Maddie was walking through, when a sound she wasn't expecting rang through the room. Guitar... and bass? She looked around and found he musicians soon enough
'Hey, that's great' she said, smiling. They were good. She could play guitar, but not as good as this. she did sing, though. Quite well, if she did say so herself.

Still glaring at Raven, Adam didn't notice a third person enter the room. He was running through his mind every possibility he could have of hurting her, but his chances of getting away unhurt where probably slim. There was always that plan though... The one he'd mentioned vaguely to Tyler when she'd insulted Lori. Speaking of Tyler, Ad hadn't seen him for a while.

That wasn't anything to do with right then, though, and the seventeen year old focused on the problem in hand. Someone had entered the corridor, and it was when she spoke that he noticed, her voice startling him slightly, but not enough so that he'd show it. He wasn't revealing such a weakness to Raven, who knew what she'd do?

He turned to the girl with a smile, glad of anything to get him to look away from Raven without seeming rude - he was going to be civil, and not let her know how much she annoyed him, after all. "Um, thanks," Adam said. "You in Ravenclaw? I think I've seen you around the Common Room..." That was true, and it started up a conversation that didn't entirely focus on him and Raven.

She had pointed out one thing, however. One thing Adam hated to, and yet felt the compelling need to admit; him and Raven did sound great together, the rhythm of the two instruments and musicians together, synced.

Hrrrrmppfffftttt.

Maddie smiled, and wondered if she should've interrupted. There seemed to be something going on between the two people there...
'No problem' she said to the boy 'Oh, yes, I am. I'm Maddie, by the way. Maddie Force'

Adam's grin at the girl widened; he thought he sensed that she felt like she was interupting, but he wanted to make it clear to her, and to anyone else who might happen to pass by them, that any interuption was exceedingly welcome. He was not in the mood to be alone with Raven now, but Adam didn't think that even company would stop her having a dig at him.

"Hi Maddie," he said, running a hand through his hair, the other still clutching the neck of his guitar. "I'm Adam, sixth year. This is Athlon." Because there was no need for her to know Ravens first name. Or her year. Or her house.

Nope - Maddie was probably safer without that knowledge.

Maddie smiled
'Nice to meet you, Adam' she said happily 'I like your guitar. You play a lot? I used to, but I haven't for a while... you're good on bass too, er, Athalon' she said. And it was true. They sounded great together.

"It's nice to meet you too, Maddie," Adam smiled down at the younger girl. "What year are you in?" His guess was at second, but he'd known himself to be wrong. Honestly, he was a pretty poor judge of character. He glanced down at the guitar as she complimented the instrument, and when he looked back up, his grin was even wider, if that was possible.

"I like it too," he said with a laugh. "I've had it since I was eight, although it was a little big for me to play back then." He laughed, but it was true. Now, however, is six-foot-three frame was apt for the instrument. "Yeah, I love it. You did? We should play in the Common Room sometime, I've an electric in my dorm. Maybe I could teach you some new stuff, get you playing again?"

He ignored the comment about them sounding good together though. Adam wasn't ready to admit it, yet.

Maddie grinned
'First... should be third, but my parents wouldn't let me come for two years. They're muggles.' she said. It was a shame... 'Really? Guess it was a bit big for you then! Oh, really? That's so nice od you, I'd love to!'
Maddie noticed he ignored her comment about them sounding good, but let it go.

"What's the matter Adam, can't bear to say my first name?" Raven said with a smirk then nodded at the Ravenclaw who entered the area, choosing not to speak because she was so focussed on playing her bass and no matter what anyone said, there was no way she'd think that just because he was playing guitar that they sounded good together because honestly, he annoyed her to the point where she never thought that she could be annoyed.

Ah, so another person who'd been kept behind? "Well, I should be seventh, but I failed all of my fifth year exams in Durmstrang, then got kicked out. Because I had no O.W.L.'s, I had to repeat the year here. Although I still didn't do very wel." He laughed the thought off however, and focused again on teaching and playing some guitar with Maddie. "I'll say," he laughed about the instrument being big. "Great, we should do it sometime!" He grinned again. Oooh, teaching time came now!

"Not really, it reminds me too much of things I don't like. On saying that, so does your second name, so how about I just call you 'it' from now on?" Adam replied, his voice oozing fake sweet-ness. Urghh, Raven annoyed him to no end sometimes!

