she would be sending glares at the culprit. Her mind worked just about enough so that she could hear who the person talking was. And by the sounds of it, it was Oliver. But no matter how much she wanted to reply, she simply couldn’t.
All that she could see was darkness and….Nope that was it. Darkness. Well this was…was…This was worse then actually getting HIT with the ball. She didn’t appreciate being stuck on some hard surface, most likely to be the pitch, with people surrounding her asking questions and she not being able to answer them at all.
Apart from some random mumbling that in HER brain was her reply back to him, nothing came out of the Blonde’s mouth. She remained in the position she fell.

Usually you wouldn't laugh. But Cameron wasn't the most socially intelligent person and to be honest, it HAD been funny. The Blonde was a sucker for dramatic displays and her flailing was definitely that. Dramatic.
Then came the glaring. Cam thought SHE looked pretty ferocious but the Blonde took the cake. Her eyes were glaring daggers at the redhead and Cameron felt so insanely small. Trixie was taller and scarier and .. just really freaking scary.
*wibbles*
Hey..
Where'd Trixie go? She'd been standing right infront of her JUST a moment ago.. heh.. that was WEIRD!
But oh no..
Oh that wasn't good. THAT wasn't good at all.
Cameron turned slowly to find Trixie Malfoy looking livid and holding a friggin' baseball bat and looking like she wanted to murder someone.
That someone being Cameron Caddock.
*gulp*
"Trixie.. sweets, we uhh.. don't want to go off doing something rash now do we? Like hitting best friends boyfriend in the head as revenge for revengeful attackaccidental hits?
MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!
"We're all friends here.." But she was squeaking. Lying. Oh merlin..
OH MERLIN!
The Blonde just.. collapsed. Unconscious. Oh.. blimey..
Running over, she pulled the bat out of her hands. For you know.. safety reasons And poked her cheek. "Trixieeeee. Triiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiixxxxiiiiiiiiie. Trixie. Wake up. Wake up or I'll ruin your perfect hair with a bucket of water."
And in a perfect immitation of the blonde, she rolled her eyes.
"WAKE UP TRIXIE!" You were supposed to shout at concussed people weren't you?
It HAD been an accident.
Cameron flailed. If Oliver didn't believe her, there was no chance Trixie would. Her laughter subsided and she frowned.
"Didn't mean to hit her.. " She mumbled. "It would've been easier to get in a cat fight with her if I wanted revenge. Ruin her puuuuuuurfect hair or sumfat.." And she continued to mumble erratically to herself as they all doted on the daftdead unconscious blonde.
Grippy.
Wait where had the bat gone? She had her hands on it just a second ago she was sure of it. No she needed that. NOW!
Unnecessary shouting here. She COULD hear she just couldn’t respond.
Ruin her hair with a bucket of water?
O_____________O
NEVER!! So Cammy’s idea of waking her up would make HER situation even worse. Pfft. Did she want to get whacked with that bat. Not that she had hold of the bat anymore. Just she wait until Trix woke up. Grrrrrrrrrrr
*Mumble!Grumble*

Kurumi placed the ice on the girl's head where a nice bump was now forming. If nothing else, at least the makeshift charmed ice pack would help with the swelling.
Woaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
*Shiver*
Cold. Very cold. What on Earth was that? Trixie could just feel something icy cold being compressed on her forehead. Actually that was kinda nice…… Until the temperature outside changed. Jeeeeez.
Well at least SOMEONE was making some effort in helping her. And she appreciated that a lot. But where was Jeremy?
Ow. Ow. That was on the bump wasn’t it? Ergh she was gonna look so stupid when she recovered. A giant bruise, bumpy thing on the back of her head. At least her hair covered it, though she was sure it would still remain prominent.

