Doing the duty she'd been charged with, and not minding at all, Celandine offered one of the clean cups with fresh water to Destiny.

"A toothbrush? What does your mouth taste like?" Celandine was curious about this. Did chicken tastebuds work the same as human tastebuds?

What did worms taste of anyway?

Cela was sure she hadn't seen Destiny eat one... right? Or did her mouth simply taste like raw chicken?

"You thumped your leg a bit, like this," Cela demonstrated as best she could, making her entire body shake as she tried to do it. "And you turned around in circles a lot and snuggled people. Like me."

Which obviously wasn't a bad thing, regardless of whether or not you are an animal or a human.

"Its okay. You were a cute kitty." Cela explained and smiled down at Mina. "Need a hand?" Celandine offered hers to help Mina up.

"Careful." Celandine warned. "You should sit for a little while just in case. It might catch up to you all at once. You were rolling around a lot."

And being cute.

"And being cute."

"Here, Ellie." Celandine knelt down and handed the little girl a cup of water. "If you need anything else, just make noises or something." She told her earnestly.

He looked up as the Head Girl handed him a cup of water. Hmm Ravenclaw were handy, he thought so himself. "Thanks," he told her with a weak smile. He drank the water down in one gulp he didn't know why his throat was so dry and why he was lightheaded. He pointed to a patch of her hair, "You know your hair is sticking straight up," something had burrowed into her hairdo.

"Thanks" Ellie said, softly, making sure to give Cela a feeble smile. She took the glass and took a long drink, closing her eyes.

Gold half-smiled. "I'm alright," she said, truthfully. Though the half-smile widened into a full, pretty warm one, at Cela's words. It was hard for Gold to imagine herself as a kitten. She could imagine a kitty, but she couldn't imagine that it had been her, all the while.

"I can't actually remember much of what I did," she admitted. She could remember little snippets, though. Like trying to catch a butterfly, and rubbing her head against plenty of legs. Silleh babeh kitteh, but rawr. RAWR. "But now that you mention it, I remember thinking you smell pretty." Hehe. "Did I try to eat anything I shouldn't have?"

Gold was suddenly worried.

Rae shrugged and put the cookie back in her bag, she didn't feed it directly to Gold so she could still eat the rest later. "You didn't bite me." She couldn't say for other people though, she probably bit Xylon... "Maybe you bit him.." Rae said gesturing her head towards Xylon.. "But I didn't pay much attention so I don't know." Heheheheh, Rae would laugh so hard if she really did bite him.

With a little laugh, Celandine rectified that, flicking her wand quickly until her hair was once again perfectly styled. "Were you trying to give me a mohawk, Pixie!Diggy?" Cute ickle thing. She'd totally pat him on the head if he were in easier reach.

"Its okay. Do you remember anything?" Probably not yet. It'd be interesting to know though.

"I don't get super sick either, I just like being me more." Which was why Cela hadn't volunteered for being transfigured.

"Some of it might come to you later, thats what I remember anyway." Celandine laughed. Smelled pretty? Teehee. "Thanks, Gold. My brother got me this perfume for christmas a few years ago. I'm almost running out actually, totally need to get some more."

Hummm. Celandine thought about it. "I didn't see you eat anything, do you feel like you ate anything?"

Thank God. Gold couldn't imagine herself the kind of kitty that bit. You know? Then her eyes widened, REALLY widened, when she followed the motion of Rae's hand. She had seriously, seriously not been around Xylon Saar, had she? The thought was mortifying.

"Don't tell I went near him," she said, looking back to Rae. She had no memory whatsoever of being around Xylon.

Merlin.

This kitty business was serious trouble!

Gold chuckled. "I love being me," she said. "But I like to try out new things, too. Spices life up."

Though she wouldn't want to be another person. She was perfectly satisfied by who she was, thank you. Of course, she tried to improve herself and be less vain, but that didn't mean Gold didn't like herself.

"You smell pretty now, too," Gold offered. "But you smelled catchier, when I was a kitty. Must have something to do with sharpened senses." Kitty!noses were more sensitive, weren't they? Gold thought back to Kitty!Gold and Cela!fun, and remembered more bits of what she had been up to. Oh, she had been chasing butterflies. Gold chuckled at the thought.

"No. In fact I feel really hungry."

Hey! She hadn't had a proper breakfast!

Ellie sucked the inside of her cheeky. She shook her head, "I just remember... being dizzy.." she let out a small laugh. Yeah... Nothing..

"Sure." Celandine agreed. It was just that being an animal, for her, was not one of those things. She'd done a bit in her first year and that had been enough. Partial transfigurations were fine, but full ones? No please and thanks.

"Oooh thats a good point, and probably why memory stuff is different. Like you remember through the senses that your animal self had. Like smell or hearing or whatever and as humans its harder to interpret that."

"Oooh it'll come to you eventually I think. Maybe in bits. It might be a good idea to write down anything you do remember even if its bitsy so you can figure it out later." Celandine suggested to Ellie.

"I wonder if all the people who were the same animal had similar experiences?"

