As you enter the Hogwarts library, what appears to be a cozy nook in one corner of the main area appears most appealing to the Hogwarts student interested in his or her reading. Upon further inspection, you see that this comfy area is larger than it had seemed on first sight. Spread throughout the room are clusters of armchairs, surrounding magical reading lamps giving off different levels of light, all of which are appropriate for reading. These clusters are perfect for study groups or group projects.

Here and there are a few lone armchairs for the student who enjoys quiet solitary reading, and a number of sofas for any that would rather stretch out and put their feet up. Be sure not to muddy them up though!

A soft glow of light is present throughout the room, with more magical lamps in each possible reading space. Be sure not to make much noise and respect some students' wishes to read in quiet.

One last note, no food or drink in the reading lounge.

Louisa bit her lower lip in an attempt of not yelling at Enya. Her attitude was really passive and the nerdy girl wouldn't let anyone insult books or her own exciting topics just like that! She wanted to shout at ~~her friend~~ the girl sitting opposite of her..

Bang!

Oops! Louisa's foot ~~accidently~~ stomped on Enya's beneath the table. She ignored the thud that was heard and re-opened the book again with a shrug. "Fine! I just thought you'd like to know what kind of books I read so that I'm better than you are." She smirked. "You know.. at lessons and school.." Heh.

Adam took a seat on one of the leather chairs, crossed his legs and opened the book binded by strings on the side. It had pictures of numerous, dazzling plants , flowers and trees, maybe he could read up a little on what cherry blossoms meant. So that he could surprise Kurumi with his knowledge one of these days.

Adam dropped the book so quickly out of his hands, he heard it crashing against a shelf and perhaps on someone's head."My best mate is staying...And here we were Ed and I making plans to escape the world and his father with you and Kurumi...How'd this happen? And you- you must be beyond HAPPY..."Adam said loudly, but he didn't care as he got up to hug her.

She somewhat owed his mum her life. She had been all grumpy without Edmond...

She somewhat owed his mum her life. She had been all grumpy without Edmond...

joey grabbed a book of potions and sat down looking in the book she saw fee and guy hugging how sweet she started to read.she was a big book worm but noone knew.

He nodded, a BIG nod, before seeing the lovely blush on her cheeks and suddenly the embrace. Smiling, he wrapped his arms tighter around her, burying his face in her blond hair, holding in the cheerful chuckle. It felt so nice to have her close, and to not have to wonder anymore if she liked him too. No more secrets with that, oui?

Forgetting they were in the library at the moment, and that possibly they may have been a little too loud, but he didn’t care! Cosette was with him, she liked him, and…and that was that! Librarian could just put in earplugs or something if they were being too loud.

Feeling his arms around her waist and hands on her back, Cosette felt a shudder run through her, making her whole body shake. Just being close and having him hold her felt amazing. She almost felt bad for not wanting something like this before. She was missing out, but not now. No, she had him to thank for that. He was someone who was changing her perspective on many things. "Oui, amour." She smiled, her eyes closing. Taking in a breath, she could smell his scent, liking the way he smelled. She almost wanted to just curl up against him and stay there, though they would most likely get in trouble.

Wiggling her hips against his touch on her back, she chuckled before looking back up at him. So he was turning eighteen! She needed to think of a great present for him. Hmm.. maybe Brielle could help with her quest. "Zat iz next month!" She exclaimed, forgetting she said it out loud and not in her head. Blushing lightly, she smiled. "Oh, I zeem to be wiz an older man." She chuckled, moving a hand to poke him teasingly in the chest. Even though they weren't dating, though she kind of was thinking that she wanted too, she did like the thought of him being older. She was always one to go after older guys. Then again, most girls did. "Non, non. I am getting you a prezent. Whezer you like it or not, Noel Laurent." She let his name roll off her tongue with her heavy accent. She liked the sound of his name.

Seeing that big nod and him holding her in the embrace, she moved her hands from around his neck and wrapped them around his chest, nuzzling her face into the collar of his shirt and neck. Taking in his scent and running her hands along his warm back, she smiled. He liked her and she liked him! Now she was definitely glad she had said something instead of keeping it to herself. Moving her face away from his chest, she stopped a few inches from his face, staring serenely at his eyes. "Zo when are you going to wizk me away to ze countryzide?" She couldn't help but burst into a smile, remembering their little conversation back at the Room of Requirement.

Enya kicked her back. More payback then anything else. "Let's see if you like it" She said quite loudly. But. BUT! She was called her stupid!? How dare she? "Oh so now your calling my stupid?! What is wrong with you?" She demanded standing up. She really wanted to hit the girl for insulting her, but she really couldn't be bothered with the drama with all that. Instead she leant over the table and grabbed the book from Louisa hands and threw it on the floor. See how she liked it.

Now that was a real stomping but before Louisa could express the pain or the anger, Enya had snatched the HUGE book and threw it on the floor. Like literally threw it. The little girl never saw a book flying down to the ground before. It was illegal to throw a book in her house!