..Oh. No need. Trixie swayed once, then fell to the ground.
Rubiey ran over to Trixie immediately, along with... well, everyone else. "Trix, can you hear me?" She asked clearly. Duh, obviously not, but you're always supposed to ask the casulty first. Thats what they said in Muggle first aid, anyway. Yup.
Where was the Professor?! "Someone needs to go get the nurse. We can't move her, because it's a head injury." Rubiey said, looking around at everyone.
………………….
Okay was it her or was she out cold again? It was silent. And silence was deafening right? Like the old saying. She didn’t like it. Not one bit. She much preferred it when she could hear those random threats going on around her. Even If they were about ruining her hair.
Lislchen;9829618][B]Whirling around at the sound of Salander's delicate (*snort*) voice, Jeremy was quite surprised by what he saw. Was he tossing Mia up and down?! Right...okay. Strange. "Hey yo, Salander. What's up?" He replied with a small sarcastic grin as he slowly walked up to the pair. "I'm well aware of that...but we're not playing right now. You'll just be practicing for now." Yes, or something like that.

...or not. Scratch that. Not that somebody actually CAUGHT the ball, not in that sense but the ball was stopped alright. By none other than Trixie. Or rather, her HEAD. Crap! At least Cameron immediately apologized...and then started to giggle?! "Cameron!" Jeremy tried to make her stop but it was too late. Way too late. This was not good. No, not good.
He couldn't even get through to the pair, there were so many people surrounding them. Of course, Jeremy overlooked them and that way was able to make sure that Trixie was okay...ish. Jeremy muttered more to himself than anybody else, just staring transfixed at the chaos which had errupted. Until Trixie went down. Just like that. CRAP! Sam was going to KILL him.
"Oi, let me through." Jeremy pushed through the crowd until he had finally reached the still unconscious Trixie and crouched down next to her, absentmindedly taking the ice package from Kurumi and held it to Slytherin's face himself. Oh OH!
She could hear something. Well that was a good sign, at least she knew she hadn’t died or whatever else was running through her mind in that moment of silence.
A few mumbles erupted and then she heard the sound of a spell being cast over her. Her eyes flickered a little as she regained consciousness. Thankfully the first person she saw was Jeremy. Well thankfully for Cammy anyway. “What just happened?” she asked before her eyes swerved around to look at who else was around her. Everyone she had assumed to have been earlier. Social gathering in the middle of Muggle Studies. Interesting.
----------
Memory Check. She could remember the events of the past few hours yes? She was heading to class…Blah Blah….Got whacked in the head with a ball!
O__________O
Her head snapped over to where Cameron was stood, her eyes glazed with fury. She needed that bat. Right now. Her eyes switched down to where the bat lay, right by Cameron and her arm reached out immediately to grab it. Although she was feeling weak, there was something about bats that made her so powerful.
Emmaleigh heard the older Huffie ask for a partner, and not seeing anyone respond to her, she shy said, "You c-can be in our g-group if you like. If it's alright with M-michael." Melanie turned to face the smaller girl, a tiny smile breaking across her face. "Of course I'd like to be in your group." she replied, her eyes shifting over to the boy she was referring to. A look of realization dawned on her face as she noticed it was the boy from the common room that got meat to put of Fletcher's injured eye. "If it's okay with both of you." She would be content in a group with younger students. They were probably less likely to injure her than an older one right?
...Also the boy was semi-educated on healing! Yes! She remembered that too!
"I'm Melanie, by the way. Melanie Lockhart." she said, directing her words at both of them.

She whirled around when the professor started clapping, listening intently to what he was saying. Melanie eyed the girl on the ground once more when the professor mentioned her, eyebrows going up a little bit when she realized she was reaching for a bat. Scarrrry. She wasn't distracted long, though. Melanie caught sight of the box Zookura was taking about and nodded. Sounded simple enough.
"I'll get the ball." Melanie offered, heading toward the box. Once she reached it, she started rooting around for a glove, looking for a big one that wouldn't squish her fingers.
She wasn't too sure whether she wanted a new glove that wasn't all germy or an older one that was already worn down and would allow her to flex the glove more easily. She knew her dad would tell her to get the older one... so that's what she got. Finally tugging a more worn looking glove from the pile, Melanie worked her hand into it and scooped a baseball out from the bottom of the box.
The girl waved with her glove-free hand, and held up the other to show she had the ball. Yaaay.
Now, back to get control over his own class again."Does everybody have a group or partner? If not, please stand over here to my left and...well, form groups." Obviously. It couldn't be THAT difficult. And Trixie was going to regain consciousness again soon so they were going to be able to proceed with the lesson.
Hopefully.