Gold nodded. "I paid more attention to scent and noise, when I was a kitty," she agreed. She remembered, as much. Most of the details that came back to her had something to do with either smell, or hearing. "But I focus on more what I see, now. It's pretty quirky."

She looked around, to see that some of the students were still animals. Which pretty suddenly reminded her of Kitty!Lexi. Gosh, she remembered her kitty self playing with Kitty!Lexi. Gold smiled at the thought.

Sooo awesome.

Gahhh!

That worm was still there, wiggling it's way out of the dirt. How she wanted to clobber it over the head to make it disappear. Doing the next best thing, she picked up a pile of dirt and tossed it over the worm. Good, she couldn't see it anymore.

Taking the toothbrush off the Professor, she quickly shoved it in her mouth. "Thanks." she mumbled as she started to brush her teeth. Her eyes widened when he whispered that she didn't actually eat one. That wasn't important. It was still in her mouth..or beak.

Brush, brush, bruuuuush.

Oh the HUMILIATION of putting a worm in ones mouth.

Still brushing her teeth, she turned at the sound of laughing. Of course who ever was laughing was laughing at her. Everyone else decided to turn themselves into cute and cuddly animals. Well, they wouldn't have been laughing if she was turned into a DINOSAUR would they? Nope.

Finding the source of the laughter, her eyes narrowed as she saw it was Evelyn and shrugged at the question. Why did she ask to be a chicken? "I wanted to see if I could lay eggs." A quick look around the place and she didn't see any eggs. She must not have been able too.

Scourgify her mouth? "Can I?" she asked, taking the toothbrush out of her mouth and staring at it for a second. It would be faster to do that, but would it hurt her? Heh, she would stick with the toothbrush for now. Putting it back into her mouth she continued to brush her teeth, deciding to ignore the whole 'you ate a worm' remark.

She DID NOT eat one.

Mmhmm.

Destiny was going to brush her teeth until all the germs were out. She didn't know how many were in there, and..well..she didn't want to know. Looking up as Cela came by with a cup of water, she took the toothbrush out of her mouth. "Thanks!" she said, giving a small smile before taking a drink.

Not that that helped any. She still knew there were GERMS in her mouth..mostly because Evelyn had said so.

When the cup was empty, she placed it upside down on the little dirt pile that she covered the worm with. Now the worm couldn't escape! She shoved the toothbrush back into her mouth as she was asked what her mouth tasted like. "Dirt. It tastes like dirt!"

Because germs were dirty.

"Hahaha, okay i wont... You know.. He's really not that bad.." Not to Rae anyways. He is perfect to her. "He acts a lot more different from that time at the fountain." Which was completely true. Rae didn't like the guy she met at the fountain. "And from what i saw he was pretty nice to you as a kitten." Unless people pet cats out of pure annoyance? That made no sense.

"It'd be interesting to experiment with that." Celandine mused. "I mean, like how each of our senses actually effects our magic." It made her think of that nice blind girl in her house. How did she manage magic? And wasn't there a half-blind Slytherin crawling around somewhere too?

Cela totally had a moment of marvelling at the fact that she had never really stopped to think about how good it was to be able to see, and that her sight was good. When she thought about it, the sense she tended to fall back on herself, was smell. She had a pretty good sense of smell and totally took advantage of that when it came to magic too.

"Dirt." Cela repeated. Well that wasn't pleasant. "I have chili candies if you want one..." Most people couldn't handle them. When she was younger she used to offer them without telling people they were HOT and then give them innocent looks after they spat them out.

Well.

It had been good entertainment up until she had decided that boys and snogging provided much better entertainment.

And she still liked the spicy chili candies. She popped one in her mouth while she thought about it.

Xylon nodded. "I don't think she's annoyed at all," he said. Funny. Really. He had never expected Gold could be not annoyed by him. Even as a small kitten.

He might have agreed to turn into a turtle after all, if Rae hadn't left to pet Gold then. Then Professor Kingsley was starting to untransfigure people again and Xylon realized he wasn't going to get to be a turtle after all. Ah well. He did like being human you know.

And he was enjoying the look of horror on Gold's face when she realized she had been around him. Wait till he told her he had picked her up and scratched her behind her kitty ears.

Smirrkkk.

Kitteh!Maddie stared at the boy. He was a... birdy? BIRDIE!
'Mew! Mew! Mew!' she said excitedly. BIRDIE! Kitteh!eat birdie! She ran after him, mewing happily

Penguin!Simon ws hard to catchh. hmmmph. Kiiteh!Maddie sat down on the floor and began licking her paws.

Naww! Person! Kitty!Maddie lifted her paw and swatted at the person's leg.
'Mew'


And now... birdie was a boy? Heh? Kitty!Maddie closed her eyes for a minute. Sleeeeepy.
And then Maddie opened her eyes. she was standing wth Simon and Sel.

Lemur!Patroclus sat starring with wide eyes at the man who stood looking down at him with a stick! blink blink

Jumping onto his four legs he began to strut away, his bushy tail wiggling back and forth as he did so. He winded his way through the legs of the tall people around him. In the corner of his eyes he thought he saw movement in the dirty. BUG! YUM YUM!
Springing onto his hind legs, he began to hop towards the bug, snatching it up! He sat upright, scoffing it down, nomnomnomnom!
He licked his thin fingers getting every bit of bug juice off!!

