He nodded, ignoring the fact that Violet was still clinging to his leg. "We actually had an argument about that. I told her she should stay and finish. She told me that she was going and I have no choice." He sighed. She was so stubborn when she had her mind set on something. But he had wanted her to stay and finish here so that she could do her NEWTs.

"You're telling them you're engaged? We're not doing that. Especially since her family hates me and wants her to drop me for some rich guy or something." Who knew with her parents? And he disliked them as much as they disliked him. He only put up with them for Brody because she loved them.

Miles laughed and shook his head, "That sounds like something Brody would do. No winning there buddy." He smiled and and looked at him curiously, "It'll be alright Tor. Brody doesn't strike me as the NEWT taking type anyway."

"Yeah we have to. Mum'll be able to tell something up regardless. But...my family loves her anyway. I'm just worried about my Aunt." He frowned slightly and shook his head. "And Ivan. Aunt Alys will probably get carried away and I promised Fi we'd stay in control of it. I'm not sure I can keep that promise...." They'd just have to see how it turned out.

He laughed with Miles. He was right, and they both knew it because they knew Brody so well. "Yeah, she isn't and I was sorta figuring I would fail. But I feel selfish for her coming with me.." And he didn't really like feeling selfish because he wasn't a selfish person. It was wrong to want her with him when she had a Term left before Graduation.

"Good luck with that is all I'm going to say. I sorta wanna tell Brody's parents so they have a heart attack." He smirked darkly. He didn't really mean that, but he thought that their reaction would be funny. Especially seeing as he wasn't sure they even knew about her going to New York to stay with him.

Meh. People were so ruuuuuude. Lori poured as Torin started to speak to her, and she stretched her arm wide. "Hurry up, Unicorn!Girl doesn't have a lot of time for silly billy Torjojojo." She giggled once and waited. Waited for himmmmm to hug herrrrrrr. But he was busy. Busy talking about Bubbles and her. Gosh. Could she bot go anywhere without people talking about it? MERLIN!

She gave a little wave to Miranda, as the captain joined them, and then another wave in the direction of their HoH. "Hey Sir! Watch outtttt, Torin's new found popularity amongst girls seems to be blocking our tableeee!" pout.

Come on now, it was Lori's time with Torin.

This right there was why Lori was Brody's best friend. Both girls really liked being the center of attention. And both girls were rather demanding. He hugged her as she reached her arms out for him. He didn't really mind that she seemed to be in a rush, but he was still sorta surprised by it. "What you mean you don't have a lot of time for me? Can't you make some more?" hehe. He could be demanding too. And he wanted more of Unicorn Girl.

"I'm not blocking the table off." He scowled. Okay, maybe this was a little.

"Oooh Christmas time! I shall visit you every time I'm on Holiday but you know I could always just ditch this place." she said with a nod. Clinging to Torin was cozy and fun!

"I think so but if you can't I could get a extra big one." She needed a trunk that was Torin-proof.

"I'm sooo not hyper I might've just had a little bit of candy thats all." she replied.

And she finally saw the chicken leg on the floor and realised why Torin yelled at Miranda. Ohhh. The chicken leg was calling her name she could've sworn she heard it say Violet, come hereeeeee, eat meeeeee. "Torin it doesn't have to go to waste!" she said with that crazy look in her eye. She reached out with one hand and grabbed it and took a bite.

Annabelle walked in and saw her sister. She also saw boys! Two. Hmm, this could work for Annabelle. "Hello Josey." She greeted. She sat down. "I'm so excited to be a second year soon!!" She exclaimed. She really truly was.

"Annabelle!" Josey exclaimed. "I'm so excited too!" She turned back to the other people she had been talking to. "This is Annabelle, my twin sister. Annabelle this is Nymphy and..." Um. Er. "Simon." Yeah that was right? Right?

Annabelle smiled. "Hello Nymphy and Simon." She looked at her sister who seemed to be confused. "I am very excited for the trip we have for this summer." She said, Annabelle wasn't sure where they were going. But it would be fun.

Grabbing his face, Sarah planted a smacker on his cheek, before sitting back on the bench and giving the poor guy some room. At least SHE was...

