Now what was on the fourth floor again? Not a lot really. Some walls, floor and....

MIRROR!

She liked the mirror so that was a good place to be. The 16 year old arrived there to see her cousin with make up running all down her face. Oh no, that did not look good. Trix didn't even bother looking in the mirror like she probably would do on a normal day. Instead she just looked at her cousin with concern on her face.

Oh goodness.

"Ella are you alright?" she asked walking to stand besides her cuz. Well obviously not but she really didn't know what else to say right now. She had to say something, she couldn't just leave it. But a crying Ella meant only the worst.

"Please don't tell me you've broken up" she bit her lip.

She gasped, hearing someone say her name.

Trixieeee! Ella's greatest source of comfort. A year ago, she would have never spoken so highly of her cousin, but now, Trixie was great. Ella turned away from the mirror to face her, sobbing.

"H-he told me that he l-l-loves me... then he broke up with me." Which just made the whole situation worse. Way to bring her mood up, then knock it back down. Aiden needed to man up and just deal with things, and Ella would fight to make him see sense. "I mean, if he didn't l-love me, then I would accept it." Well, not accept it, she'd still be really upset, but it would make it easier. "Have you spoken to him yet?" She said with a bit of hope.

What a ridiculous situation to find herself in. She broke up with her boyfriend because they were too in love with each other. Hmmm, how did that one work out? She sobbed some more.

Trixie looked completely sympathetically at her cousin. She'd never seen her this upset, she really was in tears.

The Blonde turned completely away from the Mirror to look straight at Ella. She was glad she could help. Family was family, always would be and even if the two didn't see eye to eye all of the time, now was the time in which they had grown closer. Kinda good considering the situation that was arising right now.

So he did love her? What was so.....

WHAT?!

"But that's......What? That's just ridiculous" her eyebrows furrowed completely. Stupid. Really stupid. Didn't he know it would effect her more to simply say that. Those words were supposed to KEEP you together not break you apart. "Ella he's a fool, you just need to know that." Maybe she should go have MORE words with him. Although he even told her that they were gonna break up. She just didn't think he would tell her that beforehand. "Is that all he said?" she asked. If he had mentioned Savvy one time then she'd probably go shout at him right now.

"Yeah I had a few words.........." more like raised her voice a few times and glared a lot. He'd told her pretty much the same thing, that he cared for Ella too much but that was causing them to drift apart.

Mia squirmed a little when he nudged her waist and she poked him in the ribs with her finger. She wished he would stop doing that. He knew that she was ticklish.

Well now, that comment made her smile. "Oh? And who have you been talking about me, to?" Mia had to think about that for a moment. How many guys knew about her and Finn's little antics? And did she care? She would have to think about that one some more. But later. Because now there were more important things to do.

She melted into his kiss and when he pulled back she refrained from poking her tongue out at him. That wouldn't be very mature now, would it? "Maybe. Maybe not." And that was the only answer he was going to get because she hadn't decided yet whether it was going bother her if he did.

"But will your other girl be happy with you seeing two girls at the same time?"

"Wouldn't you like to know that?" Finn grinned at her, as he nudged her once before just resting his hand around her waist. "And quit poking meeee. it hurtts." He pouted, at her before laughing. It really hadn't hurt, but he could pretend right?

Maybe he should tell her though? He mused for a second. "I've mainly talked to my friend Jimmy." He commented loosely with a smile. It had not be back talk though, so it was good right? Mia had been very good, he had no complaints. "You make very good conversation." He smirked at her, giving her a little squeeze. Very good conversation.

He rolled his eyes at what she said, before smirking at her. "But I'm not seeing you properly am I Mia? So....if there was another girl she'd have nothing to worry about."

Mia rolled her eyes at him and poked him again for good measure since he kept doing it to her. So long as he didn't full out tickle her then she could put up with it. And secretly she did like it.

