Alexandrie looked at Hermione before pointing to her now black hair grinning, "Professor Lefay really loves making us bald and having us make a potion that changed it colors. Other then that fun." Alex told Hermione grinning taking a bite out of her apple

"Go ahead." she smiled to Selena.
"Eh? You had to explain why you set fireworks? Oh, that must have been hard..Professor Lefay must have been hard to you too.." she said.

"Oh I didn't even notice" said Hermione with a laugh. "Don't worry you can pull off dark hair rather nicely" said Hermione. "That potions professor is just awful, well not awful at teaching, but she is just so mean" said Hermione.

Alex nodded completely agreeing, "One of the third year Slytherins burst into tears because of it, seriously how does she think we're not going to panic if you remove our hair." Alex grinned, "Well at least everyone made the potion correctly." She took another bite of her apple.

He turned and glared at her. He stood up quickly pushing back his chair almost knocking it over. He wasn't wrong! That girl was bigger and she outweighed him and she plowed into him and cracked one of his ribs and when he defended himself everyone jumped on his case! What the crup was going on around here? Since when did defending yourself make you the bad guy. Well fine if Selena wanted to be that way he didn't have to talk to her ever again either.

He couldn't even form the words he wanted to say to her he was so upset so he just glared at her for a few more seconds and then stormed out of the Great Hall.

Selena was shocked. What? What had she done? She had just told him how she felt! Really? Ugh. People! Really! She was trying to help. Merlin, really he needed to control his anger! Selena let out a frustrated sigh. "Git," she muttered under her breath before she stormed back to her friends. "Hey, Dianna, Sarah, sorry for leaving so abruptly, but I'm back now," she said as she put on a smile. Conceal anger. Conceal. Conceal. Conceal!! Ugh! Stupid Diggy!

"I think she needs to come up with some new methods of teaching the class" said Hermione. "Being strict is a good method for keeping control, but if your making your own students cry than are taking it to far. Oh I know imagine what would happened if she made one of the students bald, wait can she even do that as a professor" asked Hermione taking a sip of pumpkin juice.

Alex shook her head at the question, "no, she's supposed to do it on herself..but didn't you hear? I heard the Professor quit sometime yesterday soon after the class. So it doesn't matter." Alex grinned at Hermione the meanest Professor of Hogwarts was gone they were free of her. She finished off her apple taking a bite out of her Turkey, Tomato and Lettuce sandwich.

"That's what I though, its unacceptable" said Hermione rather frustrated. "Wait, really?" she asked. "When did this happen, who did you hear it from" asked Hermione interested in all of the details. "I guess not" she said feeling a bit better about the whole situation. "I certainly feel a bit relieved about the rest of the school year with her gone" said Hermione looking to see what fruit was available.

Alex took a sip of pumpkin juice nodding, "I read it on the Common Room Board and other people saw her packing up. She's gone and that's all that matters to be." Alex told her before She took another bite of her sandwich.

"Oh wow, I wonder why that happened" she said. "Agreed, those two lessons she taught were unbearable, I mean she is a good teacher, but way too harsh" said Hermione.

Alex nodded in agreement, "And then the people that protested, most were Slytherins, it just made the problem worse for everyone invovled I just hope they finally get someone decent and soon. I like Potions a lot it's a nice subject i'm good at." The only class she had a true problem with so far was actually Ancient Runes..and History of Magic and she just didn't like Divination..although her reading came to her mind, "you know..my Reading in Divination told me something would bring an unstoppable change in my life..could this be it?" Alex asked, she then added, "Yes it was about Potions Class and the Professor." She took another bite out of her sandwich.

"Sounds about right, which is ironic because she was the Slytherin Head Of House" said Hermione. "Agreed, Potions is certainly an interesting subject, I usually enjoy it" she said. "Ah I am awful at Divination, wait how would the potions professor resigning affect you?" she asked.

