Carter nodded as he watched Marilyn's death glare out of the corner of his eye. He smiled as Marie agreed with everything that he said. She even said she wanted to be his girlfriend! Marie couldn't believe how happy she was feeling now. This time when she kissed Carter he actually kissed her back which made her heart skip a beat. After putting her head on his shoulder she looked over and noticed Marilyn had pulled the shade on her window. Thank Merlin, now they wouldn't have her staring at them anymore. She snuggled closer to him when he put his arm around her... She did not want this moment to end.

After what seemed like just a few minutes she heard the announcement... they would be arriving at Hogwarts shortly.

"I'll save you a seat," she said smiling as she watched as he left the compartment. Once he was gone, she pulled the shade, grabbed her bag with her robes in it and quickly changed. She then sat there waiting for the train to arrive so she could see Carter again.