Wait...they were out of gloves?! O_o Jeremy didn't dare to move away too far from Trixie which was why he couldn't check the box himself. So he was just going to trust JD there. "Sure, hang on." He grabbed the glove of a student standing nearby with an "Excuse me" and quickly cast a duplicating spell on it.
Tossing it back to the student, he then threw the duplication-glove at JD. "There you go." That should do. For now. For a Muggle Studies lesson he was using quite a lot of magic there.

Jeremy stated with a small sigh and a slightly irritated roll of his hazel eyes. "It's just that right now you're not the only one in this class, you know." She'd probably noticed that already but it couldn't hurt to point it out AGAIN.
Could she wear her heels? "Depends...if you want to do what the others are doing then no, you can't...it would be too dangerous." Obviously. He could already see her at the Hospital Wing with both ankles twisted. "However, if you want a special job then you may wear your heels." Cue wicked grin. This was certainly going to be interesting. Heh.

Her eyes switched down to where the bat lay, right by Cameron and her arm reached out immediately to grab it. Although she was feeling weak, there was something about bats that made her so powerful.
……Though she didn’t expect to get away with this.
...and back to Trixie. Who had finally regained consciousness. THANK GAWD! It wouldn't have ended well if he had been forced to take her to the Hospital Wing out cold. No, wouldn't have looked good. "Trixie. Thanks for you to join us again." Jeremy crouched down next to her and gave her a small grin.
Just as he was about to start telling her what had happened...it seemed she remembered. CRAP! "No, don't!" But he was about a second too late and Trixie had managed to get a hold of the bat once again. "Give that to me." He ordered her, holding out his hand as if expecting her to just give it back. She wouldn't hit HIM right? And Cam was at a safe distance. He hoped. He quickly let his hazel eyes rest on Oliver who was still standing nearby to make sure there were people around who could - should there be need to - stop Trixie from hitting Cameron. Or anybody else for that matter.
A heavy low growl emitted from the delicate Sixth year as Cameron came running over. Her eyes, although now watering, stayed permanently in a glare, narrowed and staring straight at the Gryffindor prefect.
Didn't MEAN to? Pfft. Trixie knew full well that Cammy despised her for one reason. And that reason happened to be in the room right now as well. Trix said nothing, simply glared, almost living up to her full Snakie behaviour as hissing came out of her mouth.
*Grooooooooowl*
Her eyes left the Gryffie quickly as she looked for where the baseball bat had landed, not caring for whoever else was stood around in the lesson.
...
Owwwwwwwwwww
Trixie's attention was drawn away momentarily as she heard another voice call out to her.
Think Chaser?
*Growl*
A little LATE wasn't it? She hadn't been prepared for a flippin' Baseball to be flying towards her. Clever. Real Clever.
She glared slightly at her Bestie's amused smirk. Oh he was probably gonna love this wasn't he? Revenge for himself and HE didn't even have to do anything. What goes around comes around yes? HMPH!
"Do I look alright?" she snapped before turning back to glare at his girlfriend. She was actually pretty surprised there wasn't steam coming out of her ears yet. She was so overwhelmed with anger right now she had even forgotten all about the pain.
That wouldn't last long though....
She was laughing?
LAUGHING?!
Okay that did it. Where did she put that bat?
The Blondes eyes scanned extremely quickly around the pitch and landed on the round object, right where Cameron had dropped it just after she had hit the ball. The sixteen year old made a dart for it. She'd use it as no weapon, Trix was only violent when it came to Quidditch *Giggle* However Cameron didn't know that. And well if someone threw the ball towards her, Trix might just accidently whack the ball at Cameron's head as well.
Mwahahahahah BAT!
But she stood there, bat in hand.
Woaaaaaaaaaaah Dizziness. Why was the pitch spinning around and
.............
It was beginning to scare her. The utter look of loathing and hatred and rage in the blonde. Cameron gulped, her eyes unable to leave the blonde. She could've just scribbled in red horns and steam and it would've been picture perfect.
Erm..
OHMYGOD.
She was ...
She wanted to ...
0_____________________________0
"Trixie.. put the bat down.. it's really not healthy for you.. just put.the.bat.down. We can sort this out.. like mature, young women? Right? Right?" But the terror was leaking through her voice. She'd SEEN this girl on the Quidditch pitch. SEEN the wiry muscles splinter bludges.
And that raw force would soon be used on her poor, ickle head.
*pout*
Cammy didn't wanna die.
Especially not at seventeen at the hands of her boyfriends crazy mental ninja on yo' behind bestfriend.
"Oh.. dear.. sweet.. merlin.. I don't want to die..."

