Alcemee (Esilna) replied, "My name is Alcemee. Nice to meet you." She shook hands with her.

"I might try out of the team next year. If I don't make it I might just watch it instead," she wondered what will be better watching it or playing it. Playing it.

It seemed like she had gotten out of trouble for now, which was nice. Yes, Ellie was definitely harder to 'befriend' than Victoria will be. Meh. Evelyn wasn't all that surprised by Ellie's answer to her question, but the Slytherin was more looking for names than anything. However, she didn't say any third years or...other older students which ruled out Kay and her pet dog. That was definitely good. "Yes, you probably will. Though you might want to watch who you befriend."

Mwaha! Perhaps Evelyn could 'steer' her in the right direction? Hehe, wouldn't that just drive Lawsguini mad. Maybe later though.

"Amsterdam is..." she stared, but paused in mid thought. What was Amsterdam like? She technically didn't live there, but she lived close to it. "...nice, I guess. Not too cold in the winter and not too hot in the summer." What else was she supposed to say? She'd never really been to the city since she wasn't allowed to. Too many muggles there.

"Nice to meet you, too." She resonded, shaking hands with the girl politely. "So, what house are you hoping to be sorted into?"

OOC: yes. hah.

Alcemee said, "It doesn't matter much, as long as it's not Slytherin. But I like Ravenclaw the best. What about you?"

"Definitely not Slytherin, that's for sure." Adelyn said, crinkling her nose with detest. "I'm hoping for Gryffindor, actually. My father was in that house, so it'd be nice to share something with him."

Alcemee said, "I think Gryffindor would be good too because I think it is the second best house."
A little while later, Alcemee asked Adelyn, "Did you bring any pets? I brought my puppy, Snowy, and barn owl, Pearl."

"I think all the houses are good in their own way...excluding Syltherin, of course." Adelyn said, but then again, she didn't know much about any of this, seeing as she'd been living with her muggle mum her entire life. Taking note of all Alcemee's pets, Adelyn responded, "Yeah, I did. I brought my black owl; his name is Sirius."

"That's a good name, especially for a black owl," Alcemee said.

"Yeah, I thought so, too." Adelyn replied, "My father was a member of the Black family, but he died when I was little."

"That sounds.... nice??" Ellie said in response to the vague answer Evelyn gave. "And, what do you mean by 'watch who I befriend?'. Surely, everyone deserves a fair chance, right?" Yes, she was trying to twist this girl's mind around to think like she did. But based on the girl's past attitude, she most likely will fail. Boo.

Carter looked over. It seemed like Marilyn spotted them. "Maybe... if we just ignored her...?" he suggested. "But... we don't need to worry about that... Or her... or anyone else?" he said after a few seconds. "Marie. I like you. And I'd like for us to be something. But we need to start it without any of this." he said.

Sapphyre mumbled something incoherently as she entered the middle cars, her hands on either side of the aisle as she attempted to find an empty compartment.

Adelyn opened the door to her compartment, peaking out into the aisles of the train. She was hoping to find someone wandering about, so she could have someone to sit with. It was getting a tad lonely sitting alone.

"Hey Blindy!" said Violet watching Sapphyre use the sides of the aisles for support. "You dont wanna hurt the aisles do you?" she asked, shoving Sapphyres hands of the aisles.

Marilyn simply stared in dumbfounded silence...She should have known something like this would've happened. The two of them were almost inseparable towards the end of last year...So much so that she'd decided to make herself scarce.

There was no denying that the blonde loved Rafe with everything she was...He was her world. But that didn't change how much she still cared for Carter. Being his friend was asking too much, though. Marilyn had really hurt him.

Not to mention he thinks i'm an evil skank...

She finally sighed, averting her green eyes to scan her own empty compartment. This was what she'd chosen. When everything had been said and done, Carter was no longer what Marilyn had wanted. Had there ever really been a question as to whether Rafe would be the last man standing?

No...

Looking back towards the love birds, Marilyn felt irritation bubbling in her stomach. It didn't really matter to her if her attitude was justified or not, Marie was suppose to be her friend...

Friends don't date their friends ex's!

Hmm, yes it was nice. From the parts she could remember seeing that is. The forest they lived next to was exceptionally nice too. Maybe she should mention that?

Too late though. The girl already asked another, quite important, question. "Sure, everyone deserves a fair chance. Just, some people are not good company." she said with a small nice smile while trying to sound calm and actually sincere. There were a few people she could mention, but decided not to. She wanted to see first who Ellie was already friends with. If Evelyn didn't like them, then it would already be pointless to start to 'help' her now.

"I'd rather play than watch but if i don't make the team i'd have to deal." Delilah was really hoping she'd make the team. Watchinng wouldn't be as fun.

"Hmmm" Ellie nodded. "Well, you get that in any situation, I guess." she said, neutrally. Thought really, she hasn't found a person yet she hasn't gotten along well with.

Sapphyre gasped as she heard Violet. Great. Only so many people would harrass a blind girl. "Leave me alone, Violet," she hissed, backing away from where she thought she was. Instead, she felt her back bump into something warm, be it Violet or someone else. "I'm sorry!"

"Blindy is that a way to treat someone you havent seen in awhile? I was stuck in detention for the end of the term, and I have to finish it after the start of term feast! What have you been doing? Run into trees?" replied Violet.

"Me too, look I think I'll get something from the trolley, I'm starving!" she exclaimed getting up rushing out the door the moment her tummy rumbled.

"Mhhmm." Evelyn nodded slowly, looking at the slightly younger girl. She actually was being rather serious and sincere on this note. There were people even she tried to avoid interacting with as much as possible, and that list grew slightly every year. And all the people she avoided, there was definitely a reason for it.

But seeing as everyone else seemed to be on a quiet spell..."Any classes you are looking forward to?" Might as well keep the conversation slightly going. It was a loooong train ride, even though she didn't mind sitting in silence. It made other people uncomfortable which usually was fun to watch.

"I'm pretty glad I haven't seen you in a while," Sapphyre replied, sneering. "In fact, I'm glad I can't see you at all. For your know, you deserve that detention. And no, I don't often run into things."

"Well not particularly, I guess." she said. "I'm looking forward to getting in the air and flying, but I don't need classes for that. I'm not too fond of potions, but I don't know much about it either, so who knows? I might like it. Then I know a few charms and spells I'd like to try... But no one class really stands out. What classes do you like?"
