"I thought I did but now I'm not sure." For the past four months Marie had thought of nothing more than being back together with Carter, now she wasn't so sure that's what she wanted. A girl can only take so much rejection and Carter had rejected her lots over the months, including earlier today when he once again made an excuse to get away from her.

"Why? Because she's your girlfriend that's why. If you go through with telling her what happened here today the only way you may be able to prove to her that it will never happen again is by agreeing to stay away from me." Why would Evan even question who he should choose if he had to. If he really liked Mina as much as she thought he did then he should know that she should be the one he needs to make happy, not Marie.

Oh, Merlin, Marie still wasn't sure! How could someone be so blind?! Jerk-ter were obiously the last person she should want right now, and still she was 'thinking' it. It took all of Evan's will not to open his mouth to give her a lecture. He couldn't understand her, and from now on was determined to stay away from her relationships in general, and especially her relationship with Jerk-ter.

He thought what she said over, and but still wasn't convinced. "Actually, I think it'd be more effective if she realised my friendship with you would include no more kisses." Yeah, she would surely be waiting at the edge, but she'd be more convinced. And still, he didn't think she'd demand such a thing. Well, at least he hoped so.

Getting up, feeling still pretty confused, he said "Shall we go back to common room and pretend nothing happened?" He wasn't sure if she heard that last part, but he definitely expected her full cooperation with keeping this secret. He wanted to be the one to tell Mina, naturally, if such a thing should be told.

Marie could tell by the look on Evan's face that he didn't approve of what she had said. Right, she should have known better than to talk to him about Carter. The only person she had ever been able to talk to about her and Carter was Patroclus. He was the only one that would listen to her and not judge her at all. This is why she kept to herself and didn't tell anyone anything about her life.

And he still wasn't going to agree to choose Mina over her. Silly boy. "Well don't say I didn't warn you if she gets angry with you." If he wanted his relationship with Mina to last he would have to learn how to compromise somse things. Oh well, he will learn sooner or later .

Marie was not ready to go back to the common room right now. She still didn't want to be around a bunch of people. "I think I better go find Destiny and have a talk with her now. See if I can find out if she really did see anything or not." she said as she too got up. "Maybe I'll see you in the common room later." she said as she walked towards the door. Or maybe she would make it easy on him and stay away from him. That way he wouldn't have to choose between her and his girlfriend.

Evan gave her a look. He knew that Mina would be pleased if he gave up on Marie, but he wasn't just going to agree, and Marie should appreciate that. Waving his hand impatiently, he simply said "I just care about you, and don't want to lose you too." If he didn't speak well, he knew he could lose Mina... although, of course, he could keep it as a secret. Ugh... he'd think about it later.

Nodding that it was a good idea to find Destiny, he escorted her to the door. "See you in the common room, then," he said as he waved and left the crime scene the classroom 11 to go to his safe common room.

Amy sat down in the classroom, it was the only place you could get a smidgen of signal, and it was rubbish, she took out a scrap of paper and began to scribble

Sammy walked into the old classroom. She'd never been here before so it was kinda new to her. PIZZA BUDDEH! she thought before running over to Amy. "YO!" and cue hug here. "whatcha doin'?" she asked ... Sammy wasn't hyper at all ... noooo, Sammy hadn't had pasta :shifty:

Paaaasssttttaaa heeaddd she gwiggled (cross between a griin and a giggle for those out fo the know) notthinnggg she laughed, just writing a letter, whyy are you here?? she asked, putting her letter away

Sammy grinned, she had the best nickname. "Oo who ya writing to?" she asked ... heh heh heh "because I've never been in here before and just felt like dropping in" she said cheerfully.

Amy giggled, only you she shook her head, oh just Sheridan she said nodding, you know the new girl next term, she was sure Sammy knew but she should make sure.

Sammy grinned widely. She wasn't normal, she was plain old crazy and proud of it. "ooooohhhh yeeeeaaaah" she said, not mentioning that she was the girl replacing her PIZZA BUDDEH! "you know what house she's gonna be in?" she asked, and in her head chanting PUFF PUFF PUFF PUFF PUFF

Ummm, nope, but probably the best, genius, amazing house-Hufflepuff she giggled, yeah probably a Puff, she's not mean, she's not too smart. She's brave though....Amy thought, nah Puff probably, she's like friendly and loyal, and thats what we puffs are. Innit, she giggled, going into her 'baddman' phase, she loved that word

Oh how it was tempting to start shouting "We are the Champions" at the top of her lungs but, Huffies barely ever won the cup. "YAY! There really isn't that many of us awesome puffs" she said admittedly, compared to Slytherin anyway, Slytherin had TONS of people. "us puffs are just purely awesome" (and particularly good finders) she said happily

We really are. And we're good at quiditch, she grinned, they had won the cup last year, it had been a good party, but no quiditch this year, have you been watching the tournament? She asked, she'd dived in and out of the tournament, it had been interesting, but she'd wanted to get up to date on her work before she finished

"indeedy, we are just too cool" Sammy said with a giggle... oh yeah, she had passed out at the celebration party last year ... that wasn't fun, anyway. "um, not really, watched part of the first task but I must of zoned out or something, cause I dunno what happened" she explained "and I don't even know what the second task is. You been watching it?"

Sort of, from a distance, I keep on meaning to watch a whole task and create a banner but I ALWAYS forget she giggled, but I'm deffinatley watching the final task, can't miss that one she nodded

"I don't think anyone has watched the whole of the first two tasks. " Sammy said admittedly. "same-o, wonder what it'll be" she wondered aloud, nodding her head when she said same-o

No some people have Amy said nodding, it's always packed around the pitch and stuff cuz thats where they have the tournament, Amy thought, probably the most dangerous she laughed, well even more dangerous than the last two, put it that way

"really?" Sammy said, they had no life if they managed to watch the whole of the first two tasks. "well that was expected, save the best - more like worst - for last" she said, before thinking ...if they have weeping angels, THEY'LL ALL DIE! AND THEN EVERYONE ELSE WOULD DIE!

Yeah, like the beuxbaxtons and Durmstragians have to watch it when they're off timetable she nodded, and then like the major fans HAVE to watch it, she giggled, but yeah, I mean it has to go off with a bang doesn't it, I mean it won't be on for years and years so it has to be good she nodded

Amy giggled you really are she shook her head definatley BOOM! she shouted excitedly, Booom! Boom! a big boom, but no people dead preferably she said, dancing around the desk she had been sitting at earlier

"now that would be horrible" Sammy said, NO DEAD PEOPLE! "but a BOOM!" she said loudly before running around in circles "BOOM BOOM BOOM!"

BOOOM! Amy giggled chasing Sammy around the table, but that's what happened in Harry Potter's time, it was the most contrevesal tournament ever she nodded, she'd done the homework set about the tournament

Harry Potter? OH FAMOUS HARRY POTTER! problems with being raised by muggles Sammy thought "yeah and in Harry Potter's time, it was the first time there was more than 3 champions" she continued, still running ... her and Amy seemed to do a lot of running/rolling.

True Amy giggled, running on, Amy and Sammy-the bouncy Puffs, they were always moving around and being random, thats what they were, the eating bouncing Puffs