YELLING?
SHE WANTED TO KILL HER! She was glad she was concussed on the floor - she wasn't posing any harm to anyone.
"I'll stop yelling. Got any better suggestions?" She asked weakly. Like.. erm.. maybe straightjacketing her and sending her STRAIGHT to the mental institute where she obviously belonged?
HMMM?

"-I'd like for you to each take a glove out of this box over there-" Cue vague gesture towards the box from where Kurumi and Cam had got their attire from. "-and one ball per group or pair. Then spread out and just toss the ball back and forth among your group and try to catch it with your gloved hand." And try not to injure yourself or others. One was enough, thank you very much.
Okay. So Cameron KNEW it had been a bad idea to laugh. But.. it HAD been funny. To begin with. A little?
Aw..
CRAP.
She gulped, turning to look at her Professor as he yelled her name. "I'm SORRY!" She protested weakly. It WAS funny. "But.. honestly, she looks like a little dragon.."
OOPS. And there was her big mouth again. Eyes widening, she clamped a palm over it. Officially, she would stop using it. Now.
"Flaring nostrils and shizz - she just needs some scales.."
*facepalm* *gulp*
Erm..

……Though she didn’t expect to get away with this.
It was the SCARIEST thing in the ENTIRE world when someone woke up from being concussed and then looked at you.
Complete with glary eyes, and murder a reckoning.
*gulp*
"Hey.. let's not be hasty here, Trix. Y'know.. we're all friends right?' *awkward laugh* But Cameron could lie okay. Under pressure right? On pain of death? [/awkward]
Because if she was to be honest - she'd sit down twnety minutes after this had all cleared over and laugh her head off. Probably cry a little with laughter. It was a horrible thought but it also counted on the fact that she'd SURVIVE the next twenty minutes. And well.. that didn't look too likely.
She started backing away slowly, taking deep breaths.
Petrified didn't even begin to sum up the emotions she was feeling.
Oh merlin..
SPOILER!!: Lisa..again too xD

And there was Miss MyHeelsAndIAreBFFsAndThereforeInseperable again. How nice. Snappy?! Had she just called him snappy?! "I'm not being snappy."Much.
Heh.
...and back to Trixie.
Cameron glanced hastily at her Professor.
"UMMM. A LITTLE HELP HERE, PROFESSOR!?!?!?!?!?!?" Yeah. THAT MIGHT BE NICE!?!?! :0 :0 :0 :0
But HEY, that's FINEFINEINFINE, he could jsut CONTINUE having a little CHITTTERTYCHATTERTY with the incrediblehulkblonde.
*cough*
"Maybe.. TAKE THE BAT OFF HER!?!?!?!?!" YEAH. THAT WOULD BE A NICE START.
*GLARE*