Ahh Jimmy. Of course those two would be friends with each other. They were so alike. Probably why she had been attracted to both of them and why she had also snogged both of them. They were probably in the same house as well. She grinned at his comment and shrugged her shoulders, "No doubt I did. Were you comparing notes with each other?"

Now that was a conversation she would have liked to have been around to hear. She remembered Jimmy telling her that needed more practice. Hmmm, that was before Finn. Maybe she should pay Jimmy a visit soon and see what he thought of her technique now.

She inclined her head at him, "True." She had to agree with that. They weren't strictly a 'couple' just two friends who got together and snogged. "But not everyone is like me Finn."

finn laughed about the notes comment. No they hadn't compared notes. Because well Finn didn't do notes. "Nope we didn't." He smirked a little, giving her a littlle nudge again. "We just rated you." He grinned, because he had a feeling that she knew about it. She must know about it, they had spent a lot of time together over the summer, so it would surprise him if she didn't know.

He had found it a bit funny though, that both he and Jimmy had been snogging the same girl. Not that he minded, but it was just a little funny. But Mia had better not be picking favourites, unless that favourite was him, because then it would be alright. But his ego was not taking a blow if she decided to choose Jimmy over him.

"I know..." He sighed with a little grin, and he pulled her closer to give her a hug. He had a feeling that she was probably the one girl like that. "It adds to your appeal though." Because surely every guy would like to snog without having to actually be the girls boyfriend.

Ah yes the rating system. Mia knew all about that. She couldn't help but laugh as she stood up on tip toe and leaned in a little. "I better have have rated highly with you Finlay." If not there would be no more snogging. Total idle threat right there seeing how she couldn't seem to stay away from him.

She gave him another small kiss before lowering herself back down. Mia wondered what would they have thought if they knew that she had been rating them also? And no she didn't plan on letting that bit of info out, that would be her little secret.

Mia giggled softly as she hugged him back. Seriously she had the best life right now. "Of course it does. There is nothing like having an uncomplicated relationship with someone. Who needs all that teenage angst?"

Finn laughed at what she said, as he wrapped his arm around her tighter, pulling her into him, so that he could whisper to her. "What would you do if you were really low Mia?" He asked, pressing a kiss to her cheek. She hadn't, so she didn't need to worry, but it was quite amusing. "But I Think you rated high...I can't quite remember." Total lie, because he was thinking of what number she was right now.

Yes she was definetly high, and he smiled at her. She was worth the high rating. Not that he was actually going to tell her what number she was. Oh no, he was definetly going to tease her for a while. It wasn't like he thought she cared. She would've slapepd him already if it had annoyed her.

He laughed at what she said, giving her a little grin. "Nope. Snogging is better than teenage angst." He grinned at her, because well it was true, he liked snogging, and just to prove his point he leaned in for another kiss.

"Well considering you keep coming back for more Finn, I really don't think I have anything to worry about." That really didn't answer his question but that's all he was going to get from her because really what could she do if her rating was low? Slap him? That definitely wasn't her style. No. Mia would probably strive to get a higher rating.

Oh yes most definitely better than teenage angst especially when you got to snog someone as good looking at Finn. Mia grinned against his lips before reluctantly pulling away. "We keep going like this and we're going to find ourselves in detention." And she so didn't want that. Not only did being put in detention scare the crap out of her but she had only been here a short time and it totally wouldn't look good.

"Nothing at all." Finn grinned, as he nudged her one more, before stepping away from her altogether. "And anyway I don't think you'd hurt me even if you were low like a 3 or something." He smirked at her, corssing his arms. That had been why he had walked away. Yes he didnt think she would hit him, but he had to be careful.

He laughed at what she said, and ran his fingers through his short hair. Dentention. He hadn't quite thought about that. Not that a silly dention could see it. "Detention would be epic with you Mia." He knew it would, because she was pretty epic. But he had a feeling that Mia might not have liked it, nor would his parents. "But if you're scared about getting detention." Snort. "I can refrain from kissing you."