Alex looked confused, "I thought Truebridge is our Head of House?" She asked her entire tone was confused, "I was thinking of her and the next Potions Class...nothing about me to be truthful and it would mean Potion Class is cancelled that affects everyone." Alex told Hermione firmly nodding her head finishing off her sandwich taking a sip of pumpkin juice and grabbing a smaller apple taking a bite.

"I could have sworn seeing a bulletin saying she was our head of house" said Hermione. "Oh I see what you mean, that is a little odd" she said. "Is there anyone at Hogwarts, that could even teach potions?" she asked taking an orange.

Alex found thinking on it, "I don't think so, I mean almost all our Professors already have jobs and I don't know if our Headmaster could. And Yes very creepy that my Divination came true it warned me that I would need to watch my temper and would need to use my inner strength to do so. It all came true, this is why I don't like divination." Alex hummed afterwards adressing Hermione's first line, "I think it's Truebridge..but we could always ask him at DADA or something maybe you misread it." She shut herself before taking another bite out of the red apple.

"So what are they just going to rid of Potions for a year?" asked Hermione. "That would be really disappointing" she said. "What temper, I've never seen you get that angry, but than again maybe because thats because I manage to stay on your good side" said Hermione with a laugh. "We will have to ask him" she said in agreement trying to peel her orange which was proving quite difficult.

Alex glanced at Hermione, "Use a knife to peel the sides of it, you know just cut off the peel and white parts cause it can be bitter." Alex told her before answering her other statement, "I know I try to control it but I take offense of someone making a member of my house cry. Or generally annoy me." Alex shrugged again, "Yeah pretty sure he is though." Alex was firmly with the thought he was their Head of House. She took two more bites of her apple.

"I should have thought of that" said Hermione who started to take knife to the peel. "Well thats nothing to be ashamed off, its just sticking up for your fellow student. To be honest I wish I had the bravery to stand up and say what I believe, but unless I'm answering a question the professor asked I'm usually quite shy in class" said Hermione. "Well its certainly likely, but can he teach two subjects at once, that would be a lot of work" said Hermione starting to open up her orange.

Alex smiled at Hermione, "It's not about bravery it's about standing up for what's right. I'm shy but even I can be cruel when it's something I believe in." Alex chuckled, "I was talking about Truebridge being our Head of House. I don't think DADA and Potions go hand in hand either." She watched Hermione cut up her orange finishing her second apple before grabbing an orange cutting off the peel and slicing the sections up easily making the fruit nice and easy to eat. She ate a small piece of her orange grinning.

"Well I know your own believes have a lot to do with it" said Hermione. "But i guess I was never a person who did more than kept their own thoughts and morals to themselves" said Hermione looking rather ashamed. "Oh no, not even close, I do hope they find someone though, it will be disappointing if there is no potions this year" said Hermione who finally get the peel off her orange. She took a bite and squirted juice on herself.

Alex smirked at Hermione, "I stand up for my friends, or people I KNOW nothing more nothing less. and Not standing up for your believes is fine, Hermione." Alex assured her, nothing was wrong with being afraid after all, it was what seperated Gryffindors from Slytherins.. "I'm sure the Headmaster..whatever his name is will find a Professor for it." Alex told her nodding laughing as Hermione squirted juice on herself, "Well cutting that up into smaller bites would certainly be easier." Alex told Hermione taking another two slices of her orange and eating them.

"Well I guess that is a good way to look at it" said Hermione. "I guess so but I feel like I could have a bigger effect if I did" she said. "I hope so" laughed Hermione. "Yes as you can tell, me and oranges get along quite well' said Hermione as she attempted to eat another slice of her orange.

Alex smirked, "Well having an effect is good and all but generally makes people hate you." Alex told Hermione giggling at her friend, "yes you should of had the apple." Alex told Hermione firmly eyeing the orange juice all over the table not counting what no doubt her friend was probably wearing. She sniggered again finishing her orange, grabbing her pumpkin juce to drink. Talking was hard work after all.

Chase walked into the Great Hall and over to the Slytherin House table -table of her choice- Bradin probably following close behind.
