Professor Welton stood in the front of the classroom as she looked out at the three clusters of desks. Normally, she would have just left the desks in a neat rows, but small clusters would work better today. On each desk was a sheet of parchment and a coloured marker.
Walking down the middle, she smiled as she pulled her wand out and flicked it at the door. It was time to let the children in. Silently, the door swung open as she placed her wand back in its holster and made her way back to the front. Standing before the massive map floating in the front of the room, she bounced on her heals slightly.
''Well i would say that if muggles can not see dementors but they can feel them, so if i was a muggle i and i felt unhappy i would thought it's just a bad day, nothing else.'' She told this to her team and wrote in her notebook.

Yes! There was a smart person here! He nodded... was he supposed to contribute? alright.. but there might be something to to with grilled cheese.
"Well yeah, they weren't gonna accept the story." he said agreeing with the other boy. "They would have called magic, and wands, like, really good special effects or something" well before he came here, there was no way he would have believed in magic
"Its like choosing between 2 halves of a grilled cheese sandwich. You would rather take the hotter, cheesier one." wow that sounded weird. "With muggles they would accept, whats easier to accept. Or the hotter Cheesier half. Actually with everyone muggle, or wizards, they would rather accept something that keeps their minds more at ease." or take another half of grilled cheese. Eating always made him calm!

"Well, if the Muggles found out that all those atrocities were due to hidden wizards, they probably wouldn't believe it. At least, I wouldn't if I were a Muggle. But I'm guessing that if I were Joe Average wizard, I would be irate that it had gotten out. I mean, if the Muggles had to find out about the wizarding community, I'd rather they find out about us for a great reason--like we figured out how to cure cancer or cure world hunger or something. This would be the worst possible situation for us to be outed. I would want the Minister gone for allowing such a thing to happen. And that's what they did, I guess."

Eh, brainstorming. At least that was alright. It didn't mean they all had to agree on something right away, especially since there were bound to be different reasons.
Nodding at what the Professor Whatshername, since she really didn't know her name (SHE should have a name tag too!), Evelyn turned in her seat to look at the other group members. Alright, wizard public side! Wasn't all that hard really since, technically she was already part of that side in real life.

For a moment, Evelyn was beginning to wonder if this guy was in the right team. They weren't talking about muggle opinions here. After a moment or so, she began to realize that he switched over to the wizard public opinion, and she was starting to agree with what he said. "If I were the wizard public in general, I would agree with you on all of that." Yes, Evelyn Flores...Shepard...was agreeing with someone she didn't know. It looked like they were a Hufflepuff too. Huh. "Though if I were to add my own opinion as part of the wizard public in there, I'd be more angry at the fact that the muggle world knew about us, regardless of how they figured out we exist."
Actually she was more scared of what those muggle scientists and dockbors would do. That's what those healers were called in the muggle world right? Whatever though. The fact that she wasn't being poked with needles was good enough for her at the moment. "I mean...actually, I'd be more scared than anything. Have you seen what those muggle healers did to things they want to know more about? I wouldn't want to be experimented on." Eesh. "Either way, I'd agree with you on wanting the Minister gone."
"Ohh!" She said. Her mom's side were muggle! This would be easy! "My grandma told me about those times. She was a little girl and said that all of these weird things were happening and everyone was so afraid and that people just dismissed things." It was weird thinking about it all from a wizard point of view now.
"While I agree that some of the average wizards would be afraid that the muggle's found out about us. There are others that might welcome it. We could finally come out of "hiding". Possibly some will try to take their "rightful place", and try to take over the world, since we are more powerful than they are." Branwen said thinking of some things she has heard older wizards, her grand parents age, say.
Alex looked around at her team mates. She was in the White group and honestly, being a pureblood she really didn't know what muggles might have been feeling during the second war. So Alex decided to remain silent and allow the people who knew muggles take control of the explaining.
Dianna was centered in the middle. With the rest of the white group they seemed to be discussing a lot of things already.
"Erm..If I were a muggle I guess I'd be terrified in what is currently happening. But would all of them believe about magic and stuff?" Dianna said. She wanted to get into the mind of a muggle and find out.
"Ahhhhhhh. How great", Fee smiled widely,"with you on my team everything will be alright." *wink*
"Now we only need Britt to be purple to and 'The Fab Three' are in for their first offical adventure", she laughed.
" Yed, we need to wor on our class assignments" Rex whispered to Fee.

