In the middle of the Entrance Hall, you can see the Goblet of Fire sitting on a table. Chalked in a neat line around the Goblet is an Age Line. Stand back and watch as your classmates put their names into the Goblet in hopes of becoming a Hogwarts champion.
OOC Note: This is the thread where you can RP observing the Goblet and putting your name into it. Be aware that if you cross the age line and are not of age, dire things may happen to you.

Goblet of fire. Oh. How had she forgotten about that. Oh well, it had her attention now. Didn't Kellen tell her he wasn't going to enter his name into the cup. He must be here waiting for a underage student to cross the line. Sure wasn't gonna be her. She had enough crazy things happen to her, she didn't need to add to the list. "I don't think anyone underage will cross the line. There not that crazy." Maybe some where. If so she wanted to be here when it happened.

The boy eyed the floor, but no. He wasn't that close to the Goblet. No problem.
Truth be told, he wanted to knooooow.
The Lockhart in him wanted to find out. Well, maybe not the Lockhart in him, maybe the Gilderoy in him. Because, you know, he was an adventurer.
Turning her eyes back to the goblet, she eyed the age line suspiciously. What would happen if someone underage attempted to cross the age line. "I don't know....maybe you'll get really old."
Hmm. The line had her full attention now. "Or maybe it will be something like a tail, just to humiliate the person who tried to cross. I don't think it will be something harmful." Not if Tatertot drew the line. Lafay maybe.
What did Sabel say? "Your putting your name in the cup?"

"I guess you're right, the ones who could die are the ones who placed their names in the Goblet" true, the boy nodded, forgetting that there was a boy close by who just happened to put his name there.
But, Treyen was curious, "Aren't you old enough?" he asked, tilting his head to one side.
Kellen held up his finger in a wise motion, "And that would be why I'm not putting my name in there. I tend to value my life too much. Besides, it's more of a Gryffindor thing." Or maybe just a not-Kellen thing.

Not that it would really matter when he stepped over the line. Le sigh.
His attention was diverted slightly by Kellen's response to the Hufflepuff that had squished up beside them. OOC: Sorry, I probably wrote that poorly beforehand...he didn't slip his name in yet...I shall...attempt clarification XD My apologies again.
Or you know, someone could just point out what his intentions were before he had chance to debate them. The smile faded to a tight-lipped one as he glanced over at the boy, wondering why he had to announce it to the world (not that subtly was going to do anyone any good here).
"Urrr...not yet." With slight reluctance he held up the folded piece of paper. He had come from the opposite side of the room, near where the Goblet was, had passed close to it too, so he really couldn't blame the boy for picking him out as someone that had entered his name. "I ... appreciate the support though."
"Neptune might," Kellen agreed. "But I don't propel myself into dangerous situations. I help other people out of them."
His grin grew quite a bit when Sabel filled Arya in on the situation, "I'll have you know I can be quite eloquent at commentary, when the mood takes me. Besides, how many people have told me that I should get more involved with student life? Be present at the scene of action, and all that? It's not my fault that this Age Line is a hotspot for potential trauma."

Oh, he liked this change of focus. Yes he did, "Yeah, Sabel, why not? You're all experienced and Gryffindor-y. If you get picked I'll shake pompoms for you."
He would, too. He couldn't necessarily count on anyone else joining him, but he had a feeling Arya might.

Kellen tapped his palm off his forehead, "Of course, the ceiling, how remiss of me! It's going to fall on my head in revenge any day now."
Hmm, it might, too. Kellen sent it a suddenly wary glance. Stay up there, you. He gave Arya a little nudge with his elbow, "Oh, go on, Arya, you're pretty nuts. Baby-toe it."
Nekoda strode into the hall quite happily and confidently. And for once, NOT because she was hot. Nope, but because she was LEGAL and could actually toss her name into the cup without BADD things happening to her. Because seriously, who wanted bad things to happen to them?
Taking a deep breath, and smiling at the smaller students almost in a gloating fashion, she crossed over the line, folding up her pink frilly paper before throwing it into the fire. Nekoda Danielle Russell. Oh yes, she could hear it being screamed now. Mmm, this was going to be a FUN term.
Even if she DIDN'T get into the tournament.

Huh? What??
But Treyen...he saw...the boy narrowed his eyes a bit at the Goblet. He was not liking that thing anymore, it was making him see stuff that wasn't happening.
Not nice, Goblet.