Melanie turned to face the smaller girl, a tiny smile breaking across her face.
Yaaay.
Emmaleigh gave the girl a smile. She seemed really nice, and didn't seem to mind that they were younger than her. But she did look at Michael funny, But not in a bad way. "It's nice to m-meet you Melanie, I'm E-emmaleigh Swynford." "Ok , but I need a g-glove too," So Emmaleigh followed her to the box, and as soon as Melanie was done digging around in it, Em stepped up to find a glove. Of corse she needed a smaller one, but it didn't matter to her if she used a left or right handed glove. The first one she came across was right handed, so she went with that one. "So, I g-guess were just playing c-catch. Maybe we should head over h-here out of the way." And she headed away from the crowd.
Kita turned around to look at the girl that had approached her and smiled. "Hey!" she said, "I'm Kita." She held out her hand for the girl to shake.
She remembered the demonstration and the fact that someone had gotten hurt. Or, at least, got hit by a ball. She had had too many of those to last her a lifetime. Silly Muggle schools. She turned to the girl who came to her and asked, "Do you know how to play baseball?"
Vienna held out her hand for Kita to shake and said "Hi I'm Vienna and To be honest i had never heard of baseball before this lesson"

Simon had been doing his best to stay out of the chaos that had insued after the little demonstration the professor had asked for. Nothing like a head injury to distract a class, he absently mused glad to see the girl was alright but wondering why they couldn't brush it off as an accident and move on.
He stayed quietly by Viky's side till Professor Zookara called for the classes attention and gave them further instructions. At the request for each group to retrieve a ball and glove, Simon took the initiative and retrieved their groups pair before rejoining his girlfriend to wait for the next step in this practical part of the lesson.

EEP! Well, at least the girl was up and moving...if you just ignored the fact that she had a bat in her hands. Kurumi edged her way to Cameron's side as the scary angry girl with a bat came closter. "Run?" she half laughed.
Kurumi wasn't very good at peacemaking unless it involved rough housing with her older brothers - but that clearly was not going to work her. Noticing that the boy had not put on his umpire uniform yet, Kurumi grabbed the shinguards and tossed them to Cam. If nothing else, they would protect her...kind of. Kurumi still stood by her first idea: run away.

MEEP! Catching up! (and Oliver still needs a partner. *shifty*)
Yeahhh, Mr White! Yeah science!
Ehhh.... Cam took his congratulations on the great shot seriously? Oliver didn't REALLY think she had deliberately aimed at Trixie's head for Merlin's sake! “S'ok, Cam. Calm down, I don't believe it was deliberate. If it was, you'd be, like, a GENIUS Beater to hit a target bang on like that from a distance. The silly moo should've attempted to catch it." Cos, like, that was what she was supposed to do, right? "..Or moved." He added in a mumble.
He shook his head and turned his attention to the unconscious Trixie, moving aside a little to let the small Gryffindor through with ice. He gave her a small grateful smile. Cute kid trying to help.
Then Jezza was on the scene and Oliver stood up and backed away a couple of paces. Yeah, this had been funny at first, but the fact that Trixie wasn't reviving was starting to become worrying.
He vaguely heard the professor's instructions but (maybe rather arrogantly) didn't think they applied to him. Trixie was his best mate and he was Head Boy. He should be on hand to help here.
Finally the blonde came around much to the relief of all. He took a step closer once again and peered down at her. “Alright there, Trix?” He asked her gently and gave her a small smile. But his eyes widened at the way her head snapped around to look at Cameron. For someone who had been unconscious only seconds ago, such sudden movements didn't seem wise.
o__________O
Oh JEEZ! She had the bat again! “Sir,” He said addressing the professor in front of him. “I think she may have damaged her brain.” And added with a wry smile. “Or... damaged it more than it already was.” heh!
He nodded once at the professor when he caught his eye, ready to step in if needed. But, Merlin, surely Trix wouldn't be so stupid.
He heard the sudden panic in Cameron's voice and he turned his head to look at her, swallowing. He'd never heard her sound like that before and it took him by surprise. A dragon? He smirked – that was a pretty accurate description. Discreetly (yeah, Oliver could do discreet. Heh), he positioned himself between Trixie and Cameron. If the blonde wanted Cam, she'd have to go through him first. She wouldn't hit HIM! She LOVED him! In a purely platonic way of course
“Trixie. Give the bat to Professor Z.” He reiterated the man's words. "You really want a detention? Or, worse... lose points for Slytherin." hehe! Aim for where it hurt. The swotty girl had nightmares about such things.

