Salander watched as more and more students dropped their name into the cup. He also noticed that the Durmstrang and Beauxbaton students have all filed in and confidently submitted their names. A thought buzzed at the back of his head, Whoever will be Hogwarts Champion will be going up against them. Gulp. Well, lets get on with it then. Salander patted his pockets, trying to find for a piece of parchment or anything to write on. He rummaged through his messenger bag, then chanced upon his mother's unopened letter. Gingerly he unfolded it, but just as he saw the graceful scrawl he flipped it over and tore off a small blank piece. He didnt want anything to give him second thoughts. Not now. He wrote his name down on the parchment, then just began to write Salem Academy of Shamanism and Sorcery. He caught himself and hurriedly crossed it out. He is a Hogwarts boy now. Get with the program Salander! Quote:
He reached the Age Line and with a deep breath, stepped over it. He paused for a moment, trying to feel if his back would give way or if he would grow a beard-- or worse, turn into a bird. Nothing. Smiling, Salander strode on towards the Goblet. He flicked the parchment in and saw it disappear amongst the flames. He stepped back, then turned towards the stairs where Grayson and many of the students enjoyed their vantage point. Taking up his messenger bag, he swung it over his shoulders, only realizing then that he was holding his breath since he flicked his name into the flames. He released his breath slowly. "Well thats that." |

I'm Hugo, by the way. First year Ravenclaw, and you?" |

"I love drawing too." She added. "That's what brought you to my attention. I love meeting other people that draws." she said with a bright smile. "And im Brittany Lee First Year Huffie." She added before she forgot to. "And its nice to meet you Hugo." |
SPOILER!!: Treyen and Kellen Arya giggled at Treyen. "I meant he doesn't have human legs." She shook her head a bit, still giggling as they both watched the bird fly around. "You think so...." Her eyes were still on bird!boy when she cocked her head to the side. "Maybe the bird part of him is enjoying it.....not sure about the human side." Or maybe both parts of him were enjoying it. Maybe, unlike her, he liked to transform into different creatures. "But this is his punishment. Being a bird, so they won't need to punish him again. Unless he likes being a creature and does it again." Highly unlikely if she said so herself. A satisfactory smile crossed her face when Treyen backed away from the line. She didn't want to chase him down if he had crossed the line. Chasing a bird was no fun, even if she was on a broom. "It was pretty awesome," She agreed. "Glad someone satisfied our curiosity." Well....her and Treyen's curiosity. Kellen still seemed determined to have someone else cross the line. "Why do you want someone else to cross the line, Kellen?" Wasn't one enough. "Do you think each student will transform into a different creature?" THAT was an interesting theory. |

And it only became funnier when a Huffie told Carter what he was saying was wrong. Quote:

SNORT! Instantly blushing by still laughing like a mad man, Patroclus tried to apoligise, " I " breath " couldn't " gulp " help myself! " |

Oooooh. Treyen smiled. "That, he doesn't" a nod came to his precious golden-brown head. But then he listened to what Arya was saying and it made absolute and total sense. It would be a punishment to him. Perhaps the bird!boy didn't feel that way, but for Treyen it would a disastrous event. And not a great way to start the year. Except...the invisibility thing. That sounded great. And maybe not all people reacted alike to the chalk line. Maybe he'll just turn invisible. Hmmmm. "That's interesting" he said, after Arya made her question, "And perhaps not everyone is supposed to be transformed into an animal" if that's what happened to bird!boy. Quote:
"The greeting" he nodded, before moving on with an explanation, "It is not Bon-Door, it is Bonjour" and he should know, his muggle family was part french. |
Ooooooh, foreign boys. Autumn giggled to herself as she ogled them. She towered over most of the crowd pretty easily at her embarrassing height of 5'10", so she could basically see them all. She was only fifteen, for Merlin's sake. Why did she have to be so tall? Oh, well. That was neither here nor there. What was definitely both here AND there were cute boys. Domestic, foreign... Who cared. They were everywhere. And all the boys who put their names in the goblet of fire were so brave... Sigh. She made a mental note to herself to meet as many of them as humanly possible while they were here. What could she say? She might have been a witch, but she was, above all, a fifteen-year-old girl. |

Destiny liked the way Sam thought! Polyjuice potion would be much better than stupid sunglasses and a stupid hat. Easier too, since there would be no chance of these other person's feature to be accidentally knocked off. "You know what would be worse than following my grandfather?" she asked, but she did not wait for an answer. She was pretty sure he wouldn't have guessed correctly anyway. "Following around my grandmum!" The woman was way too wrinkly. And Destiny had learned just how wrinkly the woman was when she honked her nose with the grabber pole. "I did." she said with a nod of her head, rocking back and forth on her feet. She was proud she had done that. "I thought her nose was going to come off when I pulled.." That was just gross. |

Of course, that didn't mean Eli didn't feel free to blab to Ellie and --well, the whole school -- about the Poor Doomed Prefect. What a wonderful tragedy in their midst! |
Ellie walked into the room with the wicked cool Goblet. If ooonly she had a camera, that would be sooo cool. She took a seat to watch all the older students enter. She spotted Nia and watched with utmost interest, she was talking to... someone else, but she hoped she would put her name in. |
hehe, How could we not notice that? SPOILER!!: Silly, silly Hogwarts Boys Monique nearly laughed out loud at hearing a 'bon-door' shouted out. "Did you hear that Brielle?" she asked her fellow Beauxbatons' student. She nodded in the direction of the boy that was failing horribly at hiding. At least, that's what she assumed he was doing. Perhaps they shall have a bit of fun with the boys that don't know French so well. They were obviously trying to get their attention, after all. |

"I can't believe you." Carter hissed while still ducking down. "They didn't see me... right?" he asked. Maybe he should hide behind Patroclus... hmmm... And he was just laughing! It wasn't that funny. Quote:

She was confused and conflicted. What she really wanted to do was go to Raiden and ask him straight out. "But you'd think if it was that bad, he would have died from the nervousness of adding his name, or at least gotten sick, and I don't think that happened. So I don't think it's quite as bad as you say, but I suppose that still doesn't mean it could be trouble." She looked back at Raiden again. He looked perfectly fine! He looked healthy! And not talking to him was going against every instinct. But then... she had promised. But none of this made any sense! |

But then someone came into the room and sat down nearby. BESTIE ALERT! Quote:
Well, it was exciting, at least. |

He pointed his finger at the girl and gestured her closer. He didn't like to see a lady upset, and if she wanted to get in the picture with him, he'd allow it. |
He appeared out of nowhere. "May I ask what is going on here?" asked Headmaster Zitnik. |

"Headmaster Zitnik," he bowed his head a little, before continuing. "Ve 'ave all put our name in the Govlet of Fire. Noe ve are just vaiting." And Nik was talking to the ladies, but that was quite obvious. |
Rex Tigwell puts his name in the Goblet Cup. He hopees to be picked for the Tri-Wizard Tournament. He will represent HogWarts very well. |
Lauren made her way into room and noticed a whole bunch of people sitting around or just standing, she wanted to watch, she was sure she was late for the whole process of course but she was sure there would be other brave students stepping up to the plate. She found a bench and watched people walk past her, she smiled when she saw Nik, he had a nice face, but like before he was surrounded by girls, and even one who was trying to take a picture with him. She chuckled low and shook her head, the Durmstrang headmaster walked in and she raised her eyebrows. That was so creepy. Was Nik in trouble for fraternizing with the girls? It seemed like the norm for him. |
Daisy found herself wandering right back near the Goblet of Fire. She sat down, a safe distance from the age line, and looked at everyone. When will there be a name drawn, she thought to herself. |