On the move again, Lemur!Patroclus found what he thought was a tree (Evelyn) and began to climb!

That was a bit weird, even for Destiny. Raising a brow at her friend's reason of wanting to be a chicken, Evelyn shook her head before a chuckle escaped her. "Only you would do something like that." she mumbled before placing her hands on her hips and looking around.

Awww, Destiny wasn't going to scourgify her mouth. Pffft. Fiiiiine. She'll just have to find something else to...

Frowning, the Slytherin hastily looked down at her leg to see what was touching i- OMGDEARMOTHEROFMERLIN! What WAS that thing on her leg!

GET IT OFF!

Stumbling back a few steps, Evelyn stared wide eyed at the thing trying to climb on her leg before freezing like a statue. Getoffgetoffgetoffgetoff...

Someone get it off! Who was this?! This was a student right?

RIGHT?!

Ahhh. Kellen was Kellen again. Raiden's lips twitched as he fought the urge to grin; he didn't seem to recall that much. Quite a few of them couldn't seem to. Except Destiny, poor girl. That worm... yuck.

"You ran to the corner to hide," he offered, calling out this information to Kellen rather happily. "And you ate grass, and had a go at my sleeve and fingers too. I tried to stop you eating but you weren't having it."

Maybe it was a really good thing Kellen hadn't been a moose again. Heh.

Lemur!Patroclus was shocked as his tree began to shake!
Instinct kicked in, and with his smooth paws, he clung on for dear life!

The shaking, to his little tiny body, felt like cyclonic winds. His tail whipped all around him as the was shook from side to side. But then, it Stopped.

Looking Up Lemur!Patroclus found it was not a tree...but a human. He froze, locked in a starring competition with the human's eyes! He slowly began to climb higher, trying to find away into the dark fur that was top the humans head, It looked sooooooooo warm and comfyyyyyyyyyyy.

He was sitting atop the person's head, and curled up, his tail draped around his human's neck. He had eaten, found warmth and now it was.......Nap Time!

All Dianna wanted to do was taste the grass. She really did, oh yes she does. So she scurried with her four small paws to a patch of grass and started eating them.
Yum.Yum.Yum!
Oh gosh, she couldn't stop and started eating the flowers next. Hopefully no one will step on her as she ate.

He blushed down to the roots of his curly hair. "I did that?" he asked. He didn't remember anything. His eyes squinted up as he tried to remember in vain but nothing was coming to him it was like he had just blacked out for a few minutes. "Was I bad?" since he was hiding under a desk he figured he had done something wrong.

"No, you were a good pixie." Celandine informed him and offered her hand. "Here let me help you up." She crouched a bit so she could see him better.

Dylan sighed. Gold was back to being Gold now. Which meant, bye bye Dylan. She had chosen Chris anyway. Even as a kitty she had chosen him. He stayed with Lawson and Kitty!Lexi. They liked him. Sorta.

Preston caught a snipped of the conversation as he passed.

"I imagine you might have, if we'd left you transformed long enough," he paused. "Though, that's an interesting way to get an egg."

Preston checked on the girl. "Feeling alright, Miss Force? You should probably have a seat and a drink of water."

Ah, and the lemur. "Miss Flores, keep still..." Preston reached out and removed the sleeping creature from her head, carefully unwrapping the tail. He tried not to pull her hair, but it seemed a bit unavoidable.

Placing the creature down on the ground, Preston cast. Perhaps the sensation wouldn't be terribly unpleasant if you were sleeping when it happened.

Or perhaps it would be more disorienting. He would have to ask.

"How do you feel, young man? Could you use some water?"

Preston made his way over to the small creatures area, casting on the small hamster that was the first year Slytherin.

"How do you feel, Miss Malfoy? Do you need help to your seat? Water?"

Calling over to the former pixie, Preston smiled. "You may want to ask Mister Lockhart that question," he said with a lookc over at the Hufflepuff. He was looking better, Preston thought, now that humans were becoming human again.

Next was Miss Erised. Carefully, he moved picked her up to set her on the ground. Restoring her, me smiled and made the same offers of assistance and water as he'd made to the others.

He moved on to Mister Raducan, restoring him as well.

And, ah, the kitten that was Miss Kennedy. Making sure there was room around her, as well, Preston cast the spell to reverse her transfiguration.

And so he went, walking about the classroom restoring his students to their human forms, offering water and making sure that everyone was fine.

Returning to the front of the room, he addressed the class as a whole. "We'll take a few moments for those who were transfigured to make their way back to their seats and have some water. Continue your conversations and once everyone is settled, we'll have some closing thoughts and assign the homework."


ooc: student!animals... you can play the first part of your next post still as an animal if you get it in before we move on too much. But at this time ALL transfigured students have been cast upon by Professor Kingsley to return to their human forms.

Cela was ready with cups and water.

"Anyone else want some water?" She turned around and looked at all her dazed looking classmates.

Poor things.
