Bonnie frowned. It was far to girlie. "Yeah... Well, something like that anyway! Like, daker colours and stuff." Worth the try. She didn't really like it herself. Yuckkkeeehhhhh.
Bonnie leaned over and smiled. "That's perfect. And you could add scales and stuff two!" Ooh! A lightbulb turned on over her head. "Oh! Fallon! What about if we had the four founders dancing at the top and then the animated thin's in the corners? Just an idea." She added hastilally.
He winked at them. Did he just WINK at them? Weeiiirrrddd. He was trying to be a ladies man. And suceeding. And not suceeding. She took a bite out of a warm bread roll. It was soft in her mouth, and she smiled. Hmm... Yummeh! Then, INTERVIEW?!?! "Um... 'kay..." Why was this "ladies man" getting interviewed?!?!

"OH okay, Imma ready to start when ever you guys are ready." Brant said
Fallon smiled as both of them complimented her little drawing. "Thanks. Yay scales and stuff wouldn't be hard to add either." She looked at the drawing. Nope. It wouldn't be hard at all.
She smiled at Brant as he went to go sit closer to the people that were interviewing him. She gave Bonnie a skeptical look. She didn't think the founder thing would turn out so well.

It would be tougher when they had to interview Professor Vindictus she knew.
Brant didn't have to think for this one. "Its Gryffindor Vs. Hufflepuff, we were in the championship match last term" he said. "Should I say that Im dating the Captain." he thought but before his mouth could stop him, he kinda let it slip."Im also dating their Captain, so yeah" he said. Brant knew that himself and Miranda wouldn't let any thing get inbetween them, just like last term. Brant had won the Quidditch cup and she hadn't but that didn't mean they would stop dating. Brant loved her too much to let that happen.

Carter tried his hardest not to laugh... but it didn't work. After taking a moment to compose himself, still smirking, he looked down at his question sheet for the next question. "So is there a team motto, pep message, or anything like that you're telling your team?" he asked.

Er no that couldn't be, could it? Roxxy saw Oliver in Miranda's future not Brant!. Biting on a strand of hair she nervously took notes trying to hide her surprise. Carter rescued her from needing to ask a question since she did so in her stead. How nice it was to have an interview partner. Shooting Carter an appreciative smile Roxxy waited to hear what Brant would respond to the question.

Carter looked over at Roxxy. Was she nervous? Was there something about that answer that made her uncomfortable?
Knowing he couldn't do anything about that right now, he turned his attention back to Brant. He laughed as he answered. Its true, they did hear that a lot. He then looked to Roxxy to see if she had any more questions.

Feeling both Brant's and Carter's eyes on her Roxxy finished her last notes. Squinting over at her questions sheet they seemed to have covered everything. Taking a long breath to calm her nervs she said "Okay, I think we have everything. Thank you for letting us interview you, Brant!" Looking over at Carter she asked "Unless you can think of any more questions?" Roxxy hoped that none of the boy's would press her on why she had gotten all nervous all of a sudden...meh it wasn't easy being a girl and hearing who your friends dated.

"I'm out of questions too." Carter said double checking his list. "Thanks Brant." he said. They had tons to work with for the paper. He was so excited to get started writing the stories.
Fantastic, this meant their first interview was done! Only three more captains to go.

Brant couldn't help but laugh. "Thanks guys. I can't wait to see what you write"
Gathering upp her parchments, quill and ink Roxxy stood smilinh "The issue will come out at the end of the term. So we'll hope you'll read it." With a good bye wave to Brant Roxxy walked out of the great hall with Carter just behind her. The first interview was done and dusted. Now they just had three more to go.
Teegan sat down at the Gryffindor table for the first time ever, and pulled a goblet towards her and reached for the pumpkin juice. She wanted to expand her little social skills to other Houses, and she hadn't met anyone from Gryffindor that she could remember, so there she sat drinking her pumpkin juice, feeling like an idiot because she was sitting alone, at a different House table. She let out a content smile and looked around the Great Hall. It wasn't like she had anything else better to do. She had all of her studies done.

