She looked at the two girls she was now friends with and couldnt help but smile bigger.

"I'm a first year." she answered.

Libriana put her hands on her hips and raised her eyebrow. "I'm not a kid. Just because I'm eleven doesnt mean I'm a kid" she said sarcastically. "Oh. I came in this morning and I didn't know."

Kiera smiled brightly at the two girls. She remembered what it was like being a first year/ Oh she missed those days. But now she was soundig old.

Or maybe she was old. Kiera couldnt tell.

"Oh do you have any brother's or sisters here?" Kiera couldnt help but to think the girl looked familar, although remembering faces wasnt something she was paticullrly good at....

Kiera laughed almost forgetting how to breathe, this girl had attitude. And seeing it on a first year was just hilarous, "Oh does it now? So whats a kid to you then, kid?" Kiera knew maybe being nice would be a better idea, although, acting wasnt something she enjoyed to much.

She looked at Kiera. "Kids can't come to Hogwarts and," She looked around. "last time I checked I was at Hogwarts." Libriana bit her lip holding back giggles.

Ellie shook her head.

"No, I'm first. My brother will come here. But he's just five now." she said.

"Wait we're at Hogwarts??? I though we were in Gringotts!" Kiera shivered
she hated it there, it wasnt like she disliked golbins....they just scared her.... but she shrugged it off and started laughing.



"Awww he sounds cute!" Kiera laughed.

Ellie laughed.

"He's adorable. I love him to death." she said, honestly. Her family was really close, and the siblings barely ever fought.

Aiden meandered along the various pathways, going no where in particular. It just felt good to walk. He slipped his hands inside his pockets and strolled further down the pathway he was currently on, sun shining soothingly on his back.

Scarlett was getting a little sun while reading a book when she noticed a very handsome boy walking along the path. She took her hair out of the ponytail it was in and smoothed it out. She was tempted to wink at the boy as he looked at her but instead she flashed a small smile.

Aiden slowed his stroll to a halt when he came across a blonde soaking up some sun as she paged through a novel. He returned the smile and walked over to her. "Hi, there," he greeted, hopefully not interrupting. "What are you reading, if you don't mind my asking?"

"Hello." she said flashing him a smile. "Mid-Summer's Night Dream." Scarlett thought this boy was pretty cute. He could sit down if he wanted. She moved her bag and doggy eared the old ratty book. "Would you like to sit?"

Ah, Shakespeare. He smiled gratefully as she moved her things for him to take a seat. "Thank you." And he sat. For some reason, he always liked to see people reading. Who knows why. Maybe because he enjoyed a good book now and again as well. "So, I trust you're fan of Shakespeare, then?"

"Why yes I am. Are you?" she said laying the book on her lap which was covered by her dress. "I'm Scarlett, by the way."

"Nice to meet you, Scarlett. I'm Aiden," he smiled. He watched as she closed her book, then looked to the girl as he answered. "I am indeed," he informed her. "'Let me not to the marriage of true minds admit impediments.'" His lips pulled up into another smile as he recited the first line of Sonnet 116. It was the only one he had completely memorized, probably because it was the most popular.

Marie sat on the bench next to Gold. "I'm glad you are doing better. I was worried about you." She was feeling pretty bad for not writing to Gold more often over the summer. Now that she thought about it though, most of the letters she wrote had been to Carter. Whom Gold happened to mention.

"Um, yeah," she said smiling. "Things are good with me and Carter." It was just other people... like Evan, they weren't good with. "We aren't officially datihg yet though. Although some people like to assume we are." Like Evan... who seemed to make it perfectly clerar to her that he knew she was dating Carter.

Gold nodded. "Relax, and take your time," she told Marie. "No need to rush into things." Of course, people would assume the two were dating, anyway. Because it looked like that. She shifted a little, before turning to look at Marie. "How's Evan?" she asked gently. "I don't suppose you've sorted everything out with him, yet?"

That seemed to good to be true, really.

"I'm not with Dylan anymore, and I think I like it that way," she said, slowly. Did she actually? Gold still wasn't sure, not really. "I mean, I think I'm over him, now. Can't say it all won't be a sore spot for a little longer, though." She shrugged - you couldn't expect her to get over all that, too quickly -- it had hurt, and Gold was not used to getting hurt.

"Yeah, I know, Carter seems to think that way too. He was worried about what people would say to or about me for dating him since I just broke up with Evan. I told him I didn't care what anyone said, I only cared about what he thought. Besides, I broke up with Evan back in the begining of the summer." She was ready to move on with her life, without Evan as her boyfriend.

"Evan? Well... we aren't exactly speaking a lot right now." Were they even on speaking terms at all anymore? "Every time I see him we end up fighting... even after we made a truce at the feast last night." They couldn't even make it through one night of a truce before they were yelling at each other. "Every time I try telling him how I felt or what happened when he was gone he just yells at me. It's like I can't say anything right to him."

"Aww, I'm sorry, I thought for sure you and Dylan would get back together." Marie really didn't know Dylan but she liked him just from the few times she had met him. "Do you mind me asking what happened with you two?" she asked not really sure if Gold would feel comfortable enough to tell her. "I mean you always looked so happy when you were together."
