As you enter the Hogwarts library, what appears to be a cozy nook in one corner of the main area appears most appealing to the Hogwarts student interested in his or her reading. Upon further inspection, you see that this comfy area is larger than it had seemed on first sight. Spread throughout the room are clusters of armchairs, surrounding magical reading lamps giving off different levels of light, all of which are appropriate for reading. These clusters are perfect for study groups or group projects.
Here and there are a few lone armchairs for the student who enjoys quiet solitary reading, and a number of sofas for any that would rather stretch out and put their feet up. Be sure not to muddy them up though!
A soft glow of light is present throughout the room, with more magical lamps in each possible reading space. Be sure not to make much noise and respect some students' wishes to read in quiet.
One last note, no food or drink in the reading lounge.

"Do you... not know about The Triwizard Tournament?" Eirian laughed. "It will not help all that much," she said. "Trust me. It is a one way street. Portuguese helps with Spanish, but not the other way around. Italian and Spanish are more that way." She remembered a few people trying to speak to her in Spanish last year. It was... interesting. And rather insulting, actually. "Thank you. A bunch of them are in my dormitory..." Sigh. The Beauxbatons students bothered her. They were too self-righteous. Even more so than the common Brit.

"That sounds interesting," Eirian decided, nodding to herself. "I would enter if I was old enough. I am good at applicating magic, but I do not perform so well in class..." It would help if she went to class... "What year are you in? Are you going to enter?" If he was, she might just have to root for him. Who else would she cheer for? Neko wouldn't enter... would she?

She walked into the library in a huff, and saw Emmaturd and Dumb Michael. Yeppers, thos were definitely their behind the back nicknames. She rolled her eyes at them and sat down at a table faaaaaaaaaaaaaar away, and conjured up the book of the moment, How to deal with Idiocy. She opened it up happily, showing off the cover with a smug look on her face.

"They're saying I'm stuck-up and that I act like I own the school. They're all idiots, the way they're acting is more like 8-year olds." she said with a frown. "They think I'm acting like I own Michael. Do you hear what their saying?" she said with a mad voice, gesturing to them with her head. "I have to deal with them all day." she said, crossing her arms and sighing yet AGAIN.