Nessa walks into the Great Hall and walks straight to the Gryffindor table. She glances around the table looking for a familiar face but no familiar face comes to mind. She finds a seat in front of the Gryffindor table. Nessa walks over making sure her bags doesn't hit anyone on the pack of the head, sits down and the food began to appear. She grabs a plate, opens her book and begins reading while eating.
Chris was hungry! He hadn't eaten a very good lunch and then they had gone to lessons all day, helping the Head Boy to work up an appetite. He walked down the long aisle between the two long tables, looking beside him every so often to smile at the girl who he was holding hands with.
Gold Lashk. Chris never forgot how lucky he was to have someone like her on his side. Sadly it was out of a bad circumstance, and he was back again, but Chris planned to help her out the best he could; and to keep that guy at bay and from bothering Gold anymore than she wanted to see him. Taking a deep breath to calm himself, Chris pushed the thought of Dylan Denver from his head as he found a pair of seats at the Gryffindor Table for the pair of Prefects.
"After you Awesome!Gold, you hungry?" he asked as he placed his hand on her back, offering her to sit first.

For the past few days, after arriving at the Gryffindor House Table, Gold would sit down - sit, and not actually touch the food. She wasn't hungry often, to be honest. Her grades kept falling for no apparent reason, she couldn't concentrate, and she felt like she wasn't in her best form, this term. She had no idea what to do, or how to get back into shape.
But at least Chris was there today, and she felt better. Because she could always talk to him, and stuff.
"Not really." She gave him a little smile. "I keep thinking of how everything is just messed up. It's all so confusing." She sat down, looking up at him and siddling a bit to the side, so that he could join her.

Chris hated to see Gold upset like she had been recently. He didn't technically hate that she was like that now, he hated that she felt she was slipping in her school work and just in a slump. Gold shouldn't have to be in a slump. Cursing all things that would be in her way at the moment, Chris scooted onto the bench beside her and gave her shoulders a squeeze with his arm.
Smiling at her sadly, Chris reached for a grapefruit off of the fruit tray close to the couple and cut it in half. "I am only eating half of this if you decide that you want some." he slipped the half-citrusy fruit onto a plate close to Gold, hoping that she would decide to eat it. So unhealthy not to eat breakfast. Meh.
Using a spoon the Gryffindor scooped out a bite of the fruit goodness and ate it, pucking his mouth slightly at the sourness. He then spoke to Gold again. "You know Gold, you can talk to me about this stuff, seriously. I really want to help you anyway I can. Whether it be studying for classes with you or just talking, I am here." he winked at her with that grin that he knew she liked, but then turned serious again; for he knew that she was seriously haveing some troubles.
Patroclus found a seat that the table, with a space vacant across from him. He sat waiting, wondering if Professor Truebridge had received his Owl, the professor was a difficult man to catch, but Patroclus could think of no better Member of Staff to Interview for History of Magic.
He shuffled the papers in front of him, on the top of the pile was a piece of parchment;

Gazing at his interview questions, Patroclus hoped none of them were too personal, He had chosen ones he through would be nice and comfortable to talk about.
He filled two water goblets and set them up, and then he waited.

Oh. Food. Right. Gold looked up at Chris, and gave him a little smile. "Of course I'm eating it," she said. She hadn't completely lost her appetite. It was just around, less often. She felt like she was wasting away most of it, worrying. She couldn't help that, either.
She frowned, then. "I can't spot what's wrong with my studies, you know?" She told him, pushing her plate away to focus her green eyes on him. "It's pretty silly. People keep telling me I'm doing fine. But I know I'm not. I only barely managed an O, on my last assignment." The little thing had struck her pretty, pretty deeply. Every little slack was striking her a little too deeply, these days. She just felt lost.
"I think this has something to do with Dylan being back," she told Chris, truthfully. "I didn't expect he would come back." What she didn't add was that she hadn't expected that he would come back, and then claim that he still loved her. That was just plain upsetting.
She placed her head on Chris's shoulder and closed her eyes, trying to search for some sort of relief.

