Justin giggled at Maddie. "Did you have fun?" he asked. The whole conversation was mainly a cover up for what he had to tell Maddie. He knew it would hurt Maddie a lot to know he had to leave Hogwarts. His smile disappeared completely. There was no sign of happyness at all. He knew he had to tell Maddie but he didn't know how. Or when.

Maddie laughed
'Apart from losing the notebook, yeah' she said, grinning. The she noticed his smile disappear 'Justin, what's wrong? Are you alright? Tell me....'

Justin looked at Maddie and closed his eyes. He really hated doing thing's like this. It made him just want to run away and hide under a rock. "It really hurts me to have to say this but.." he started. He stopped himself before he went on. He had to say it. He needed to get it out.

'What, Justin?' she said, closing her eyes. No, he couldn't have... cheated on her? Could he? Please, god, no.

Justin took a deep breath. "Before I tell you I need you to know I truly do love you" he said. He took hold of Maddie's hand. "I recieved a letter from my mom and my dad got a job in Atlanta. We leave tomorrow which means this is our last chance to see each other. I really don't like doing this but my dad is forcing me to go" he explained almost in tears. It broke his heart to have to do that to Maddie.

Oh. My. God. How could his dad do this
'I'm sorry, Justin, I - I... sorry' she said, getting up 'I just have to go' she let go of his hand and sprinted to the Common Room, tears forming in her eyes and streaming don her cheeks.

Justin watched as his one chance of remaining happy slipped right through his finger's. He really wasn't happy right now. He watched as Maddie ran off almost crying. "Sorry Maddie" he shouted whilst tears formed in his eyes. He hated this. His heart had just been shattered in a million pieces by one mention of leaving his true love.

He got up from the rock and walked over to Carter who was sat writing on rocks. He still had tears in his eyes and failed to find the power to make them go. "Hey Carter. I have something I need to tell you" he said calmly to Carter without so much as a smile toward the third year Gryffindor.

Olivia rolled her eyes, with a sigh."Savannah has that controling thing though..."She said, looking down at her watch. It was about time for her to leave."Yep, I'm going back there."She said with a nod of her head."I need to leave soon Aiden..."

"I'll be careful," Aiden assured her with a quick wink. He took notice of her eyes glancing down at her wristwatch. She needed to leave, it seemed. "Right.." He said, now not quite so comical. "Well.. I don't keep you, then." Goodbyes were just as awkward, maybe even more awkward, than people crying. "So.. I suppose this is goodbye."

Olivia bit her lip and then gave Aiden a light peck on the cheek,"Bye. I will miss you..."She said, waving to him and walking off. Tears were going down her cheek.

Carter looked up from his ancient runes homework. "Sure Justin. What's up?" he asked. The Slytherin boy looked a bit distracted. Hopefully nothing bad happened.

Savannah entered the front gate, her bags were already up in her dorm room. The only thing that was with her was her white persian cat, Priscilla. She had this cat with her at all times...well....most times. Savannah looked around, hoping for Aiden. She let out a sigh as she didn't see Aiden. Darn. Oh well, she would find him eventually.

Making his way towards the gate, Cody was hoping to find a chance of escape. Merlin's beard. He just needed to get away for awhile, but that probably wouldn't happen. Stupid school with it's ultra helpful protection. Sigh.

Not noticing a girl who was standing in his pathway, Cody continued on walking, until he rammed into her. Snapping his head up, he immediately reached out to steady her. Biting his lip, he quickly apologized, "Ah, I'm sorry. Should've been watching where I was going."

And then...somebody ran into her. Savannah wanted to snap at them and she was seconds away from it until she looked up and saw a rather cute boy. He certainly wasn't as cute as Aiden but....he would be fun to flirt with."You should probably watch where you are going, you could have hurt my cat."She said, looking down at Priscilla who was not harmed at all."Who are you ?"She said, one brow raised. She was new so she might as well get to know people."I just moved from Beauxbatons, Savannah Conrad."She said with a nod of her head."This is Priscilla."She said, smiling down at her fuzzy white cat.

