Adam's eyes began to droop."Bed time calls..."He told her, hugging her goodnight and heading up to the boys dormitory. Kurumi seemed to be having her own train of thought, Adam would ask her tomorrow if anything was going on..He was still confused by Sapph and her weird signals and her mother and Michael .

Kurumi reached her hand out and grabbed the edge of his robes. "Would you mind staying...just for a little bit more?" She asked hiding her face as her hair began to turn a dark bluish-grey.

"Umm, yeah sure, "he said,"Can I rest my eyes at least, or do you want to talk to me about something private? Anything bothering you?"He asked suddenly taking the seat next to her. Her hair turned a dark blue and grey which didn't seem like Kurumi was feeling happy emotions. In fact to him her voice sounded strained, sad even. He looked into her eyes, thinking, SOMETHING is UP.

"We don't have to talk and you can rest your eyes," she said as she managed a weak smile returning her gaze to his. "I...I just don't want to be alone and you always make me feel comfortable...being me..." she said as she rested her head on his shoulder.

OH GOD! Adam's elbow tingled and his back also. Was she really doing this, or was this a test? He had no clue, at least, Katie couldn't burst in and see this scene transpiring, she would've died. Adam was stiff as a board. His body froze, and his hands felt a ton as he slowly patted one of Kurumi's hands."There, there, whatever is going on, it'll all be all right."He said soothingly.
Sapph entered his mind- she's go nuts seeing this happening. She's clap for them and scream and say * That's Kurudam *

Kurumi felt Adam's body go all rigid under her and had a split second thought that Adam didn't want her to be doing what she was doing. She had done it out of reflex, but she didn't want him feeling uncomfortable - maybe he was worried that Katie would find out and get mad. She lifted her head slightly just as Adam started patting her hands. The blue-grey of her hair began to fad and turn back to its normal black. "Thanks," she sighed with a slight sense of relief as she looked up at Adam. He didn't seem upset that she had rested her head on his shoulders, but maybe she ought not do that again. She sat up a little but could still feel Adam's soothing touch on her hands.

"UmmHmm."He mumbled looking up at her. Had she sensed that too? Is that why she pulled back. As weird as that was, somehow up in his mind Adam felt like it was actually well normal...He thought about it, he could be doing that every night from one month if things didn't go well with Katie. That could be a normal thing for them, maybe soon enough.

Kurumi did a quick check of her hair. It had gone back to normal, which was a big relief. Still, she felt uneasy about Adam's passing comment. "You ever feel like you are being labeled?" she asked resting her head again on his shoulders purely out of reflex, or at least that is how she classified the gesture. "You know, being put in a box?" She wasn't sure Adam had the energy to listen to her story, nor was she sure she was completely ready to open up about it. She had talked a little to Heather about it the day before, but she hadn't told her everything. Was she ready to dive into the deep end? She trusted Adam, but she wasn't sure she trusted herself. She had kept it all locked up and the only people she had shared everything with was her three brothers. "I felt...feel like that almost all the time."

" No problem when I win at swimming for you either" Rex told Daisy. " Your charm can't get me this time" Rex said to Daisy. "Ehoever loses has to but the other a butterbeer, agreed?" Rex asked Daisy.

"Sometimes, teasing can hurt and you might rub the wrong person the weong way" Rex explained to Hayley.. " Well, you are going to Russia for the holidays" Rex told Hayley. " You should take Sagie along, too" Rex said to Hsylry.. "Well, I would like to meet Sadie" Rex smiled.

Autumn walked into the common room. Aaahhh, it felt good to be back. And what an exciting year! The Triwizard Tournament!!!! And such cute foreign-exchange boys! Le sigh. See, she just practiced her French! She was sooo gonna get in good with one of those Beauxbatons boys. She was certainly a happy camper. She smiled to herself as she slid into a comfy chair, examining her fingernails. How would she ever catch a cute foreign boy (from either Durmstrang or Beauxbatons, she wasn't one to discriminate) if she had gross dirt under her fingernails? Mind you, she wasn't one of those girls, the ones who cried when they broke a nail or got dirt on their shoes. She was just a bit caught up in the moment... And in daydreams about cute boys...

"In a good way or bad way?" Josiah asked with a smile. "D'you want your cat back?" Kurumi almost seemed as if she was about to tackle the cat (and him) in a moment. He decided taking preemptive measures would probably be the wisest choice in this situation.

"Agreed." Daisy smiled. "The loser buys the winner a butterbeer."

"Oh, in a good way," she smiled as she took a seat across from where he was sitting. She was still eying Walnut who seemed pretty content staying where she was: on Josiah's lap. "It sounds...exotic," she laughed. Wait, was that the right word she was looking for? Foreign sounded too rude and judgmental. Exotic was a good middle range term, wasn't it? She looked back at Walnut who was starting to doze off. "She looks pretty happy where she is," Kurumi sighed resting her head in her arms. "She probably just run away again. It's like she thinks we are playing tag or something. It's like she wants me to chase her."

