Charms Lesson 1
|
Ella wandered into the Charms classroom wearing a cowboy hat. Usually, she really wouldn't have bothered but she was feeling optimistic lately. Although, she was VERY curious about why they were allowed to wear them to class, what was the point? Hm. "Hello Professor." She smiled, then took a seat at the front of the classroom. Perhaps this lesson would be an interesting one. |
Arriving at the classroom, Simon was a little surprised to be almost the first one there since that had never happened to him before. Granted Charms was a favored class of his but he hadn't rushed there and a quick glance at his watch only showed him a little early. Oh well, he mused entering the classroom, his gaze looking around for sign of Professor Carlton. Not seeing her inside unless she was in the closet, Simon moved to take a seat near the front of the class, silently nodding acknowledgement of the only other student in the classroom. On the note of clothing the only change was his absence of robes and the exchange of jeans for the slacks of the school uniform since he didn't own anything else that might fit the bill of 'cowboy' attire. |
She was SO cool in her little pink cowboy hat, with a little star in silver glitter on the front. Her usually curly hair was pulled into pigtails and in her hand was a little pink horse stick. Leave it to Savannah Conrad to go all the way, she walked with pride in her steps. She was probably the coolest 17 year old in the whole wide world right now. Hehhe. There was a happy smile on her face to prove how truly excited/happy she was. "Hellllllllllllllllllllllllo Professor!"Savvy chriped, a smile on the blonde's tan face. Giggle. She took a look around the classroom and sat behind that THING. dsgdfhgfhh .Grrrr.... ....Where WAS Carlton? Oh, it seemed she wasn't in the room. How lame... |
Sadie walked into the Charms classroom with the biggest smile ever on her face. THIS WAS HER FAVORITE CLASS! Phew. That was the truth though! In fact she had even listened to the notice on the board and was wearing a purple cowboy hat with a glitter stripe around the base of it. She had on pretty baby blue cowboy boots with a brown, blue, and purple, plaid shirt with a jean skirt. Luckily she owned most of these things from her horses. Her soft blond curls were in pig tails and she walked past right past Savannah Conrad, knowing she was the star of this classroom. Hmph. She took a seat at an empty desk and took her books out, waiting to see if Fletcher would show up and quickly readjusted her hat. |
THEY WERE GOING TO PLAY COWBOYS AND INDIANS, WEREN'T THEY?! The prefect LOVED how they got to dress up for this class. It was AWESOME. And anyone who DIDN'T have their Cowboy/Cowgirl kit on had NOT lived! Teehee. Iris skipped into the Charms classroom with a giddy hop in her step. She LOVED Charms, and she REALLY LOVED those old Muggle Cowboy Movies. So this lesson was going to be AWESOME. With her somewhat convincingly realistic PINK Cowgirl hat (Yes, it was a Muggle one that she bought from Blackpool and then charmed to make the coloured gems on it change colour, What of it?!), rather Almost, anyway. All she was missing was her HORSE! But she figured that bringing that would be BAD... y'know, because the horse could poop everywhere... Ew. She read the note on the board, and then took her seat. Right at the front of the class. Hehehe. Whilst she was waiting for the class to file in, She tapped her cowboy boots against the floor lightly, making the tune to a song that she liked. Then she noticed SIMON! Hmpf, He didn't really looks like a cowboy, did he? Maybe she should help him out. Duplicate her lovely cowgirl hat... |
Pam walked into the charms classroom. She was wearing a lavender cowboy hat, with a purple-ish attire. Her boots were the same color as her hat. She tipped her hat at the teacher, and smiled. She L-O-V-E-D this class, and class hasn't even started yet. She found a seat near the front, and took off her hat. She had put her hair in low pigtails that she had curled. |
Sophia walked into charms class, and said "Hello Professor Carlton!" She walked over to her seat and waited for class to begin. |
Hugo walked into the classroom and said "Good day, professor." He took a seat and eagerly grabbed out his wand. This would be awesome. |