GOOD. At least Trixie agreed that the whole situation was really stupid.

"I know it is." She agreed. And he was a fool, she nodded. "Not much else. He was being mean at first, then I told him that I loved him.. and he said it back.." Urm, what else was said? "I dunno. He's afraid of the commitment, or something." Typical. A turning point in their relationship, the 'i love you' sentence was introduced, and it all ended up in tears. "I don't think there's anything I can do to change his mind. He doesn't want to be with me anymore."

This caught her attention. "You did? You spoke to him? What did he say? What did you say?" She was sounding a little desperate now. But really, she couldn't just let this sort of thing go without a care in the world. It was different this time to when her and Patrick broke up. She certainly didn't love him.
Seeing as trying to keep it together FAILED, Ella just let it all out and planted her forehead on Trixie's shoulder. She needed a huggle, to be honest. Even if it was Trixie.

Crying on Trixie Malfoy's shoulder. She would have never thought.

He was an idiot.

And she really couldn't believe he had done that.

"Ella he obviously wasn't thinking straight was he?" she asked. Because otherwise he wouldn't have said anything like that. Being mean? "What do you mean? What was he saying?" she asked. She needed evidence before she went and had another talk with the Seventh Year. Because she was going to. Just as long as she said nothing that got her in trouble right? Trixie Malfoy didn't do getting in trouble. "Well then he shouldn't be dating anyone if he's afraid of commitment." That basically meant he was just leading them on, in the nicest way possible. "Ella he wants to be with you, he's just not sure right now..." she replied. "If he told you he loved you then he's just scared that he is gonna take things too far and end up in a huge muddle with Savannah twisted in the middle. We're all young still" she carried on. No one knew exactly how they felt. There were probably first years going around thinking or claiming they were 'in love.'

Woaaah too many questions.

"Not a lot. He got a bit stroppy with me to be honest" There were some comebacks that quite frankly weren't appreciated. "He basically said it wasn't his fault and that.... Well he cared about you" she replied. She couldn't remember what he had said exactly. She was a little too full of anger. Resisting the urge to slap him was hard when he went about being sarcastic to her. No one was sarcastic to her. It was always the other way round.

Now she was crying on her shoulder?

*Blink*

But the family instinct kicked in and Trix automatically hugged her back. She didn't like seeing Ella like this. Never!

Why was it, whenever Ella spoke to Trixie, she felt like she was talking about herself 24/7? It made her feel bad. But oh well, at least her cousin was helping her out.

"He said something like... we had nothing between us... we didn't click.... and then he started being all snappy with me." Like, he just wanted to break up with her and never ever see her again. Ella seemed to think that it was an act though, because he then continued to be his soppy-self and confess to loving her. Hm. "I know. I tried to knock sense into him but it wasn't working." She sighed as soon as Savannah's name was mentioned. She didn't want to mention the name to Aiden in the break up, 'cause her thoughts went crazy. "I don't want to talk about her. I keep having these visions that he'll go straight back to her." She shuddered. It was unthinkable.

Hmmm, Aiden wasn't usually stroppy. But he was lately, and Ella haaaated it. SHE was the stroppy one, he was too perfect for it.
She raised an eyebrow. The pieces of the puzzle just weren't connecting. He cared about her. He LOVED her, yet, he wanted to break up. Ehhhh. "He's probably just sick and tired of me, and wants to get out of the relationship as quickly as he can." Before he got himself in too deep. He already made that mistake with Savannah.

"What am I supposed to do now, Trixie?" She asked with a sniff, and still hugging her cousin. Even if the advice was crappy, she still needed comfort and to know that it wasn't HER that was in the wrong.

*Siiiiiiiigh*

Why couldn't love just be simple? The word simple didn't seem to exist within the walls of Hogwarts. Even first years could get caught up in some drama or other. It sucked, it really did, but it was something you'd have to learn to live with whilst in attendance there. At least lessons started in a few days and surely they would take Ella's and even Trixie's mind of things. Plus the buzz surrounding the Triwizard tournament. Surely that would act as a good distraction.

