Stepping into the classroom, JD looks around for an empty seat, hoping not to end up anywhere near Ellie, he didn't no reminders of that one again. Finding a seat in the corner, he puts his bag down next to him, on the floor.

Hi Professor Reynolds" Rex told him.

Amy smiled at her "Hi" she said as she put readied her quill and parchment for notes

"Hey Rubiey", Fee smiled,"come sit with me if you want."

Salander blinked. He finally got some breath reaching his brain for the Professor's greeting-- as well as his exhausted appearance-- to register. "'Mornin' Chief"he greeted back still huffing slightly.

'Morning, Sir' Eliza said politely, having forgotten the Proffessor's name. It began with a 'R', she was sure. But she couldn't remember the REST of his name. Ah well, Si would do quite well instead. Giving Mr. Proffessor Dude a smile, she sat down at a front-row seat, placing her books and quills neatly on the desk in front of her.

Treyen grinned, and immediately head over to a front row seat, away from Fletch boy.

Yeah, as far away from him as possible. And as closer as the Professor as possible, because he was going to focus here. Focusing time was on.

Tory walked in and sat down at the back. "Good Mornin' Sir" she said politely.

Carin walked into the Divination classroom, excited about the first lesson of the year. She was determined to pay attention and win back some of the points she'd lost her house, too.

"Good morning, Professor," she smiled at her teacher and looked around for an empty desk. She was feeling cheerful and hopeful, sure that this day would be better than the previous night, and...

Or not. Carin's eyes narrowed as she recognized Enya's arrogant posture sitting by herself. Part of her wanted to approach her, sit next to her even if only to spite her housemate, but the part that still remembered her conversation with Professor Kingsley forced her to look away and take an empty seat at the opposite end of the classroom.

How could she have forgotten they'd have most of their classes together? They were in the same house, and year! It seemed like Carin's temper and self-control really would be put to the test this year.

Hehe. Firsties were so adorable. Nolan smiled and nodded. "I'm sure that someone can draw one up for you...I'll admit I'm not entirely familiar with some parts of the castle, but I'm sure the Headmaster can assist you there," he explained. Directions were not really his forte.

Ahhhh. The boy who'd gotten stuck in a plant last year. Nolan smiled and nodded at him. "Morning Mister Fletcher," he greeted him.

"Hello Miss Rubiey, I'm doing alright," he said with a smile. Hehe. Another excited first year!

"Good morning to the both of you," Nolan greeted to the two girls who walked into the classroom next.

Gah. He was SO not good at this pretending to be happy thing. He needed to try harder. He smiled and nodded. "I'm alright, just a bit tired," he explained. Not entirely untrue, he was EXHAUSTED from staying up all night writing and rewriting certain letters to people.

"Hello Mister Trigwell," Nolan said with a smile to the Gryffindor boy as he entered the room.

"Good morning," Nolan greeted with another smile to the students. "Would you like some water?" he asked the poor boy who still looked like he was ready to pass out from lack of hydration.

This was why Nolan didn't play Quidditch. Wizarding sports were CLEARLY not good sources of exercise!

"Good morning," Nolan said once again as the last of the students entered the room. That looked like it was going to be the last of them, so he hopped off his desk and headed over the chalkboard.

"Alright, I'm going to get started with class now, since it seems the last of our final arrivals are here. As some of you recall, I asked you last term what some of your interests were in Divination...I find all sorts of branches fascinating, but just because I enjoy Tasseography doesn't mean everyone else does," he said. He did LOVE those tea leaves. "Now, while I can't promise that EVERYONE will find EVERY lesson incredibly interesting, it did help me get a feel for what you all wanted to see, so I'm hoping I've better tailored my lessons to make them more enjoyable for you...and hopefully they're interesting enough to keep you awake," he added with a slight smirk in Rose's direction.

"Now, can anyone tell me what Oneiromancy is?" he asked.

Danika smiled, and nodded.

Oh, but look who was already taking a seat. The sole person that got her interested in this class. Fletcher.

Well, Danika took a seat next to him, perhaps when he wakes up he'll notice.