And that raw force would soon be used on her poor, ickle head.

HMMM?
HMMMMM?
HMMMMMMMMMMM?
Yeah. Cam thought so.

Trixie had a reason to dislike Cammy. And well, it worked vice versa as well. So her motives for wanting to glare at her permanently weren't exactly bad right? But the word "friends" came into the equation. And that was something Trixie couldn't agree with and Cam very well knew that could probably never happen anyway.
Her mouth however remained shut. It seemed as if Trix realised what she was actually doing. Instead, her hand still gripped to the bat, the Blonde opted to glare again. It worked. Cam was shouting hysterically over at the Professor.
Okay she had turned into Godzilla. Blonde and pretty style.
Mwaha!

Trixie didn't particularly like stern Jeremy. True he was a professor and that was kinda what the job entitled occasionally but still. And she certainly wasn't going to hit him with that bat. She wasn't going to hit ANYONE. But she hadn't had hold of a bat in a long while. It was.... Okay that impact had done something freaky with her brain and it was already damaged from the first time. Why did this always happen to her?
"Professor" Yes she actually addressed him like that. Too formal for her liking but considering the situation it fit better. "Shouldn't you be focusing on your lesson and not me?" she asked. Yes she didn't want to interrupt OTHER peoples learning. She was a swot herself.
Plus she really wanted to have a go herself, not that THAT was at all likely now.
But he was still ordering her to give her the bat. So the sixteen year old glanced around at who was surrounding her. Her eyes falling upon her bestie. Though the look wasn't one anyone would expect between them. Glares all round it seemed.

Oh HAHA!
Yeah that comment was reaaaaal mature. Although she probably agreed with it right now. Couldn't SOMEONE give her a calming potion. Yeah had nobody thought about that? Considering CALM was the last thing she was right now. It might kind of...well...HELP?!
Ah jeez. Now HE was ordering her about? She took one look up at him and then over at Zookara before returning her eyeline down at the bat in her hand. She was NOT willing to loose points for this. Nor was she EVER willing to get a detention. She was too good for that, besides, those dungeon detentions cells or whatever it was they were named were probably terrifying.
So she surrendered. Regretfully so be it, but she still gave in. Her arm swinging, perhaps not so carefully for one holding an object that could do some damage. The sixth year handed the bat over to Jeremy and then layed back on the floor.
Now could they get on with the lesson please? Just forget her?
Wait...they were out of gloves?! O_o Jeremy didn't dare to move away too far from Trixie which was why he couldn't check the box himself. So he was just going to trust JD there. "Sure, hang on." He grabbed the glove of a student standing nearby with an "Excuse me" and quickly cast a duplicating spell on it.
Tossing it back to the student, he then threw the duplication-glove at JD. "There you go." That should do. For now. For a Muggle Studies lesson he was using quite a lot of magic there.
"Thank ye Professor!" he says brightly, smiling slipping the glove onto his right hand. Grabbing a ball, he tosses it up in the air catching it in his glove, over and over walking back to where his two partners were...or had been.
Turning around he wonders where they'd gotten to, hadn't they just been right there? He was positive he had two partners, he had hadn't he. Looking around quizzically, he tries to remember who they were. One was....a hufflepuff? Ummmm

She realized he probably didn't play the drums, but there was no reason to let him know she that had picked up on it. "That's cool. I've always wanted to learn how to play the drums, although I think the Piano might be more my speed," Alice said with a small shrug. She did love the sound of pianos.
Alice felt her cheeks flush a little bit again when he called her his little angel. "Well I am glad that was able to keep you dancing, or running, or whatever else it is you need your legs for," Alice said happily. She turned her attention to some of the other kids that had started playing. It did seem a bit strange that they were in groups of three, although perhaps they weren't really going to play an actual game.
"Perhaps he is just going to have the three of us practice the skills together," Alice said to Salander and Mia. "One of us could be in the outfield, the other could be the pitcher, and the third person could be the batter?"