" We would probably have the paper write thee is nothing happening within the Minisrty' Rex told the professor. Hopefully more purple team would answer. Rexx is stumped right now
Amy thought about this her team took the side of the ministry, hmm how would they feel about this " I guess i'd be really worried that the muggles would find out and *gulp* what would happen if they did find out about us. and I guess i'd try really hard to protect everyone from all the dark magic that was happening " she said

Jacob's Marker came out white... why white? the color was so bland, plain, normal. Jacob doesn't like normal.............. obviously! Oh Well at least he had in Patroclus in his group.
1996? Wait Jacob knew this! "That was that... thing that... occured... at that time... and had a... effect on history...?" As he spoke, he got quieter, and quieter. Patroclus thought patterns were momentarily de-railed by the fact that Jacob kept bring up the topic of grilled cheese!
Laughing, "Jacob, get over the grilled cheese, you're just making me hungry!" Patroclus smiled.
Then out of nowhere came an early turn of the centary pop singer reference, "What the hell Jacob?" the boy spluttered, laughter tripping his words, "I don't think -" he stopped. "Actually I can see the similarity."
Returning his attention to the question, "I think the muggle choose not to think about it at all, it seems to be a fairly common line of thinking with muggles, that if it's hard to explain, dont worry about it....and I doubt if any of them had found out the real causes of the bridge, or fog, that they would believe magic exsisted!"
Well.... Since Jacob was so.. Jacob. And she'd never worked with him before, and he was talking about a scrumptious food item, Ellie put herself in his team. Team Muggles.
"Muggles." she said. "They would think that some....apocalypse was going on. End of the world and stuff."

Continuing her path around the room and between the clutters, Sylvie listened to what each group was talking about. They all seemed to be getting the purpose of the exercise.
Stopping to listen to the White team, she shook her head and tried to keep a straight face. "Mister Blunt, if you keep speaking of grilled cheese sandwiches, I will have to send you down to retrieve enough for all your classmates and myself. You are all making us hungry." His analogy was rather interesting. Thinking outside the box, which she did enjoy, but it did make her a bit hungry as well.
"I will give the teams a little more time, before we finish up with this partiular event and move to the next one."
Stopping to listen to the White team, she shook her head and tried to keep a straight face. "Mister Blunt, if you keep speaking of grilled cheese sandwiches, I will have to send you down to retrieve enough for all your classmates and myself. You are all making us hungry." Cass nodded in understanding at the girl's statement, she had heard her share of those statements around the dinner table during family reunions, funnily enough, it never lasted long especially when one of her Prewett uncles would lose their temper and start dueling with one of her Black relatives.
Than she added "Some pureblood families would destest the liquidation of that law since it would allow wizards and muggles to freely interact and the number of purebloods would continue to decline."

Jacob smiled... YES! he got out of class, and got sanwiches. Awesomeness!
No mention of grilled cheese again? "Yes, Ma'am!!!" he said loudly with a military salute.
He ran out the door and towards the kitchens! Cheese... Grilled... sandwiches... GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES!!!!! YUMMMMMMY!

"So, it'll be like Harry Potter's early years all over again. Except this time, muggles are involved." Not like they could really do anything. Wizards were far superior.
Then again, coming out of "hiding" did sound pretty good. Then there would be no law about underage wizardry! Though, she did happen to roll her eyes when the student talking about grilled cheese actually went to the door. 'Rhetorical question genius.' Picking up her quill, she just about snapped it in half when Professor Whatshername actual agreed to him getting sandwiches.

"With both of those answers, I think they would just be support for what...whatever your name is." she said, pointing to the girl who just said something about the wizards taking over the world. "It's like a perfect opportunity too for that to happen." Purebloods wouldn't like it, so they'd probably join in some small group to maintain their pureblood status and ways, and then probably eventually stand up and show that they are superior to somehow tell the other witches and wizards that they should not be hanging around the muggles like that.
Aw, complications. Gotta love them. "Then again, some of us still may be happy about the new out of "hiding" thing. The Ministry would have to be on extra alert for anything going on around that may seem like we are messing with the muggles...which means more jobs would open up."

As the class splits into groups, Salander manages to peel his eyes off the Professor long enough to look at his parchment. The writing has turned white. He furrowed his brow I thought I used a black marker? he wondered then shrugged, heading towards the White group.

Early Julyish...hmm. Was that when the death eaters started to openly terrorize muggles? She thought she remembered a major bridge in London snapping and breaking along with changes in the weather. She wasn't really sure though so she decided to wait and listen to what the other students said first.