And that caused her to be petrified for a few seconds before rushing to the book and cuddling it between her hands and frown up at Enya. "How. Could. You!!" She said through her clenched teeth with tears in her eyes. Something mysterious made the girl angry and sad at the same time.

She got up and struggled to put the book back on the table. "Get away from me!" She snapped without looking at her friend and with a lump in her throat. She wanted to share this matter with someone and apparently she made a mistake by choosing Enya.

Louisa sat back and started flipping through the book again looking for the page she was reading. Tears gathering in her eyes, but she was not about to let them fall.. not when Enya was around anyway. Not a chance!

"Upset? Depressed?! Why?" Fletcher's tone was quiet but concerned. His dark eyes furrowed together with worry as he searched Sadie's face for an explanation. He noticed her glancing at the Muggle... fellycating device or whatever in her hand and figured it had something to do with her depression.

Depression sounded bad though. He didn't like Sadie being depressed. He could handle her angry, he could... maybe cheer her up if she got a little sad... but depressed? That was like... hopeless. He barely even knew the meaning of the term.

Fletcher wanted to reach out to Sadie and pull her into a big, engulfing hug so bad. His hand stretched out to brush back her hair but he hesistated, and then just let his arm drop. "Yeah, the Triwizard Tournament.... it's been fun.... it would have been better if you had been there to see it all..."

Yeah he could have used a few sympathy hugs and kisses from Sadie, especially after the second task. Ahem. Fletcher pursed his lips at the idea and then noticed her eying Muffin.

"Wanna see my new niffler?" New, baby, recently acquired via sneaky means, same difference. Without waiting for an answer, Fletcher hopped up off of Sadie's seat, scooped up the niffler from his, and then hurried back to where he had been sitting beside her. He deposited the little sniffling niffler in her lap and beamed. "Muffin."

Enya leant her head in her hand while drumming the table with her fingers of her other hand. She was watching Louisa flick through the book looking for her page. Flick. Flick. Flick. Boring. Boring. Boring.

Sigh.

Why was she still here? She really didn't know the answer to that question. Hmm. "Because i really don't have anything else to do" She said truthfully. Sigh. Why was she being nice to this girl? She was annoying, her annoying best friend. Double sigh.

She nodded, "In other words yes you did call me stupid" Gah was this girl stupid or what? Wait...She didn't finish that thought on. "There's a phrase which states you should think before you speak" She added smirking.

Fletcher wanted to reach out to Sadie and pull her into a big, engulfing hug so bad. His hand stretched out to brush back her hair but he hesistated, and then just let his arm drop. "Yeah, the Triwizard Tournament.... it's been fun.... it would have been better if you had been there to see it all..."

Yeah he could have used a few sympathy hugs and kisses from Sadie, especially after the second task. Ahem. Fletcher pursed his lips at the idea and then noticed her eying Muffin.

"Wanna see my new niffler?" New, baby, recently acquired via sneaky means, same difference. Without waiting for an answer, Fletcher hopped up off of Sadie's seat, scooped up the niffler from his, and then hurried back to where he had been sitting beside her. He deposited the little sniffling niffler in her lap and beamed. "Muffin."

Sadie gave him a fake attempt at a grin and a little shrug. "It's getting better now Fletcher. Not as bad as it once was. Just my first reaction was to pull away from everyone." She appreciated that he seemed actually concerned. Maybe it had been so long since they talked that she missed him becoming more mature in a way. It was sort of hard to believe it.

With her eyes averted to her phone once more, she looked up again to see him reach out his hand but suddenly hesitate. The blond froze for a second and then slowly relaxed. She bit down hard on her lower lip and quickly blinked back threatening tears. Sadie had become prone to being emotional since her life took a different turn. She smiled a little and said, "I was there but not the whole time. I'm sorry I couldn't have been there more."

He must of then noticed her eying the niffler because he hopped off the couch and brought the little creature over. "Awwww. It's adorable," she said as he placed Muffin on her lap. She picked it up in her hand and gently pet it with two fingers. It was purple and the girl couldn't have been more thrilled of that fact.

"But I don't understand....." the boy rubbed at his nose and had a very distinct, confused expression on his face. "Why exactly were you all... withdrawn and junk? Huhhhh?" Clearly he hadn't matured as much as she had thought.

He shrugged and scooted closer to her, putting one arm around her shoulder and hugging her slightly. "It's okay. There were...uh," plenty of girls around? Loads of damsels in distress? "...lots of supportive Hufflepuffs and stuff."

Yeahhhh. That was all.

Muffin squeaked happily and pushed his little pink nose out toward Sadie's hand. He nuzzled her and closed his eyes contentedly at the petting. "Muffin. Not it, him. He's a boy niffler." Fletcher nodded proudly, even though he was unsure of that small detail. "He's going to help me find a buncha pirate gold and then I'mma become a Gringott's cursebreaker. Cuz we're awesome like that."