"Well that obviously shows how confused and not in the right mind frame he truly was then doesn't it?" she asked. To snap and yet to admit his love all in one conversation, the seventh year was a little...Well she couldn't think of a word to describe it. Drama King. *Snort* Maybe he just needed to let of some anger before he got to why he really thought it best to break up. "Look I will talk to him again" she replied. This time she wasn't going lightly and he better not be sarcastic again. "He won't" Trix couldn't be 100% on that matter but it was what Ella wanted to hear right? "He's stupid if he does" she replied. "..And even if I am wrong, he'll realise his mistake the minute they go out" the sixteen year old let out a sly grin. It usually seemed to work with Ella if you talked about Sav like that. Not that Trix truly meant if, she didn't know the girl well enough.

HMPH. Stroppy Aiden wasn't on Trixie's good books. It was a darn good job Trix wasn't a violent person Apart from if it came down to a Quidditch match or if she was given a beaters bat otherwise she would have done something she'd regret. "Ella you know that's not true" she tried again. "He's only 17, he doesn't know what he's saying. None of us do.." Heck even Trix didn't always think of what she was saying. If anyone was confused they just come out with things. It always happened.

What WAS she supposed to do? There wasn't alot she could do! "Just give him time to let of steam... Avoid him for a few days...Avoid them both" she replied. "Classes start soon and they will be a huge distraction. It won't be long until you don't give a fig about what has happened." It would also give Aiden to think about what he said as well. "Then he will eventually realise his mistake.." she finished.

"No...... not at all. I could mean that he is sick and tired of me and I'm making it all worse by crying about it." DARN, why couldn't she stop crying? She felt like an idiot. She looked back into the mirror and rubbed her eyes until they went red. At least she got rid of the excess make up running down her cheeks. Hearing Trixie, she looked back. "You'd do that? Thanks Trixie." She smiled, but was a little surprised at how supportive she was being. Wow, she really did care about her family. She remembered back to the train ride when Ella insulted the Malfoys. It was like someone turned a switch on in Trixie's head to go mad at her.

She attempted a chuckle. But it wasn't really funny.
"He would be really stupid to get back with her." In her opinion, Savannah wasn't Aiden's type at all. Why were they even friends? Her smile turned back to a frown. "I still think he's going to do it though. She's gonna go crazy when she finds out that we broke up." And there Ella would be, watching it all unfold.

She knew that's not true? Hm, really? "It bloody well is true." She mumbled. But she was right about the whole age thing. Maybe they were too young to be so caught up in a relationship. But Ella seemed to think that they really did have something special. WHATEVER THOUGH.

Turning back to the mirror, Ella sighed whilst she listened to Trixie's advice. Surprisingly, it was good advice. Classes. Right. "Mkay, I'll end up turning into a brainbox, like you." Because she would REALLY be occupying herself with school work to take her mind off of all this. Her last sentence sounded encouraging too. "I hope you're right." She nodded, then finally stopped crying. Time to move on. If that was possible.

"Ugh, look at me. Crying over a boy." She sniffed, but chuckled at the same time.

Monique was walking down the hall minding her own business when...

HELLO! MIRROR!

She walked right up and began fiddling with her hair. She then noticed some people around her in the reflection.

"Bonjour." she said turning around briefly. She then went back to playing with her hair in the mirror. She wondered what the odds were of getting someone to move this to her room.

Wait!

What?

A three? Mia placed her hands on her hips and stared at Finn. He hadn't given her a three, had he? She normally didn't care about things like that but that would seriously be a slap to her ego. Maybe he was just messing with her because that would be the sort of thing Finn would do knowing that she was always a little slow on the up take. "Well no I wouldn't hurt you Finn." Not physically anyway.

