"OMG! That'd be so cool! I have a feeling we'll be visiting him often if hes anything like I heard he is.." Brooke laughed.


OOC: Ok then! Should I just post something like Rubiey and Brooke were waiting outside his office or something and then maybe you can edit yours?

"Lets hope so ay? Or we could pretend we wanted to go over a few notes..." She grinned as they schemed.

OOC: Yeah, or you could just pretend Brooke walks in after Rubiey and sits next to her? Its up to you

Lexi was nearly out of breath when she reached the girls dormitory and it wasn't necessarily from the running, but moreso from the constant giggling she had done on the way up. She and Kat made it up at the same time and she jumped on her bed in one graceful leap... but she overdid it because she totally flipped right off the other side and landed in a heap on the floor. She began to giggle!snort!cackle immediately. "Owwwww. That was epic fail!" she said to herself and of course Kat.

It was a tie!!!! Even though Kat had taken a head start because she loved to cheat in racing games, both girl made it to the dorm at the same exact time. She had no idea Lexi was that fast. She threw herself on her bed which was next to Lexi's and tried to regain her breath. And then she saw Lexi flip and fall on the other side of her bed, which didn't help her breathing problems because she had broken out in a laughter fit. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!" She held her side as she got up and walked over to help her friend. "Epic. giggle. Fail. giggle. Deep breathe. Totally!!" and she giggled some more. She then walked over to her trunk and got out some chocolate frogs. "Candy time!!!" She squealed and tossed some at Lexi.

Lexi didn't mind that Kat was laughing at her. She loved that she and Kat had gotten to be such good friends after her really weird behavior the last two terms. Totally not Lexi's fault though. Totally. She giggled again and got up out of the floor and threw herself on her bed and pouted over her bloody elbow.

"OOOOO! Chocolate Frogs!!" Lexi squealed as she made grabby hands for one. YUSH! She loved chocolate!! GIMME GIMME GIMME!

Katy giggled as Lexi squealed about the chocolate. Yeap Lexi sure did love chocolate and somehow always ended up sharing some with Kat. That reminded her of when Lucy, Lexi, and Katy would be sitting on their beds munching on Chocolate Frogs and talking. Sad face!! She missed Lucy sooo much!!!! Annnnd she still didn't know why she chose not ot come back to Hogwarts, it was her last term after all.

As she sat on her bed she dumped a whole lot of candy on her pillow and layed on her tummy and started munching on the next piece. Yeap she had spent alllll her money on candy and she even had to toss out some of her clothes to make enough room in her trunk for it. But she would never tell Lexi that because she would have a fit since Lexi loved clothes and shoes. "So what are we planning??"

Carmela walked up the stairs dragging her trunk and her owl. She stopped and saw a whole bunch of girls talking rapidly. Quickly she slipped into the room and placed her stuff near an open bed. She climbed onto the bed and glanced around feeling slightly shy. If her brother knew that she had been the first to scream out her name then he probably would have called the Healer's, because Carmela was usually very hyper.

''Oh yea, it's going to be grat. Can't wait to see it. If we were older,would you sign for it?'' she asked and already pictured them on the tournament. ''Wow, it's going to be amazing!!''she made a big smile and putted her pyjama on the bed.

''Well, I'm fine for now!''she laughed. ''You can sit with us and hang out if you want.'' she smiled ,she looked at Rubiey and she was smiling too.

Ashley quietly walked into the dormitory. She looked around and found an empty bed. She dragged her heavy trunk over to the bed and sat down. She hadn't realised until now just how tired she was. She looked around the room nervously and saw some of the other girls deep in conversation.

Hailey walked into the dorm. This is going to be so fun! she thought to herself. She laid down her pajamas. Then Hailey took a beatiful purple quilt out of her trunk. She rumaged around a bit until she found her pillows. Hailey ran out of the room to change.

Carmela looked at the girl that had just entered. She smiled and hopped of her bed and walked towards the girl. "Hey! I'm Carmela Lupus. Who are you?" Carmela held out her slender hand waiting for the girls reply.

Ashley looked up and watched as a girl approached her and smiled. She stood up and replied
'Nice to meet you Carmela, I'm Ashley Stonem.' as she shook the girls hand.

A few minutes had passed and Hailey burst right back into the dorm, twirling happily like her friend Adeline. Addy was starting to take effect on her. Hailey decided that those old four poster beds were to bland for her. She waved her wand and strings of beads flew out of her trunk and spun themselves around the woulden couloms of the bed. Hailey waved her wand again and her favorite book, Wait 'till Helen Comes flew out too. Hailey snuggled up underneath the quilt with her teddy bear Sal and started reading. Then she realized how tired she was. Hailey drifted slowly off to sleep.

