Carter arrived in the Great Hall just in time for dinner. He promised Marie that he would meet up with her. He looked around and spotted her at the end of the table. "Hey there." he said joining her at the table.

"You didn't think of it because I'm entitled to one of those rare moments when I actually have a good idea," Selena joked. "No thanks, I don't really like bananas," Selena said with a smile. Selena liked fruits, just not most of them...


"hahaha. Just one more?" Selena giggled. "I don't think you should eat so much! I know you like quidditch, and can probably burn off all the calories," Selena sighed, "but you'll have a huge stomach ache!" Selena exclaimed as she moved the plate away from Edie. It wasn't that she was being mean, she just cared about her friend's health.

Saiyomi nodded and said, "Oh, ok, that's fine then." She peeled her banana and bite into it. "Not everyone likes bananas, just like I don't like strawberries, everyone is entitle to their own opinion."

"Strawberries are only good for cake and when its covered in chocolate," Selena smiled, "I refuse to eat strawberries any other way," Selena laughed.

"Ar ju kiddin?" Etoile said as she stuffed the rest of the waffle in her mouth as Selena moved the plate away. She reached for a napkin and wiped the chocolate of her face was she chew. She gulped down the hole lot and washed it down with the rest of her pumpkin juice.
"I wake every morning an hour before I usually do and go out for a run. I have to stay in shape if I want to make it into the Quidditch team!" She smiled. She did eat a lot, but she did burn all those calories really fast. She stood up and dusted the breadcrumbs of her robes.
"i'm going to the Library, If you two would like to join me you can. I'd like to see if I can find an intresting book!"

Saiyomi smiled and said, "See, I like bananas anyway they are made, to me they are just delicious." She looked at Etoile, who stood up and nodded, saying, "I think I'm just gonna stay here, see you two later."

"You go out for runs too? So it's not just me and my weirdness?" Selena asked. "I'll come with," Selena said. She needed a new reading book, the rest were all at home in a pile she had forgotten to bring.

"Let's go, Shall we? If I remember correctly, it's on the fourth floor!"

". . ." Selena said as she looked torn between the two. She smiled at Saiyomi. "I'll see you later in the dorms," Selena promised before she went off to the library.

Marie was sitting there waiting for Carter to join her for dinner. She had not seen him since last night and she really missed him right now. She looked over at the Gryffindor table, maybe she was suppose to meet him over there. Not seeing him there she looked towards the door just in time to see him walk in. A huge smile appeared on her face as he walked over to her. "Hey, how was your day?" she asked as he sat down.

"Not as good as it is now." Carter replied with a smile. "I ran into Ella by the new wishing fountain and that's really all I've done all day. How about you? How was the Slytherin meeting?"

Marie felt a wave of happiness flow through her when Carter said his day was better now. "Yeah, me too, my day just got a whole lot better." Being around Carter always made her days better, no matter how bad they were going. "How's Ella doing?" Wait, did he say the wishing fountain? "There's a wishing fountain on the grounds now? Did you make a wish?" She knew she would have made one if she would have been there.

What did she do today? Besides avoid Marilyn and Evan after last nights confrontations---which she knew she should probably tell Carter about--- not a whole lot except for go to the meeting with Truebridge. "The meeting went okay I guess. We started out 50 points in the hole and walked out 19 points ahead. We had to tell what it meant to be Slytherin to earn back the points those brats lost for us last night." Those brats that didn't even bother to show up to help get the points back. "We aren't out of trouble yet though. Thanks to those brats if one person gets in trouble in Slytherin we loose Hogsmead privelages and the chance for the Quodditch cup, and possibly more points taken away." Marie liked Truebridge as a professor but not so much as HoH. She had a feeling Slytherin was going to come in dead last in points... again. "I guess we should enjoy the points lead now while we can. It'll probably be the only time we are in the lead." she said laughing.

"She's doing good." Carter answered. "And yes. There is a wishing fountain. It's pretty cool actually." he said. "Maybe we could take a walk there later?" he suggested. "And yes, I did make a wish. You can't walk by a wishing fountain without making a wish."