Sarah put her hand up in greeting to Violet, the girl she had only ever met in the hospital wing - when she had been rude about Raiden. It surprised her actually to see a Prefect-hater so close to her fellow Huffie. Something must have changed in her.

And then Miles arrived, followed by some more people. All intent on talking to Torin. She gave a smile and wave to them all. Sarah had never seen the Hufflepuff table so busy. Shame it had to take her friend leaving to make that happen. Wiping her eye slightly, to get rid of the forming tears, she turned in her seat when she heard the familiar voice of Lorilou.

Gigglesnorting to herself, Sarah couldn't help but give her friend a poke as she stood tapping her foot. "Sit next to meeeee, Lori," she whined, patting the bench between her and Torin. It would get her closer to the boy anyway, and she seemed to want that.

Annnnnd then she was tackled from behind - by someone who nearly got a fork in their head for their trouble. Sarah had just been adding stuff to her plate at the time, you see. She wasn't being intentionally vicious. "Eeep! Mirandaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I wondered where you were," she laughed, grabbing the captain into another hug once she'd sat down.

Was that a chicken leg?

Sarah watched the thing soar into the air and land on the floor with a slight thump. Wrinkling her brow, she wondered what had caused Miranda to throw her dinner around, until she saw the figure of their Head of House looming over them. Huh. Sarah had totally not seen or heard him arrive. "Heyyyy Mr Mastersooooon," tiredness makes you hyper sometimes. "Would you like some chicken? I promise it's not the one Miranda threw on the floor..." Sarah pointed to the one in her hand, then the other one, just to prove it.

Fallon didn't understand why Torin wasn't giving Violet crazy looks too. Oh well. She would never understand. Unless she got Torin to explain. And she would. Eventually.

Fallon noticed the look of surprise on Torin's face when she gave him the drawing. She was really glad that he had liked.

"No problem. And I hate to tell you that making you look good wasn't that hard." She knew Torin was stubborn and would never believe her. Ah well.

Fallon looked away from Torin just to see Masterson squeeze himself in at the table. She smiled at Masterson and grabbed a goblet of Pumpkin juice. She really didn't have an appetite at the moment.

Lori laughed again and wrapped her arms around Torin, tightening them as each millisecond went by. She wasn't letting go. She had him now. He was hers. And hew was being glued to her now. So all these non-glittery-Huffie's could go AWAAAAY. "I can't give you too much time. It'll be more time to cry then. And you don't like me crying, so I can't. Sorry." She smiled to herself, nuzzling her head into him some more.

Torin smelled nice.

Lori grinned at Sarah from her space and gave her a wave. "PREFECT SARRRRRAHHHH! Howdidoooooo!" Translation: How do you do? Heh.

"I'll ber over in a minute, busy squishing Torin, after you smoochied on his cheek! That's kinda naughty, Sarah." And if Sarah could get away with it, so could Lori.

He rolled his eyes at her, not sure if she meant what she said about ditching school or not. "You're not ditching Hogwarts, you need to come here. And you know it. But you can come whenever you're on holiday." Because she was clinging to his leg and he wanted to make her happy. She must have really liked him a lot to do all this.

"It needs to be a giant suitcase. Maybe you can find one when you're not excited from sugar." He so knew that she was, because she was acting weird and usually she wasn't this strange.

Violet! Don't eat chicken legs from off of the floor. That's not sanitary." And rather disgusting too. What would Jake think if he saw that?

Turning his head away so as not to lose his dinner, he noticed the Head of House had actually sat down. He had never in a million years picture Masterson sitting at the feast with them. It was bizarre.

"Having a good time, sir?" Because he wasn't sure what else to say to the guy.

Aww. Sarah hug and kiss. He was gonna miss her. She was his favourite fellow Prefect ever, and she was awesome. He'd be writing to her and bugging her to send him candy in the post.

"I really am going to miss you, Sarah. Come to New York and visit us. And send me candy in the mail." And he would pout if she said no, so it was just best for everyone if she just agreed with him and did what he wanted her to.

"Are you sure you mean that and am not just saying that to be nice?" He smiled at her though, not really meaning it. Because he knew that she believed it to be true even if it wasn't. And she was his friend, so he would let her believe what she wanted even if it was wrong. He also let Brody do that because she was special. Fallon and Brody were two of his special girls and he loved them both.

