That was one girl she would never be okay with him being friends with. "How would he feel if I did the same thing to him? If I asked Evan to go out of the country with me before I even told him what I was doing." Not that she would do that but still, she knew he wouldn't like it at all.
She knew this probably wasn't easy on Patroclus but she was greatful to finally have someone who understood her. "Thanks... for everything" she said. She still was NOT happy about the situation but it was nice to have someone who listened to her and didn't just tell her to forget about him.
Forgetting about Carter was NOT an option here.

Same, I guess, well except potions, that woman scared me, she laughed, remembering when she had set the pupil alight, scary moment, but asides from that everything was fab, she smiled and took another liquorice wand and bit into it, me neither she said quietly, she wanted to just go back, she looked out of the window, the greenery was starting to disperse and slowly more buildings could be seen

Patroclus was coming to see the root of the issue; Kay.
It was highly probably that had Carter been taking some else with him to Russia, Marie wouldn't have minded, as much. But it was Kay, and Maire did mind it.
"Does Carter know the extent to which you despise Kay?" Patroclus was coming in mid-saga. The issues between the She-Snakes, and Kay-Rex stemmed back way beyond the time since Patroclus had arrived on the scene. "Do you think he realises he is hurting you, as I said, we men are idiots." The boy considered for a few moment the stupid things he had said and done in realtion to the fairer sex, his parting words at the willow for example.
"You don't need to thank me, I just hope I am help. You and Carter are some of my closet friends, and I truly believe that time will help heal whatever wounds you are feeling now!" Patroclus beamed a warm smile at Marie, she was hurt, and right now she just need a friend who was willing to listen. | |

So he was glad to see her laughing and his face reflected that gladness by forming a happy smile on his face.
As he sat down right opposite to her, the boy winked without breaking the eye contact . ''So...'' he, then, repeated not really knowing what to say. He could watch her here forever without saying a word yet the girl was demanding his words ''So...i missed you'' he said thinking about all the time he spent without her in the forbidden forest and in the Gryffindor Common Room.

I can't blame the poor little guy for not wanting to be around people," Lexi said with a frown.

Oh jeez. When Lexi mentioned leaving Hogwarts soon, Jake found himself... confused. He had no idea. "Well... I d-d-don't really wwwant to be at Hhhogwarts... never have. Buhh-but the idea of gggraduating and gggrowing up. I just dddon't want to do that."
He'd be 17 in just over a year... and that scared the kneazles out of the boy. He shivered... and smiled faintly at Lexi. "I thhhink I'll just pppursue my mmmusic."

Obviously then, his words were just the same; unless he was a good actor. “I missed you too.” She replied in a slightly quieter voice, staring right back at him. Though now that she had said so, she remembered what he had said on his whereabouts around the castle. The common room was one thing but… “What were you doing in the forbidden forest?” Anything good rarely comes from doing that, she herself being one of knowing that, and she almost didn’t want to know what he was doing in there. But, curiosity over took her.