"50 points down? Really?" Carter asked. That was very surprising. "Did you win some points back?" he asked.

Tori was hungry so she sat down at the table. She thought about her friends in America. She wondered how they were doing as she took a bite of food.

"Thata's good, tell her I said hi next time you see her." Unless of course she seen her herself then she could just tell her. "Yeah, I would love to walk out there with you," and wish for you to ask me to be your girlfriend already.

"Well my answer only earned back 3 of the 69 points we got. Now we officially have 19 points which puts Slytherin in the lead for the house cup." That is until someone messes up and loses them another 50 points again.

She started to tell Carter about what happened last night in the common room with Evan and the dorm room with Marilyn after he left her but closed her mouth before any words could come out. She wasn't sure if she wanted to worry him with the threats Marilyn had made to her. Instead she decided to ask him about his dreams. "So, did you have sweet dreams last night?"

Taking another bite from his banana, Evan nodded and shrugged. It wasn't a big deal as long as Olivia still remembered that they'd met. And he would forget her surname. Hopefully, she wouldn't mind that.

He grinned. Swallowing his banana, he said "You too. I'd have thought you were seventh." Really, though... how come she wasn't a seventh year? She at least looked like a sixth.

The blondie reached for a napkin, offering it to her. The colour or syrup made an interesting sight on pink. Hehe. His eyes were again on the hair.

Olivia took the napkin from him and smiled at him, a real smile.She attempted to get the syrup out of her hair."Obviously I am a bit on the clumsy side...."Olivia said, chuckling. She wasn't really mad about getting it in her hair. She kind of found it amusing.

"Really ?"Olivia asked, one brow raised. She was now looking up from her hair. She giggled again seeing him looking at her hair."Should I be offended that you keep staring at my hair ?"Olivia asked, smirk still intact.

Evan smiled, still watching the hair. His blond hair looked so dead next to that lively pink. He tried to imagine himself being a girl. He, too, would dye his hair, though it'd be like a rainbow, only partially. And probably contain lilac, white, blue, red and yellow--the colours of his three football teams. But then again, he might not like football if he was a girl. Lucky that he was a boy.

He chuckled, finally looking back at Olivia again. "Noo, it's just... your hair is pretty." And he meant it.

"19 points ahead. Good for you guys." Carter said. "So, anything else happen in the past day?" he asked her.

"I did indeed. It seems that I can't help it, a certain beautiful girl always enters my dreams and makes everything perfect. How about you? Have any sweet dream?"

Marie blushed a little when Carter looked at her and said a certain beautiful girl always enters his dreams. Then he asked if she had sweet dreams. She could either lie to him or tell him the truth... that she really didn't sleep last night.

She decided to tell the truth.

"Well... I didn't exactly have the best night after I got back to the common room last night... and it got even worse when I got to the dorm room sooo... I didn't really sleep last night." Who knew when she would sleep again.

"Really?" Carter asked with a voice full of concern. "What happened? Is everything alright?"

"Well, no... everything isn't alright." she said. "Evan and I are no longer friends, the truce didn't even last one night and well... Marilyn pretty much wants to kill me." Yep, that was her night in a nutshell.

Carter nodded as Marie said the truce didn't work out so well. He figured the moment that he came up something like that would happen. And then he continued nodding as she talked about Marilyn. From the looks they were getting earlier he figured some tension would be there. "Wait. What? She wants to kill you? Why?" he asked.

Marie could tell that Carter seemed concerned when she mentioned Marilyn. "Because she has it in her head that I betrayed her friendship by getting close to you." It's not like they had been best friends anyway. "She didn't come right out and say she wanted to kill me but she did point her wand at me and make some threats. At first I didn't even know what I had done to her and she wouldn't tell me, she just kept telling me I knew. She said I would know when I woke up and my sheets were burning or when I was sitting in class and my clothes started to melt off of me" Yep, burning sheets would be a good reason for one not to sleep.

"She said that to you?" Carter asked. What gave Marilyn the right to say such things? "Why does she even care who I'm with?" he asked out loud. "Do you think she actually means that stuff?" he asked her.
