A carpenter's workshop? OH so that was what the birdhouse plan thingy was for. That made more sense than the other thing. Celandine flicked her fingers in a small wave of reply to the professor and then did a clothing switching spell before holstering her wand safely. Yus. Protective clothing stuff on.

Lawson nodded at the young Hufflepuff as he made his way into the room.
Lawson couldn't help but smile at Arya as she entered the room. She was always so cheerful that one. "Hey Arya!"
"Hey there Emma."
"Hello Noir."
Oh another cheerful one. Lawson gave the ravvie a smile as she made her way into the room. "Hello Maddie."
"Hello Sarah."
Lawson nodded his head at the two boys that entered the room.
"I am doing quite well, thank you Fallon."
"Hello Selena" Lawson replied giving the girl a smile.
Lawson gave the girl a reassuring smile as she took her seat.
Lawson waved back to the Ravenclaw, "Hey William. I am doing pretty good thanks."
Ah yes he had almost forgotten about Destiny and Marie being bound to each other. Lawson eyed them for a moment and realised they would not be able to work like that. He would separate them later.
Lawson gave Amy a nod as she entered the room.
He rapped his knuckles on the desk to get everyone's attention. "Okay as you can all see, the classroom looks a little different today." Which he knew was kinda obvious but he thought he would just point it out again.
"This is what your ordinary muggle carpenters workshop looks like. Now before we start getting into the fun stuff. Did everyone remember to bring their plans/instructions to class? And do you all have protective clothing on?" Brant was so wearing his protective clothing and he had a plan for a bird house. [b]"Might as well make a pretty bird house"[/i] he thought. He raised his hand and said "Yes Professor, I believe Im ready to go" he said with excitement in his voice.

Fallon picked up her school bag and dug around for the plans. They were one of her father's old ones that she had sent to her once she knew about this lesson. They were for a dog house. She had never had a dog, but she always wanted one. Plus, it just seemed like something fun to build.
Once she found them, she set them down on a table that was in front of her. Fallon then patiently waited for the next step.

At the sound of someone banging on a desk, her eyes shot up at the professor. Did she have everything? Arya glanced down and checked her clothing. Yup, she had on good protective clothing. Reaching into her knapsack she pulled out her instructions for her scooter and spread them out on the work table. Then she settled her eyes on the professor, ready for the fun part.

With a tiny smirk, Jake prodded the wrench again and to his slight surprise it totally JUMPED (aka, fell) off its hook and made a loud clattering as it hit the desk and then the stone floor. At once, Jake did his best to look innocent and smiled sweetly. "Yup!"
Good job he didn't get his fingers.

William nodded eagerly, completely pumped for this class. He had his plans for a small car for Sienna even though it would be a good long while until she could sit in it properly. Another way of showing Ari he forgave her he thought. Looking down at his clothes he saw they were he proper protective clothing, and even if they didn't look cool they were, well protective. Placing his plans on the desk he waited silently for his next instructions.

Destiny was eyeing that sharp thing hanging up, trying to think of ways to get it down without Lawson noticing. Summoning it would be to noticeable annnnd she didn't even know what the thing was called, so she couldn't get it that way.
She didn't even think it would be dangerous to summon it.
As she heard the rapping on the desk, her eyes left that sharp thing and turned to Lawson. Did she have her protective clothing? Ha! "I have something better than protective clothing." she said, turning to face Marie, "I have a human shield!"
Mwahaha!

Marie gave Destiny an evil glare when she said she had a human shield. "I am NOT your shield Destiny."
Merlin help Lawson if he did not untie her from Destiny today. She could NOT take another day of being bound to this girl. If she still had this rope on her at the end of class she would wrap it around Lawson and not move until he agreed to take it off of them.
Seriously, this was NO way to teach students to respect each other.

As for the plans... she was pretty sure she had it, after all she had put it into her book bag... Selena opened her bag and rummaged through it. And there it was between two notebooks.

Yup. As long as the rope was around her wrist and they were using dangerous things, Destiny was going to use Marie as a human shield. Only fair, since it was HER fault they were tied together. Marie was the cause of this, she was.
She gave Marie a glare back, but didn't say anything. Nope. There was noting stopping her from making her a human shield.
Well..besides that.
She turned her head just in time to see Lawson flick his wand, which made her twitch..a lot. Merlin knows what the man had up his sleeves for them now! But, there was NOTHING to twitch about, since he had FREED them! Rubbing her wrist where the rope used to be, she glared at the man. He better not put a rope around them again. She soooo wanted to learn that rope spell and tie him to Marie. See how HE likes to spend every minute with her. "I'll keep my eyes on you, too, Lawson." she mumbled. Yeah, she needed to make sure he didn't point his wand at her anymore.
Missing the fact that that tool stealing comment was directed at her, she once again twitched. She was sure he was going to throw that funny looking thing at her head. No, false alarm. She knew what it was, of course, so she raised her hand. "It's a muggle tool. It helps them crack walnuts."
Yup.

Glancing over at Destiny and Marie though, noticing that, something was different. Hmm, of course she didn't see Lawson flick his wand towards them, but still... meh. Wait...WHAT?! PFFT! What was the point of the lesson if they couldn't take a souvenir huh!? She was actually interested in that torture looking device.

He smiled, "At one end the hammer knocks in nails but at the other end it has what muggle call a claw hammer which takes out nails that have accidently been put in wrong or if the nail has gone in at a funny angle." "Yes thank you for those who answered correctly. It is a hammer and it is used to hit nails into pieces of wood or thin pieces of metal. As some of you mentioned the claw part on the other side is used to pull nails out if they were not hit correctly and bent."
Lawson folded his arms across his chest, when Jake spoke up. "Well it seems I did miss charming at least one tool." He gave the boy a pointed look before continuing.

She was FREEEEEE from Destiny. Free to move as far away from her as she wanted. And right now she wanted to be waaaay over on the other side of the room.

He would still be watching them and would bind them together again!? He Better NOT. If that stupid rope was on her again when she left this class there would be hell to pay. She would take that claw looking thing and smack Lawson on the thumb with it.
Raising her hand she asked, "Professor, can I move waaaay over there," You know, away from Destiny who was soon going to have dangerous tools in her hands. Not to mention the fact that it had been over a month since they had been more than six feet away from each other.
Yes, she needed to be away from her friend before they ended up hating each other.