But practicing what exactly?
And then the Professor went onto explain and Mia gave a little pout before kissing the top of Sal's head. "Thanks for the ride rock star but it looks as though I have to get down now. We have to practice throwing and catching."
Oh this will be amusing.

"Practice? Oh ok."the lad nodded confidently at the Professor, trying his best not to show his dismay. Salander wanted to plaaaayyyy already, but he had to agree that it was a good idea to do a practice session first, rev up those muscles and get into the groove of things.
He looked up and smiled at Mia, then (reluctantly) let her off. He strode over the box and rummaged through the items for a few mitts, a bat and a ball. Handing the mitts for Mia and Alice to use, he pinned the bat to his side as he playfully flip-catch the ball, asking "OK ladies, one of us has to pitch, the other catches, and the other bats... who wants what?" Salander was more of a batter/ catcher, but he thought to have the ladies take a pick at the position they wanted. Ladies first after all right?

Alice looked at the Mia. Did she think she meant she would be the entourage for her profession? "So, what do you hope you to do once you graduate from Hogwarts?" Alice asked, hoping that cleared up any confusion. Plus Alice was curious as to what positions were available for witches and wizards.
Alice eyed the baseball. "Well I'm the best at batting, but I suppose I could catch or throw. Whatever works best for everyone else," Alice said, not feeling particularly picky. She really was the worst at throwing, but this could be an opportunity for her to improve, yes?
Mia blinked at Alice a couple of times, taking a moment to register her question. To be honest, Mia had never really thought that far ahead. She was trying to get through this year. "I have no idea really. I don't know what kind of jobs are out there for witches and wizards." She smiled at Alice and shrugged her shoulders. "Have you thought about what you want to do?"

Aww this was not as fun as being given a piggyback by Sal. She watched as he went to grab some equipment and Mia looked at Alice to see what she wanted to do.
Phew!
The Gryff wanted to bat which left catching and throwing. "Um...I'm going to suck at whichever one so it's not really going to matter." She eyed the ball in Sal's hand and sighed. "I guess I can pitch." She didn't feel like having to run after the ball every time she failed to catch it.
Carpe Diem: Make today extraordinary! WOOT WOOT! GRYFFINDOR!!

Fee hoped she wouldnt make a complete dumbie out of herself.
Taking the glove and putting it on she walked back to where Sophia was standing.
"Are you ready?"
"Ready." she said, tossing Fee the ball. "Are you ready?" she asked her smiling. Sophia was ready. She had been playing baseball almost her whole life.

"I'm not sure either really," Alice said with a shrug. She had only ever imagined going into a profession that muggles went into. "I'm not even sure what kind of professions are available for witches and wizards. I would love to do something in the Herbology field though..." Alice really did love plants.
Upon Mia volunteering to catch, Alice reached out and took the bat from Salander. She really did love batting. Plus Salander was the tallest, so it would probably be the easiest for him to go and catch and such. After all how far could she really get it over his head?

"Ok then, Catcher I'll be." Salander smiled, playfully tossing his mitt up in the air and catching it back. "Stay right there Mia." he called out as he led Alice to bat a few distance away, then squatted just behind the bats swinging range. Giving his mitt a few good pounds with his fist, he bellowed "Alright ladies, lets play ball!"
Yeah thats what crazy is, when its broken you say theres nothing to fix++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++And you pray that everything will be okay, while you're making all the same mistakes

ooc: Thanks for fixing that
Alice smiled as she took her place on the imaginary batter's mound. This was just like playing with her dad at home! Alice tapped her bat on the ground a couple of times and took a few loose swings. Despite being right-handed, she batted lefty.
"Whenever you are ready Mia," Alice said with a smile.

"So, let's get the ball and gloves, then," she said, smiling.
