Professor Lainey lead her tired and sweaty crew back into the classrooms. As she entered, she used a quick charm to put all the desks back into place. She had requested water be brought in for all her tuckered students, and the House Elves had delivered.


"Sit, sit, everyone. Take a breather. Hug your friends and tell them you really love them, despite just beating the stuffing out of them."


WHEW. Lainey threw herself down into her chair and propped her feet up on her desk. She finally removed the pot from her head -- and had the WORST case of pot-hair EVER. Lainey spent the time it took for her students to file in to mess with her hair, using the pot as a mirror.

"Everyone alright?"


OOC: Come in. Sit. You can play a bit and talk about what you just did, help heal one another if necessary. Just remember Lainey is there and watching. So. You know =)

Simon walked back into the classroom, he was sad, his nose was really hurting, he looked at the Professor. "How do you fix a broken nose?" He really hoped the Professor had the answer to that one.

Trixie walked into the classroom. Oh yes Aiden was being blanked. But she would get her revenge soon. Just he wait and see. She smiled at the professor. "Thank you for that" she said referring both to the rescue and for the wonderful lesson. It was so much fun but they had apparently lost the war to the older Gryffindor. Grr,

Ellie walked in laughing. Still. And breathing rather hard. She nodded to Trixie and laughed- attempting to smile- at the teacher. That. Was. Fun.

Selena walked into class a little bummed out. She wanted to continue on. Though it was still the best class ever. She really wanted to slay Diggy. Rawr. She'd do it next time!!

Jacob dragged his feet back to the class room. Man was that tiring, how do warriors do it... and in heavier armour. It was sad... he just ran from Keeley the entire time. There was something wrong there. And that voice that was taunting him in his head wasn't helping. Jacob heard someone ask a question about their broken nose, and decided to just ask it. No matter how stupid he looked. "Professor, how do you fix self-esteem?" he asked. Seriously, his was like close to being zero right now.

Walking back to the class, the cookie pan sheets that once were used as shields for her front and back were levitating next to her since she unstuck them while walking back up to the castle and it was the only place she could have them since she was putting her hair up (it's not like she could hold two cookie sheets and put her hair into a ponytail at the same time now could she?).

This was a total random class, that was for sure. Once her hair was up, Evelyn grabbed the cookie sheets once more and found a desk near the back before sitting down. Looking down at her clothes, and noting that they were still very clean, she smiled once more before laying her head down on the desk.

She wasn't tired or anything just... headache!

He trudged back to the classroom wiping off the frosting from his face. It had dried and cracked so it was easy to pick off the rest that wouldn't wipe off. He was holding onto his side and trying to breath normally. He didn't really want to go to the hospital wing, and he was rubbish at healing charms. JoJo was better at that kinda thing.

He was glad she had put all the desks back because if he sat down on the floor he wasn't going to get up. He found a empty desk and sank gratefully into it. He laid his head on his desk, he wasn't about to hug anyone just yet. He just wanted his mommy right now.

Well.... If the Professor said so....

Carter looked around for Destiny. Walking over to where she and Marie were he gave Marie a smirk.

Then he gave Destiny a huge hug. "I just wanted to say..." he began trying to hold back laughs, "that I really love you, despite having to beat the stuffing out of you." he finished.

How's that for a cootie attack?

Using his other arm he pulled Marie in for a little group hug. Which only made him wonder if Destiny thought there was a such thing as girl cooties. Because if she did, she was probably drowning in all sorts of cooties right now. And that thought only made Carter's smile grow wider. He was having way to much fun with this.

Alexandrie entered the room hesistantly, she wasn't going to hug her friends just cause the Professor thought it would be a good idea. She didn't even hit her friends that hard either. She quickly sat at an empty desk tiredly. Long nap after this she thought.

Trudging back into the classroom, not knowing if she was pulling Marie or if Marie was pulling her, Destiny took a seat next to Evelyn. She was TIRED and if she had brought that pillow up with her, it would have been on the desk and she would have been sleeping already.

Perhaps she could summon the pillow?