Sabel had to laugh at Kellen again. He couldn't say he was pleased with the sudden diversion of attention towards himself, but at the same time, Kellen's commentary was more than worth it. As usual. He tossed all of his friends plus the new acquaintance a small smile as he nodded at Kellen. "I was waiting for that." He gave a quick waggle of the folded peice of paper at Kellen, ignoring whatever worried glance Arya may have been giving him. "I'm holding you to it Kellen."
He left no time for himself to think about it, or for them to ask questions to make him think about it. Instead, he quickly made his way to the Goblet and dropped his name in, returning to his friends as fast as he had left. He didn't like being at the center of the room or the center of attention. He wasn't doing it for that at all. The reasons, he wasn't even entirely knew for himself. This time, a sheepish smile held his expression as he looked between the three of them. "Go Gryffindor stupidity?" Huzzah.

Awww. There went his dreams of seeing something with a bit more action.
"Maybe they'll just grow a beard" he shrugged the thought, very disappointed, for it'd be cool if something else were to happen. At least he was staying to see who was the one he'd support, you know, in case they were chosen.
Like the other guy, the one he thought was putting his name inside the flames.
Ooooh, the flames were still pretty, the Goblet, not so much anymore.

Hehe. The boy didn't think that was the reason. There was a grin on his face, "You're either scared or not old enough" he nodded, but the guy will probably say he wasn't old enough.

Weird. Very weird.

And he'd done it!
But so did a Hufflepuff girl before him.
Treyen was torn now, because he'd said that the first person he'd see put his name there....well, in his eyes, this older guy was the one he saw.
Oooooh! Did he have the sight?! Did he see it before it happened?!
Amazing!
"You did it!" he pointed out, as if it needed to be pointed out. But he made no further comment, he'd done it before, remember?

Fletcher had a plan for putting his name into the goblet. He was going to wait until the dark of the night, his favorite time of the day, when everyone was asleep and no one was watching, to put his name in. Just in case, FOR SOME REASON, it somehow rejected him, no one would be there to laugh. And because then it would be an awesome surprise if he got picked.
There was no reason for the goblet to reject the boy though, really. He would be seventeen and of age in a few short months, thanks to his birthday on Christmas. He had been stalking this age line all day and had seen numerous Hogwarts students place their names in plus a few from Durmstrang. And now it was Fletcher's turn.
He glanced down at the small slip of parchment in one hand and looked it over one more time.
Quote:
Duncan Mundungus Fletcher III
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
Biting his lip, Fletcher crept closer and closer to the age line, then paused, took a deep breath, and crossed it. He was still holding his breath as he dropped the slip into the goblet, closed his eyes momentarily, and then opened them to see it had indeed disappeared. YES. Success!
Smirking to himself and fighting the urge to do a happy dance, Fletcher nearly skipped out of the great hall and down the stairs to the Hufflepuff common room, his dressing gown billowing lightly behind him.

Gryffindor stupidity indeed. She watched as her friend responded to her question by running over and placing his name into the cup. She had heard things about the tournament. Noah and his friends had told her stories about how people died in the past tournaments.
Sure she was fine when she thought Kellen was going to enter his name into the cup because Kellen thought before doing something crazy. Sabel, however, did not. He would jump into the lions den without even thinking to grab a chair.
She gave Sabel looks. "You know people die in the tournament?"

Kellen 'pffffft'ed at him, "If you get chosen, Sabel. Though really, I can't think of very many people who..." oh, well there went another one, "Well anyway, I'll even let you pick the pompom colour." Because he was a good friend.
He glanced down at the young boy, his eyebrow raising once more, "Oh, I'm old enough, all right, but I'm not scared. It's just not something that interests me. I'm more of a 'you're doing it wrong, I throw popcorn at you' type person." Why were multiple people finding it so hard to believe that he just didn't want to be in this Tournament? "Besides, if Sabel gets stuck, who's going to be his brainy friend who looks the answer up in the library? Morgana knows he only opens a book if it has hobbits in it."
Kellen wrinkled his nose at Arya's statement, "Tempt is a strong word, Miss Lovegoods. I prefer 'loosely encourage to follow a less-than-wise course of action'."
And then she had to go and mention dying. That wasn't a good way to get young children to take themselves as the famous Harry Potter and go for the cup, now was it? Kellen poked her in the side of the head, "Come on, Arya, Sabel isn't going to die. He might loose a limb though, in a flailing attempt to escape a dragon while puttering around on Horace." Sabel had to kind of blink at the younger boy. First he stated what he had tried to conceal, and now the obvious. A slow nod rolled off his head in a sort of uh-huh motion. "Yes...thank you...for your support." Was that the proper thing to say? Though it was better than calling Kellen a coward. Ingenious at the art of avoidance, but not a coward.
And Kellen cleared that fact up right quick. A small smile touched the corners of his lips as he clapped Kellen on the shoulder. "My own personal bookie. And I'm sure you know all the ins-and-outs of that challenge. Though, Headmaster Tate doesn't really seem to be one to recycle anything." Put to good use in a different matter, but in such a way it seemed completely new. "Or rather he's too efficient at it." One of the two.
His eyes flicked to Arya at her less than encouraging words and unapproving look that brought a slight pang of guilt to settle in his stomach, his mood dropping almost instantly. "They die less than in everyday life. And most of them don't risk a thing." He couldn't keep the slight pointedness of the statement out of his voice. It wasn't that he was trying to test fate, at least, if that was the case he hoped one of his friends would hit him over the head real soon with something hard.