Cody raised an eyebrow, but nodded none the less. It was true, he did need to be more careful. "Mhm, I'm sorry. Is she alright?" Chuckling slightly at her rather blunt question, "Cody Russell. Pleasure to meet you Savannah." He chuckled, looking at the cat. She was certainly pretty, but Savannah's cat had nothing on Eric.

Savannah giggled,"Why yes. She is fine. You are lucky you didn't hurt her though."She said, looking up at Cody with a smirk. She went on with peting Priscilla. She smiled at pretty and charming smile."Pleasure to meet you."She said with a tiny curtsy. Yeah, her parents brought her up on manners...so what ? Manners made you look all fancy and stuff."So, how do you like Hogwarts ? You see, it is my first day nad I know nothing about this school besides that my ex boyfriend attends here."She said with a nod. It was probably to much info much whatever. Savannah didn't really care.

Cody chuckled, his first impulse had been to get annoyed about the damn cat, but then again, he would've done the same to Eric. Heaven forbid someone touch his cat! Cody was slightly surprised at the courtesy but said nothing of it. Merely giving a nod of awknoledgment. "Pleasure is all mine."

And then there was the question of Hogwarts, "Your first day? Ah, I think you'll like Hogwarts. Great teachers, the grounds are amazing," maybe a little too amazing. Considering he couldn't get out, "And most of the people fairly alright." Key word, most. Furrowing his brow, he almost asked who her ex was, but decided against it, considering Cody didn't know a whole lot of people.

Maddie sat down on a rock, waiting for Justin's friend to arrive. She wanted to make a good first impression on the boy who Justin seemed to like so much...

Bradin Westerly entered the front gate. He'd sent his trunk up to the dorm already and was ready to make friends and start his life as a British student. He still had his American accent, and he digged it. He saw a girl sat on a rock. He recognised her from the photo Justin had showed him before he left for Atlanta. "And this pretty young lady must be the girl Justin wouldn't shut up about last night. I'm Bradin" he said to Maddie. He also knew her name. He was excited to start this term. And by god would it be awesome.

Maddie laughed and smiled prettily at Bradin. She wanted to seem nice, not evil like Violet and Tori were going to tell him.
'Nice to meet you, Bradin!' she said politely 'And yes, I'm Maddie. Did you have a good journey here from America?' she liked his accent. American accents were cool.

Bradin smiled at Maddie. Cute name. "It was way better than it is going back. Trust me, flight attendants are not the best people to have a conversation with. When you go on a plane take that in mind" he replied. "Pleasure to meet you too Maddie. And Justin wanted me to give you this" he said handing Maddie a box with a diamond bracelet. "He wanted you to have it as a reminder of how much he loves you" Bradin said.

Maddie giggled
'I'll remember that next time I head off to Hawaii' she said, grinning. She gasped as he gave her a bracelet 'Gosh, it's beautiful!' she whispered, and removed the bracelet she was wearing at the moment. When she tried to put it on, she found she couldn't do the clasp 'Would you mind doing this up for me?' she saked Bradin

Bradin giggled a little. "Sounds great. Hawaii is an awesome place, for both living and going on vacation" he replied. He watched as Maddie tried to put the bracelet on. He looked at her and did the clasp up for her. "Justin always has had a good taste in gift's. Especially for girl's" he said. He was even better than Bradin in that department.

'It's great, I love it there!' Maddie said, smiling. 'Thanks' she said as he did up the clasp for her 'He does. This is gorgeous. I'll owl him later... tell him I like it...'

Bradin smiled at Maddie. Now he knew why Justin liked her so much. "Wow, Justin wasn't kidding when he said you're the best looking girl here" he said. That was rather corny but true nonetheless. He was going to like it here. He had to be careful with Violet though. A blonde bombshell with a serious attitude. His speciality. Or so it would seem anyway.