Fee walked into the Charms classroom and searched for a free seat. Oh yeah, right there by the window. She was wearing a pink-ish cowgirl head and felt so pretty with it. It was really pretty and suited her sooo good. "Morning Professor", she said happily. Fee was really excited for this lesson. |
Sammy walked into the charms classroom. She took a seat around the middle of the classroom, because that's where the cool people sat ... *shifty eyes*. ANYWAY! She loved Charms, it was an awesome class, last time she had charms they made cupcakes ... they were nice "Hello Professor" she said cheerfully, then looking around ... was she the only one that didn't own a cowgirl hat? ... possibly. Her short blond hair was out today, but the fronts were tied back |
Jacqueline walked in the classroom. ''Hello professor!''she sat somewhere in the front and waited. She waas very excited about her Charms first class. |
Come in cowgirl attire? HECK YES! That was like telling Lorelai to come basking in her awesomeness. There she was, walking into the Charms Classroom, in her PINK jeans, PINK GLITTERY cowgirl boots, and the rest of her stuff was pink too. Her shirt thing, waistcoat, she even had a pink waterpistol hehe. The best bit? HER HAT! It was pink. Then yellow. Then pink. Then yellow. Only when she tapped it with her finger though. She couldn't have it overboard. What was she? Skanky? Nooooope. HMPF. She wasn't thing. Heh. We forget to mention, that this cowgirl outfit, had FAIRY WINGS! And a fairy wand. Becase fairy cowgirls were epic. And it hadn't said she COULDNT wear wings, right? She could always take them off. Not that she'd enjoy it, for they were pink and yellow, and glittery, and had flowers on them. Heh. Lorelai grinned and took a seat at the back. "Professor Carltooooooooon?" She asked quickly, fiddling with her prefect/sheriff badge. Maybe the professor would like ride jn on horse back. Hehe. |
Cowboy hat? Check Cowboy Boots? Check The Blonde was so prepared for this and she couldn't help but let out a giant grin as she walked into lesson, a fluffy rimmed white cowboy hat on her head and a pair of brown suede cowboy boots on her feet and herself wearing matching checked shirt and shorts.Plus she was wearing her long blonde hair in plaits just for extra detail. Oh yeah she felt the part. Trixie looked around at the other students quickly before turning back to grin at the Professor. "Hello professor. How was your summer?" she asked politely , tipping down the rim of her cowboy hat, before |

Simon, however, was there. He wasn't looking very cowboy-like now, was he? Silly boy. She |
Ooooh Charms. This lesson sounded like fun. They hadnt had any charms lessons back in America in any of the schools she'd been in. So this would be a good first experience. She walked into the classroom and smiled at the teacher before saying "Hello Professor. How're you today ?" she'd might aswell be polite while she was at it. She took a seat at an empty desk. Yush she was lonely. |
Grayson had read the notice about Charms class, and the whole cowgirl thing. She had decided to be more of a modern cowgirl, though. One without the traditional cowboy hat. But as she walked into the classroom, at least she was wearing cowboy boots. And one of her many pairs of jeans, not to mention a vaguely cowgirl-ish top that had little flowers on it that were almost raspberry. She couldn't wear her Converse, so at least she still had her favorite color on. Sort of. And then she'd pulled her blonde hair into pigtails. Hence the sort of modern cowgirl look. Green eyes scanning the room, she noticed it seemed Professor Carlton was elsewhere. Although the slightly open door up front hinted she might still be able to hear them. "Hi Professor Carlton!," she called out, figuring if the professor could still hear her, she'd say hello even if she couldn't see the woman. Politeness worked for her, as it made professors like her, and that came in useful. Easier to sneak out of trouble if the professor liked you. Then she made her way to an empty desk. Maybe someone she knew would still come, and she could talk to them while she waited for the professor to come back. |
SPOILER!!: Lorelai! Fairy Wings. Now, WHY had Iris not thought of that. Teehee. Iris had to take her hat off to Lorelai, though. She WORKED that Fairy Cowgirl outfit. Grinning at her outfit, Iris sat a little further down in her chair, waiting for the professor to appear from where ever she was hiding. And why were all these kids yelling 'Hello' to her? Professor Carlton CLEARLY wasn't in the room. Pfft. Foolish, delusional children. Iris adjusted her hat on her head and then folded her arms. Because she was a Prefect... Did that make her a Sherriff during this lesson? Iris sure hoped so. She wanted her badge to be a Star shape, not a crest shape. Hehehe. Siiiiigh. She wanted class to start NOW. |