Haha. Itchy beard, "I think you'd be right, Arya" he said, though, he had no one to ask how itchy it would be, because whatever Dodson had was not a beard yet.
Perhaps the Durmstrang Headmaster. Yeah, that one looks like he'd had a beard or two in his lifetime.
He eyed the older Ravenclaw...wait...the only Ravenclaw there, "You wouldn't?" well, that was odd, "Eternal glory and all that stuff doesn't attract you?" it kind of did attract the young Lockhart. He was, after all, going to be Aaron's representative when Aaron ruled the world.
He couldn't help to laugh, though, at the Ravenclaw's comments, "You're funny" yes, thanks for stating the obvious Treyen.
His eyes went back to Arya, "But, wouldn't you like to know what will happen to the ones who aren't old enough?" he asked, slightly puzzled, because he would like to know...not try, just know. He didn't want to end up with a tail.
But his eyes couldn't believe what just happened. Fletch had entered his name! Fletch! Sir Fletcher! Sir Sticky Beard! --Hey! That was someone he could ask about that beard thing without having to threat his own life with the other Headmaster, the scary looking one. Except...he could also be in danger around Fletcher. Eh, well, he better not get chosen, the older Hufflepuff knows nothing of history.
"A Hufflepuff died in the tournament" he pointed out, mostly to Arya. The boy named Cedric from where Harry Potter won at the expenses of a Huffie boy.
Treyen smiled at the Gryffindor boy, "You're welcome..." the Huffie frowned, "...I...don't know your name" but he could be Gryffie boy. No matter.
Man.. she was nervous. Like.. shaking. The redhead approached the goblet cautiously, nervously, timidly and stared at it. Was she really doing this? Like.. really doing this? No. She wasn't. It was a stupid idea. She wasn't going to be a good champion, so why apply? Right? Yeah..
Oh man. But she kinda wanted to. A little bit of excitement - a little bit of drama - a little bit of SOMETHING to keep her from going insane at how mundane she'd become. She'd just become ordinary and normal. She'd been called crazy so long.. she kinda missed it now.
The slip of paper in her hand was twirled between clamy hands. Oh lord.. was she realllllly doing this? Risking total and utter embarassment just cos she could?
Yep. Seemed so.
And it was her last year. Why not? Right? Yeah.. no. This WAS a stupid idea. STUPID, stupid, stupid. She wasn't doing it. Nup. Not like she was good enough. Yeah. Plus - she had homework. She was busy. Yep. That's right. Busy.
Better just to turn away now, and go to .. Prefecty things. Like.. help out a first year around the castle. But she couldn't. Stupid, stupid, crazy girl - instead - went towards the goblet mulling over her decision with a curious face. If she did put it in, it wasn't like.. it wasn't like she was going to get chosen? So.. it was sort of just a spiritual/self-esteem shizzy type thing. Yeah? Yeah.. The paper lifted and she held it above the goblet, thoughtful.
But NO. What was she thinking? She wasn't smart enough or coordinated enough to do it. Best leave it to the pro's yeah? Yeah. Best. Right? Yep. Totally. People like.. Oliver and Trixie and Danika. People that were smart. Yes. Her hand faltered - not quite at her side.
But what was the harm in trying? And before the other half of her brain could stop her from doing it, her name fell neatly into the goblet.
"... What have I done?"

He might loose a limb though, in a flailing attempt to escape a dragon while puttering around on Horace." Better hope that challenge isn't getting recycled, Dakest.