Mia's face paled a little. She was pretty sure that 'detention' and 'epic' did not go in the same sentence. Oh dear. She could see Finlay getting her into quite a bit of trouble. And as much as that thought scared her, it was kind of exciting at the same time.

When he spoke again, Mia gave him a little pout. "Oh hey! I didn't mean we had to stop altogether. Just maybe find a place that is not so out in the open." You know for everyone to see, like Prefects and Professors.

Busying himself, mostly his mind, with the thought of pulling a good prank on Professor Lafay, Josh was passing by the mirror glancing at it to see...

Oh Good Merlin!

He halted the moment he saw the beauty any ideas on a prank leaving his mind immediately.So grinning slightly the fifteen year old boy silently approached the girl who, as he thought, greeted the people around her. Of course Josh could not speak French but it did not mean that he could not try his chance.

''Bonjour!'' he repeated what the girl said cheerfully and stopped right beside her. ''Would you like some chocolate?''. Because chocolate was the best thing to give as a sign of friendship.

Monique turned back around and looked at the boy that was greeting her. How precious! If she was the type to put someone in a headlock and rub their head she would have. Luckily she wasn't. That would have been weird.

This was her big moment. She vowed to talk to younger people after making friends with little Lexi Denver. Let's see. He was wearing red. That means he was a Gryffin-door.

"Sure. I would love some." she replied with a smile. Taking candy from a young stranger. What was the worst that could happen?

Hehehe. She wanted chocolate. Yay! Smiling happily at the beautiful girl, Josh searched his pockets to find one of those little chocolates with strawberry filling. Aha! There it was. Successfully spotting one in his right pocket he immediately took it and gently presented it to the seemingly older girl. ''Here''

Pfft who cared if she was older? Josh, the master of everything, did not care. She looked nice, not cold with an attitude of oh-i-am-so-great like that annoying Durmstrang boy who attempted to flirt Evelyn. ''Soo...umm. What kind of sweets do you have in Beauxbatons, beauty?'' Hehe. Of course he was going to ask about food. He LOVED food.

"Merci." Monique said taking the chocolate. She wasn't sure whether or not she should eat it. The boy had just fished it out of his pockets after all.

"Oh, we have such lovely desserts." she said. Food. That was a nice safe topic. "Crème brûlée is my favorite." she said. This wasn't so bad. She could easily talk with younger students.

The Gryffindor boy smiled when the Beauxbatons girl thanked him for the chocolate. That thing she had said meant 'Thank you', right? He guessed it did. Gah! Too bad he did not bother to learn a few French words before he had planned to speak to her.

''Creme what!?'' then he exclaimed, his usual grin appearing on his face. He had no idea what this Creme something was but if the beautiful girl liked it Josh was sure that he would love it. ''I would love to try it. Do you know where i can find that creme thing? Maybe you can cook some for me ha?'' Teeheee. He surely would LOVE to eat anything she cooked.

"Creme brulee." Monique said. "It is custard with caramel on top."

"I have no idea... I was thinking of finding some of your house elves and asking them to make me some." She did her best not to laugh at the boys suggestion of making some. "That is... if I knew where they were kept..."

Ahhh. So she didn't really like possibly being a 3 then?? Finn found that quite amusing, and he smirked at her. Of course she wasn't a 3. She was much too good a snogger to be a 3, even that silly first year had been more than a 3, and a 3 was very disappointing, which Mia was not. He laughed a little, before pulling her closer. "You're no where near a 3...more like an 8 maybe." He whispered into her ear, before pulling away, and acting like he hadn't told her anything. "Good...I'm glad that's sorted." He nodded at her with a little wink. And now he didn't have to think about her slapping him or something.

Ahh. He smirked at what she was saying, and glanced around. She was right, someone could just like walk out, and pop them into dentention. That would be so fun. "Right." He grinned at her, as he tugged her along the corridor. "Apart from that I don't really know any places...." Yup. They were totally going to end up lost.