When Adam mentioned that he was going to call her it, Raven just about exploded; how dare he! "Listen you.. there's no way you're going to call me it without getting hexed into next week. Understand? Now either call me Raven or Miss Athlon. Because. I. WILL. NOT. BE. CALLED. IT!" The anger that was brewing inside her was definitely becoming more noticable in her voice and she wasn't going to let the Ravenclaw off with a warning this time.

Adam couldn't help but laugh at the way Raven erupted. It was comical, the way she thought she could take him out. Well, she probably could, but he had this thought that she'd directly hit him. See, he could hit her if he wanted, but wasn't the great idea always to go for something close to the victim, rather than the victim themselves?

And Ad had his eyes on a target.

"Oh, you can hex me all you want, It," he managed scathingly, whilst inside he wanted to laugh. "And you will be called it, because even if you do hex me, it's honestly not going to stop me calling you It! It! It! It! It!" he began to chant, cirling her with a gleeful look on his face.

Ah, this was too funny!

Raven was not about to hold back anymore, Adam decided to push her to the edge and that wasn't a good idea; it seemed that for a Ravenclaw he was pretty stupid at times. "I'm going to give you to the count of 5 to run before I draw my wand and hex you where you stand, understand? Or do I need to speak slower?" Smirk.

Oh it's game over for this one.

Watching Raven, Adam still had an urge to laugh, curse her, and then go into Hogsmead for some Sugar Quills. The latter, however, wasn't a must, and he still had some in his dorm. Maybe he could go and get them, then teach Maddie some guitar in the Common Room? Sound like an even better idea than his first.

"Nope, I understand you pretty well. On the count of five, you're going to hex me where I stand. That is right, isn't it? I'm not that fluent in 'It' Language..." he smirked, then he stood there, and raised five fingers. Lowering one, he cluched his wand tightly inside his pocket, lowering two, he thought up the spell. Lowering the third, he concentrated hard, willing himself to be strong enough. Lowering the fourth, Adam took a deep, but not noticable, breath.

Lowering the last finger, when he knew Raven would attack, Adam whipped his wand out of his pocket with skill and precision. Stupefy! he said in his head, and the spell came out strong, a jet of red light firing towards Raven/

Chris was on his normal Prefect walks through the Castle making sure everything was in order and there were no trouble makers running around making a mess. Messes the worst thing in Chris's mind. He wasn't crazy just when things were out of place it bothered him...like bad.

All was quiet on this floor as he entered the hallway with the suits of Armor. Those things had always given him the creeps. What if someone was hiding inside one of them? What if the suits just got up and attacked him? 'Calm down Chris there is nothing down here.' he said trying to calm himself down a bit.

Then there was a creak as an air draft moved through the corridor which made the Head Boy jump litterally a few feet into the air with fright and hit the nearest Suit of Armor. He let out another shreik as he thought in his mind it had grabbed him and then it all ended with the spear falling to the ground with a loud clank.

Looking around, heart still racing, Chris hoped to Merlin no one had seen that.

Brinkley Neal Hasselhof was in a suit of armor.


Yes, the idea was ludicrous, but there he was, bloody trapped in a suit of armor. It wasn't his own doing. Brink did, at some point, consider it when he was avoiding third year girls but this time, it was definitely not his doing. It was a pair of bullies doing, is what it was.

In order to preserve his own non-violent life, Brinkley was forced to seek refuge in an empty suit of armor.

He however did not predict being trapped in it. Half delirious with hunger, thirst, and from being BLOODY TRAPPED IN SUCH A SMALL PLACE, Brinkley moaned and fidgeted, making the suit creak suspiciously.

Creaaaaaaak.

Could he have spazzed out anymore than that?! Chris stood crouched against the wall opposite the suit of armor that had startled him. Well technically it was the wind not the armor but he wanted to blame it...because it was creepy. The Head Boy stood up dusting himself off, and bent over to pick up the fallen spear.

Just as he had the spear in his hand another sound made him feel as if all the blood had left his body and he began to shiver with fear. Turning around slowly to face the wall of Armor, he could tell the sound was coming from the suit three down from the one he had crashed into; this was no echo.

Brandishing the spear he krept his way across the stone floor, cautious to make no noise. He finally reached the wretched thing and there was no noise. Oh ok it must have been his imagination. So turning around, shaking the fear off the Head Boy made to leave.

And then it groaned again. "ARGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!" the Gryffindor shouted in both fear and rage as he turned around on the spot and went all warrior on the thing banging it with the side of the spear making a sound as loud a gong.

