He chuckled at the use of his nickname and returned Patroclus' nod. "I'm sure we will. Make sure to send me an owl and keep me up to date with what is going on with you." He stood up from the chair and looked down at the young boy. "I probably should head off and let you finish your dinner."
As Lawson got up, couldn't help but laugh, "I am not even that hungry, I am just eating cause its there!"
It was one final awkward joke, but to Patroclus it was the fondest farewell.
Turning his attention back to his food, he wondered, when will the desserts arrive?
" Yes, I could recharge with a ballroom dance and swimming too" Rex told Daisy." I thank you mi lady' Rex teased Daisy. "Well, i do not know anything about Hayden or Heather, I just know you and you are a great friend' Rex smiled at Daisy. "Well, you may not like any boys at the moment but I believe the "Lady of Gryffindor" will have her choice of boys during her years at HogWarts" Rex explained to Daisy. So Heather and Hayden were not good students?" Rex asked Daisy. "I will tell Jason to back off if he mentions those two names" Rex smiled.
Rex eats now a baked potato and a piexe of ham.
"Thanks Rex. I kind of wish I could erease it but oh well. I'll always be their little niece." Daisy smiled. "Boy's are icky,"she joked." But I don't really know. I think having a boyfriend would be nice I just don't want one now." Daisy shrugged and sipped some of her tea then swallowed some more mashed patatoes. "I don't think they were bad I mean Heather played quidditch for four year and Hayden well didn't do anything." She smiled. "That leaves me enough room for my smarts. I'm hoping to be a prefect when I'm old enough."

Hah. If she told him, she'd have to kill him. What was this now, a James Bond film? "Liarrrr. Just tell me, Rhea." He blinked, then added. "Best friends tell each other these things. Unless you're no longer associated with that title?"
A shy Rhea! Aw. heheh. Her words were so jumbled together that he had to take a moment to decipher them. "He'll like you just fine, you're just worrying about it too much! But he did just break up with his girlfriend, by the by." Hence why the two needed to cheer each other up!

Emma had to say goodbye to her friends in Gryffindor, especially her pretend brother, Rex. She saw him talking to some other people. She wasn't sure if she should interrupt. But then she decided to go over. "Hey Rex. I hoped I'm not interrupting anything. Just came to say good bye!" she said. She would miss her pretend brother.
" No, you are not interrupting me" Rex told Emma. "Good, bye, are you not coming back to HogWarts?" Rex asked Emma. "What would I do without my pretend sister?" Rex asked Emma. "Well, if you are going away for the break, then be careful and good luck" Rex said to Emma. " Oh, when you have time, my freind Jason told Kay and I to ask freinds over to his castle during the break" Rex explained to Emma. " I told him about you and he will welcome you to his castle with open arms" Rex smiled at his pretend sister,Emma.

Raven was extremely proud of her house, it might have taken two terms but finally everyone worked together to achieve one common goal and it all worked out in the end. Even when they had a bad start to the term with going negative fifty, they managed to give all the houses a brilliant race.
"Well thank you, I must say though; you Gryffindors definitely surprised us, going from last to 2nd. The Lions are definitely determined to earn that House Cup and there is next term." She was being honest, it was a valiant effort that deserved recognition.
She frowned slightly when Gold had not said anything after looking at the present, Raven just hoped that she liked it but once her bestie had wrapped her arms around her; the Slytherin knew she had done well. "Well I just wanted to give you something to have as a memory of me, I saw the golden lion and was just like perfect."
"I don't want to go either, but as the Rolling Stones famously said in the song by the same name; you can't always get what you want. But you know, you can write to me whenever you want and I'll write back; even when I'm going to university." she would definitely take the time to write back to her friend, it would just be wrong if she didn't.
Gold smiled. "I think," she said honestly. "They were determined to show house unity, more than anything else."
That, at least, they had achieved.
"It is perfect," Gold agreed. "I'm going to keep it on me." She paused, and then looked at Raven. "You're going to get something too, but not here." On the train, of course. Because Gold wasn't willing to accept that this meant goodbye. People usually call ends-of-terms bittersweet. This one wasn't, for Gold. It felt all kinds of bitter - only.
"... and someone said that all good things have to come to an end," she smiled lightly, at Raven. "But I disagree. This isn't an end. Only a new beginning - a twist to our friendship, right?" Gold was determined not to let this friendship wither, very much so.

She didn't want to even consider this being the end of a friendship, it was the beginning of something new.

Raven smirked a little bit. "Well why don't you though? Better yet, why don't you randomly get up and dance; just draw attention to yourself which definitely would be a good way to end this term." And it would just amuse the 18 year old immensely to see her bestie just acting like a right fool, that would be one memory she would never forget.
Not that there weren't any memories that involved her bestie that she wanted to forget.
She pondered what Gold was saying for a whole second and chuckled slightly. "Hmm I think I could manage that, I don't believe it will be that horrible to have to put up with you during holidays." Of course she was being sarcastic, Raven knew she could put up with having Gold at her flat for awhile.