Tilting her head to the side, she watched as another person put their name into the cup. "I would like to see what would happen, but I don't think anyone will try." She wanted to see the beard though, it had to be really long. Maybe even touching the ground.
Arya ran her fingers through the side of her hair when Kellen poked her and glanced up at him with a slight frown. "I don't want him to loose a limb either." One armed hugs just weren't the same. Was he trying to be funny about the dragon thing? He wasn't, she knew just how dangerous they were.
SEE!?
Treyen knew what she was talking about. "....And if a Hufflepuff can get killed so can you." Cause puffs where awesome. She heard about the boy that died in the last tournament with Harry Potter. Stories man, she had heard lots.
"Most of them don't go to Hogwarts." She said pointedly. The fact that they were at Hogwarts made all the difference. Strange things happened in this castle, he should know that.

He glanced up to see a blonde Ravenclaw perched up the railing of the staircase. Smart. he grinned as he climbed a few steps up the stairs. Facing the crowd and the goblet at the center of them, Salander leaned over to the Ravenclaw "Nice view." he complimented.
Grayson mentally congratulated herself on her choice of position for watching the Goblet. The railing boosted her up just high enough that she could see whoever entered their name in, over the heads of the steadily growing crowd. A smile crept onto her face as she saw one of the Ravie prefects enter his name, as she also started sort of tuning in to the conversation between another Ravenclaw and those she assumed were some of his friends. Just because it had to do with the Goblet, the Age Line, and everything that was the reason she was perched here to begin with. But partway through her idle eavesdropping, her green eyes, still on the Goblet, caught the tiny figure of Diggy Greenwood dropping a paper into the flames. "Yay Diggy!," she called out, grinning that at least one person she considered a friend was an option for champion. That would just make it that much easier to support Hogwarts, not that she wouldn't anyway.
And as she shifted her weight slightly, settling back into watching mode as he left, she heard someone speak right next to her. Swiveling her blonde head, she regarded the Slytherin boy with a bit of curiosity. "Thank you. I think it is, and apparently not too many others have thought of it. It certainly makes it a lot easier to see what's going on," she commented. Wondering a bit why he'd thought to comment on it in the first place. But then, at least he wasn't trying to get her to jump down, not that she would anyway. She wanted to see what was going on, as long as she could. So she was going to hold her position until she absolutely had to leave. And then she caught wind of the earlier conversation she'd been listening to, and turned back to the group of students. "Well, back in Harry Potter's time, Fred and George tried to sneak past the Age Line, and they ended up with really crazy long beards. That made them look hilarious, or at least that's what the stories say," she informed them. Hmm, that made her wonder if the same spells were on this Age Line. And who she'd want to see get caught and end up with a silly beard. Definitely Legend, but perhaps there were others. Oooh, and now Cameron had entered her name. Cool, another person she knew.

"I should charge a fee," Kellen mused, tapping his fingers off his chin thoughtfully. "Stern and Co. Researchers Inc. Providing fine services since..." His voice trailed off as he heard Sabel's tone to Arya, and fixed his friend with a scrutinizing look. He wasn't going to ask it, not right here, but Kellen was giving Sabel the 'I'm on to you, something's up' face.
He forced himself to be distracted by the young Puff's words, "Of course it attracts me, but I've learned that there's more than one way to get it. This... is not my way." Simple as that. And then he grinned, "Why thank you. I thought so too."
Further distracted from Sabel's expression by Arya's comment, Kellen snorted at her, "No, but it sure confuses and convinces a lot of people."
They were still on about this death thing, and Kellen felt the need for a brief history lesson lest Sabel have a flailing fit and try to pull his name back out again, "Lest we forget, it wasn't the Tournament in and of itself that killed Cedric. Whoever designed the Tournament didn't know that the cup would be charmed into a Portkey. That's like saying no one should play Quidditch in case a dementor gets onto the field. You can't predict things like that."
Feeling the need to lighten the air a little, Kellen ruffled Sabel's hair, "Besides, the Goblet will probably sense Sabel's tendency to trip over his own two feet and relegate him to the bleachers with the rest of us."
Turning the little slip of paper over in his hands, Raiden stared at it, his own name neatly printed on one side. The 'Hogwarts 7th Year' written just beneath it looked as oddly out of place as he felt. People had had polar reactions to him suggesting he might do this very thing. There had been encouragement from some, and just flat-out "Dear Merlin, what the hell is wrong with you" from others. He understood both sides.
On one hand, he was an adult now. He'd proved himself capable of being such. He knew what responsibility was, and he knew the repercussions of trying to get around it. But on the other hand, he was also still young, and sometimes felt woefully incompetent at some things. And what if this proved to be one of those things?
Eyes flicked to Sabel and Kellen, at least one of which he knew would do exactly what he was considering doing right now. Sabel had that 'Gryffindor courage' in extreme. Kellen... Kellen wouldn't. He was too cautious and uninclined to do it.
Stuck. Stuck. His eyes settled on Arya, and he didn't realise he was staring at her as he stood there, brain sorting through this.
Should he?
Should he not?