His eyelids felt heavy so he let them close even as he let out another pitiful moan. He was starving. If worse came to happen, Brinkley was going to start eating his fingers. It wasn't a thought that lasted long in Brink's brain. He was suddenly preoccupied with the SUDDEN CLANGING INSIDE HIS SKULL.

AWHKLDEFHLKSDFG!!!!

Letting out a wail, Brinkley trashed about, flailing his armor covered arms over his head. Dizzy, he stumbled forward.

It was not a good day to be Brinkley N. Hasselhof. It was probably not a good day to be Head Boy either.

Ok not only had the stupid Armor-ghoul creak loudly and scare the crap out of him, but it just didn't take a hint! Did one sharp hit with a spear tell it nothing about how Chris felt about him?!

Chris quickled pulled the spear back for another blow but was beaten by the suit following forward ON TOP OF HIM!!! "Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!" Chris screamed and fell backwards as the heavy metal fiend attacked him. "Get off me get off me!!!" he yelled practically in tears. Oh he was never goning down here again, another Prefect would have too. Someone big and not afraid of anything... or Cela.

Scrambling for a minute or so, the Head Boy finally managed to pull himself from the beast and hit it another time with the spear. "BANG!!" If he hadn't been so scared or so convientently armed with a spear he would have thought to use magic. But that was probably for the best to be honest.

After the last bang echoed through the corridor and the Suit of Armor was finally silent, the Gryffindor walked closer to it. He swooped down bravely and removed the helmet, hoping to Merlin nothing would jump out at him. Eyes closed he heard the thing disconnect and he opened his eyes, due to the lack of things jumping out.

And it was a kid. "Ooops!" Chris said with an embarrassed smile. "Hello there."

Never in his entire life had Brinkley been so abused. The clanging would not stop and neither would his blurry vision. Whatever he was crushing was putting up a fight. Brink would have been glad to get off him and save himself the pain but he was too disoriented to move.

Moving wasn't a problem, though, as his attacker was doing it all in Brinkley's place. Groaning, he watched the Head Boys looking down on him. How many Head Boys were there? Two? Three? Seven?

"Err," he mumbled, covering his face with his eyes. "You, all of you, need to stop staring at me."

Chris didn't know what to do. He had just brutally attacked a student, and younger one at that! He just continued to star for another minute before the boy told them to stop staring out him. All of us?

Ohhhh...before the boy had covered his face, his eyes were clearly corssed in disorientation. "Merlin! I am sooo sorry!!!" Chris sprung back into Head Boy helpful mode out of his previous scaredy cat positon, dropping the spear as he did so. He made to reach for the guy's hand to help him up.

Nymphy ran and stopped by the suits of armor. "Wingardium Leviosa!" he yelled, flicking his wand at the sword. It raised up floated. "Now when we do this, we need to stand back. Let the swords do the fighting, not us!" he laughed.

"Fixate!" he continued. The sword stopped floating and just stopped in mid air. "Now......Locomoter sword!" he said. Now he could freely move the sword, but have amply control over it. "You try!" he said to Avery.

Avery barely able to catch her breath before Nymphy starte twirling a sword around the air with his wand, laughed with what little breath she had left. Clutching a stich in her side, "Hang on! I....need.....tooo....catch.....my breath" Avery said taking deep breaths in between her words.

When she was finally able to breath normally again after about a minuet Avery mimicked Nymphy's spells and motions and quickly had her own sword in the air ready for a fight. "Now......ON GUARD!" Avery shouted the last word and thrust her wand/sword at Nymphy.

He was ready for her! When her sword swung down, he wooshed his wand and his sword swung around hers (so that hers missed) and then Nymphy flicked hs wand down and and slammed the sword on top of hers....

Avery quickly sensing danger from Nymphy's sword/wand she moved three steps to her right and missed Nymphy's attack by inches. "This is fun Nymph where do you come up with ideas like this!" Avery was laughing so hard she probably was going to pee her pants. She was able to control herself long enough to launch another attack at Nymphy this time being sneaking about it and whirling the wand around to the side rather than an attack on his front. He was going to be prepared for that!

Instead of a trick this time, Nymphy tilted his wand and the sword parried the blow. He pushed his wand and his sword threw Avery's sword back. He then swung violently with his wand and the sword flew at Avery's, with the force to break it in half....