"Well, you're very good. I wish I could draw." He nodded and looked aover the drawing again. He really could only do stick figures and rough sketches. He was more into food than drawing.

Eep! Glitter Girl squishing him. He was sure that he would be all glitter pink when she let go, because Lori was always surrounded by glitter. It was just how she was, and it was so utterly amazing.

"You can't cry, Lori. You will be seeing me so much this summer that you will get tired of me and want to hurl shoes at my head." And that would make Brody rather annoyed because throwing shoes at people wasn't very nice at all. He was glad he wasn't Oliver.

He liked her nuzzling into him. It was nice and her hair smelled nice. "I am not letting go of you." Since he was really clingy sometimes.

Miranda looked at the man, and then down at the bench, FULL of Badgers. She had asked him because he probably wouldn't fit unless a couple of students walked off and gave Masterson room to sit. Hehe. ;D

She was just about to tell him that ofcourse he could sit...like, really. But Torin spoke up before she could and Miranda could only smile and nod. She wriggled in her seat, getting pretty close to the people sitting beside her. "There. See? You could." ...yeah.

Woot? Bahaha. "Liar." She pulled a face at Torin for the comment he made. Yeah right. Everyone hadn't congregated because of her. And Meeeeeeeh, it wasn't her fault the CHICKENZ flew away! "I knoooooooooooooooow." Pout. "Maybe Roma could eat that. Then it wouldn't go to waste?" She looked questioningly at Masterson.

"What you eating Torin?" And could she have it? Too lazy to reach out for more chickenz.

Yaaaaaaaaaay, squishyhuuuuuuuugs. With a fooooooooooooork. Yayyyyyyyyyyz. Hehe. "Hungry, I see?" She grinned, looking at the fork. Hm, Miranda should get one of those...would make her hand less sticky.

Bahahaha. Miranda's eyes followed to the spots Sarah was pointing at. Chickenz on floor - pout. Chickenz in hand - licking of lips. Yummeh! "I'd like one..." she raised her hand timidly as if in class, looking pathetic. Weeell the food was waaaaaay over there and it was RUDE to just reach over and get it. Hmhmhmh.
"Yes, sir. You should take the offered chickenz. We all know what happens when Sarah here gets upset." She kicks butt. Like, really. And throws punches aswell. Awesomeness.

Red was anxious. If she couldn't find him now, what if she didn't get to say goodbye? What if he left and she never got to give him a HUUUUGE Cammmy squiiiiiish. Hmph. She'd feel really bad. So, where was the uber-tall Prefect? It was like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. Hon-est-leeeee! Where was Torin?

But as her eyes flickered down the Hufflepuff table, she realised she was supposed to be looking not for a giant boy but for a group of girls that were all clinging to him. *giggle*
Runnning towards them, she came up behind him and put her hands over his eyes.

"Guess whoooo!" She exclaimed, grinning.

Lori pouted a bit and tightened her arms around him and muttered a just audible 'Oh, Torjojojo.' Then she was crying, inaudibly, but her eyes were slowly soaking and she was slowly blinking the tears away, into his robe. This was all his fault. All of it.

Shaking her head, Lor kept nuzzled into him, arms tighter, her hands sweatily clasping together behind him. He was family. Or so, he might as well have been, for all anyone know, Lori thought the absolute world of Torin. She admired him, admired how he had put up with things, losing friends, being diabetic. And putting up with her. That was probably a plus. She didn't speak. because she KNEW he understood what she was trying to tell him, what she was attempting to say to him, but couldn't.

He was the closest to an actual sibling that she had [apart from her half brother]. Everyone else were her friends, her best friends, but he.. Torin Kane was family. And losing family hurt. It hurt like hell.

She loved him, in a funny way.

The younger girl wiped her eyes on his robes, and finally looked up at him. "I'm going to miss you, so so much, Torjojojo." She pouted, and tippytoed up to kiss his cheek.

She'd already had his lips before, mwaha.

"I'm pretty sure I'm not just saying that. It's the truth." Fallon hoped that he didn't keep this up. She didn't want to argue with him today. He was leaving. She was not going to argue with him. Nope. She looked around the table that was getting more crowded every minute. She was wondering if she should go back to the Slytherin table so there would be more room for the Huffies.

