Located just up the hill from the Magical Creatures Sanctuary is the Hogwart's stables. Professor Maya decided to keep things as your previous Professor left them and still have the young abraxans placed in the first few stalls, separate from the other winged-horses.
Come on in and let your creature get to know you. Make sure they're growing up nice and strong and report any problems to Professor Saylen. Please treat these wonderful creatures with respect or you will know the wrath of the Professor. All SS Board Rules apply here.

| Professional Twirler Mourned and Missed
The thought had been wearing on Patroclus all summer; How was Pieros?
Running across the grounds, the boy grew more and more excited as he saw the familiar building of the stables grow larger and larger, with every step. Running full pelt at the gate, Patroclus threw out his hand, grabbing the steal bars and vaulted himself over, with the skills of a gymnast.
Moving into the stable, Patroclus was dismayed to see the stable that had once been Pieros' was now empty. On the verge of tears, Patroclus turned to leave, when a familiar snort made him whip around. At the far end of the stable, their looked like there were some new stalls. Moving through the stable Patroclus was over-joyed to see his four legged friend, grown beyond recognising, but still happy to see him, it was as if Pieros had been just as desperate to see Patroclus
"Pieros!" Patroclus cried, covering the remaining distance in a few long strides, "I have missed you so much!"
The Abraxan had spent the morning eat the ales, the lovely dark haired lady had been fedding him and the other Abraxan.
The new lady had replaced their old Mother, around the same time Patroclus had left him. It had been hard for the winged horse to deal with not seeing the boy every other day, but with the regular flying lessons they had been having, Pieros had found it easier as the weeks went on.
Slurpping away at the ale in his trough, the familiar sound of shoes on the stable fall, made the Abraxan stop, listening carefully he heard the faint breathing of a chest he had come to recognise; it was Patroclus. Snorting with glee, Pieros was filled with excitement as he saw the boy appear around the corner. As he was hugged by the boy, Pieros realised how large he had grown.
He was Huge! |

Considering that Fletcher now had PERMISSION to go visit HIS Abraxan at last, the boy was really in no mood to do such a thing. Hmmph. Thanks a lot for being a fun-killer, Professor Tiger Lady. Oh yeah, and need we mention the dumb DUGBOG still hanging off his hand?
Fletcher frowned at the sight of the thing as he let himself into the stables and headed for the front stalls. Stupid... stupid bug. Hmmph. What if Cupcake wouldn't let him approach her because of the frozen creature hanging off his hand? What if she got scared by it?
Or.... ooh.... what if she tried eating it? That would be brilliant, actually. Heheh. Cheered slightly by the thought, Fletcher came to stop outside his cute little Cupcake's pen. He leaned over the door of the stall and grinned down at the young winged horse semi-curled up in the corner. "Hi baby! How are you?"
Right away, the beautiful, young Abraxan stood up and was at the door to the stall in two strides, whinnying happily to see the Hufflepuff. She nudged her head up for him to rub and he did, running his hand through her long mane.
"My my how you've grown!" Fletcher sniffled a little and started to let himself into the stall, doing his best to keep his attached dugbog hidden. "I guess it's safe to say you're er.... drinking enough...."
Cupcake snorted and neighed, swishing her long tail at him. Good, she hadn't noticed the bug yet. He walked around her slowly and patted her back. "Soon you'll be big enough to ride...." Maybe once his DUGBOG FELL OFF.

Rex finds "Sea Princess" in her stable. Rex takes her out of the stable Rex feeds her sugar and an apple. He walks her around for excercise. He washes her with soap and water. "Come on, I could use a ride" Rex calls out to "Sea Princess. He gets on her and she flys in tha air foir awhile and then comes down to earth. " Good gilr" Rex complimented "Sea Princess.

Leilani lead Cass over to the stables, unsure of how tame/ wild/ friendly these animals actually were.
Hmmmm...
Well, they couldn't possibly kill them, right? ... Yeah. Right. "Ooookay Cass so these," she said gesturing to the rather large horse things "Are Abraxans. And, uuuh... well they aren't normal horses."
Yes, because normal horses were totally like ten feet tall. Hmph. Great, now they were making her feel short too!! The world was against her.  | |

Rex comes by and checks on "Sea Princess" She is sleeping. Rex just pets his Abraxan and leaves so "Sea Princess" can sleep.