He was glad Kellen was there, to keep him from dipping too far into his sour and distant mood. He didn't want to discuss life and death right now. Maybe some excitement about the challenges that would be presented in the tournament, something to get his mind off the topic of mortality, but only Kellen seemed game for that. He gave his friend a small smile at the jab at his clumsiness. "Unfortunately, you did not design the cup, so I do not believe it would have such intelligence to do such a thing."
His eyes flicked to the other kid as he ducked his head a little from Kellen's rougher hand. They had forgotten introductions. "Sabel Dakest. This is Kellen Stern, Arya Lovegoods and Raiden Kururugi." Aka the boy staring at Arya looking about as nervous as those kids fearing growing a beard if they stepped over the line. He spared a small wave at the older boy, hoping that his pain was masked enough that Raiden's undying perception wouldn't find it. "Long time no see, stranger."

Grayson nodded as Slytherin boy seemed to agree with her reasoning for her position on the railing, as another grin crept onto her face. Cool, he definitely wasn't about to force her off, like there was a rule against climbing on railings. She was perfectly safe, especially as she was close to the bottom. Nothing like when Torin'd convinced her not to slide down the railing of the moving staircase last term, even though she still wanted to try that. "Exactly," she said, before trailing off as her cheering for Diggy seemed to have hit a nerve or something. "Apparently. And good for him, yknow? I think he'd do awesome if he got chosen," she said. Just cause Diggy was little, like her, didn't mean he couldn't do well in the tournament. Okay, technically he was actually oddly shorter than her, but she still thought he could do it.
And then her attention went back to Slytherin boy as he sputtered out more questions about the Goblet. "You don't know?," she asked, mystified. "Anyone who's seventeen, or almost seventeen can enter the Triwizard Tournament by outting their name into the Goblet. I mean, obviously the Durmstrang and Beauxbatons students who came fit that, but all the rest of us have to actually pay attention to that rule." Not that she normally paid close attention to rules, but this one was different. She knew what the tournament entailed, and knew that even though she was smart, she didn't know quite enough to manage the tasks. "The line's there to make sure nobody who's younger than the limit enters their name." That anti-crowding thing was a good idea, though. Not that she had much of an issue with the crowding thing, with her observational position. "If you try to cross the line without being the right age, there's loads of spells that will mess with you cast on the line. Like, you'll grow a crazy beard or something. At least, that's what happened before, during the tournament ages ago." He needed this information, especially since she didn't have the slightest idea how someone couldn't know about the tournament. It was just too interesting, as was all the stories.

Was he REALLY going to consider submitting his name and watch it be turned into ashes by the fervent fire of the goblet? Hmm. Probably yes. There was no point of not trying. Really. And in fact, he was looking forward for this day to come. So why get cold feed?
Cedric Leone, with his hand holding tight a piece of parchment where his name was neatly inscribed, casually strode toward the age line, not even looking back nor pausing. As he reached the mentioned line, he knew there was no way of turning back. Not that something would stop him if ever he'd like to go away and ditch the goblet but he so promised to himself that he, without stark hesitation but rather mere resoluteness, would do the deed which, in the first place, was expected of him.
And so, Cedric did. He had done it. He had let the strip of parchment slipped from his tender hand. Now what would he needed to do was to... wait. Waiting that would surely agonize or say, anticipate his mind, emotions and the whole he.
He turned back, trotted over the boundaries of the age line, and ran a hand through his curly dark brown hair. As he initiated to walk away from the area, a broad smile met his lips that manifested his rather satisfied, tranquil feeling.
*Matty watched opened mouthed as Cedric put his name in. Yep this guy was his uncles friend.*
"Sir! Did you just put your name in?"
*Watching him leave Matty ran after him still shocked.*

Anyone who's seventeen, or almost seventeen can enter the Triwizard Tournament.... her words echoing in his head. "Really? Diggy's that old?" he asked quietly. That meant Diggy was his age, and not a young runt Salander took him for. He nodded in agreement, a bit shamefully, that anybody should be allowed to try out for the tournament regardless of any limitations they may have, physical or otherwise.
He gestured towards Diggy, who was now disappearing into the crowd of onlookers "So if Diggy could try out then.... " he trailed off as his hand rested on his chest I could try out.. He doubtfully shook his head as he turned back to the Ravenclaw girl "Is that all thats needed? Just be 17 by the summer? What about how long someone's been here at Hogwarts or where they were born... grew up in?"