Nah. She didn't want to risk the pillow flying up through the halls and accidentally knocking the wind out of someone. Hehe..unless that person was Lawson..then she would TOTALLY do it.

Hearing the Professor speak, all thoughts of beating that man with a pillow left her head. NO WAY. There was no was she was going to hug anyone..maybe Evelyn, but Destiny didn't hurt her. Marie..Destiny would rather kick her. And she was just about too..

She was being TOUCHED!

TOUCHED by COOTIE boy CARTER! "Gerroffme!" came her muffled voice as Marie was pulled into the hug as well. Gah! He was all sweaty and Marie stunk really bad. Destiny pulled out of the hug, and with the tongs still in her hand, she pinched Carter with them.

Grimacing, she held the tongs out in front of her. "Look! I caught a cootie."

She needed a jar to put it in.

Marie watched as Carter walked over to her and Destiny. Noticing the smirk on his face she knew he was up to something... and she was right. She laughed when he hugged Destiny and said he loved her. She hugged him back when he hugged her too. She was about to pull Evelyn into the hug with them when Destiny went all psycho crazy on Carter and started pinching him with her grabby things... again.

Oh, she was going to pay for that one. Carter was being nice to her and she had the nerve to pinch him... again.

Tugging on their rope she pulled Destiny close to her and gave her a hug. While hugging her she whipped out that spiky, rolly thing she still had and tangled it in Destiny's hair. "Oh I'm sorry, I was just trying to comb your hair for you. It was looking rather frightful you know."

'HA!, that'll teach you not to mess with my boyfriend,' she thought as she stepped away from her so called friend. Looking back at Carter she gave him another hug as she now smirked at him.

Abbi sat at the nearest chair but the class door, well not because she was smart, but well her stuff was already heavy enough to walk back in and gulped down the glass of water.

Elkh. Not that she didn't want to do what the Professor just told them, but she wasn't going to hug Simon, Gold she will hug. She watched him as he complained about his broken nose and rolled her eyes, he hit a girl!! Okay maybe she was blowing it out of proportions. She scratched the side of her eye, it still hurt.


Okay so maybe she was new to this world,but she really had no idea why they were fighting! "Professor" she raised her hand, "what was the purpose of us to beat each other to pulps like in a real battle?"

Mina walked back into the classroom and looked around for Patroclus. She needed to give him a hug, Professor Lainey said so and she wasn't about to go against what she told them to do.

Carefully, she started to take her armour off. Small bruises could be seen, but she didn't really care. That was just probably one of the best lessons she had since coming to Hogwarts. Removing the bowl from her head, she shook her head slightly. Yes, she had bowl-head something fierce. It was a hot mess, but she just ran her hands through it and did a quick hair flip. She'd just fix it later.

Having skipped into the classroom, Gold pulled Abbi into a HUGE hug. "Iloveyou, Cookie!Abbi," she chuckled. "Even though I didn't actually beat the stuffing out of you. But I do."

There.

NOW, for the rest of them.

She scanned her eyes for Sabel, Kellen, Raiden and Arya. The crazy, Lord of the Rings group. Where were they all?

Lainey poured water over her head when she lost the battle with pot-hair. She was hot and sweaty anyhow. Most of the students trudging in looked like they needed naps or at least a lie down. At least she'd worn some of their energy out!


"Alright, alright, settle settle. Let's ... let's have a small discussion. Did ANYONE learn ANYTHING today? Everyone chime in!"

Lainey's hair dripped onto the desk while she waited for answers. Any answer would do.


"And erm...Jacob. Darling. See me after class and we'll discuss... your issue." It'd be the blind leading the blind, but sure. She'd fix his self esteem.

Evelyn snickered slightly, seeing Carter hug Destiny. She knew that would make Destiny all twitchy and such and...

...yup! Her thoughts were confirmed when her friend tonged the Gryffindork. However her laughter stopped when Marie hugged Destiny. Wooaaah. What did she do to her friend's hair!?

Frowning, she lifted her head up from the desk and slowly stood up, keeping her eyes on Marie just in case she did anything else before her eyes trailed over to Carter, and then finally to thing tangled in Destiny's hair.

Ouch.