Evelyn had no clue what they were going to be doing in this. Which was a shame, because she really liked the subject too, but she hated not knowing what the were going to do. Cowgirl hats? ....Cowgirl attire? .... WHAT!? "Good day, Professor Carlt-" Huh, where was the Profesor? Whatever. Wearing her oldest pair of jeans that were slightly roughed up and faded (though still in good condition of course), and a dark brown blouse, the fourth year looked for a seat to sit at. Of course, it wasn't a cowgirl shirt, but it was all that she had. Meh. The only thing she did have for this lesson were the shoes. Something she had for fun when she was younger (yes, she admits that she had cowgirl shoes when she was younger) that she took with her when she moved into Destiny's house for the summer. Her uncle gave them to her so she HAD to keep them. Having had to enlarge them just a bit though, since she wasn't seven anymore, the dark brown cowgirl boots matched her shirt. All in all, she was pretty happy that she was at least trying. Tying her hair up into a ponytail before setting her bag on the ground at a desk...in the front. Yes, she WILL get over this weird fear of sitting in the front. |

Kellen didn't really get why all these people were greeting a professor who wasn't there, so he withheld a greeting in favor of walking in and taking a seat about halfway back in the classroom. He didn't own any cowboy attire, and was clearly suspicious as to how it would be provided. This wasn't Transfiguration, after all. And for that matter, why would they need it? Suspicions abounding. |

"Looks like someone had a better time fulfilling the supposed dress-code for class," he mused, unable to notice that she looked good in what she was wearing. Why in the world would that matter, he silently asked himself. |
Arya was excited about this lesson. Mainly because of their attire. She was sporting a blue plaid shirt with matching jeans and a pair of brown cowgirl boot. Her pig tails partially hidden by the cowgirl hat on her head. Skipping into the classroom, she took a seat in the front of class, legs swinging as she looked around for her professor. Who was no where to be seen. Nothing in the classroom gave hint to what they would be doing today, which made her more excited. Maybe they would be going outside! Pulling her wand out, she twirled it between her fingers and waited for the lesson to begin. |
Is 'pink' starting to sound weird to you? Reminds me of pig and oink. When Jimbo had seen the announcement for the cowboy/cowgirl attire, he couldn't start thinking fast enough. It was an awesome opportunity to dress out of his usual school uniform and into something awesome - which was also one of his favourite colours. Although, it wasn't exactly an original idea, he knew NO OTHER GUY would be wearing an all PINK cowboy outfit like the one he was currently strutting around in. Actually, he seemed to be more pink than some of the girls who chose a similar outfit. He had a plaid pink shirt, pink pants and awesome pink leather cowboy boots. He even wore the stirrups, although he didn't like them much. But it completed the outfit. With a tip of his pink cowboy hat, he entered the room and grinned as he scanned the place. He saw Monty wearing pink and laughed. They matched. A lot of them matched. There were a lot of girls wearing pink. The other boys looked really boring though. Not as great as Jimbo looked. Jimbo looked amazing, if he said so himself. Reminding himself that he was still ignoring Monty, he found himself an empty seat on his own. He was in too good a mood to be all sad about the situation with Monty so he wasn't moping around about not sitting with her. GOD, Charms is the best. |
Louisa was already uncomfortable with the cowboy girl thing. She stepped into the classroom with a slightly red face. She walked towards a seat to sit on. It was the class she always looked forward to but with this costum, it wasn't as interesting as she thought. Why would a Charms teacher ask them to wear those? Meh. It was her class and she owned it. |