Fallon smiled at Torin. "Thanks. Hey, at least you can cook. And that reminds me. You owe me a cake." She had almost forgotten about that. "If you come visit me this summer you can make it a birthday present." He was going to visit her. She would make sure of that. She took a sip of her Pumpkin juice, but it didn't do anything for her somewhat upset stomach.

Annabelle looked at her sister, she thought for a moment. "Maybe mother will take us to New York across the sea, oh I hope so. Ohh or maybe California. I've always wanted to go to the U.S." She said, full of excitment, she looked at the two boys, "Have either of you been to the U.S.?" She asked.

"Oh yeah me too!" Josey exclaimed, her eyes lighting up, the other people by her all but forgotten. "Oh, or maybe Paris!" The most romantic city in the world. She closed her hands together and swung back and forthh oddly, lost in thought again.

Annaliegh laughed, she was happy that her sister ws excited. She was very too. "Yeah as long as we don't go to Venice, there might be a ghost there ( )." SHe said.

"I know. Hogwarts is home to me but it won't be fun with out you!" she replied. And it was true. Who was she going to cling to after he left?! No one could replace Torin!

"I could totally get one! And being hyper from sugar is funnn." she replied, she tightened her grip on his leg as if trying to hug him.

Violet dropped the chicken leg as soon as Torin said that. It did taste funkyyy but Torin said he didn't want Miranda to waste it! She was just taking care of it. Hmph. "You seemed upset that it was going to be wasted so I was just helping you out!" she replied. Yeesh. "Can you hand me some choooooooocolate?" she asked, with a big smile on her face.

Josey rolled her eyes. "But Venice would be so pretty." Well, anywhere in Italy would work. Or Spain or Australia. Hmmm. She still liked France the best. French fries, french toast, french accents, french boys. Teehee. Then Josey heard someone say Chocolate. Chocolate? Yummm! she looked around for the source of the voice, hmmm. She looked aaaaaaaaall over, including under the table. She didn't expect to find anything under there; but she did. there was a girl, clinging to someone's leg. How weird. Josey gave them a wave before going back up to the top of the table and eating some pudding. Chocolate of course. Hehe.

"I am not a liar!" He looked at her in mock outrage for a second before smiling again. He couldn't be mad at Miranda, because she was his chipmunk. And he pinched her cheeks right then and there because he could. "You're lucky you're cute." Because he wouldn't have pinched her cheeks again if she wasn't. "But I could have eaten that instead of Roma." And now Violet had taken a bite of it. Gross.

"I ish eating chickenz? And Potaties?" 'cause he wanted to talk weird like that now.

Eep! It suddenly went dark. Had night arrived early or something? No, it was just Cameron coming to see him.

"Oliver?" he asked in a joke reply. Well, she was dating Oliver. And he did wear pink and talk like a girl sometimes. He did 'cause Torin said he did.


No no no no. She was not allowed to cry like that and get his shirt all wet. She wasn't allowed to make him want to cry now. But she was.

His Lori. Favourite child. And the only one he really had here at Hogwarts. But it was no more after today, because he wouldn't be a student here. And that made him even sadder to the point where he was just a huge mess.

Sniffling, he hugged her tighter. "I'm gonna miss you more... whichever power Puff Girl you are called." He couldn't remember what her name was supposed to be. He didn't watch, and only knew that Brody was Bubbles.

"I'll still see you lots. During summer. And Christmas." And she knew that this was true.

YAY! Another kiss. "It's good that Brody isn't around," he joked. He knew she wouldn't have cared.

hehe. He liked this truth, because even if it wasn't really true, it was her idea of the truth, and Fallon was awesome. Yes, she was. If she wasn't, she wouldn't be his amazing friend. "You look good too, Fallon." Because it was true and a nice thing to say. And he wanted to be nice to her because he was leaving.

"... I owe you a cake? I'm sorry. I forgot about that." He hoped that she didn't mind that. He could always do it during the summer for her and she knew it too, because she wouldn't be able to get rid of him. He didn't do birthday cakes. "What kind do you want?" Because that was good to know.