"Cookware utensils and pots and pans can be used as armor and semi-weapons." she said after hearing the Professor's question but instead of sitting back down, she tried to gently untangle the weapon thing that was in Destiny's hair. GAH! It was definitely stuck.

Ellie was still catching her breath. Her hair stuck to the back of her neck and her forehead with sweat. She had taken all the silly armor off and sank into a desk. She was in great need of a bath.

"War. Is. Hard. Exhausting." she said between breaths.

Gold raised a hand. "I learned that there are ankle-biters in battles, professor, and that they're there for the element of surprise. I also learned that Kellen Stern firmly believes that my pouts are of no use, and that Rai has a size advantage, over Arya. Not to mention, it's not nice to use cake-pans. They can hurt people, even you don't intend that. AND that pillows full of feathers are the best thing out there, to throw at someone. They burst, and if you accompany them with some frosting, they make the other person and all icky-sticky!bad."

What else?

"I learned that one can fight without magic. That there is little we need, to go to war. That sometimes, people battle for the sake of battle, and don't even have a cause. That, at the end of a war, there is no real winner. Everyone gets exhausted, and everyone is left with injuries to nurse. People who think they're victorious, aren't actually that." She lowered her hand.

She was tired, from all the fighting. But she was not in a bad mood. The battle had, no doubt, been fun in its own way.

Then again, it hadn't been a "real" one.

Thank God, for that!

Gaaaah!

One hug a day was enough! "Marie, you stink!" she said, trying to break out of the hug. She didn't realize anything was in her hair until it was mentioned and Evelyn came over to help untangle it. She watched as Marie went over and hugged Carter. Grrrr, that girl was sooo annoying!

As Evelyn tried to get the spiky thing out of her hair, Destiny gave a BIG tug at the rope, causing Marie to get closer. She picked up the tongs and tonged Marie..

..right in the nose.

Heh.

Marie got tonged and Destiny felt good about it. She didn't even care about the spiky thing in her hair, that's how good she felt! Turning her attention to the Professor, who was awfully wet, Destiny raised her hand. "I learned that it feels good to DESTROY your ENEMY!"

And in this case, destroy means tong.

It felt good to tong you enemy.

Arya was lying on her stomach with her chin resting in her hands, lazily swaying her legs. She was tiiierd. But she had a blast outside and nothing could wipe the smile off her face. Leaning her chin on one hand, she raised the other. "I learned that being a hobbit has its disadvantages if your fighting a human. Never use an old broom as means of escape, cause you'll never be fast enough to fly away or fly high enough. Pillows can be a great friend to have in battle. And.......that if Gold, Kellen, and Sabel are all fighting each other it makes it much easier to hit three Gollum!Aragon!Peoples with one wooden spoon......or a few dozen tiny spoons." Mmmm. She had icing on her hands, let us be rid of it shall we?

"I learned I never want to do that again" muttered Hermione under her breath.

Becca, who was relieved to be out of the heavy and sweaty kitchen armor, had let herself fall to the floor in the middle of an aisle. Upon Lainey asking a question, Becca, completely serious, sat up anxiously and raised her hand. "We ALL learned that your ex-Auror skills ain't got NUTTIN' on me. So there." And that was all she said before falling back over and staring up at the ceiling, enjoying some nice resting time. In the middle of the classroom. Mmhmm.

Dianna entered the classroom and immediately sat down. She was oh-so-ever tired and never felt this way in her entire life.

Spotting Hermione she immediately rushed towards her and gave her a massive hug.
"Sorry for hitting you with a pillow, and if your wondering why I'm hugging you it's because the professor told us to do so." she let got and raised her hand.

"I learned that being hit by a spoon hurts and that my friend Hermione here has the same name as The Hermione from The Battle of Hogwarts." exaggerating the The's.

Abbi sighed perhaps she wasn't loud enough for the Professor to hear her question.

Grinning at Gold she hugged her TIGHT until she let go to find her friends.

"I learned that only people with big egos would go to battles" she answered the Professor, at least based on male ego she experienced, "or people who can't communicate, but what struck me as strange is that people didn't mind beating each other even if they were in battle" she shuddered.