Truebridge did not often spend time at the Gryffindor table. Never had and never expected to, but of course, he didn't mind today, considering one of his best students had owled to ask for help with some assignment.
He approached Patroclus and nodded in greeting as soon as he caught the boy's eye.

Patroclus smiled and stood as Professor Truebridge arrived,
"Good day Sir," gesturing to the empty seat across from him, returning to his own, "I am glad you could make it, I hope i haven't interrupted anything for you." Patroclus took it as a great compliment that the Professor had accepted his invite and chosen to meet him.
"I have asked you here today, to interview you, for a History of Magic Assignment, we were asked to find out something of a professor's past here at Hogwarts. It does have to be personal, I just have a few questions, and wanted to hear a memorable story from your time here as a student."
He gazed down once again at his script of questions, he was sure it would not take up too much of Professor Truebridge's valuable time.
"Are we right to begin, Sir?"

"Nothing that cannot wait." Truebridge answered. Scholarly pursuits mostly.
He listened carefully and nodded once. "I can manage that, I'm sure. Though I warn you most of my memorable stories involve Professor Kazimeriz. Though now that I think of it, Hecate Lafay was my prefect for a time and I was in the same year as Tate..."

Who was such a Gryffindor it wasn't even funny.
"Ready when you are."
It blew Patroclus' mind that staff were once students with other members of staff, it was hard to visualize, as Patroclus had always seen Professors as grown ups, giving very little thought to them as teenagers, let alone students! This was going to be a great assignment.
"Okay, We will start off with the simple questions, What years were you at Hogwarts for? And what was your favourite subject?" Patroclus thought these questions would be a nice to start off the interview, and to also help him image the school at that time.

"2045-2049." Truebridge answered obligingly. "I left after my fourth year to enroll in the Wizarding Academy of Dramatic Arts, where I studied acting and met your Muggle Studies Professor." He paused. "Axe." Yes. Marcus Lawson = Axe.
As for favourite subject?
"Anything with books." Elaborate? "History of Magic was always my favourite subject."

Patroclus wrote down Professor Truebridge's answers filling in his script as they went, but had to look up as the subject of W.A.D.A. was brought up!
Snapping his head up, "You are an Actor sir?" Acting had always been a passion of Patroclus' and this just affirmed the DADA professor as one of his favourite staff members. "Axe? Professor Lawson's nickname is Axe?" Patroclus couldn't help but laugh he was sure there was a story behind that one.
Another surprise, History of Magic, "Have you ever thought of teaching it Sir?"
It was time for the next question, "Do you recall the thoughts that were going through your head, during your sorting Sir?"

"Yes Patroclus. I worked on Broadway in the past, and rewrote Shakespearian plays to make them more accessible to Wizardkind." He nodded again at the Axe comment. It had been something to do with the whole guitar thing.
"I did teach it for a time, two years at WADA actually, and then here for three before Kazimeriz as acting headmaster... fired me."
His sorting?
Hmmm.
"Not particularly. It took the hat quite a time to place me. It kept asking me questions which I refused to answer as I had always figured if the hat can see inside your head and talk to you, they could certainly share the information they discover with someone else who wears it."

“Broadway! Wow!” Patroclus’ eyes lit up; here he was, in the presence of a broadway star, a career Patroclus had considered many times.
Hearing the Professor’s response to his Sorting question, Patroclus couldn’t help but smile; the Slytherin Head’s suspiciousness reminded him of a certain Hazel eyed Slytherin he had been spending a lot of time with. But pushing her from his mind he continued with the interview.
“Well Sir we are at the last question, so do you have a memorable story from your time here as a student, be it embarrassing, funny or a little bit naughty, which you don’t mind sharing with me?”