But for now, the class had started. And it was time to take in how the Professor conducted his class. No, she wasn't answering any questions, unless she found it completely necessary.

oooh. Finn knew what that was. Seemed that he had been awake for at least some of his lessons back home. "Isn't it based upon dreams sir?"

Emmaleigh managed to find her way up to the divination classroom. She entered the back of the room, and looked for one of her friends to sit with, but she didn't see any of her Hufflepuff friends. "oh, but look over there" she thought as she spotted Fee.
She made her way over to her and took a seat. "Good morrning," she said to the other girl. She sat down, and removed some parchment and a quill from her bag.

Keefer bounced into the room and immediately spotted Treyen. He headed over towards him and sat down. "First Divination, should be good, eh?"



As per usual, Keefer raised both of his hands into the air. "I believe Oneiromancy is dream interpretation, usually used to predict the future if I'm not mistaken."

Rubiey smiled and moved next to Fee. "Hey Fee."

Rubieys hand flew in the air. "A form of Divination based on dreams, sir. Most commonly known as dream interpretation." She reeled off.

Arabella-Marie listened to the question and had no idea what it meant or even what it was so she was ready to take notes of what her fellow classmates were saying and what the professor was asking

Ella smiled once again at the Professor. He still looked a bit meh, but obviously she wouldn't carry on bugging him with questions. Now was time for work and she sat silently for a few seconds. Divination....... not one of her strongest subjects. But that was probably because she rarely participated last term, this time was different. She needed high grades.

She raised her hand at the first question, might as well take a stab. "Is it the type of divination that is based on dreams, sir?" For someone who was rubbish at this lesson, it was quite a good guess. In her opinion.

Scarlett hurried into the class and found a seat.
"hello professor." she smiled.

Treyen raised his hand, after giving a smile to Keefer, who'd just taken the seat next to him, "Oneiromancy, the interpretation of dreams, in which we use our dreams to reach out to the future" he nodded, and didn't notice his hand was still up, though, now that he did he took it down.

"It's where you use your dreams to predict the future and stuff." Jack said with his hand raised. Not his dreams though, considering he could never remember them once he woke up.

Oneiromancy? Oh, no way! "Dream interpretation..." she muttered more to herself, (though since she was sitting right in the front, the professor would probably hear to), as she pulled out her notebook and quill. Just, a regular quill this time. Plain, boring, and brown. Pffft. Well, she didn't so much want to use the other crazy ones. They were too special to her now.

But, back to the subject. Probably one of the topics she'd actually pay attention to. Unless, of course, it had to do with fire, and her not getting burned, then she'd pay attention to that too.

Lexi stared at the side of Finn's head for a moment and then shook herself out of her trance like state. Heh. She had never really been one for Divination in the past, but she had promised herself she would give it a try this term... so here she was. She was about to say that the form of Divination he asked about was like interpreting dreams, but someone had beaten her to it while she was staring. Heh. She scratched some things down on her parchment and listened for moooooooore stuff... Divination stuff... whatever.

Joshua's mouth shaped itself into a perfect O at the Professor's suggestion. The Headmaster could draw him a map of Hogwarts?! THAT WAS SO COOL. His own, personalised map of Hogwarts! YUPPE!! "Oh, thank you, Sir!" Beaming happily at the much taller man, Joshua walked over to one of the last empty seats and got ready for lesson.

Daniel was just about to settle down and try to fall asleap when the guy started the lesson. Couldn't he wait 5 minutes? But oh well Daniel had plenty of other lessons to sleep in.

Onerwhatamy? Daniel was suprised with himself. This was something familiar. He didn't know what the professer had said but he knew what it meant. Dad had kept a dream diary for his therapist. " It's a divination based on dreams. People belive dreams can tell you about the future. But their kind of weird. I mean seeing a mushroom could mean your going to pass something" Yeah they were weird like that.

Having managed to make it to the class before the class started, Simon took a seat on the other side of Viky just as Professor Reynolds went to start speaking. He gave her a small smile before turning his full attention to the professor, staying quiet at the moment as he was new to the topic. The boy wasn't entirely sure why he was taking the class but he figured at the very least it would be a nice break from the harder required classes.