She almost forgot what? Looking curious Josh focused back on Heather and on her panda doll when she simply introduced the panda doll to him. Eeeee? For a moment or so the boy looked quizzical as the doll waved at him. Now was he supposed to interact with an animated panda? This was confusing. Nevertheless he smiled and waved back at the panda not knowing if the doll could comprehend what he was doing. Possibly not. ''That's interesting'' he said still staring at the panda. ''Nice to meet you animated panda!''*wave*

Then, after meeting Heather's panda doll, Josh turned back to Kurumi as she spoke. Was the one who lost house points? He could remember seeing the Gryffindor hourglass with a loss of five points in the Great Hall but he could not remember doing anything to cause that. He had not even pulled his first prank on someone.

''Mmm no. It was not me. I have not done anything...yet.'' yes, yet. Because tonight he was going to feed Professor Lafay a tasty (!) cake.

''Yeah i know. I would probably die out of boredom'' Josh uttered his idea on living without pulling a prank on someone. He considered himself lucky that he had not ended up in Ravenclaw as his mum expected him to be. He could not even imagine living in a common room full of people who always read books here and there.

Then he decided it was the time to focus back on the prank when Simon agreed to join them. Hehehe. Yay! Simon was coming, too. That was good. But of course if anything would go wrong Josh was going to take all the blame on him. Protect the friends forever! And it was him who was a professional at suffering detentions after all.

Giving the cake back to Viky, Josh eyed both her and Simon. Were they asking when they were going? ''Right now!'' he yelled happily and made his way towards the portrait hole.

'Same here. Being a Lion is the best. I mean, we're obviously the best house' Viky said with a smirk. She couldn't imagine being a Ravvie... she'd have to study all the time. And READ BOOKS. 'Though I might be studying a little bit this term. I do have O.W.Ls to pass' she said, giving another pretend shiver. SCARYYY EXAMS!

Oh. Prank time, right. Viky was back in business mode... hehe. And Simon was coming! Yayy! Hehe. It was going to be so awesome! Unless someone found out, but she doubted that. I mean, it's a cake that looked squished. What was so suspicious about THAT? Nothing. Though, giving one to just Lafay and no one else might look odd... eh, she'd find a way to cover that up later. Or something.

'Now? Kay then, let's GO!' she said excitedly, standing up and heading towards the portrait hole behind Josh. She grabbed the cake as she stood - they needed that. Durhh.

Kurumi liked the way Josh smirked, but was relieved that he had not been the one to lose points. She was taking what he said before about her having to make up for all the points he lost very seriously. It was almost like a fun game the two of them could play together. "Yet..." she repeated raising an eyebrow and flashing her violet eyes. "You are going to be keeping me busy making up for all the points you lose Gryffindor, aren't you?"

"Uhh... how about the Tri-Wizard Tornument?" Amber asked passively. Truth is, she'd actually told Travis she wasn't going to put her name in, but she had anyway. She wasn't thinking when she did it, she only wanted to show off for that snobby Durmstrang student.

Travis nodded, "The wonderful Tri-Wizard Tournament, I put my name in already," he looked at her, "I remember you told me you wouldn't put your name in, now why not?" He smiled and ran a hand through his blond hair his green eyes sparkling.

"Really? Oh. Well then, I put my name in too. Even though I said I wouldn't. It was because this snobby Durmstrang student was acting all pompous and sneering at everyone else! Like he was so great that we shouldn't even try to enter now that he had. So I... I entered, just to prove a point. Oh Merlin, I'm so stupid!" Amber put her face into her hands. Not crying, but she could feel the sting starting to come into her eyes. "I could die if my name gets picked, Travis! I entered to show off, not because I really wanted to."

Lucy walked in the common room tired. She went to see if she could find a place to relax in there, she walked towards a chair sat relaxing herself.

Travis hugged Amber, "Hey it's okay Amber, a lot of people put their name in the Goblet," he said reassuringly, "there is only a very small chance that you will be picked okay?"

Brant ran down the stair case, with his sweater in his hand. He put it on over his tshirt and he instantly saw amber "Amber!" he said while making his way over to her.

So she was happy she was coming that was clear to Simon. Though when he suddenly found himself being hugged abeit with only one arm, he was a little shocked to say the least. He swallowed not sure what to say, hoping at least he wasn't blushing like he noticed Viky was and grateful when the attention was turned back to the prank.

When Josh yelled that it was time, Simon got up to his feet with the other two, excited yet a little slower then the two who seemed far more energetic. "Alright coming," he replied perhaps unnecessarily and following them out.

Ella walked into the common room, absorbing the familiar features after a wonderful summer once again. Plopping herself down in an armchair, Ella took out the book Ling had lent her and began to read. Ahhh, it sure had been a nice day.

Amber nodded. "Thanks Travis." She smiled, and when she looked up she saw Brant walking towards her. She grinned. "Hey, Brant! Jinx was here earlier, but now I'm not sure where that cat is." She hugged her hoodie more tightly around herself. It was chiller than usual in the common room today.
