Maddie considered that.
'I'm not sure' she said after a while 'Maybe I could look it up next time I'm in the library...'

Bradin shrugged. "Sounds like a plan" he replied. He thought about it for a second. "Thats if I manage to find my way to the library without being sent on a detor by the moving staircases" he added with a slight giggle. This year was going to be fun with him trying not to get lost by the staircases.

Maddie grinned
'You know, they haven't been a problem for me so far' she said, smiling 'But I've probably jinxed by saying that...'

Bradin giggled. "I haven't walked in the castle yet and usually when I step foot in somewhere new, something pathetic happens to me. Like ending up on the wrong floor, tripping over someone or something, or something like that" he replied. There was usually something ready to go wrong.

Maddie smiled and touched the bracelet on her wrist.
'Wanna go inside then? It's probably warmer there anyway...'

Bradin smiled. "Yeah sure. Its not exactly very warm out here so lets hope its warmer in there. I bet it looks really creepy at night" he replied and started to head toward the extremely large castle.

Maddie laughed and stood up
'Let's go!' she said, grinning, and set off towards the castle

Ellie giggled. She supposed Mina had never been to a muggle fast food restaurant.. well, it seemed pretty obvious at least. But moving on.

She watched the rock turn into a cute little watch. "Nice." she said, supportively. "So, I guess now it's time to switch and turn them back?" she held the watch out to Mina.

Mina smiled and took the watch from Ellie. "Thanks, I'm really think I'm getting better at this," she smiled as she handed hers over as well.

Holding the watch in her hand, she reached for her wand. Now was the true test. Envisioning the toy car in her head, she taps the wand followed by a swirl of her wand. Reverto

In her hand was now the little car again, it looked right. Holding it up, she smiled. "Okay, did I turn it back just like it was?" she questioned.

Ellie smiled and took Aidan's toy car back. She held it eye level and examined it. It looked the same... Yup. Exactly. "Perfect!" she said. Magic was so fun.

Then she looked at the silver watch in her other hand, placing the toy car on the ground for now. She closed her eye and recalled the facade of the.. rock. Pretty easy to picture. She opened her eyes again and looked at the watch. "Reverto!" she said, being sure to emphasize the 'toe', pointing her walnut wand. She smiled again when she saw that the rock was now in her hand, where the watch was just before.

She copied Mina and held it up for her, "Look the same?" she asked.

Mina smiled as she watched Ellie examine the car. She had doubts that she could possible get it all right but she had done it right. She really needed to stop doubting herself.

Watching, she smiled as the watch turned back to the rock. She still got excited seeing things like that happen. It never got old to her and she was sure it never would. Looking at the rock, she reached over and took it. Rolling it in her hand, she smiled.

Looking up, she nodded. "Ellie, it's perfect. You did it!"

Ellie smiled and laughed. "So did you!" she said. They were both excellent witches, then. Yup.

Mina clapped and smiled. Yes, she was really getting better at her transfiguration. Her luck was looking like it was changing and it was about time. "We are god aren't we?" she laughed. Yes, this was a sign for sure. This was going to be Ravenclaw's year.

Aiden ambled down to the front gate of Hogwarts; for once, the thing was open.. seeing as it was a Hogsmeade weekend. There was a lot on his mind, so it was nice to just stroll around the grounds a bit, going to no particular destination.

Trixie walked towards the open gate. Could she even be bothered to go to Hogsmeade for the first time? Or did just staying in the common room sound great to her But she noticed a familiar brunette and so with a huge sigh she walked up next to the guy. "Hi Aiden" she sighed before looking down at her feet. She wasn't even in the mood for getting revenge on the guy, that's how sad she was. Stupid Ella! Ergh ruins everything. Why did her life have to be like this? In fact that sounded like a great idea to be here. Couldn't she just run out that gate and not return because that was exactly what she wanted to o right now. If it wasn't for the guy stood next to her, she probably would Aiden was pretty much the only person she could trust right now, even though he technically deceived both herself and Ella. Correction, about from Vanessa he was the only person she liked right now!

Aiden turned at the sound of a voice and suddenly found Trixie in his line of sight, walking over towards him. Hmmh. She looked..... distraught. "Hey Trix," he greeted. "What's up with you?" Of course he had seen the girl sad before, but.. well, not like this.

Trixie smiled weakly at Aiden before going on to explain 'what was up' with her. Pfft. Everything was up with her. Her life maybe? "Milo" she said simply. That was practically all she was going to say Oh and one other person. "Ella. She ruined it all" she stated with a huge sigh. That gate suddenly looked like a very good idea right now. Should she run out right now? Nope Aiden was keeping her grounded.

Aah, Milo. That was her new boyfriend, right? Yes. The semi-odd name stuck in his memory. Whatever happened, it seemed like their relationship was either on the rocks or done. "Oh. What happened?" He shoved his hands in his pockets. "Hah. I'm sure Ella didn't mean to ruin it; she just likes getting people riled up," Aiden said with a smile.

Trixie sighed again. "We're over Aiden" she stated sadly. And it was all ella's fault. Ergh why couldn't her cousin just let her live her life as it was? "And she id mean to ruin it! She told me to shut up, I've only lost a few brain cells. She doesn't know how to be nice" she claimed. And even when Ella had tried to apologize nothing good had come out of it. "And she was RUDE to Milo" she stated.

"Already?" Ehh. That was.. short-lived. He pushed his lips to the side as she spoke further. Trixie was really upset over all this. "If he really likes you, he should give you a second chance." But he was still rather confused over why that comment would make them break up. Maybe it was due to thin skin? "Well, even if she said that.. don't you think that's a pretty insignificant thing to get mad about? I mean, you know Ella's personality. And if Milo can't handle someone being rude to him, then he has a lot to learn."

Trixie nodded her head. "No it's not just the comment that made us split up. If anything it would have bought us closer. It's something else Ella said, or rather implied, and i really don't want to talk about it Aiden so could we change the subject?" she asked Mostly because this implication involved Aiden himself and she didn't want to progress any further on this otherwise she'd have to tell him.

Aiden's eyebrows pulled towards each other as she continued speaking. He was definitely curious now, but if Trixie asked not to talk about something, then he'd oblige her. "Yeah, of course." Okay, so new topic. Ah. How could he forget. "Oh, you know yours and Ella's revenge on me was worse than I expected?" He had considered not mentioning this, but he figured it'd cheer her up or something. "Yeah. So, it was permanent pink marker. I washed my face a million times and it still wouldn't come off. And so guess what happened.." Sigh. Embarrassing. "A second year saw me in the common room, and she asked me if I'd like a pink bow to match it. A second year!" What nerve! That a second year girl would mock him! Even if he did look ridiculous..

Ellie laughed. "Well, we seem to be!" True. Hopefully she'll be able to keep up with the spells and everything.

Mina smiled and nodded. She did feel a bit better with have been able to get her transfiguration right the first time. Rolling the rock in her palm, she pulled out her journal again to write everything down.

Looking up at Ellie, she shrugged. "So, now that's all done. What else is there to do?" she laughed.

Carter smiled looking down at his collection of runes so far. He had exactly 15 smoothed stones with a rune marking on them. He was more than halfway there. Leaving his things by the rock he was sitting on he wandered around again to gather the remaining 10 he needed. After a few minutes of searching he returned to the giant rock with 10 runes in his hand. He began smoothing the stones as he had done before. He was becoming really pleased with his results. Soon he'd have his own complete rune set.