"Nice to meet you." Carmela said pulling her hand away after they shook hands. "So are you...um.." She didn't know how do word it so she pondered over how to pharse it for a few seconds.

Then finally she said, "When did you find ou that you were a witch?" Carmela had decided that was a nicer way of asking if she was Muggle-born, Pure or Half. Although she didn't really care what Ashley was, Carmela still wanted to know.

'I didn't find out until I got my Hogwarts letter. I'm muggle-born so had no idea that Hogwarts or magic existed. It came as a bit of a shock to me and my parents.'
Ashley liked Carmela, she seemed like a nice girl. 'How about you, when did you find out that you were a witch?'

Carmela nodded when she said she was muggle-born. "That's so cool! I've always wondered what it was like for Muggles not to know about magic. And then like you get a letter saying your a witch and have to attened this school you've never heard of." Carmela replied. She flet like her and Ashley would get along just fine.

"I've always know that I was a witch. Both my parents are and so is my brother." She replied slightly frowning. She never liked saying she was Pureblood. It made her feel like she was showing off. SOmetimes she wished she was half or even Muggle-born.

'It's really weird. When I first got the letter I thought this is impossible, someone must be playing some kind of joke on me.' Ashley thought back to the look on her mum's face when she told her about it and giggled.
'Oh that's lucky you'll know how to do quite a fair bit of magic already then yeah?' Ashley secretly wished she was a pureblood so she knew what to expect when lessons started.

Carmela thought about what it would have been like for Ashley. She thought about it and thought about it until her brain hurt. When she finally came back to the real world she frowned.
"No one ever really taught me spells or anything. My parents were usually busy with the Ministry, I always had some batty old lady to watch me, and my brother was busy at school and during the summer he was studing." Carmela knew most parents were busy with work but none of hers where ever around. They were either to busy with work or fussing over her know it all brother, Zane.

Ashley didn't know much about the Ministry yet but thought about how cool it must have been for Carmela growing up with parents in the Ministry.
'Ahh I see, well at least you didn't have to stay in with just your brother all the time. I think that if my brother had been a wizard he would have just tortured me!' Ashley thought about the endless times she was left in the care of her annoying older brother.
'If you don't mind me asking, what is it your parents do with the Ministry?'

Carmela grinned at the fact that Ashley had an older brother as well. "Well my mother works for the Aurors, which is pretty cool, and my dad works in the Department of Mysteries. He never really talks about what's down there but I did hear once that there was a whole bunch of doors and most of them ware locked and stuff." Carmela shrugged and rolled her eyes.
"What do your parents do for a living?" She asked wondering what Muggles did for jobs.

Oh the Department of Mysteries! Ashley's mind wandered as she tried to imagine the many types of magic that lay behind all those doors. 'Wow that sounds awesome!' Ashley exclaimed. 'Have you ever been to the Ministry with them before?'
'Well my dad's a doctor and my mum currently doesn't work. She used to be a teacher but she quit to have my brother Ross and me and just hasn't gone back yet.' Ashley wished her parents jobs were as interesting as Carmela's parents.

Carmela nodded. "Yes I have been to work with my parents. It was super cool! I wanted to go with my father but he told me I wasn't allowed so I had to go with my mum. Her office was cool. I got to meet a whole bunch of Aurors and one even said I would be a good Auror when I grew up!" Carmela said happily.
'Docter? What?' She thought when Ashley had said her parents jobs. "What's a docter? And what do they do? Is it a hard job?" Her brow creased with wonder.

'Oh that must have been soooo cool! You're so lucky!' Ashley exclaimed.
Ashley was shocked at this question. Were there no doctors in the wizarding world? I suppose magic must do wondrous things she thought to herself. 'Well he works in a hospital and people go to him when they are ill or injured and his job is to try and help them get better.'

'Yea, I'm the lucky one. I get the parents that hate me but love my magic. Yep that's luck for you. I'm going to marry a Muggle just to anger them!' She thought bitterly. "Yea. It was. Maybe we could visit together next time." She said hopefully.
"Oh! Docters are like Healer's for Muggles. I get it now. But like if Muggles don't have magic then how do they make the people feel better?" Carmela asked.

Ashley started to get really excited 'Oh my I'd love to! If that would be okay with your parents of course,' Ashley smiled.
'Yeah you could call them that. Well they have different medicines and pills depending what is wrong with the patient, kind of like potions I suppose.' Ashley had never thought of medicine like that before, although if they were potions she supposed they wouldn't take half as long to work as they do.