Wow, he really has a lot of questions, Grayson though, a bit idly. It didn't even really occur to her the oddness of having an involved conversation with someone she didn't really know. Obviously he was a fellow Hogwarts student, she coudl see the Slytherin patch on his robes and everything. So she figured there wasn't any problem in continuing to answer his questions. Starting with the quiet one she barely heard. "Seems that way. I knew he was older than me, at least," she said with a tiny shrug. Diggy'd made it past the Age Line, at least. That had to mean something. She glanced at the boy, then, as he continued. He was really thinking about something. Something that almost looked like it bothered him. "If Diggy can try out, then anyone can. That's what you were gonna say, right? It's true. Like Headmaster Tate said, anyone who'll be seventeen before end of June can submit their name for consideration." A thoughful look crossed her face as he continued speaking, though. "Ye-es. I mean, the age thing and a student at one of the schools. As far as I know, that's all that's required." Once the tasks started, obviously the skills to get through them would be needed, but that's why only the older students could try. At least, that's what she'd always believed.

District 9 Tribute World's Biggest Harry Potter Fan
Arabella-Marie had just left the great hall after the feast and she saw the goblet of fire and wished that she could take part in the tourniment but she was in no way old enough and plus she didnt think that anyone who was younger than 17 would be allowed to take part but she then remembered about what she read in Hogwarts A:History that Harry Potter had taken part when he only 14 but that under dark days and situations. Arabella-Marie hoped that she could find her way to the Gryffindor Common Room without getting lost
Nia had made a spontaneous decision overnight. If she couldn't play Quidditch, she might as well get her fill of adrenaline from someplace else. So she was taking the initive that Becca had inspired in her. First her hair, now this. The Tri-Wizard tournament seemed perfect for a bit of risk, thrill and excitement. It'd break up studying for her NEWT exams nicely, now she didn't have practice to focus on. If she was picked of course.
Her decision had been so spontaneous that she hadn't let any of the other 'Claws know. Nor did she give any thought to crossing the age line and dropping her name in the Goblet of Fire. She grinned as she did so. It felt good.
Admittedly, she hadn't really thought of the danger aspect. Just about filling the gap of no Quidditch. Which she still needed to go and see Vindictus about. If there was no flying whatsoever...ouch! Nia was not going to be a happy bunny.
As she stepped out of the chalk circle, Nia spied Raiden amongst others. The Slythie Prefect looked thoughtful.
"Go on," Nia said with an encouraging smile. She flicked back her fringe where it had fallen, revealing turquoise eyes shining with excitement. "I'm in. Not point regretting not taking the opportunity." Whatever the reasons behind doing it. "You'd make an awesome Champion."
Taking in a soft deep breath, Cosette looked down at the piece of parchment in her hand, moving it around in her clenched hands. Should she really be putting herself in this sort of danger, her first year at a foreign school? Smirking to herself, she nodded. Yes. She lived for danger! For goodness sakes, her most beloved muggle thing she owned was her motorcycle, and she rode that on a daily basis at night back home in Bordeaux. The people in the city always knew it was her roaring down the streets at night, full of no fear or regrets.
Feeling as if all the on lookers and talkers would be staring at her as she walked, she held her chin high, her blond waves falling around her shoulders. She will be picked to become a champion. Giving herself a boost of confidence, she stepped a black combat boot over the age line, closing her eyes as she felt herself take in a sharp breath. Yes, accepted. Opening her uncanny cat like eyes, she opened up her hand and looked at the paper.

Whether she was an old Beauxbaton student, she was a Hogwarts student now. If she was chosen, she would rightfully claim champion for her new school. Choking back, she tossed the bit of paper into the fire, seeing the blue flame erupt before her. Nodding to the inanimate object, she turned around and walked out of the hall. She will be chosen. She has to be.
